This apple store is in cherry creek shopping center. This store is good one and the people working there are helping. I messed operating system in my MacBook air. They sorted out and installed the operating system.

This store will not allow you to exchange MONEY for a new battery if their “genius” doesn’t think you need it.

Had an appointment at the Genius Bar and was helped by Zach! He was so awesome and helpful! I generally dread going to Apple stores.. but he made it so easy! Thanks Zach! :D

Matthew Smith

my wife wanted a new iPhone. We went to the store, got added to a list of people waiting for help, and stood around for 10 min waiting. Meanwhile we see many members of staff wandering around. They only took our name so how could the staff even know it was us when our turn came up? We reminded the guy we were still waiting. Watched the staff wonder around for another 10 min and finally walked out. Try getting off your iPads and start talking to customers.

I’ve been to this location several times in the past year for various reasons. Every time I’ve gotten great service and the visits have all been expedient.

I ‘ve been several Apple Store in USA Fl , CA . Iam happy in FL and CA much more care and appreciation. But sorry Cherry Creek Apple Store Iam not happy in your store . Because of some rude staff . We bring our own devices to see Genius Service People in this store Bit some rude ones think we stole or took store items with us . Even they didn’t ask, show their respect or friendly manner or help. I don’t like it !! Also helping staff needs to ask person . Each one taking care one person not pass to another person . That is not nice !!! Plus waiting time 2 and a half hours . It is too long .Not happy and appreciate with this store sorry just name and Rich neighborhood mall area persons different personalities shows the average people that’s it Thanks.??

Service seems to be dependent on how well dressed you are. And that, is lame.

I went to the Apple store to get help setting up an iPad - Michaela was wonderful - helpful, knowledgable and easy to work with - she was great!

Alll Apple stores are like an STD clinic. You hate going to the place, but it is necessary. Service is whatever and for the staff, it is a gate way for that job at a Mercedes-Benz dealership,... or the IT desk at an Ad Agency.

Compared to other Apple stores I’ve been to, this one was much smaller so the wait for a walk in Genius Bar appointment took almost two hours. My Genius Bar agent was super nice and knew what he was doing. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix my phone.

Brian Ray

This Apple store is perfectly great, the staff is nice and all that, but the Cherry Creek mall in general sucks, and the taxes are lower if you drive down to Park Meadows (which can make a pretty big difference when making a big purchase like a computer) and also for the Cherry Creek mall you do have to pay for parking beyond one hour which is kind of a nuisance.

Paul Miller

Great Apple store. People might complain that it's always busy, but hey - it's Apple and their products are HOT. If you need help with servicing a product you own, just book an appointment, and it's easy peasy from there. Good place to browse the newest offerings and try them out before you commit to a purchase. They also have a pretty good selection of accessories and gift ideas in the back on left and right sides of the genius bar.

Just had my second straight terrible experience at this store. About 6 months ago I went into the store and needed a little help. The manager checked me in on one of her devices and I was told I would be serviced in order. So I waited. and waited. 40 minutes go by and nobody checked on me. I figured they were really busy and I should just wait my turn. Finally I am frustrated enough to ask an employee who told me that I was NOT ever checked in. So the manager didn't know what she was doing and never bothered to check on a customer who was obviously just sitting there waiting. So back of the line I went. Eventually got a simple matter taken care of in 1.5 hours. What a waste of my time. The next time I needed Apple Store help I thought I would be smart and make an appointment 4 days in advance. I arrived 40 minutes early and asked if it was possible to see someone sooner. If not, then I had a couple things to do and would come back at 5:30. So the employee tells me that there is only one person ahead of me and he could get me in early. I think "Great!" 30 minutes go by, I'm just standing there like an idiot and someone asks me if I have been helped. I told him the situation and he said that since I had a 5:30 appointment they had been servicing several walk ins ahead of me. My conclusion is that Apple employees are complete slaves to their scheduling devices that no one can think at a customer service level and actually help someone who is obviously getting frustrated but too nice to make a big stink. Get back to basics Apple. Pay attention to your customers and stop being slaves to your devices. I was taken care of at 5:30 but why was I told that I could get in sooner when clearly that wasn't an option? And why wouldn't you automatically take care of a scheduled customer early before a stream of walk ins?

George El Gato

I hate you guys lol you make it so hard to remain an apple customer

Patrick was amazing! He answered all my questions and made it so fast and easy. Highly recommend this store! Thanks so much Patrick!

Jasmine Moore

Fantastic service! I love Apple

Edward Bruns

Lindsey was helpful in telling me that my 2 year old Beats headphones were out of warranty. There was nothing she could do. The battery was bad. I told her to keep them. I will never buy a Apple product again. I hardly used them. I bought a lg set for the fraction of the price with better quality. They are better and last longer. Lol ,you guys are funny and a RIP off. When you use the head set for calls people can't hear you. The only good thing is, when they worked the sound was great. That's it.

Longest wait ever not good customer service but one person helped me out and I was happy with him for him 5 stars but the store 1

Due to a bug in one of the updates, my iPhoneX locked itself and needed to be restored to factory settings. For some reason, my Mac was having trouble restoring it, so I went into the Apple Store to have them help. The "genius" knew exactly what was wrong, was sure of it, and began restoring it on one of their computers. Something happened and the restore failed. At that point, the dude pulled out a magnifying glass, looked at the camera and claimed that the iPhone had water damage and offered me a new phone for $549. I laughed, called it a scam, and walked out. When I got home, I hooked it back up to my computer, and in 20 minutes, my phone was restored and working fine. Okay Apple (and Apple Cherry Creek), I'm on to you. This is a scummy business practice and I plan to follow up on this because I believe that this is something that is taught to your techs to avoid dealing with the decreasing quality of your products. You lack accountability. I'm positive that I'm not the only person who has experienced this and I plan to find out. Watch out, here comes Karen Brockovich!

