Went in because my battery was swollen. They said they had to replace the phone, so they did. One week later the new phone malfunctioned so I had to come back in. They told me I had to make an appointment which was one week out. Came back one week later and they cleared my settings and that should fix it. No sooner than I got home, same problem. Tried to call the store number and it goes straight to corporate. Have to make another appointment another week out just to get looked at again. I can’t make this appointment so I click the link to change the appointment. Link sends you into this spiral of “what services do you need”. None of which leads you to anywhere capable of changing your appointment. Going back in today to start the whole process over again. Wish me luck.

I mean what is there to say about an Apple store really? Looks great, the products are beautiful and easy to use, and the customer service is excellent despite being constantly busy. I've always had an easy time getting in and out and everybody there seems friendly and knowledgeable.

I brought in my phone on Saturday as I had an appointment with the Genius Bar for a 2 hour battery replacement. I was told that they couldn’t get it finished until 7:30 that night? So I came back Monday to get the phone over lunch. Not only could they not find me in their system, but I have been waiting for 30 minutes to simply pick up my phone. As I sit here, people who have arrived after me have gotten service and satisfaction. No good Apple, what gives? I even brought up the email Apple sent me stating the work order to be done because the welcomer still can’t find me in the system. So Happy 1 star. 2 days and 2 unsatisfactory visits.

1> Worst customer experience by front desk .I have mentioned my last name as "Rao" and spelled twice but writing it as Rob and later Rou even though asked them to correct my name. 2> Purchased 3 devices in this store and always one or the other problem and giving some non technical answer. Eg: Recently purchased iPhone XR and within 3 days of purchase my phone went switched off, later visited the store and giving me answer that I have used wrong charger even though I have used iPhone 6s plus charger. So the question is when my phone is switched off abnormally then is it the fault of charger? At least should be able to answer technically instead of giving some non technical solution. 3> I really do not recommend this store considering all the device purchase at this store and customer experience.

I can say that they need a better system when making a purchase. Being put on a waitlist that takes a long time just to make a watch purchase is frustrating. I definitely like my Apple products but the experience left a lot to be desired.

These people can come across as taking themselves way too seriously. But that’s only because they’re very busy. Went in today with a problem on my phone and they were very fast, efficient and very friendly. Highly recommend this store. I’d also recommend coming in during the week if it all possible. That way they have more time to devote to you.

We got there right when they opened, to beat the rush. The staff was professional and helpful. We had Matt helping us. He was great! He was really patient while helping my less than tech savvy dad. The only thing I didn't like, was an employee who felt it was appropriate to grandstand a demo of Apple Music and a microphone. It was pretty annoying hearing 'Check, check' and other loud noise from the demo. It was a little unprofessional. If I was doing that, I would have at least used the microphone to explain what I was doing and apologize for the disruption. Fortunately it was a short demo. Otherwise, great job Apple.

This place is ridiculous. An appointment is needed (yes, for a retail store!). Even with an 'appointment' wait times are long. The store is so loud it's like being in a night club. That along with bright fluorescent lights all over the store making it almost luminous, makes it very unpleasant. The times I have had to go there, (and I say 'had to' as in, only out of dire need), I have tried to hurry it along so I can leave asap. Walking in and 'checking in' requires shouting over the noise to the sales rep. What a fiasco. Then the staff want to sit and chat, like you are 'hanging out' with them. It's just bizarre. I don't know what planet these people are on but I don't plan on going back anytime soon. Will order anything online and wait.

My iPhone 7 red with a model # A1660 that has a searching error needs to be replaced. I made an appointment with this apple store Monday of this week. they were so booked out that I had to wait 5 days for an appointment. I finally went in for my appointment after not having a phone for 5 days and the girl that helped me told me I just needed an update. After talking to apple associated on the phone prior, and Verizon specialists prior they told me there is not a fix for this phone and apple is replacing all phones with my model #. I kept telling the girl that and she told me I have to come back if it does it again. As soon as I got hone( 30 minute drive from the apple store) the phone was again searching for service. This is my time that these people are messing with. MI am VERY dissatisfied with this store.

So lets make this clear. This store is absolutely horrible at customer service. If you want a apple, it would be best to go else where. I waited on hold on the phone for 15min just to be hung up on and started to wait for 10min before I just hung up. I tried to call because I have been in this store before and its like pulling teeth to get anything. So if you want something find a different store. Apple should be ashamed.

