Great store? In The mountains, nobody wants to work here but just cash their checks. Horrible wait, they are always training because is the mountains and staff changes every time we get a powder day! Is a horrible store, the service sucks, and the staff you never know what you going to get a happy smile or someone calling the cops on you lol One good positive about Sprint is that there is one store in the mountains because all others are 3 hours away.

I went on Sunday morning because my iPhone was stuck on the home screen. I took it to Vince Kelly and he fixed /updated the phone and made sure I still had all of my contacts and pictures. He also explained to me how I can cheapen my cell phone bill. I will definitely go to this sprint store for all my phone needs!

I went to this store and was lied to about the price of my bill was told it would be $132.00 no more no less. It is actually $200+ I was told I would get good service, I can't even make a phone call right in town. I was told I would be able to get a booster to help promised turns out the can't even get one to my house. I gave them my two phones and was told I would get a credit of $500. Not only did I not get the credit now they say that I am SOL I can't have my phone's back and get no credit. Also they were supposed to get me the swap plan where they pay off your old lines from Verizon and turns out that they won't honor this at all. Now they are telling me that I never even gave them phones like it's my responsibility to keep track of. All of these lies were told to me by Maria Ortega. Who is denying a conversation we had right to my face and smiling like it's a joke or she doesn't Care I'm actually sitting next to a ladies that is saying the same thing Shortly after my visit to the store the new store manager called and said that she would like to help me with the situation. I went in and she corrected as much as she could and held up her end of the deal. Thank you very much Paola Corenel for all the above and beyond help you got my $500 bucks back

I never complain about people/places like this, but I had to call corporate yesterday on this store because two of the gentlemen working there treated me like I was a dumb woman who didn't know what she was talking about when I assumed that they might have the Galaxy S6 on display like other Sprint stores do. I have never felt so disrespected in all of my life. Sprint has always been kind, and helpful to me, but not this store. I will NEVER be going back here.

So I have been with another service provider for years. And everything was ok I guess. Until I damaged my phone beyond repair. I called the other carrier and they Informed me that they couldn't do anything for me, and I would have to either wait 7 months or shell out $700 for the device I wanted. Unacceptable! so I started looking for other places to take my business I walked in this Sprint store with a broken phone, that wasn't worth a dime. As soon as I spoke with Vince I knew I was in good hands. Very polite and courteous, he addressed all of my questions in a timely manner. And with more than adequate answers. I then struck up a conversation with a gentleman named Peter, who was just as friendly, if not more so, then Vince. I did have one issues with some paperwork on my behalf, not by any means the fault of the staff. But with one quick phone call, I was on my way to getting the device I wanted at no charge to me at the time. They even gave me a substantial credit for my broken phone! All in all it was a wonderful experience and I have been telling all my friends to go here, as they are now jealous of my new device.

It takes a LOT for me to personally take time out of MY DAY to write a un-paid for review for this HORRIBLE COMPANY. Nothing against this store personally , SPRINT in general is a TOTAL RIP OFF! All the fees to “upgrade” but you have to turn in your phone “damage free” to only be eligible for only the “down payment” to get a new phone SMFH. Why would Sprint tell a customer to pay $175 upfront for a iPhone 6s after nearly 2 dam years of on time payments of $107?? COMPLETE RIP OFF.. they want you to keep trading In your phone to keep you on those INSANE “LEASES” so you can be stuck with them forever! ON TOP OF THAT, the LTE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE & only works “sometimes “ but they want you to pay them “on time & all the time” . I’m going BACK TO straight talk! Save your money & order a used phone from EBAY and do the BYOP Plan at Walmart with Straight Talk! I PROMISE you, you’ll be SO MUCH MORE SATISFIED!!!

Lied to us every step of the way. Wouldn’t trust them ever. Won’t ever go back here. Go to BestBuy or Target if you need service but after over 20 years with Sprint, we’re gone after this nightmare ends. Sprint customer support won’t back you up either. Went in to buy advertised deal at $70mo w/phones and when we got home we had email from billing that it was $225mo. CSR told us to pick out Otterboxes, they come with the phones and charged us $200 for 2 Otterboxes and liquid screen protectors. Told us that charge was for service charges and activation.

Shouldn’t post your hours specifically as “holiday” if you’re not going to open the store... I waited from 9:50-10:15 and the store was still locked. Other retailers had warnings that “holiday may affect opening hours” rather than Sprint’s Green “Holiday Hours”

Go to verizon!! I had an outdated plan, which cost $150/month. At some point sprint changed this same package to $100/month. I have recently upgraded the phones on both lines and even after seeing i was still on the old plan they fail to mention anything. So for atleast 6 months ive been paying $50 more a month than everyone else with the exact same plan. Its cost me atleast $300 dollars now. The service and customer service is horrible. This store is absolutely useless.

This place has stolen money from me and has continued to steal from me every month. The employee that stole 150 from me and pocketed it still is employed here even though there loss prevention is the ones who noticed it and called me. Also he screwed up the lease of my phone and told me in the end it would only cost me 250 and after doing the math and seeing my actual payment this phone is costing me 600 dollars. Worst sprint store ever. Makes me think I will be cancelling my plan after 12 years and going to a better provider that is not sprint.