Joshua Moffitt

Been here for 30 minutes now. They just walk past me. Maybe if I were dressed better.

Bob Yu

I'm conflicted about this store. While they have a huge selection of anything Apple, the operations of the store just suck. How can you have almost a one-to-one ratio of customers to employees yet still take so long to check someone out? If I walk into a store and know what I want to buy, I shouldn't have to be put on a waiting list. Apple, please change your customer service.

Abner Boldsen

Too packed. Too packed. Takes hours to get some service. But cool.

Inna Jeltai

These guys are soooo busy all the time. I can rarely get any help or attention there. There are even lines of people formed there before the opening every weekend. If you need help be there before they open.

Elena Tiurikova

GREAT customer service! Apple phones are the best phones. I used to use some other companies but Apple the best! Staff who work this store do good job! And if somebody didn't come to you immediately when you came in it doesn't mean they are lazy persons. Good job and thank you for new iPhone !

B1LLYB0B!

Your CUSTOMER SERVICE deserves this 1 star review. Very, very, very, terribly very BAD MANAGEMENT, these people have to go or burn the place down and start fresh. Shouldn’t be working customer service if you hate customers!

Jessica Harig

I've never had a worse customer experience. It's impossible to get in to the Genius Bar. I went on Tuesday of this week (after getting off the phone with Apple Care who instructed me I need to go right to the Genius Bar) and they told me that normally I would've been able to get on the waitlist for an appointment, but half of their staff had called out. They instructed I come back the next morning at 9:45 AM to be able to get in to the Genius Bar right away. I followed their instructions, but when I arrived was told they were busy, but I could make a Genius Bar walk-in appointment for 5:00 pm that day. The employee told me likely they would actually be able to see me between 5 and 6 pm. They use a text message system to let you know when your appointment is almost ready.... which they sent me at 1:00pm. The text said they were ready and I need to arrive within 10 minutes or lose my spot. Since I was expecting my appointment to be FOUR HOURS later, I missed it. Avoiding the walk-in Genius Bar now because it is clearly horribly mismanaged. But going in to an Apple Store is my only option for assistance (according to the people on the Apple Care phone line). So my best option is a formal appointment they have available in 6 days. All this to fix a 2 year old, expensive computer.

Terrible management, very poor customer service from their manager Matt. I almost want to question how he even became a Manager. Overall just a terrible experience with this location!

Jonathan Layden

Just more of the same old Apple. No conceptual understanding of the fact that IOS upgrades destroy battery life. You upgrade iOS due to nonstop prompts by hitting the wrong button while busy one day. Your battery life diminishes by 60% the very next day. Not by the battery life indicator, but it just basically drains 3x faster than it used to, the day after upgrade. You know dozens of people who have had these issues with older Apple phones. You call Apple, they say you just missed the free battery upgrade time window for your model. They tell you they can’t garuntee any free replacement but to go to the store and you’ve got a good chance of battery replacement for free. You get to the store and your appointment tech insists there is no way software upgrades can possibly affect battery life even though you have experienced it so clearly. Apple doesn’t want you to buy new phones for these reasons and the battery will be $50. Thanks for driving an hour and a half and spending 30 minutes on the phone to get told to gfy. I’m going to go ahead and get an Android now.

Anas Al omar

This is the worst apple store I’ve ever been to the service is horrible I wanted to buy an Apple Watch and they kept me waiting for 10 minuets it’s not that long but the problem is that there was so many employees and no one cared! It felt very similar to the DMV but with out any organization. It was very crowded and loud, I felt uncomfortable the whole time. The dude that help us was pretty quick and made it slightly less painful though. I am very glad I don't own an apple product

Brigette Bustos

Once you get through the long wait, staff is helpful and friendly -- Aramis was super helpful, informative, friendly, personable!! The reason I only gave 4 starts: this place is always busy, which means you have to stand in line leading to wasted time -- and the mall charges for parking after 1 hour. If I could go someplace else in Cherry Creek where the crowd wasn't as loud and busy and frustrating, I would. Bottom line: it would be good for customer experience reasons for Apple to open another store in Cherry Creek to reduce the loud, frustrating crowds, which make it hard to actually shop and learn. It's a chaotic environment.

Matt Foster

Genius bar..... What a great experience... Enough said.

This Apple Store epitomizes the condescending shittiness that Apple has garnered a reputation for. The Park Meadows and Aspen Grove locations provide much better customer service. I am in the industry and frequently recommend these other locations over the Cherry Creek one. I kindly invite anyone from Apple's retail management team to reach out for further information.

Made an appointment for 4pm for battery recalled, planed my day around it. 45 mins later and there are still apparently two people in front of me, your online system is not very efficient if you’re going to make everyone a “walk-in” appointment. Also it would be nice to have a water fountain or a vending machine for people that have to wait a while and can’t leave the the store or they’ll lose their queue.

Quick high quality service always. This location is usually on time for their appointments and they are very helpful. I got my phone repaired on time and in a hour.

Kevin

Brilliant Apple design: let's remove everything that is needed by everyone (USB Ports, HDMI inputs, etc) and then charge customers another $70 to buy a cheap external dongle. Now they can pay for the overpriced computer AND have the pleasure of paying for the overpriced Apple accessories. Well done Apple, still running on the fumes from your iPod/iPhone days when you actually innovated the space and made a difference. I'm looking forward to when they innovate the space again by removing the screen and making it an additional $1000 accessory. 2 stars though, the apple logo on my laptop makes me feel special.

Braam Snyman

Mitch was great! He assisted us with everything we needed, helped me to get Apple Pay working on my new Watch and even helped to create a booking at the Genius Bar. I checked my iPhone 6 in for a battery replacement and had the phone back in 90 minutes! The service was fantastic and staff really friendly.