My daughter and I went in to purchase a new MacBook. We were helped by a very knowledgeable young man who was sincerely concerned that my daughter got the computer that would truly fit her needs, rather than the most expensive option. We both felt that we were not “sold” anything but rather were engaged in a consultation which resulted in her getting exactly what she wanted and needed. A quality experience and a terrific product.

I went into the store (closest to my location over an hour away), only to be told that the problem I was experiencing on my Verizon iPhone 8 Visual Voicemail was a "known issue" that has NO resolution. I spoke with the tech, supervisor and store manager to be sure this was correct. I run a small business that relies on reliable voicemails. I cannot get them on a regular basis due to a "glitch" in the visual voicemail that they have not figured out how to fix in months. They then told me they couldn't tell me when it would be fixed if ever. So much for great Apple support and great product. I may have to move entirely away from Apple simply to get voicemails, which are a pretty basic thing one would think. Not happy. They seemed nonchalant and uncaring to do anything to help me. Time to go away from Apple?

I've been using Mac's since the 90's. This is the first time I was disappointed with Apple. I purchased a macbook pro in late June 2019, I was given a 2017 model and wasn't told it was an older model. After I had the computer for about one month I went to check my storage under the apple symbol and that's when I found out I had the 2017 model. I was shocked and disappointed that Apple sales people would do this without telling the me. After talking to 3 different people I did end up getting a brand new model of macbook pro. All was smooth after much discussion with the 3 people. I thought Apple was better than this. I gave 4 stars because they ended up making it good. I hope that in the future Apple will be up front about selling older models to it's customers.

Called in and was put on hold for 30 minutes. After the call dropped, I drove in to their Apple location in the Colorado Springs and waited in line. After getting through their line, I was told I needed to wait approximately another hour to be able to give them my phone to be serviced. I offered to drop the phone off with them now, but was told this isn’t an option. Frustrated Apple Customer.

1 star for nicely equipped store and clean. minus 4 stars because I ordered online and went to pick the 3 items up. Lots of employees walking around and a few glanced at me and kept walking. I finally followed one and said I was there to pick up an order. What should have taken like 10 minutes at any other store took 50. I'll use the store as a brick and mortar to browse then leave, order online and ship to my house.

Terrible customer service. Employees were not knowledge in the items and we were left abruptly not knowing if the return we made was put back on the card or put on a gift card. After being left, we had to wait another 20 minutes to get helped again. Park Meadows Mall has provided the best service and it was much quicker.

I made an appointment 5 hours ago! Showed up and I now have been waiting for over 30. The automated appointment system is not the best system. Sure it's super crowded and come service is below average! If I could give it a rating of zero I would. I plan on avoiding this store in the future at all costs. Do what you can not to have to show up here.

We purchased a new iPhone XS Max. The staff was knowledgeable, but the service was VERY slow, since 1 person was helping several people at once who had purchased new phones. We are still sitting here 2.5 hours later and we’re still not done. It would be far better if there was personal 1 on 1 service!!!

It took Apple about 2 1/2 months to get the battery replacement for my iphone 6s. This was Apple Corporate, not this store. The store did a Fantastic job once they got the battery. They were swamped with people getting batteries, but they were very organized. I was out in about 45 minutes.

My experience started out poorly here; I am not very tech savvy and needed a lot of assistance with syncing my phone and computer. The first few people to work with me were really impatient and left me sitting alone to figure it out. Thankfully, David, a lovely British man, who was not assigned to help me, took it upon himself to have mercy on an incompetent Apple user. He was incredibly patient, understanding, knowledgeable, kind, and ultimately fixed the problem with me, unlike the others who left me to my own devices. Because of David, what once would have been a 2 star rating, turned into a 5 star one! Thank you David for all your help!

Brought in an iphone xr i purchased on ebay that no longer turns on. Has scratches on screen. Its being sent to depot to try and be repaired. I was given a pos iphone 8 to use that i cant even see because its so small. Then the tech informs me that the scratches on the screen may cause them to charge me for the screen damage inorder to give me a replacement phone if it cant be repaired. Really??? First of all i own the phone and the condition of screen if it doesnt effect phone performance shouldnt be an issue all phones have wear and tear regardless of severity of a scratch. This was very distressing to have to worry about whether or not i have to come up with more money for a 5mnth old phone! Update!!! No they are saying it has non apple modifications to phone,which is far from the truth they just have no answer why and dont want to give me a replacement. This phone cant be modified in anyway as i have just read online. So they are pulling at straws unless they can prove it. Consumer is always right i thought??

