Thanks guys for helping me repair my iPhone 7! I take photographs daily for my job with my iPhone 7, and I recently busted the camera so that each picture and cracked and horrible quality. Not only did they get a new rear camera installed, but they accommodated my tight schedule. They asked for 1 hour and finished the job in 40 minutes. I was incredibly impressed by quality of service I received at Experimac. I have never taken my computer to another repair shop and received quite the level of service and promptness I received here. Every employee I interacted with had a great demeanor and proved to be very informative. Furthermore, the representative who worked on my computer provided me with daily updates on the status and diagnostic findings regarding my Macbook. On top of all of this, I was not charged for a diagnostic test and the cost of the repairs was extremely reasonable. If you live in the Denver Metro Area I would high recommend taking all of your Mac Repairs here, these guys are awesome!

Great experience and great friendly people at the store! I wanted to get the battery on my iPhone 6s replaced, and had been searching for places other than an Apple Store that would do it when I got a mailer about the new Experimac Aurora store. They made sure they had the correct hi-quality battery for my model, and then did the replacement in under an hour for a great price. I also took some time to browse their selection of refurbished iMacs and Macbooks and they have some very good models available at great prices compared to what new models cost, and the computers come with a 1 year warranty. When it is time for me to get a new iMac, I am definitely going to visit them first!

e stopped in here today (11-10-18) as one of our iPhone 6 would not charge. The tech took the phone, cleaned it really good and I was shocked how much clogged the charging port. The charging cable went right in and problem resolved! The tech was super friendly and answered a lot of questions we left there VERY HAPPY!!! the store was clean and very well organized. I went to Experimac for help with my pre 2010 MacBook Pro. Shante greeted me like I was an old friend and made me feel very welcome from the start. He listened to my concerns and explained how he could update my ailing and outdated laptop. Technology has improved greatly over the last 8 years and making the improvements to bring my system up to date proved frustrating in the beginning. I applaud Shante for his perseverance and can do attitude. He continued to use his creativity and Mac knowledge to bring my dinosaur back to life. It’s now working great and all my fears of losing the data on my hard drive are gone. I couldn't of been happier with the service and the relief of not having to pay an arm and a leg for a new phone. So happy to say my recent experience with EXPERIMAC AURORA was nothing short of INSPIRING. As a skeptical, retired woman living on a fixed income, I was wary when researching venues for a Mac tune-up. Background: I lost my original Mac back in 2016. Yet, with a limited income, immediately purchased a used MacBook Air on Craigslist for a super-good price. Unfortunately, this replacement MacBook Air was riddled with challenges oft found with used, bargain-priced Macs. This Craigslist Mac was, from day one, slow and frustrating—frequently freezing and oft times stuck on the multi-colored deathwheel. Yet, for three years, I fought the brave fight and pressed on until the Mac challenges became so severe that I feared I’d loose my MacLifeline forever. That's when I researched Mac repair venues and gratefully found EXPERIMAC AURORA. Via phone, I explained my situation to Shante at Experimac and he confidently shared his belief that he could help me with solutions. It took me a week to muster up the nerve to check it out, and with a whole bunch of skepticism and notta lotta cash, I headed across town to Experimac at Parker Rd and Chambers. I walked in the store and was greeted by Shante, the same man I had previously spoken with on the phone. Professional and courteous, he offered options and advice including a very inexpensive solution. Though riddled in doubt, I (out of desperation) accepted his very reasonable quote-to-fix. Within one hour I collected my computer which was literally given a new life. My Mac worked far better than it had since the day I purchased it. Still the skeptic, I decided to wait-and-see how long the fix lasted before reviewing Experimac Aurora. Well, that was nearly two months ago and my computer is still running smooth as butter. I’ve never been happier with my Mac and am compelled to thank Shante and Experimac for great service and for helping renew my faith in human nature. I’ll definitely visit Experimac Aurora with any future MacNeeds so THANK YOU and a GREAT BIG shoutout to Experimac Aurora..

Experimac Aurora is a great place to get repairs or buy a computer. The staff is extremely helpful, and don't talk down to you. This is refreshing when compared to dealing with the major computer vendors. Highly recommend them - if you are in the Regis Jesuit High School community there are discounts available.

Awful customer service. Dropped my MacBook Pro off to replace a cracked screen. First I was told I would recieve an estimate before they closed. I had to call to check on the estimate and was told they could not contact the owner who had to give the estimate. On Monday, the next business day I called the store. Spoke to the owner who did not know my computer was even in the store. Received the quote that day from him and was told the computer would be ready on Saturday. Never received a call about the completion of the repair. Called Saturday afternoon and was told my computer was ready. In store they claimed they had called twice earlier in the week to tell me it was done. I did not have any voicemail or any recent calls from them on my phone. When I informed them of this they stopped trying to justify themselves. One the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I gave one star simply because the works was done. I’ll nevee use them again.