Joshua Bland

Apple products speek for themselves. However this store is in a poor location and has horrible customer service.

Rachel Gesin

Horrible experience. I have never been around so many snotty, unfriendly and condescending people. Don’t waist your time. Because if this I will never purchase Apple products.

Jenna Khivka Pratt

I like my Mac but this place certainly reinforced the heck out of my Android. Hope to never go back here. They really couldn't help me in the end and I took it to a wonderful place in Stapleton that is an authorized Apple servicer and was covered under my Apple Care

Tre Copeland

Former Apple employee and this one needs to be torn down restaffed and completely re worked. Never have I been turned away or treated so poorly. Also when I ask for a bag don't look at me like I asked for a free iPhone.

Briana Ragland

VERY long wait time, however very nice people. They fixed are problem fast and we were over all very happy with the service.

Karlie Roshong

I wanted to share the fantastic customer service experience I received at this location yesterday... Over this past weekend my phone began to malfunction. As it was Thanksgiving week-end, I was in Ohio when my phone broke. I went to a store there and was informed my phone had a manafacure issue and not my fault. Because I was flying home the next day, I was unable to get a lender phone (these must be returned the same store) and the employees at these stores were rude and incredibly unwilling to help me find a second solution. Well, besides buying a new phone, which I could not afford. This left me incredibly anxious and upset to be traveling the country by myself as a young female due to Apple’s manafacturing error. After coming home, I went to the Apple store at Cherry Creek to fix this issue. The store was closing soon and I was told there were no time slots available. After talking with Nathan about my issue, he went out of his way to fit me in for an appointment. Not only did he do this, but he was fantastic and checked in frequently to make sure I was being helped properly. Patrick then helped me work through multiple road bumps we had with this issue. Unlike the Ohio store, these employees went out of their way to make sure I would have my phone fixed by the end of the night. They offered many different solutions instead of telling me to leave and come back the next day, as the other Apple store did. I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism, problem-solving skills and overall friendliness! I would recommend this store and these employees to anyone in the area. This experience went an incredibly long way for me as a customer and I will definitely be only going there when I have technical issues!

Paul Messina

The genius bar needs more alcohol. The waits are very long without an appointment and then although the service reps are polite and helpful they have to send things out. Wish they just let me drop off my machine so I didn't waste so much time.

Jared Cisneros

HORRIBLE. I gave them my phone for battery replacement after trying to get a battery for the fourth time. They damaged my phone and replaced screen but damaged the lower part of phone and returned it to me like that and sent me on my way. The screen they gave me looked horrible with inferior work done to it. After 5 time at Apple store had me wait for 40 minutes after my appointmenttime to be seen by the tech. They told me to wait until after someone gets off lunch the will fix it. They do not value their customers time. I would not recommend you get any work done at this store. I left with no work done and with a phone that was in perfect condition looking ghetto. I wish I never took it there in the first place.

R L

Only okay compared to other AAPL stores.

Eli Armstrong

I went to the genius bar on a Saturday so there was a little bit of a wait time but, after that they were able to help me quickly and with no hassle at all. It probably took 15 minutes once I was with a tech.

Aleksandr Safray

Apple just released a new speaker.. Sound and technology is great! Get into the store and check it out. They will let you listen to your favorite tune.

Edwin G. Pineda Canchan

Schedule your appointments to make things just go smoother. Come in happy and patient and let the amazing staff take care of you! I seen quiet a few people come in frustrated from the get go- we get it, it sucks having apple issues but it also is not going to help things run smoother with the attitude. They’re a great team and will take care of you! Thanks guys!!

I went there to buy a new XR iPhone and one hr later I walked out with out any customer service. Very slow but nice store. Go to park meadows!

Horrible experience. Dear Apple when an employee does not tell the truth it reflects bad on the overall company.....don't tell my daughter you called the Aspen Grove Store and put something on hold when you clearly didn't......fail!

Julia Lynch

Do not bother making an appointment because you'll have to wait. I made an appointment and ended up waiting 25 minutes. I finally asked someone what was going on and they said the woman that greeted me never entered my information. The second star is for the guy who actually helped me out at the genius bar, he was nice and informative. I understand the store is always busy, but making an appointment is supposed to avoid waiting almost a half hour.

Most profitable retail space in the world in sq/ft. The Apple Store never disappoints in design and friendly staff. I love the way they set up the environment so you can just play with everything and ask any questions you want in a no-pressure sales environment. The only negative I can say all right in regards to the Genius Bar and preparedness to fix products even under warranty. I hope this gets resolved with a little extra parts supply and training as I've had to deal with a few clients that left there appointments more confused than when they went in. Overall great products and great service and prices that match what they aim to provide which is the first class experience inside the Apple ecosystem!

Arthur May

Staff very helpful and prompt to Genius Bar appointment time.

Britton Lynn

I had a great experience thanks to Bill who helped walk me through each laptop patiently sharing the pros and cons of each. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly and even shared his own personal experience with each of the products and programs. Thanks Bill for your help I can’t wait to use my new mac!!!

Was recently here getting my 2016 MacBook Pro serviced. Unfortunately it had to get sent out to the depo but turn around time was very fast! I received updates online and once it was ready for pick up I got a call. Of all the apple stores in the general area Cherry Creek has always been the best!

Christi Burkowski

The best staff helped me get my new computer figured out quickly!

Makana Gellatly

I went in to get my i phone 7 fixed because it had battery issues, they gave me a loaner of an older model and I went in later to pick up my phone and they said it was abondoned and I was stuck with the older model loaner. Go to a different store or use another hardware company. Top 3 worst costumer service experiences of my life.

xavier delmaire

Genius Bar employees don’t try to help you, they only try to sell you a repair or new device..