I need a new laptop battery for my MacBook Pro. It is an older model, and one where you can easily take off the back plate, pull the battery out, and put a new one in. I.e. I just needed the part. I went in with my battery in hand, and the guy said he couldn’t get a battery for me because I needed an appointment. I said “just for something off the shelf?” and he said, “well, no, it is not on the shelf, we would have to go in the back to get one.” So this idiot was too lazy or incompetent to have someone spend 1 minute to go in back to get a part for a customer. This is embarrassing Apple, get your act together!!

Every single time I come, there are about 6+ people walking around with their fancy I pads doing nothing to help the long line of customers. Even with an appointment, they send me to the bar and I end up waiting for ever without being acknowledged. When someone behind the bar finally acknowledges my wave, they send me back to another person. Very inefficient service. I always leave frustrated and do my best to not go there.

My mom's phone needed a new battery. That's all. Takes 10 seconds for me to replace on my Android phone. But here, 3 hour wait for them to even look at the phone, and another 2 hours to replace the battery. NEVER WILL BUY ANOTHER APPLE PRODUCT. PERIOD. THIS STORE DESTROYED THE APPLE EXPERIENCE.

My wife went there to get her phone looked at showed up early and waited for 30 minutes and asked someone that was walking by how long it might be, the Apple associate asked how long have you been waiting she replied 30 min, his response was :that's conceivable." On top of that they never checked her in, so they claim they did't know she was there.If you want to get treated like you don't exist, have time to waste, and want to get treated like you don't matter, then you should throw your money away her.

All of the staff was friendly and immediately welcoming, and the man who helped me with my iphone’s cracked screen was very informative and helpful. Everyone I interacted with had a great attitude, and wait time was very short. I always love coming to this location because I always get the best service and walk out with a smile on my face. Make an appointment and wait. I am an Apple fan, but this place could do a little better to make it more customer friendly. It looks great but hard tile floor and hard wood chairs do not scream stick around and test stuff out before you buy. It screams get in, pay and get out, we want a fast rotation of people.

Instead of improving my phone, the Springs Apple team damaged it further today. Then, the store declined to fix the problem it created. I arrived as a walk-in customer at 10:15 am. I got my phone back with a new battery several hours later but with two missing screws on both sides of the charging port. The Apple representative told me that the technician had broken the bracket that attaches to the screen, leaving no possible backing for the screws to be attached. So, my phone’s screen is now vulnerable to detachment due to an error by an Apple technician. The Apple representative explained that my phone had an aftermarket screen that did not qualify for a repair from the damage the Apple store did to my phone in the first place. He then told me I could spend $150 to replace the screen that the Apple store broke. I declined to pay for the suggested repair and asked to speak with a manager. The manager reiterated the store’s position and I left with my phone in worse shape than when I initially came in. This was possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Based on other reviews, this kind of incident seems to happen all too often at this store.

My experience started out poorly here; I am not very tech savvy and needed a lot of assistance with syncing my phone and computer. The first few people to work with me were really impatient and left me sitting alone to figure it out. Thankfully, David, a lovely British man, who was not assigned to help me, took it upon himself to have mercy on an incompetent Apple user. He was incredibly patient, understanding, knowledgeable, kind, and ultimately fixed the problem with me, unlike the others who left me to my own devices. Brought in an iphone xr i purchased on ebay that no longer turns on. Has scratches on screen. Its being sent to depot to try and be repaired. I was given a pos iphone 8 to use that i cant even see because its so small. Then the tech informs me that the scratches on the screen may cause them to charge me for the screen damage inorder to give me a replacement phone if it cant be repaired. Really??? First of all i own the phone and the condition of screen if it doesnt effect phone performance shouldnt be an issue all phones have wear and tear regardless of severity of a scratch. This was very distressing to have to worry about whether or not i have to come up with more money for a 5mnth old phone! Update!!! No they are saying it has non apple modifications to phone,which is far from the truth they just have no answer why and dont want to give me a replacement. I need a new laptop battery for my MacBook Pro. It is an older model, and one where you can easily take off the back plate, pull the battery out, and put a new one in. I.e. I just needed the part. I went in with my battery in hand, and the guy said he couldn’t get a battery for me because I needed an appointment. I said “just for something off the shelf?” and he said, “well, no, it is not on the shelf, we would have to go in the back to get one.” So this idiot was too lazy or incompetent to have someone spend 1 minute to go in back to get a part for a customer. This is embarrassing Apple, get your act together!!