This store has changed since the last time I was there..The people there now, could care less if you have any problems. You can call and ask for a Manager and they will put you hold just to hang up on you.. Asked for the Owner's/manager's information, the asst Manager wouldn't give it to me. The only thing she would write down is "PG Wireless".. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE BASED ON CUSTOMER SERVICElllll They are good for taking you money, but could care less if you have any problems....By the way, they will add things to your account without your PERMISSION!! I went to Sprint today to inquire about the promotion for 4 lines that's going on & I was trying to switch from Verizon. The customer service was horrible.(They didn't speak, just stood around figdeting with a computer or something) I was told that I couldn't use my own device and they didn't check it. I was there less than 1 minute. I knew they didn't want to help. I have never been treated like this at Verizon.

The staff was friendly; however they have horrible customer service. I explain to them that my phone has been having pop up all the time. I event told them I got McAfee to see if it would help. They seemed as if I was bothering them. They did not diagnostic they just said I have a lot of apps. I don't know what that has to do with pop ups. The guys said he turn something off and every since then my phone wont stop going off. I feel like I was bothering them and I have been a customer with sprint for years. It seems like this store can't keep go technician, that really understand what is going on with phones.

HORRIBLE Sprint!!! The sales reps focus on their sales targets rather than providing true info to the customers. It was my biggest mistake switching from AT&T to Sprint. I am having problems with Sprint from day one just because of false information from sales reps in store and as everybody does, I signed the online contract without reading but trusting on the sales rep. This isn't a one case but had another bad experience while adding services and same thing happened. NEVER TRUST SPRINT SALES REPS! THEY MAKE YOU FOOL. Just waiting for my contract deadline to switch again to other network services.

Went in today with the intention of purchasing a new Samsung Galaxy device outright to take to another service provider, but was very impressed with the customer service provided by the gentlemen in this store! I actually ended up leaving twice and coming back to this store after dealing with people with horrible attitudes at 4 other stores. Even after leaving and returning twice, every person I spoke with at this store couldn't have been more polite and willing to help me through my situation. Although I was unable to go about solving my problem as I had initially planned, it ended up better than expected. After all was said and done, I ended up with a much nicer device than what I had intended to buy for much less than what I had intended to spend! Great group of guys working in this shop, very knowledgeable and certainly willing to help!

Friendly staff. Great customer service, but their service sucks. They talk about great coverage, but I’ve been having problems since day one, just like every other sprint customer. They will hook you up unlike other carriers for sure. That’s where they succeed, but expect horrible coverage and having to to call sprint every day or week.

Came in today and the service is terrible as usual. Guy was sitting hanging out with his friend.I need to upgrade my phone and the service is terrible. The guy sat behind the counter, feet up on the counter. Told me I should contact corporate for the promotion. In no way was he helpful, didn't listen, told me to pull up my Sprint account which I don't use and was completely irrelevant. I was there a total of 4 minutes and knew I was wasting my time. I left the store so he and his friend could get back to thier conversation. On my way out he said have a blessed day! This store really needs some change over. This guy was getting paid to do absolutely nothing. Waste of company money. I guess I will.spend my afternoon looking for a new carrier. This is tiring trying to get any help at the Dillon location!

Went in today with the intention of purchasing a new Samsung Galaxy device outright to take to another service provider, but was very impressed with the customer service provided by the gentlemen in this store! I actually ended up leaving twice and coming back to this store after dealing with people with horrible attitudes at 4 other stores. Even after leaving and returning twice, every person I spoke with at this store couldn't have been more polite and willing to help me through my situation. Although I was unable to go about solving my problem as I had initially planned, it ended up better than expected. After all was said and done, I ended up with a much nicer device than what I had intended to buy for much less than what I had intended to spend! Great group of guys working in this shop, very knowledgeable and certainly willing to help!

Came in today and the service is terrible as usual. Guy was sitting hanging out with his friend.I need to upgrade my phone and the service is terrible. The guy sat behind the counter, feet up on the counter. Told me I should contact corporate for the promotion. In no way was he helpful, didn't listen, told me to pull up my Sprint account which I don't use and was completely irrelevant. I was there a total of 4 minutes and knew I was wasting my time. I left the store so he and his friend could get back to thier conversation. On my way out he said have a blessed day! This store really needs some change over. This guy was getting paid to do absolutely nothing. Waste of company money. I guess I will.spend my afternoon looking for a new carrier. This is tiring trying to get any help at the Dillon location!

Update, I Have note 7 that has been recalled. I Used Sprints online chat to ask what I needed to do. They told me since I lived far from a Sprint Store they would send me a new phone. They told me to call them and let them know what happened. They told me that they couldn't send me a phone and that I needed to go the Sprint Store. I went there last week and they told me that they didn't have the new stock yet and to wait until they got the new stock in on Sunday or Monday. I understand that it could be awhile to get the new stock in. I came back today and they told me they didn't have the new stock. I'm very upset that they told me to come back Monday to get new phone. I'm very busy and this store doesn't have the hours that work with my schedule. I wish Sprint would just ship me the phone when it comes in so I don't have to deal with this store.