My MacBook Pro died on me... Horrible and unexpected, just DIED. These guys really went above and beyond working with me for FOUR MONTHS to get this corrected. It was all so unfortunate. I really do stand behind the quality of Apple, but my bad luck really just took this all over the edge when the engineers out in California tried to repair my machine for me. The management and staff at this location did everything in their power to get me up and running, which I am now! I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Been through hell and back, and these guys are the ones who brought it back.

I spent 6 hours in the Cherry Creek Apple Store and could not have had a better experience. My computer needed a full reboot, for a lack of technical words, and there was really no way to expedite the process. Tony, Javid, and one other kind gentleman (sorry I never asked your name!) were absolutely fabulous. Tony took on the bulk of the work and made the wait bearable with his humor and honesty around timing, what needed to be done, etc. I was hesitant to go here after seeing an overall 2.9 star review. In full disclosure, I looked at all other nearby Apple locations. I considered a half hour drive elsewhere but settled for Cherry Creek and I'm glad I did. If you're going to go into the store to have your phone or computer serviced, don't expect a 20 minute turn around. It's just not going to happen. I think most of these poor reviews stem from unrealistic exceptions on behalf of the consumer. The staff at Cherry Creek is wonderful and they make you feel cared for. That counts for a lot and they deserve a big thanks.

Megan Ross

Save yourself the headache and go to the Aspen Grove store instead. Awful customer service.

Barry Lancaster

These folks continue to be fantastic every time I go in. You know what I start with? A big smile and let them know what the issue is and that I would love to have their help.... as it turns out, ZERO of the folks that work at this store cause my issue(s) I'm in there for, but they are the best route to helping solve my issue. Was just in there today picking up my phone that had been repaired. The genius bar rep that worked with me 10 days ago came up to me, asked if he had my name correct (he did) and asked if everything worked out alright. I thanked him and told him that courtesy of his efforts, all was great. This seems to be my experience over and over. These workers are beaten down by customers that come in angry and are ready to be MORE angry at the drop of a hat. Just relax, explain the issue and let the genius help.

Jordan Schlabach

As I read the other reviews, I see there is a theme of the way this store treats there clientele. Sarcastic, patronizing, condescending are some of the nicer words being thrown around. With my experience, it was very disappointing. Set a appointment to have my I-phone battery replaced at 3:45pm. Drove a hour one way to be told the could not complete the replacement the same day. A little frustrating considering they told us it take about 1hr and 45 min to complete and they did not close until 6pm. Not a big deal, just wished they would have told me upfront when I made the appointment. The bigger issue is the apple representative should have been sympathetic even if there was nothing he could do. But instead he was Sarcastic, patronizing and condescending to myself and my wife. My free advice to apple, since you fallen behind in innovations, you should probably give you your current clientele base a better experience .

Nina O.

Me and my patient Joan came here for help with her locked phone and the guy helping us Lawson did an awesome job! Could not be happier on how quickly he solved Joan's issue and was very nice and warm. If you need help with your apple technology definitely recommend this store and go to Lawson (maybe misspelled) .

valrnte contreras

Curtis Myers

Please stop going to this store. That’s the only reason they have appointment openings. Their customer service is SO poor, people would rather drive 30 minutes to Aspen Grove or Park Meadows, than be treated with such disrespect by Apple “Geniuses”. I’ve tried coming here for years. I’ve never once had a pleasant or productive experience. Every single time I’ve had to reschedule with a different Apple Store.

Aleksandr Safray

I bought a MacBook Pro 2018. I regret it now. Spent over 3,400k and I can't even type on it. I spent another chunk on Apple care... Both wasted... The new MacBook keyboard is horrible. Zero tactile feel. Meaning you can press a key and get the same character 3 times. Some keys triple type with one press. Others stick and repeat, and the entire keyboard has a hair trigger. Even the trackpad does not work properly. It does not flow smoothly. When you move over commands in the top menu, it will not highlight them. When you press enter it does not always fire commands. I've had it for only 6 months. I can only use it with an external keyboard or mouse. I took it to the Apple Store in Cherry Creek. The guy admitted Apple has an issue but that they would do anything about it. Even if they replaced the keyboard it would be with the same BS design. I've used Apple products for over a decade. Never have had such a horrible keyboard. Like having a race car with no steering wheel. Also found out when I called Apple that the guy claimed Don't buy the new Macbook Pro or MacAir. Both have this horrible keyboard design flaw. The worst thing is Apple is doing nothing about it. I even bought Apple Care. Can't use it because they won't admit that the keyboard is flawed. Anyone else experiencing keyboard issues with their MacBook Pro 16-18?

Charolette Carter

Their customer service is on top of their game! They are always ready for anything! If you need them, just know you'll be taken care of!

I will never use an Apple phone in the future. I paid $300 to fix my phone's screen. Just for the data in the phone. Did they actually lose my data? ? And very irresponsible to hand me the phone? I don't understand that they have updated my phone without my consent. And it is not the first time to tell me that the phone data is lost.

Habib Anwar

Supervisors are a bunch of liars. Stay away. Scratched my iPhone and then blamed me for the scratch stating its logged in our notes. When asked for showing that, their own notes said there were no scratches but would not own up. Wanted me to pay 300plus for their own fault.

Garth R. Leadbetter

It's an apple store. Service is good.

Ryan Cook

Like a trip to the DMV, get in a nebulous cue, what for 30 minutes or more for the off chance to speak with someone about $1k plus purchase. Apple is out of touch the average customers wants. I like your stuff and will pay your prices. All you have to do is have it in stock and let me buy it quickly. Business 101, speed, convenience and value.

Matt Edrich

Trying to JUST schedule an appointment to replace the battery in my iPhone 6s, and if I try to do so online, I am routed through an endless circle of Apple’s website > this store website and around again. Trying to call is worthless as well as they will NOT allow you to speak with a human to schedule any Genius Bar appointments. You suck, Apple.