Every single time I come, there are about 6+ people walking around with their fancy I pads doing nothing to help the long line of customers. Even with an appointment, they send me to the bar and I end up waiting for ever without being acknowledged. When someone behind the bar finally acknowledges my wave, they send me back to another person. Very inefficient service. I always leave frustrated and do my best to not go there.

I went in to get my iPhone 6s battery replaced at the Apple Shops at Briargate. When I arrived they said "You can't do that here, you have to call customer service." So as I am watching literally 20 apple employees stand around they say, " We can't do that." Really Apple? So then I call customer service and wait 45 minutes- they tell me I have to send my phone in...I'm like, what? I just want a new battery in my phone, why can't I just have a battery sent to the store and then set up an appointment to go get it replaced? It takes like 20 minutes?! After another 15 minutes the person finally says, "ok we can do that. The battery is out of stock right now and the store will call you in two weeks." We shall see if they call me, from the customer service level so far I am seriously doubting it.

Went into the store today to ask why my iphone wasn't working. It kept saying failure to update but wouldn't let me update. It blocked my service so I couldn't use phone, text, or data. I was told a could make an appoint for the following Friday or buy a brand new phone. I'm a nurse and a full time graduate student. I don't maintain a landline. They work really hard to not actually fix the problem and are robotic. You will hear the same answers from different people. It's crazy making. The phone works just fine inside the store, but the same problem happens when you leave and they will say it's software . Bottom line is if a customer like me has been there a dozen times, and I do mean 12, then the surface level approach needs to stop. It should've stopped on the third visit. And it's always an hour or more, Tonight I came in because I could not get in because of an iCloud error. So they first said it would be two hours and then had somebody work with me who got me another phone to dial Apple Inc. After 30 minutes of very frustrating and fruitless attempts with that rep who made me say the same thing repeatedly five times, and still did not understand that I was trying to get into my phone and the pass code was not working, one of the reps said oh that's just a restore, and we could do that in 5 to 7 minutes. So after being on the phone with some moron for 30 they could've gotten me in and out of there in five minutes? Plus some really snarky comments from others that I had talk to on the phone makes his rating low. Granted I was given a new phone three months ago but then what they're saying is a software that keeps having these problems happen which I'm thinking needed to be resolved when that was the suspicion. Instead just doing the bare minimum and it gets the customer back in the store so possibly we will buy more products right? Yep...one star.

I am really disappointed, these guys wasted my time. I scheduled an appointment for changing my Iphone’s battery. When I got there, the guy told me to wait because he needed to ask the repair person if he can replace it with cracks on the screen, then he told me yes we can replace it. Two months later, they called me and told me to come to change the battery. They told me to wait for two hours after giving them the IPhone. After two hours, they told me they did nothing, we have to change your screen and you will have to pay 150$ extra for that!!! In conclusion, my advice is to stay away form this store and goodbye Apple!

I took my iphone 6 s plus in for a battery change. I was told to pick it up in about 3 hours and when I arrived, the sales person informed me that the battery could not be removed because it had been super glued in by the previous repair person. Of course they sold me a new phone which was their game plan all along. I returned to the previous repair shop and they told me that they never, ever, superglue a battery into a phone and showed me the process of replacing the battery which consisted of popping out the battery which was held by 2 small strips of sticky tape. This is a real deception from the Apple Store and folks should be aware that this is what they do!

This Apple store is awful. Always understaffed, or just standing around. Genius Bar took long lunch, came back late. I have so many friends who travel to Denver because this store is so awful

I have taken my year old mac book pro in twice for service and both times the customer service was excellent! They really wanted to get my problem resolved and were able to do so each time. I have been to another place in town several times with other Macs that I've owned, and their service was no where near this professional. I will go no where else in the future.

