Awful customer service. This is a simple return of a lens that I was denied because this store doesn't carry it in their inventory. It states on my receipt "You can return this item to any Best Buy store". When I first tried to return it to the Lakewood store (within the return window), they said I needed to drive over to Park Meadows to make the return (16 miles away). I called the Park Meadows store and they said that they would indeed process the return but also the Lakewood store is able to process the return whether it's in their inventory or not. Being busy, I called the Lakewood store again (now outside the return window) and I was told over the phone that the store WILL be able to complete the return. I drove to the Lakewood store again, under this assurance, and was told what I was told the first time - NO, they will not help me with the return. They asked me why I hadn't sent it in? Well because I have to buy a box, pay for the shipping and go to USPS to get that shipped back, and the delivery time will take it even more outside of the return widow. Keep in mind it says free returns in store. Having the written confirmation on the receipt and the verbal confirmation by two Best Buy employees that the Lakewood store would be able to process the return, I have now wasted gas and time driving to the Lakewood store and they're giving me attitude about why I haven't shipped the item back. And....I still have the item i'm trying to return. The person then has the audacity to tell me that my stalling is hurting my chances of the return being processed because I'm not outside the return window. I am ashamed to have ever bought anything from Best Buy and will not be making that mistake again.

I researched online that best buy price matches Amazon. I walked in got what I wanted and asked an associate to verify the policy and he confirmed as long as the product is sold and shipped by Amazon. Then he offered to check me out in his area so I didn't have to go through the normal checkout.

Good location, but you can generally get everything here (especially cables) cheaper elsewhere if you can wait for them to be delivered and now that online competitors have 1 or 2 hour delivery, I won't come back even if I just need something quickly and can't wait.

I visited with my son so he could pick up an item he ordered. We also checked out their video game selection. We also had a memory flashback, Haha, that we wanted to look at nest, cameras. They were pricey, so we picked a more reasonable alternative. We had a few questions for an associate that has approached us. He was very nice, helpful and professional. We purchased the unit, with minimal checkout time. Great shopping here, great selection, we will be back to check out black Friday deals.

Friendly staff and one of the last remaining electronic stores out there. Needed a decent sound bar and after checking out a few and comparing and contrasting sounds, got the best bang for the buck with the Harmon cardon HS 850. Great sound and no distortion even with high volume! Put the bose one to shame!! Thanks best buy for giving me the opportunity to try for myself and make my own decision instead of having to settle and rely on other peoples views.

When they didn't have it in stock they offered to have it delivered for free, and when I didn't want to wait for delivery, they found another store close by that could get it to me the same day.

Returned a brand new never worn $200 pair of headphones with $40 protection plan that I had received for Xmas. Best Buy apparently gives you only 15 days to return items after Xmas and the ONLY WAY to get even store credit is to use the $40 warranty. Manager wouldn’t do anything said it’s policy. These jackoffs wonder why they’re losing business to Amazon ha! I will no longer be making any purchases at Best Buy.

DONT GO HERE. The employees are insulting and immature, don’t know how to do their jobs, and act appalled when you need help. It’s seriously one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Almost an hour of waiting for a single check out because the employees didn’t know what they were doing or what to look for. Then, they spent the entire time telling me I just should do it myself online at home. Excuse me for expecting you to do your jobs. Seriously, this place is unrealistically bad.

They charged us twice for our purchase. Over $200. We went back to the store as soon as we saw the unwarranted charge post to our account the next day, to let them know of the mistake. Rather than give us a refund and credit our account they gave us a customer service number. They could have called for us and taken care of the obvious mistake themselves. Instead we called customer service only to be told they only handle on line transactions and could not help us. This store has been un responsive and unhelpful for a mistake that they made and the customer service has been terrible. This was all caused by an associate that asked us to re insert our card as the transaction was not completed. It was completed and was duplicated.

It's a best buy, but hey the employees always are cordial in my experience and have been helpful when I ask for something I'm after. I've bought my Spiderman black Friday PS4 and a couple power supplies for my PCs here and when I compared prices to online for my PSUs they were comparable. They always have to try and get you buy protection or similar but they're just doing their job and I don't knock the employees but best buy as a company can take it easy on sales pitches

Intrusive, obstructive. I had a specific product in mind. I know exactly where it is. I walked briskly to the back of the store, and was asked about 5 times if I needed assistance in finding something. I selected a product and took it to the cashier. She scanned the item, and then began to narrate the questions that the "computer" was asking on the PIN pad screen . "Did I want to make a charitable donation...?" "Did I want to open a credit card account?" I then told the cashier that I just wanted to pay for my purchase and leave. "Is that possible?" She said "No", and started to tell me something about how the computer had to ask... I put my credit card back in my wallet and left the store. Why would any merchant want to make it difficult for a customer to give them money? I went across the street and purchased the same product from one of their competitors. They didn't bother me while I was shopping, happily matched the price, and completed the transaction quickly. I was on my way home "hassle-free". An amazing contrast between the two stores.