Megan LeDoux

I spoke to a man named Anthony. He was very polite and professional and answered every question and concern that I had! It made my process a piece of cake. He needs to be recognized! Thank you Anthony! Thank you apple! I am very please with your service!

Pedro A Valladares

Great service really busy . But I get my phone repair in two hours. Great service from every one.

Nowun IP

Their customer answer service via phone is horrible. I just wanted to ask a simple question, "Does the Apple Cherry Creek location replace batteries, and if so, how long does it take?" Tried several times and different methods of requesting through the answer service but was routed and placed on hold for several minutes each time with not ETA when all I need is a store associate to answer yes or no and approximate time frame...

Good showroom of Apple products. But of course comes with crowds of people milling around, some people in blue shirts who purport to be 'geniuses'! But try and find something to pay for your product that you managed to pick out by yourself without a genius and you will struggle - miss having a proper place to checkout.

Giovanni Jimenez

We've been in twice now and each time we leave wondering why they only have 3 stars on Google Reviews. This team is awesome!! We had major Mac problems (wouldn’t turn on and kept beeping) and then iPhone problems. We felt the team members really took care of us, explained everything, and were patient to make sure we were satisfied before moving on. Shout out to Jason for his excellent help during a Genius appointment! Everyone from the front to the back of the store is so friendly, courteous, and knows what they are doing. I would definitely return, though hope I don’t have to!

JB JFX

Super nice Genius Bar that helped fix my laptop with the extra bonus of a performance check up

I just left this store no less then an hour ago. I am disappointed with my experience b/c we waited and waited for assistance and no one paid us any attention. I asked 3 different employees the same question obviously needing help on the which tablet to buy but I was given attitude or short answers. Then the employees would disappear not asking if I needed anything else, which we did.The feeling the employees gave me was very nonchalant and irritated. I simply just wanted a tablet and good customer service ; especially for the amount of money we are paying. Will never go back again.

Thomas Helvenstine

Went to the Apple store today looking to purchase a new phone with friends. Josiah PROMPTLY helped us, and was not only professional, but very personable and funny. Give this man a raise. He deserves it.

Jason Wissner

Long wait times, magnified by missed appointments, magnified by incorrect information and arrogant know-it-all geeks make this the best one star store in town. Have you have a lots of time and money to waste, and frustration is your bag of tea, then the Apple store and all it has to offer will make you feel right at home. If you like to be misled with no actual help or service provided aside from the honor of purchasing overpriced useless electronic gadgets, then you'll be right at home

Samantha Lee

Like most Apple locations, long wait to get an appointment

Jonah Sanchez

WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT, IF IM WAITING 15+ minutes after the scheduled time. I understand it’s busy but hire more employees, train better, do something so loyal apple customers don’t even think about switching to another company. Terrible customer service here.

Joyce Suh

Manager and a lazy staff who was supposed to help us out are just worthless. Their negligence and discrimination attitude hurt whole my family. Our first staff who worked our phone for over an hour had to leave so she asked her co worker to make sure everything to be well taken care of. Our phone kept on being stuck during downloading some program, so we asked the staff to check the phone for a second. But instead of listening our question and concerns, a dumb lazy staff kept on ignoring us. Then he called manager named “Matt” Omg both of them didn’t know how to handle problem and even not tried to listen our questions. When we complained about a inadequate attitude of the staff, that manager was so sarcastic, condescending and disrespectful. He was the one escalating the situation. He threatened us to call 911 so we said “ Go ahead and call them and all camera is working here and let’s check it out!” Suddenly he changed his attitude and apologized us from that point. So drama!! It took only 10 seconds to check the phone! Why they didn’t do their job and just played a nasty game! I

I live over an hour from the closest Apple store, so in order to have my iPhone serviced I had to take time off of work to visit a store in my state. I made a 1:50 appointment for the Cherry Creek store by calling AppleCare. When I arrived at 1:50, I walked up to a group of employees talking and said I needed help checking in for an appointment. The first employee said their tablet wasn't set up and referred me to another employee, who searched for my name but couldn't find me. After a few minutes of troubleshooting, we realized that: 1. AppleCare had grossly misspelled my name and; 2. My appointment was actually for 1:40. Now the employee told me that since 10 minutes had passed, my appointment had been cancelled and could not be retrieved. He told me I could sign up for another appointment 90+ minutes later. I explained to him that I could not take that appointment time as I had to pick up my child from preschool in a little over two hours. The employee shrugged and failed to offer a solution even after I explained to him that I lived over an hour from the store. As other users have stated, Apple employees are completely beholden to their scheduling tablets and are unable to deviate even if *they* have made a mistake.

Here are a few simple realities of an Apple Store visit: if you are there to BUY something, understand that there is a finite number of staff to serve those needs, and a lot of sales (such as iPhone activations and half of y’all forgetting your damn passwords) can simply take TIME. The Apple Store is NOT the place to go when you’re in a major hurry. Learn and accept this. If you’re there to get something FIXED, do yourself a favor and try the Support App. A lot of your issues can be fixed at home. If you must come to the store, like I did today, BACK UP YOUR DATA and KNOW YOUR APPLE ID PASSWORD. If you don’t know how, ask your kid or your neighbor. And make an appointment, you’ll be in and seen that much quicker. I’ve had to make two visits in the last several weeks, one for a minor issue with my iPhone camera and another for my iPad screen. Both times when entering, I was asked what brought me into the store. They found my appointments in the system, and while the iPhone camera repair took about an hour, everything was covered free of charge (as per my AppleCare), they made sure I was satisfied before I left, and all was well. My iPad had an issue with the screen. I checked in at 6pm for a 6:15 appointment, was seen by 6:05, and left the store with a brand new replacement iPad by 6:15. Everyone was polite and engaging. Why were my experiences so positive? Allow me to pontificate. My experiences were so good in large part because I did MY part to prepare for the visit. I made an appointment, I gave myself plenty of time to get my business taken care of, and I knew my passwords. Three simple secrets to success when visiting an Apple Store. My experiences here have been great, and you should expect the same, so long as you do your homework before hand.