I went in to get my iPhone 6s battery replaced at the Apple Shops at Briargate. When I arrived they said "You can't do that here, you have to call customer service." So as I am watching literally 20 apple employees stand around they say, " We can't do that." Really Apple? So then I call customer service and wait 45 minutes- they tell me I have to send my phone in...I'm like, what? I just want a new battery in my phone, why can't I just have a battery sent to the store and then set up an appointment to go get it replaced? It takes like 20 minutes?! After another 15 minutes the person finally says, "ok we can do that. The battery is out of stock right now and the store will call you in two weeks." We shall see if they call me, from the customer service level so far I am seriously doubting it.

Went into the store today to ask why my iphone wasn't working. It kept saying failure to update but wouldn't let me update. It blocked my service so I couldn't use phone, text, or data. I was told a could make an appoint for the following Friday or buy a brand new phone. I'm a nurse and a full time graduate student. I don't maintain a landline. I have to be able to use my cell phone daily for work and school. I was completely frustrated with their customer service. I'm turned off of apple products after this. I've had bad experiences before with apple but this was too much.

Not a fan of their policies, I went to get one airpod replaced as the microphone had stopped work but outer than that still worked as a speaker. They said yes it is broken, that'll be 74 dollars to replace it. No big deal. But then they keep my other airpod. They said this was the policy. So, i pay for the original set, pay for the replacement, yet im out an earphone. Seems like im paying to give them my product. I was told they wouldn't sell me the replacement unless i GAVE them my airpod.

They work really hard to not actually fix the problem and are robotic. You will hear the same answers from different people. It's crazy making. The phone works just fine inside the store, but the same problem happens when you leave and they will say it's software . Bottom line is if a customer like me has been there a dozen times, and I do mean 12, then the surface level approach needs to stop. It should've stopped on the third visit. And it's always an hour or more, Tonight I came in because I could not get in because of an iCloud error. So they first said it would be two hours and then had somebody work with me who got me another phone to dial Apple Inc. After 30 minutes of very frustrating and fruitless attempts with that rep who made me say the same thing repeatedly five times, and still did not understand that I was trying to get into my phone and the pass code was not working, one of the reps said oh that's just a restore, and we could do that in 5 to 7 minutes. So after being on the phone with some moron for 30 they could've gotten me in and out of there in five minutes? Plus some really snarky comments from others that I had talk to on the phone makes his rating low. Granted I was given a new phone three months ago but then what they're saying is a software that keeps having these problems happen which I'm thinking needed to be resolved when that was the suspicion. Instead just doing the bare minimum and it gets the customer back in the store so possibly we will buy more products right? Yep...one star.

I am really disappointed, these guys wasted my time. I scheduled an appointment for changing my Iphone’s battery. When I got there, the guy told me to wait because he needed to ask the repair person if he can replace it with cracks on the screen, then he told me yes we can replace it. Two months later, they called me and told me to come to change the battery. They told me to wait for two hours after giving them the IPhone. After two hours, they told me they did nothing, we have to change your screen and you will have to pay 150$ extra for that!!! In conclusion, my advice is to stay away form this store and goodbye Apple!

This "Store" and Apple suck...admittedly I love apple phones and tablets but they have no interest in taking care of the customer! I own a i-pad pro and i-phone x currently. They are happy to take your money but when something doesn't work have fun navigating the process of getting it fixed. When you call, no one to talk to. When you go to their "Store" plan on making a day of it, really! Online service is a sea of garbage. Grrr! It's time to service what you sell apple and with a real person not some automated call attendant!!!

By far the WORST Apple Store I've EVER been to. Horrible experiences at this place, multiple times. I can't understand how such a huge, reputable, billion dollar "top" company can disregard a 2 star rating for this location and not make changes to improve. Every time I make an appointment here, I am stuck waiting for 30 min to an hour for my actual appointment. Even though there are 15 employees wandering the store aimlessly and chatting with each other. Every time I've tried to call the store directly, no one picks up the phone, even though they have an insane number of employees. Again, the employees just don't do anything here it seems. Whenever I've had issues and waited over 30 min to get seen, the "technicians" don't even know how to help or come to a decent resolution. I usually only take the time to write good reviews, but this store is SO horrible that I had to let other people know that this place is worthless. Apple's least valuable and least impressive asset, most definitely. If I were the manager here, I would fire everyone and hire people who actually care to do their jobs.

