I have been a customer of RAC since 1997 off & on. In 2007 I walked into the Pikes Peak store & have only come back to this particular store ever since whenever I needed something. I will only refer anyone to the Pikes Peak store. Gail & her staff actually know what customer service & advocacy means.

So far, these guys are pretty great. We needed a couch and they helped us get the perfect one AND worked with us on payments after we had a financial hiccup. They also very politely remind you about your payment, which I like because I often forget. I will keep getting things from them here at this location as long as everything stays pleasant. I appreciate everything they have done for me and my family.

This is the best Rent-A-Center anywhere. I have been to different ones here and in other states, and none of them even come close to the way this one is run. Gayle the manager is someone that I have known now for over 12 years. I always go see her and the other people there for all my needs and they are so pleasent to deal with. They are the only store that I can walk into & get a very friendly welcome. I woud always recommend this store to everyone. I will tell anyone if you need anything for your home go see Ms. Gayle & the guys at her store & they will take care of you as they treat everyone like family.

The harassment for a $20 weekly rental is unbelievable. Calling everyone you put on your application 10 times a day. Banging on your door. Tell neighbors your business. They open at 10am and your getting calls from them at 8:30am. I am returning my rental and will never rent from them again.