I won’t be using this location anymore. I’ve had a couple experiences here lately that were less than professional. The children that they are choosing to employ here have no customer service etiquette and most of the time barely any knowledge of product. Tried to get to geek squad today for a simple question and whatever 18-year-old girl they have answering the phone threw me attitude because I was apparently inconveniencing her with the phone call. Tried to talk to her about the computer, she acted like I was speaking a different language and then gave me more attitude when I told her that I wanted to actually speak to a member of the geek squad since she wasn’t able to help. If I ever need to figure out how to open Instagram on my phone I’ll call her back because I’m sure that’s probably all she knows. Otherwise I will be using the Denver West location since they were able to get me directly to a geek squad, answer my question, and provide a solution all in the same phone call.

The staff was super attentive. Almost too attentive. It was annoying after awhile. When you spend 5 minutes explaining a Google home to your 70 year old father and 10+ different associates ask you if you need help, it becomes a bit too much. Need some kind of "please leave me alone" system.

They charged us twice for our purchase. Over $200. We went back to the store as soon as we saw the unwarranted charge post to our account the next day, to let them know of the mistake. Rather than give us a refund and credit our account they gave us a customer service number. They could have called for us and taken care of the obvious mistake themselves. Instead we called customer service only to be told they only handle on line transactions and could not help us. This store has been un responsive and unhelpful for a mistake that they made and the customer service has been terrible. This was all caused by an associate that asked us to re insert our card as the transaction was not completed. It was completed and was duplicated.

Intrusive, obstructive. I had a specific product in mind. I know exactly where it is. I walked briskly to the back of the store, and was asked about 5 times if I needed assistance in finding something. I selected a product and took it to the cashier. She scanned the item, and then began to narrate the questions that the "computer" was asking on the PIN pad screen . "Did I want to make a charitable donation...?" "Did I want to open a credit card account?" I then told the cashier that I just wanted to pay for my purchase and leave. "Is that possible?" She said "No", and started to tell me something about how the computer had to ask... I put my credit card back in my wallet and left the store. Why would any merchant want to make it difficult for a customer to give them money? I went across the street and purchased the same product from one of their competitors. They didn't bother me while I was shopping, happily matched the price, and completed the transaction quickly. I was on my way home "hassle-free". An amazing contrast between the two stores.

Price was great, the offer price matching which was used on my purchase. The delivery drivers were very friendly and helpful with all of my wife's and my questions, they were in and out in about 30 minutes. Definitely would recommend buying anything you need from this location

It's now been 4 months and still no word upon when I will get my computer back their warranty program sucks. Nor is there any way to communicate with their 800 number or their email they give you,for their warranty program go figure. Do I ever get my computer back? They are a Wolf in sheep clothing warranty program.

The only reason why I am giving 2**due to the young lady whom I spoke with when calling first; she was extremely competent in computer & inventory knowledge. It was the sales representative that LIED TO ME!! I have my own MS office software licence!! He to me I had to "now purchase " The annual prescription. I went to Office Depot, and out the truth, my owning my own license is "" VALID & Useable """ Best Buy list a customer!!! Moral: always get a second opinion if the case involves sales personnel or doctors!!!

The geek squad guys are great. They know their geeky stuff for sure and are a big help. I still like shopping in person as opposed to amazon for a couple of reasons: 1. You don’t get your stuff jacked off your front porch 2. You can get the thing you want when you want it 3. Sometimes people scam you on amazon and don’t ship the things you pay for. Just get in your car, and go to the dang store just like you did back in the old days. Hell, maybe ride your bike or walk to keep the blood flowing. Best Buy is still cool.

Never had a time where we were not greeted and had exemplary customer service. Usually the floor staff works together to find the answer if they are unsure. Helpful hint-make sure you are dealing with a Best Buy employee and not a sales rep! Best Buy staff will typically not be married to a specific brand. Ask the person if they are a Best Buy employee-if they aren’t simply say you wish to speak with one!

Helpful helpful helpful! We were standing in front of a row of vacuum cleaners looking very confused. A nice young man came over to us and asked what our needs were when it came to a vacuum. He then directed us to one that was a hundred less than the one we thought we were gonna buy explaining why it was a better option for our needs. Also picked up a 28 inch HD monitor with the help of a guy in that section. Definitely a good place to shop.

Every time I go to BestBuy there is a mediately somebody who comes up to help me and they answer my questions give me great advice on the best products to buy and they stand by their warranties. I purchased an extended warranty for my printer, my printer conked out and they told me to help myself to any printer that I wanted and they would give me full credit on the purchase price of the defunct printer.