Very poor customer service. They literally lied to me. Initially, I took in my phone because the display stopped working. I can still hear text but my screen is completely black. So I went to this apple store and spoke to a lady named Brenda. She told me that it'll cost me $279 to get it replaced and my fiance said to her its only a yr. and 2 months old. And she said okay and proceeded to tap on her Ipad. She then said since it's only 1 yr. and 2 months old they can make an exception and I won't have to pay out-of-pocket. I told her that's great! And she proceeded to set the appointment and she said I'll get an email since my phone isn't able to receive text. So the next day comes and surprisingly to me my phone is working fine. So I don't go in for my appointment. Fast-forward to today and my phone is having the same issue. Once again I bring it in, this time I am given a new rep. I explained the situation, he doesn't find anything on his tablet so and he says I understand, let me get my manager. So I say okay, hoping that the manager Ernest can shed light on the situation. Boy, was I wrong. He just kept saying that since "there is no notation" of Brenda saying that they'll make an exception then theirs nothing he can do. We go back and forth for awhile and then I finally say, well she set the appointment and everything. And he seems surprised. It doesn't end there. He basically asks if I have proof. I said well she said she'll send me an email confirmation. He says well if you can pull it up then I can help you. And I'm thinking "why don't they already have that info. ?" Well, in-short, it turns out I didn't even get that email but later on they did acknowledge that I indeed had an appointment set by Brenda. But Ernest still kept implying that I'm lying and he at one point said that "Brenda is a great employee." The whole ordeal was ridiculous I even at some point said its not about the money. You can't trust what they say over there Brenda seems to have no clue as to what she is doing and Ernest never actually answered any of my questions he just kept saying they don't have proof of what Brenda said. I felt like I was being accused of lying and Ernest had no real answers for me. My phone is still broken and I am just going to go to another Apple Store to pay for it to be fixed or a phone repair shop. At the end of it all, I asked Ernest to send me an email with the notations they made today and basically something that reflects that I came in and he said he would in 15 minutes, still have yet to receive that email. These reviews say it all, don't waste your time there.

This is undoubtably the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. First, I had to deal with an automated voice system that couldn’t reconize one word I said. Second, I was put on hold for over 15 minuets and had to listen to the most appalling music I’ve ever heard. I was told by numerous people that this Apple Store was terrible. IT IS!! The worst service I’ve had any where. I get that we are up north but down south i would never get treated like this. I even made sure to get an appointment. Was not greeted. Was not acknowledged. After about 30 minutes of waiting I just left. Yes I was two minutes late. People walking in after me and sitting down next to me got served first. If I had the choice I would go some where else but this is the only store close to us that does screen repairs. Would not recommend going here unless you don’t have a choice like me.

I went to to this Apple store to purchase a new iPhone. The robot at the front told me it would be 5-10 minutes. During this time, 3 more robots made their way to the front of the store just to direct customers to each other to sign in( because only one was for sales obviously). An hour later, customers that arrived before I did were agitated and I can't see why? I guess teaching the elderly how to spell email takes precedence. I understand. I did leave and found another place that actually wants to service people and I didn't even have to wait 5 minutes. This store and it's employees....even Google!! Who will not let me submit this post without giving the special needs kids 1 Star!!! BECAUSE THEY WERE TRYING THEIR BEST!!!..... *sigh. Take your damn star.

Use great caution whenever coming to this store for a repair. Apple as a corporation does not want third-party shops to repair their phones. Instead, they will charge exorbitant prices to repair their own phones. If you take a phone that has been repaired at a third-party shop to this Apple store, they are trained to tell you that the third party shop broke many things that are just fine. They will produce an impressive report that leaves the customer to conclude that the only way to get an Apple phone repaired is to pay 2-3 times the cost of a third-party shop for the same repair. Consumer beware!