Mr

Apple stores are basically from the future. How can this place be so much more efficient than every other store? Every employee can take payment. Online orders can be picked up in the store. Super knowledgeable. Good communication.

Talk about employees commitment! I got into a pickle when my phone wouldn’t charge, they went the extra mile to help me and other costumer that was stressed about it too

Natalie Asher

Great service. Bob, Collin and Michael are all great techs!!!

Craig Ayliffe

Good showroom of Apple products. But of course comes with crowds of people milling around, some people in blue shirts who purport to be 'geniuses'! But try and find something to pay for your product that you managed to pick out by yourself without a genius and you will struggle - miss having a proper place to checkout.

latanya shuler

So I’m trying to figure out why you have to have a appt and you’re still waiting 35 mins later. Well let’s see how long this will take

Erika Law

Jon Mitchell

Was told 40 mins ended up waiting over an hour just to be told my 2012 Mac was too old very pretentious and outdated store

Mr

Poor service! They dont want to help you fix your phone issues!! Go back to a landlone phone!

luay alhakeim

I came here many I paid for warranty and every time when I have issues keep wait me for long time why I should paid for warranty some employees they are raising I talked with manager he didn’t help us exactly in cherry creek place next time when I buy I phone never buy warranty they are fake warranty I’m not recommend this location

Janeth Dominguez

Staff need to be trained well because I have to wait one week to get my phone repaired and when I finally got it back it was still not working so I had to go back the next day and wait another week so upsetting and time wasting

Jason Cox

Apple stores are basically from the future. How can this place be so much more efficient than every other store? Every employee can take payment. Online orders can be picked up in the store. Super knowledgeable. Good communication.

VanessaXO Doe

Picked up apple watch 4 from online order and the watch was ready for pick up upon arrival and customer service was great to help me set up.

Ahmed State

The location overall is not good and people are not professional will not go there again for any reason

Tiffany Garcia

What makes this a 2 star is Although I like some apple products this store in particular needs to find some way to inform employees about good hygiene. It seems that every time I go in there the person helping me either has horrible body odor, stink like cigarettes, or has such bad breath I've had to pretend that I'm going to keep browsing.

AbiGayle Snook

Really nice mall. People are super nice. Very clean

Randall Montano

I didn't have any issues at all and great employees!

Sarah Zimmer

They did not fix my computer. I left it overnight because it was taking them over an hour to wipe my lap top (which is less than a year old) and to reinstall the operating system. When I came back to pick the laptop up in the morning of the following day, I was told the computer was all good to go, was handed paperwork to sign, and sent on my way with my completely wiped laptop. I'm in the middle of the semester bear in mind. Once home, the computer is still not fixed, and I am told over the phone that the wiping of the computer might not have been necessary, as there is a problem with the computer itself, that it is most likely an issue on their end. I am beyond disappointed. I have finals coming up and multiple projects due. No compensation was offered, and I am not able to exchange the computer for a different one. I was also told that if this were a phone, they would exchange it. I will not being doing business with the "Genius" Bar in the cherry creek shopping center any further. I now have to wait two weeks for it to be repaired, with no guarantee that it will be repaired even then. Half of my course load is online. I have to drive to campus or the library to do my homework, exams and projects. A simple product exchange would have solved these issues.

Matthew J Mullins

I always have a great time at Apple. Their atmosphere is consistent across the nation. For this location, it's very easy to get to from the mall's parking deck. Depending on where you park, you're 2-3min from parking to the store. If you spend less than an hour, parking is free in the mall's parking deck.

Mike Lammens

As always, very helpful. Apple products may cost more, but this kind of service makes it well worth it. Fixed my fan noise at more charge.

Malte Ramthun

Very bad experience, unfriendly service. Maybe strong in sales but they don’t care service wise. And here is the story: I walked in to get the phone battery changed. They told me they were busy and I should come back during the week. I asked for an appointment but they told me I won’t need one. Two days later I returned to hand in my phone. I was told they were busy but they send a text as soon as it was my turn and I could go shopping or grab a coffee. 1 hour later I walked back and asked whether I couldn’t leave my phone and pick it up later. Of course not. What was I thinking. So i went for a coffee. And while I did I got a text it is my turn soon. I had my coffee quickly and paid. As soon as I arrived at the store I was told it’s too late. (6 minutes after the text!!!) I should wait another 2 hours for the next appointment. And then the battery change would take another 2 hours. Apple, I have better things to do. You are a waste of time, unfriendly and arrogant!! Your workers at the shop in Cherry Creek are trained monkeys. I am used to better.

Kelsey Hyatt

Came to the Cherry Creek apple store after a frustrating experience at Park Meadows apple store which dragged out over the course of two weeks. The staff at Cherry Creek were WONDERFUL. They resolved my issue in 30 minutes and were very friendly! Matt and Jason were great. Would recommend this Apple store to everyone in the Denver area.

Geovana Cano

Worst customer service experience!!! Walked in, was greeted by no one. I came in to pick up my iPhone I purchased online. It took 30min, a call to the store, and being the one to approach a worker bee to be acknowledged. For those who have privilege it’s easy to get noticed, but those who never have had privilege like myself won’t even be looked at, it’s like we are non existent. Never coming to this store again. I expected so much more from an Apple store since customers pay $$$$ to purchase and use their products. Next time I’ll have my product deliver to my house and not deal with Bs.

shabeeb alajmi

I wish I could give them zero rating. They made me wait in the store for one hour while I had an appointment. Also, when they took my watch for repair, NO one told me that they will take out the screen protector which I would rather not. Now I received my watch without the screen protector, I called them to ask why no one asked for my permission and check for a compensation, they were very rude and said basically, we cannot do anything for you!!!!!

