NOT OK!!! Tried to purchase this security system for my computer and my phone. I called because I had questions like everyone should and I got put on hold for a good 20 minutes because I asked to speak to a supervisor. Customer service is everything and if someone has attitude then I'll take my business/money elsewhere!

Mcafee is literally a virus and the way that their program operates is extremely sketchy and difficult to remove it literally makes me want to punch my monitor its that infuriating to get rid of because of all the hidden processes.

WANTED TO BUY SOFTWARE WITH CREDIT CARD. ONE METHOD WOULD NOT RECOGNIZE SECURITY CODE WHICH ENTERED CORRECTLY SEVERAL TIMES SAME RESULT. TRIED ANOTHER OFFER THIS TIME SAID EMAIL NOT VALID IT WAS. THEN CALLED ENGLEWOOD OFFICE TOLD TO CALL BACK LATER. IF THIS COMPANY IS TO PROTECT MY SOFTWARE WHY IS THEIR'S SO CRUMMY? TRY WEBROOT.