Took my iPhone 5 in for a battery replacement. Got there at 9:45. Checked in. They had me checked in as another person. Woman that was helping me pushed me off to another gentlemen, he had no idea what to do. Ended up being helped by two more people. Left the phone. Went back three hours later to find out they couldn't replace the battery, stated that the battery was glued in place. They stated that the phone was repaired elsewhere, it wasn't never touched by anyone else. Just google the iPhone 5 battery and everything on Google states that they use a very sticky adhesive. They offered to sell me another phone, I declined. Seems like they don't care to repair, they just want to sell. And another gentlemen was there, he had an appointment. One of the store employees told him that the appointment was just to talk to them, not an appointment for repairs. So now after Googling the battery issue, I owe my son an apology since I accused him of having the phone repaired and it never was. Thank Apple for not standing behind your products. UPDATE: Apple reached out to me. Now they say that after reviewing all the notes, that it was because there are 4 tabs in the phone that were broken, indicating to them that the phone was repaired elsewhere at some point. The battery is no longer the issue. And this phone wasn't under warranty, wasn't asking for a price break. They need to keep their stories straight!

This is a really nice store that’s overall friendly and clean- I have never had a negative experience here until recently. I just wanted to ask a few questions to an associate who was very unprofessional and unkind- her name was Melissa I believe, she was not at all helpful and very rude. I only asked a few questions so I couldn’t take the store survey they usually have for customer service but I would give her a very bad review and hope her manager sees that she is not treating customers well.

My husband had a issue with his iPhone and got on the waiting list to be seen. The wait was long, about 1.5 hours. When it was his turn, the employee said it could be a software issue or his phone may need to be updated. He backed up his phone and left. My husband waited 30 minutes and the guy never came back. When my husband asked another employee where he was, he said he was in a meeting. He never told my husband this and left him waiting around for nothing. Such a waste of time and poor customer service. Very disappointed as nothing was accomplished after 3 hours of waiting around.

One star. I bought a XR here 20 days ago and then the new one came out. I first called Apple to see if there was any options. They looked up my account and saw exactly how the XR was paid for which is financed and they said that because it was so close to the 14 day return policy that I could go into the store and the manager could make the exception. I went in and after waiting 20 minutes to be helped I then waited another 40 minutes for the very nice guy to keep asking management if it was possible etc etc. After finding out that it was possible then he had to get final approval from the main manager. She didn’t WANT to do it. The nice guy said it was possible but she didn’t want to do it so maybe I should ask her. He seemed scared of her. I then asked her what the deal was and why APPLE said it was possible but she is saying it’s not. She then gave me a BS line that APPLE didn’t know and told me wrong. What a joke and waste of my time! Horrible management here! I’ll never come back.

Between Apple as a company and this store in general, it seems like their strategy is to have you wait until you forget that they messed up. I waited over an hour to drop off a phone I had a scheduled appointment to fix my cracked screen which surprise surprise they had no record of my appointment. They didn’t have any screens in stock so I had to wait 10 days to ship off my phone and get it back. Once I got it back it activated, recognized my cell number and carrier but would not allow me to make calls. 1 more hour of waiting. They trashed my SIM card to fix the issue and it worked but then suddenly my Apple ID didn’t recognize the phone number, the very same I had to change when I got this phone, and reverted to one I haven’t used in six months. Overall I’m extremely dissatisfied with the level of service Apple as a company was able to provide. The technicians in the store worked their hardest to resolve the issue and it’s the only reason I gave two stars. I will not be buying anymore Apple products or services during my lifetime if this is the level of service Apple care and Apple provide. I would have never tried to get my phone repaired if I knew it would take two weeks to get it back with my Apple ID and that they would somehow lose my contacts during the transition.

Second, I was put on hold for over 15 minuets and had to listen to the most appalling music I’ve ever heard. I was told by numerous people that this Apple Store was terrible. IT IS!! Unfortunately, we have no other choices except to drive 60 miles plus to find another store. Apple only cares about one thing selling products. Apple could care less about customer service after the sale. We’re done with Apple products!! Samsung here we come....

The staff and team were very friendly, there was a wait time but they got to me very fast and friendly. The facility was clean and the display models were working and they helped me decide what product i wanted! Finally they had what i wanted and needed. Over all it was a great experience

The worst service I’ve had any where. I get that we are up north but down south i would never get treated like this. I even made sure to get an appointment. Was not greeted. Was not acknowledged. After about 30 minutes of waiting I just left. Yes I was two minutes late. People walking in after me and sitting down next to me got served first. If I had the choice I would go some where else but this is the only store close to us that does screen repairs. Would not recommend going here unless you don’t have a choice like me.