Joey

The employees are very friendly, helpful, and easy to conversate with. A pleasant experience everytime I come in.

Elsa Alaswad

I don’t feel helped or cared for as a customer. My computer is not any better after fixing. They are not willing to accommodate my requests whatsoever.

Siran Jiang

Best experience I’ve ever had at an apple store (and I’ve been to a few at least 10 times over the years). Julian was the sales rep that helped me and even though my old phone kept powering down and having issues, he stuck by for 1.5 hours as we tried to get all my photos and info out, and also was able to get me trade-in value for it. He was so patient and helped me save everything that I thought was lost on a malfunctioning phone. He’s also very knowledgeable about all the new models and made my decision easy when I chose my new phone. I was helped by 3-4 other people as well (I was there for like 2.5 hours!), including Michael (believe he’s the manager), and everyone was extremely smart, patient, helpful, and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for better people to make this time consuming trip less painful. Highly recommend you ask for Julian - he’s truly the best!

Melissa Virtue

This experience was absolutely amazing! I met with a few people and they were all so positive and helpful! What an awesome team. My phone looks great and works perfectly now. Thanks so much y’all!

Jose Hernandez

Unfortunately, this is no longer my go to Apple Store. Such a bummer as it was the closest one to me. The last few trips that I’ve taken down to the store in the last 6 months have been far from satisfactory. The first time I took my iPhone to get tested for hardware failure they took over 30 minutes to complete diagnostics on top of 20 minutes of waiting. After them getting a new phone from the back ready to swap it out, the genius stops and asks somebody else something and ends up telling me that a repair was needed instead of a replacement but since they close early on Sundays, it would not be possible to get it repaired that day. I could leave the phone with them and pick it up the next day but since that was not possible, I would be phone less until Thursday. He set me up to come back another day and just leave the phone. He would make a note of it. The second time going in to get my phone repaired, they made me wait over 40 minutes for someone to get back with me. I walked around the mall as they would text me when a genius would be ready. I get my text, walk back to the store and I wait another 20 minutes—all this was just to drop off my phone. The genius sees the notes from my last visit and decides to run the same diagnostic tests as last time. An additional 20 minutes to get those done because of some hardware malfunction on their testing equipment. Finally, they set me up with a repair. All said and done. I had to go back because my same issue was still there and I ended up waiting over 40 minutes again, this time inside the store, as not a single genius had even attempted to approach me. Asking the associate checking people in for an ETA, she kind of just looks at me and looks me up in the system. I was checked in but no one came. Every single appointment that I’ve had goes way past the time that my appointment was for. She comes back and tells me that the next available genius would be right with me. The genius comes up, does not acknowledge that no one assisted me nor does he apologize. The customer service and satisfaction has been mediocre. I do not plan on returning to this store anytime soon.

Razz Chhetri

Don’t waste your time making appointments Because I guarantee that you will not get service. They don’t respect your time!

Josephis Wade

Great service, nice employees, and clean store. The process was fast, even with a store full of people. I bought a screen protector and case for me IPhone 11.

Jessi Girodo

My phone seemed like it was done for after taking it into the T-mobile store so I figured I would try Apple to see if they could help me out. The BEST experience I have ever had at an Apple store. Tatyana was super nice and was willing to spend as much time as it took to help me out. I saved so much time and money and am so appreciative. Definitely will be back.

Alyssa P

I was in and out at around an hour today. My iPhone 7 started shutting off the service, which is apparently a glitch, and I am taking a work trip next week so I was a little worried about getting it figured out, but they were able to get me in quickly and lend me a phone while mine is shipped off for fixing. Thanks to Cole and the lovely gentleman who helped me at the front of the store and made sure I was able to get in quickly.

Drew Verley

Just overpriced junk as usual

Clint Petersen

Great store with very helpful staff.

Mary Chai

Experience here was horrible. I scheduled an appointment to be seen at 3:10pm and I wasn't seen till 3:30pm and I checked in at 3pm. I'm sure I would have had to wait longer had I not pointed this out to one of the apple employees. The only saving grace was Demetria.

Ivan Popov

Apple stores are all the same. I've had an issue with my phone that is getting covered by Apple recall but they said they couldn't replicate it after trying for two minutes, so my visit was just a waste of my time. I don't think this is an issue of this store, however a drunk manager is, that's why one star.

Lisa Nguyen

So bad service.

Take me To the right place

I went there today 17 th. November 2018 and took an appointment, but later after an hour or so they were hesitant and took another good 15 min to come and help us but it was rather a very rude lady who was not willing to help us , she even told me that she does go inside the device and doesn't know if it works properly or not well that's not how one talk to the customer , so I told her she was rude and she was littrally fighting , so beware if you go this center coz they are they to fight or be very rude and spoil your day for no reason

Vitali Che

Great service! Professional staff! Asked for help four times and always top-notch service Professional workers who know their job perfectly and do it 100 percent!

Imogene Fields

Super good had what u wanted

Jaqueline Hidalgo

Upon coming into the store it already looked very busy but was greeted nicely and offered to have my number taken down and them give us a text when we’re ready for you.. amazing I thought right skip the wait. Soon I got the text where ready for you we come back to the store to be greeted and sent to table where naturally I thought I would be help. But noooo about 30 minutes after they said they was ready for us we been waiting darle I believe his name his was of help once he seen us waiting. He says there two people ahead of us. The point of this review is to hopefully shed light were your lacking and maybe I happened to come on a busy day but none the less I thought apple would be prepared but no. No intercoms to call people or give updates very disorganized and dissatisfied with how this visit was.

