Bit of annoying experience This is my go to place for anything copy, fax, print related I go here all the time for my paperwork since it’s normally super helpful. BUT, not today! For $50 I dropped off a 3 ring binder all organized the way I need it for court so I could get 3 copies made separated and alphabetized in binders totally worth the $50 right. But I went back to pick them up and nothing was put together my original paperwork was all over the place and now I get to spent my lovely night organizing everything all over again so where is the point in dropping $50 so somebody could make copies and hole punches? My 11-year-old could’ve done that for so much cheaper So thanks for the waste of time and money and thank you for the frustration of a fun night of paperwork. Hopefully they lower the prices if this is the quality of their work it’s pretty sloppy and unprofessional even if it’s just papers it’s helps to others no matter how Big the job is.

2 copy machines that dont work, wont copy from flash drive, so I need customer service just to make copies from my flash. But there is no customer service. Be prepared to wait, a very long time. I would go elsewhere.

We had to make some simple copies. The archaic self serve machines barely worked. Took 15minutes to print 10 pages. The staff were slow and had no help to offer other than waiting in the long line to use full service printing.

Great customer service and decent selection of office supplies. They don't always have what I came in for, but they have really nice staff that is willing to order things if they can. I bought both my printer, and my laptop from them, and got really good deals on both. Depending on what you are looking for, you might get better prices online, or at Fisher's, but the service and availability of products makes it worth checking out. Bonus is the great Kakaako wall art, and good parking. Negative is the homeless people that have set up camp all over the neighborhood.

I thought that the service provided was rude n almost prejudice...the tech personnel that helped me after many attempts to decline n dismiss our business decided to help us..I was inquiring about a sign posted at aiea about bringing in an electronic for credit..tech made like we had a worn out of detected device n there was no way we would get credit..n should we do it would be credited on same item.......................after all said n done..tech said no value explained detailing why n he became mr..customer service of the month....good come back office max..

I can say good stuff about Office Max in general. However one problem. The girl who worked at the Fort Collins location brings her rudeness to Colorado Springs. The name is Caroline Russell. I told on myself when I asked for her number just to be friends. She never stuck up for me. It was worse than that! Caroline Russell: 1. Made rude faces at me and walked away when I needed help. 2. I tried to talk to her again and I got weak bitterness on the phone when I asked questions concerning needs. 3. I was not able to get prints done and be home at a decent time to eat dinner. She distracted another worker goofing around. 4. Said news of my mom passing away and got no response!!!

Some of the staff here at Office Max Ala Moana location are racist! I know because I have just been made a victim of racist in this store. I never thought that I'd find racism in this state, but it certainly exist at this location. The gestapo like staff that approached me clearly indicated that an employee without basis felt uncomfortable about me shopping in the store, but they did not care to explain what I did to that made that employee felt uncomfortable, because I did nothing and knew no one at this store in the past or present that warrants that kind of reaction. We were only there minutes when I was approached and told that an employee felt really uncomfortable me shopping in there. Ridiculous! Racist! The staffs that had ordered me to leave on behalf of that uncomfortable employee, took his or her word for it without any justification, they just decided to side with that employee. But these workers don't realize that it's paying customers that pays their salary and benefits. And if I was the owner, I would have fired the two employees that ordered me to leave because of a petty felling of an employee.

I brought the product back to the store because it did not do what I needed it to do, I was treated very badly by the manager who did not seem to want to help me in the first place. My wife purchased a printer a office max and paid an additional $70 to have it hooked up. The hooked up iPhone and iPad but not the desk top. After a phone call to the manager he said they don't work for to call them. Called Tom the tech and set up an appointment but he never showed or called. The tech said at the first visit that the company he worked for was bought by Office Max. He showed up with an Office Max shirt and name tag stating his name and technician also was a Office Max tag. This is poor poor customer service with the store manager passing the buck. I can only hope that someone in a regional capacity looks at the reviews.

I was having problems with my laptop. Shannon did a diagnostic scan and examined how this could be fixed. I purchased the $15 monthly support and safety program. One quick phone call later and I'm up and running. Shannon has helped me many times in the last 11 years. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store

I ordered a notary stamp from this store and no one in the store at the time knew how to even order the stamp. I also asked the associates if I could just give my certificate for one of the employees so I didn't have to mail or email it off like the associate told me I would have to. Instead my whole order was messed up, I had to send over my receipt so it could be reprocessed. I was really excited when I got the call to pick up my stamp which quickly turned into disappointment and disgust when the product was presented to me and it was not what I ordered. It was the correct product number but the seal I ordered had the state seal on it and appeared to be a smaller sized stamp. The seal that I received was HUGE and did not have the state seal on it as ordered. My order was taken incorrectly twice and no compensation was offered for either of my bad experiences. I am never going back to this store and would highly encourage anyone looking to get ther office supplies from here to order them k line or from another company. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Visiting OfficeMax is a pleasure. I feel relaxed. People there listen to my needs and show me just IT, no more. On the other hand, going to Best Buy is like going to the car dealership. Their staff up-sale me at every chance, and I always feel uncomfortable not getting the best. I get all stressed out at Best Buy. Same goes at the Apple Store. OfficeMax has great weekly killer deals, so that's what I end up getting. Their regular price seems to be on the high side. My daughter did found the $1 gift bin, shaped erasers for all.

My wife purchased a printer a office max and paid an additional $70 to have it hooked up. The hooked up iPhone and iPad but not the desk top. After a phone call to the manager he said they don't work for to call them. Called Tom the tech and set up an appointment but he never showed or called. The tech said at the first visit that the company he worked for was bought by Office Max. He showed up with an Office Max shirt and name tag stating his name and technician also was a Office Max tag. This is poor poor customer service with the store manager passing the buck. I can only hope that someone in a regional capacity looks at the reviews.

I ordered a notary stamp from this store and no one in the store at the time knew how to even order the stamp. I also asked the associates if I could just give my certificate for one of the employees so I didn't have to mail or email it off like the associate told me I would have to. Instead my whole order was messed up, I had to send over my receipt so it could be reprocessed. I was really excited when I got the call to pick up my stamp which quickly turned into disappointment and disgust when the product was presented to me and it was not what I ordered. It was the correct product number but the seal I ordered had the state seal on it and appeared to be a smaller sized stamp. The seal that I received was HUGE and did not have the state seal on it as ordered. My order was taken incorrectly twice and no compensation was offered for either of my bad experiences. I am never going back to this store and would highly encourage anyone looking to get ther office supplies from here to order them k line or from another company. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Visiting OfficeMax is a pleasure. I feel relaxed. People there listen to my needs and show me just IT, no more. On the other hand, going to Best Buy is like going to the car dealership. Their staff up-sale me at every chance, and I always feel uncomfortable not getting the best. I get all stressed out at Best Buy. Same goes at the Apple Store. OfficeMax has great weekly killer deals, so that's what I end up getting. Their regular price seems to be on the high side. My daughter did found the $1 gift bin, shaped erasers for all.

I went there after going to BestBuy and a small computer repair shop with my computer that would not start up at all. Nando help me out and was able to get my computer working! He figured out I need to replace the battery, but everything else was fine. He did everything right in front of me! If you have any computer issues, I highly recommend going and visiting Nando!

With all the similar retailers slowly dying off, this store deserves kudos for its surviving in the area. Online delivery can take a week to Hawaii therefore grabbing an office item of your needs on the same day is a big plus.