I went to to this Apple store to purchase a new iPhone. The robot at the front told me it would be 5-10 minutes. During this time, 3 more robots made their way to the front of the store just to direct customers to each other to sign in( because only one was for sales obviously). An hour later, customers that arrived before I did were agitated and I can't see why? I guess teaching the elderly how to spell email takes precedence. I understand. I did leave and found another place that actually wants to service people and I didn't even have to wait 5 minutes. This store and it's employees....even Google!! Who will not let me submit this post without giving the special needs kids 1 Star!!! BECAUSE THEY WERE TRYING THEIR BEST!!!..... *sigh. Take your damn star.

Use great caution whenever coming to this store for a repair. Apple as a corporation does not want third-party shops to repair their phones. Instead, they will charge exorbitant prices to repair their own phones. If you take a phone that has been repaired at a third-party shop to this Apple store, they are trained to tell you that the third party shop broke many things that are just fine. They will produce an impressive report that leaves the customer to conclude that the only way to get an Apple phone repaired is to pay 2-3 times the cost of a third-party shop for the same repair. Consumer beware!

Took my iPhone 5 in for a battery replacement. Got there at 9:45. Checked in. They had me checked in as another person. Woman that was helping me pushed me off to another gentlemen, he had no idea what to do. Ended up being helped by two more people. Left the phone. Went back three hours later to find out they couldn't replace the battery, stated that the battery was glued in place. They stated that the phone was repaired elsewhere, it wasn't never touched by anyone else. Just google the iPhone 5 battery and everything on Google states that they use a very sticky adhesive. They offered to sell me another phone, I declined. Seems like they don't care to repair, they just want to sell. And another gentlemen was there, he had an appointment. One of the store employees told him that the appointment was just to talk to them, not an appointment for repairs. So now after Googling the battery issue, I owe my son an apology since I accused him of having the phone repaired and it never was. Thank Apple for not standing behind your products. UPDATE: Apple reached out to me. Now they say that after reviewing all the notes, that it was because there are 4 tabs in the phone that were broken, indicating to them that the phone was repaired elsewhere at some point. The battery is no longer the issue. And this phone wasn't under warranty, wasn't asking for a price break. They need to keep their stories straight!

This is a really nice store that’s overall friendly and clean- I have never had a negative experience here until recently. I just wanted to ask a few questions to an associate who was very unprofessional and unkind- her name was Melissa I believe, she was not at all helpful and very rude. I only asked a few questions so I couldn’t take the store survey they usually have for customer service but I would give her a very bad review and hope her manager sees that she is not treating customers well.

Matt is not helpful and was quick to help any and everyone else before helping us. We had to wait 30 minutes before he came back to help us and I ended up doing everything myself. If I ever have any other trouble with any apple products I’d rather drive to Denver than deal with this again.

Between Apple as a company and this store in general, it seems like their strategy is to have you wait until you forget that they messed up. I waited over an hour to drop off a phone I had a scheduled appointment to fix my cracked screen which surprise surprise they had no record of my appointment. They didn’t have any screens in stock so I had to wait 10 days to ship off my phone and get it back. Once I got it back it activated, recognized my cell number and carrier but would not allow me to make calls. 1 more hour of waiting. They trashed my SIM card to fix the issue and it worked but then suddenly my Apple ID didn’t recognize the phone number, the very same I had to change when I got this phone, and reverted to one I haven’t used in six months. Overall I’m extremely dissatisfied with the level of service Apple as a company was able to provide. The technicians in the store worked their hardest to resolve the issue and it’s the only reason I gave two stars. I will not be buying anymore Apple products or services during my lifetime if this is the level of service Apple care and Apple provide. I would have never tried to get my phone repaired if I knew it would take two weeks to get it back with my Apple ID and that they would somehow lose my contacts during the transition.

Worst customer service. The man who is I’m assuming the ‘greeter’ and is supposed to be signing people in and letting them know where to go tried helping me pair my new phone to my Apple Watch. It was previously paired to my old phone and I didn’t know I need to go into my old phone and unpair it but the man in the front made sure that I did in the most rude and condescending way.

Not quite sure why it takes over a week to get an appointment when apparently appointments don’t actually mean anything. Once you’re in the store, you get in line behind everyone else, appointment or not. If I had known it would take over an hour just to replace a battery, I definitely would have planned my day differently.