A manager named Joe tended to me. I was shopping for a new carrier and he told me that I could swap out my current phone and get the iPhone 11 completely free as a new Sprint customer. Sounded too good to be true so I made sure I understood the offer. “No hidden fees,” I was told. It took maybe 30-45 minutes to get everything going and at the very end I was told that actually there is a $50 dollar down payment. I was upset and I expressed it. I was told there was nothing he could do about it and that actually there would be an additional $30 activation fee to get the line working. These seemed like hidden fees since I was explicitly asking at the beginning how much this would all cost me. While all this was going on an upset couple came in and was demanding Joe’s attention. Being too nice to ask them to have a seat until he finished with me, he began assisting the angry couple in the middle of wrapping up my sale which further delayed my already reluctant transaction. To eventually convince me to switch carriers he said he could offer me a $200 prepaid debit card that would essentially cancel out (and then some) the $80 I didn’t want to spend. As it turns out, the card will take 10-12 weeks to arrive ONLY IF I get approved!!! What????? I was told it was as easy as registering online! This guy Joe may not be a liar but he loves stretching the truth for a sale. Anyway, I felt taken advantage of and I’m mostly upset that this guy Joe bested me!!! Well played Manager Joe. My one star is an attempt to compensate for the pride I’ve lost throughout this humbling saga.

I went in last Friday with a reservation made with an online specialist from Sprint. Daniel, the guy working that day, was so incredibly rude!! He told me that “In the two weeks he’s been there they’ve never done that.” He told me to leave and get my ducks in a row. I was shocked by his reponse and the lowest degree of customer service I have ever received. I called Sprint and complained, left and walked right into a Verizon store and changed carriers. The customer service I received at the Verizon store was exceptional!!

This post is not for the local Warner Robins store; I have not been there. Its about Sprint in its entirety, especially the toll free number and the store in Houston, TX with zip of 77082. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. 1st, I'm lied to in Houston store when I got iPhone8Plus about paying off phone with monthly payments for 2yrs. 2nd, in a different state, (2 yrs later)over the phone after several months of not getting an answer to my ONE question of 'why' am I still paying for the phone, I'm finally told that I've been RENTING the phone! I've paid more than 17hundred dollars for a $900phone! Then I have to pay a lump sum to own the already over-paid for phone. I cancel the insurance, and get the cheapest plan. A month later, that Rep never did cancel the insurance after I practically begged her to, after listening to her for over ten minutes on 'why' I should keep the insurance even though I keep telling her I don't want it,, plus my plan still wasn't the lowest. Now, I can't even sign into acct to pay my bill because Sprint decided to spell my phone verification password how they wanted to, instead of how I wanted it spelled. It's just one foolishness after the other with Sprint. The outright lying, and disregard for my money and time is despicable, nefarious. I'm finished with Sprint, and will go out of my way to sway as many people as I can to stay away from Sprint. Starting with my place of employment.

Y’all need to hire more associates bc you’re leaving your customers in a real lurch when you’re the only sprint store in the county and don’t have enough staff to stay open during normal business hours. Even when you are open your poor employee (bc it’s usually only one) is overwhelmed by the amount of customers coming in. Either pay people more to hire more or give the business to someone else who knows basic business management.

Needed to get out of my other contract and they did exactly what I wanted. I got my bill cut in half and had ended up with two phones and a tablet I really wanted and there was no hoops it was all just done very quickly and cost me next to nothing! Brandon at the Sprint store just gave us all the reason we need to continue to be loyal Sprint customers! We bought a new Apple watch w/cellular at Best Buy because we wanted to buy the device outright. One guy at Best Buy said they could help us activate the watch, but after the purchase was complete, we were advised that they couldn’t help activate and directed us to the Sprint store. When we arrived at Sprint, we explained to Brandon why we there and he assured us activation was simple - that the device walks you through setup. We were a little unsure, based on our experience activating other devices.. so he let us dock the watch there and stayed with us through setup, giving pointers along the way. We finished in no time and I’m wearing my Mother’s Day present today! Thank you so much Brandon for taking care of us! We have doubted Sprint at times, but it is people like you that make us stay. And, thank you for the advice and up-sell on the screen protector! We’ll be returning the one we bought from Best Buy.

Needed to get out of my other contract and they did exactly what I wanted. I got my bill cut in half and had ended up with two phones and a tablet I really wanted and there was no hoops it was all just done very quickly and cost me next to nothing! Fantastic! They were all so helpful, fast, and knowledgeable. Had to get a new phone for my husband the day before a big trip and they zipped me right through with everything I needed and even set up his phone for me! The best part is the store manager Paola. When I thought I needed a new screen protector for my phone (that I didn't even buy there) she showed me a simple setting that made my phone work beautifully. She lost a $60 sale - but won a customer for life!