Umarbek Atabekov

Good sellers, service is a good 5*

Steve Herberg

Horrible. I go in there to buy a phone I bought online and a new mouse for my computer at work. Same story everytime. After I finally got someone to let me buy my products he handed me over to someone else who was supposed to get the phone setup. He plugs my phone in and says he will be back in a few minutes. Goodbye for 30 minutes and I couldn't find him. Finally left. Ended up doing it myself. Handlebar mustache, blond hair and the most arrogant person I have seen. Have fun working at the mall. Why didn't I just have it delivered.

Corey Lamp

The people in this Apple Store are the best I've worked with in the 10+ years I've been going to Apple Stores. The following is the worst experience I have ever had there, and THEY made it okay. The situation: I speak to Apple phone support about a extended service repair program for my father's 2012 iMac (hinge broken). I assume I am past the deadline, but what the heck - I call anyway - to find that I am covered! The phone support guy makes me an appointment at Cherry Creek... all seems good. Next, I bring the machine in to be told that "NO", it is not covered under the extended repair program, and the phone support person was wrong. They offer to pay for the service, if I will pay for the parts. I won't lie - I was mad at this point, and replied no - not paying for anything. I ask to speak to a manger to file a complaint about the overall poor experience. Meanwhile, the Manager and Genius dig deeper, finding the phone support notes in my case file. The phone support agent made an honest math error, BUT he also detailed everything he did and said to me (kudos to him too!). Because of this the Cherry Creek staff gave me a free repair. SO - even without the notes they were *still* willing to discount the repair, and with the notes they wrote it up as "improper expectations set" and gave the repair for free. That was the worst experience I've ever had at this store, and the Cherry Creek staff did everything they could to make it okay. I'll always go to this store - they have the best people.

Didn't like having to checking in to just ask if they had a certain and pricing, prices outrageous, and then didn't have the phone that we were inquiring about

mikhaila zamora

I had an appointment at 640, they couldn't find my appointment, then when I showed my email confirmation they were able to find it. I waited 25 minutes so they can look at my phone then was told it was going to take another hour and 15 minutes to fix my phone. I went back an hour and 15 minutes later checked in, and waited another half an hour to get my phone. When I was told there was going to be no charge they had all these different charges on there I asked them to put my phone back and I would go to Sprint and have them fix it. He handed me the phone right then and there so I waited for two and a half hours for nothing, they did absolutely nothing to the phone

I took an appointment to replace my MacBook pro battery at 6:45 PM. I arrived on time. The so called 'Genius Bar' people finally met me around 7:35 which is about 50 min late. The technician was in a hurry, he restarted my macbook to do diagnostic test so quickly even without asking me that I could not save my work before restart. After running the test he was telling me the information that I alreadly know about my battery status I asked him, should I expect to be able to use my bacbook and the charge hold up what id does currently for couple of months. His answer was too ambiguious and quick that it seemed he is in a real hurry. He did not go through other things from the diagnostics. I said the battery change does take 3 to 5 days. I asked if there are any location nearby where I can get same day service. His answer was again short 'NO'. I asked this question to the apple support over the phone but they could not say anything. I have spent one hour in waiting, paid parking bill to the location, just to know that the battery replacement takes 3 to 5 days!!. The 'Genius' in the bar was too rude. He even did not greet me properly or professionally let alon apologizing for 1 hours. Sometimes I got good service from this location that's why giving 2 starts. but for today's service it should be negative star!!!

The service to the customer's are great. Totally recommended

Maranda Graybeal

Had an appointment on a Saturday for my iPhone that wasn’t working. It was incredibly busy in the store but was able to check in and see my tech as soon as possible, she was very friendly and helpful. Seamless visit! I was in for about 15 minutes tops.

Craig Becker

Loren was super helpful and resolved my iPhone issue very fast. Went above and beyond. I will continue to buy apple care warranty because of times like this. Thanks Loren from Boston!

David Blumentritt

Brought in my 2011 MacBook that was having trouble with “kernel panic”. Kevin at the tech support there couldn’t have been more knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Fixed the problem within an hour, and it’s running like new now. KEEP THAT GUY, or buy him some beers. Thanks Kevin, keep up the good work. David & Natalie.

Very bad service they lost times for nothing

If you are willing to pay the high cost of Apple products, this is a great, friendly, and very busy store.

Great service...great people.

Original wait time: 45 - 55 minutes Actual wait time: 120 minutes There was never an update given to me that it changed. I asked after 70 minutes of waiting and they just said, “The estimate given initially is hardly ever accurate. Sorry if you didn’t understand that.” Then why give an estimate? Ridiculous.

Brenda Valdez

Really friendly staff to help out with my MacBook Pro recall issue.

DeLano Cain

All employees are nice, but the Genius Bar took AGES to fix ONE screen!

Erin Butts

Super rude staff!! They had me leave the store 3 times to get information they should be able to access and still did not fix my problem avoid this store the manager is terrible

Best customer service service I've ever had for getting a new phone. Victoria, my sales associate/ customer service there rep was very patient while we had to resolve an issue with my cell carrier before being able to upgrade to a new iPhone. If you ever go in this store I hope you get her!!!

I don’t feel helped or cared for as a customer. My computer is not any better after fixing. They are not willing to accommodate my requests whatsoever.

This experience was absolutely amazing! I met with a few people and they were all so positive and helpful! What an awesome team. My phone looks great and works perfectly now. Thanks so much y’all!

Great store with very helpful staff.

Had an appointment on a Saturday for my iPhone that wasn’t working. It was incredibly busy in the store but was able to check in and see my tech as soon as possible, she was very friendly and helpful. Seamless visit! I was in for about 15 minutes tops.
