Samsung is the most unethical company I have ever experienced. From The general consumer call centers to the office of the president, Samsung is corrupt and does not care about consumers. I mistakenly purchased a product that needed repairs. The product was repaired multiple times, and on the final repair, Samsung had canceled the repair ticket and STOLE my product! Left empty handed and only with ultimatums from Samsung I had very few options. Samsung lawyers lie through their teeth and because they are such a large corporation nobody else will stand up and help the consumer. The most disgusting part about the whole situation is Samsung violating my consumer rights, my rights has a United States citizen. I challenge each and every one of you that reads my horror story to not give a dime to this company, they don't belong in the United States!

Fix your appliances and technical support department... They cancelled my support ticket twice, the first time cause they copied my phone number wrong and I had to ask them to reopen it, and second time no idea why. It's the type of stuff you think would happen with a random no name Chinese company, which by the way I never had troubles with. Random no name Chinese companies are more reliable than Samsung.

I Sent my phone in for repair in August with a Sept. 1st return date. After multiple lies my phone is still waiting to be repaired as of Sept. 24th. They promise that due to the time the phone will be replaced due to what has happened while waiting on the phone, yet another lie. Formal complaints have been filed with FTC, FCC, USAG, and COAG. Do not trust their support they will lie, steal, and there is no interdepartment communications

Grate hardware but the company seems to be changing it's model and selling products that have malicious software. Ie: Charging few hundred dollars for a phone that has Facebook stuck on it after doing a force stop. I prove that it's still getting data for that the ketch is filling up after everything should be shut off. I returned a S9 to best buy because they could not help me nor Samsung fix the problem. If you think you are safe to use a credit card or banking info on a phone with Facebook on it , suggest you look this up. Feel as if no one should be paying all that money just to get personal info sold to other companies. Shame on Samsung for betraying customer trust in your product. Don't even get me started on TV's and the open mic permissions. Just read the privacy part before perches and understand any company that works with samsung has access to you're information. If the phone was free so be it and load bad apps all over it but I paid over$ 500 for a phone that will be worth maybe 250 in a few years at best.
