I traveled to Aspen grove for the farmers market. The produce was good, however the danish pastries and Styria bakery have wonderful baked goods, pastries and breads. Although the best was the Bavarian Sausage Express. The variation of meats is extensive and homemade. Herbert and Leann Wegscheider are such wonderful hosts. The sausages are top notch and second to none. A must when visiting the farmers market at Aspen grove.

Poor customer service. Told to wait in a specific location to purchase a square reader and get small business help. Stood there for 30 minutes. Went back to the check in guy, who was busy, and another associate asked to help. Sales person came to help me with the square, which I purchased. Asked if I could get some small business help, he said they were too busy. Never again.

DustinRawr

I like this store, less busy than cherry creek.

Byran Terry

A nice quiet store with awesome customer service!

Made an appointment. In and out in like 15 minutes! shout out to Chris S. For his help. Make a am appointment and your fine.

Jon Cohn

Crowded, long wait for assistance. Make an appointment before you go. Finally, they were no help whatsoever and didn't solve my problem with an iPad.

We made an appointment to visit this Apple store because the battery on our original iPad air failed. Apple offered to replace the battery for $99, or to give a $130 trade in on a new iPad. The associate did not recommend replacing the battery, and we agreed, so we traded in for a new iPad. The associate then uploaded all of the data from our iPad to the cloud. Then he led us through the steps to scrub all data from our iPad before turning in. Next, the associate gave us directions on how to download data from the cloud to our new iPad once we returned home. Overall, the experience went very well. As a point of interest. The store associate informed us that the store was dog friendly, so we brought our dog into the store where it received lots of attention.

Thomas Lillis

Friendly staff. Fairly typical as far as Apple stores go. Had some family members wanting to purchase iPad and staff members recommended the most expensive options (speed and storage wise) though they were definitely not needed as they are not power users of devices. As to be expected with sales associates.

HORRIBLE customer service ! I wasn’t greeted by anyone when I got here. Once I received the text that I was up next to set a appointment I still waited about 45 minutes and NOTHING. Ended up leaving without setting a appointment.

A wonderful gentleman at the Genius Bar saved my day today. I needed help with my iPhoto archive, and he was super polite and helpful and guided me through the steps I needed to take in less than 5 minutes and I was out the door with a smile on my face. THANK YOU!

I received terrific service. Had a problem with my MacBook Pro - 8 years old. Called phone support, they couldn’t help me and warned me that the Genius Bar staff may not work on a machine that old. The phone support rep made an appointment at the Aspen Grove store — and when I got there - surprise! The appointment had been made for a different day!! I offered to wait for a cancellation and within 20 minutes Alex was helping me. No mention was made of the machine being old, just “service with a smile” . Will definitely buy my next computer or phone or iPad there and recommend the store - and Alex! Thank you.

Brian Peters

In and out no hassle. Greeter with guest list came out before open to stream line service.

Melanie Ferguson

Genius Bar: AJ rocks...profoundly helpful and friendly. I have a laptop that was **years** out of warranty and no appointment but a mission critical machine. Long story short--they got me in and fixed my machine same-day. Seen other reviews...confused by all the drama...I've always been treated well at Aspen Grove.

Nice store with good service. I was helped immediately upon arrival. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, and resolved my issues within a couple minutes. They have a good selection of products as well. Definitely a good place to go for purchase or help with Apple products.

Absolute best experience with apple EVER. We had been given the runaround between sprint, apple support and the Apple store in cherry creek. No one could seem to fix, or offer a solution for our phones inability to sync with our mac book. Then the angel of fire (dubbed by my wife) erika from aspen grove took over. She quickly ran some updates and helped us get rid of old apps, and boom. @ moths of frustration, fixed in minutes. Thus store is the best, because of their staff. you guys rock.

Wait in line to check in for battery replacement, wait in line for genius to take phone away, leave for a few hours, come back and repeat, wait in line and look and feel miserable like everyone else waiting. Apple stores used to be fun, now just irritating and a time suck

Free parking, helpful and knowledgeable employees.

Just replaced my iPhone at this store and it was very smooth and very easy. I had done my part by checking with my carrier(AT&T) and then Apple tech support to try to resolve the problem. When they could not help I scheduled my Genius Bar appointment and resigned myself to at least another hour of troubleshooting. David helped me out at the bar and, though he had to ask the requisite questions and walk through some of the script for troubleshooting, he was very pleasant and got things rolling right along. It may have helped that Apple had already had a new phone waiting for me, but all told, I was in and out of the store in less than half an hour. Thank you, David. Thank you, Apple. Very well done on both your parts.

Jacqueline Phanbandith

I went in for a replacement phone and gave them my old phone, walking out with a brand new iPhone 6 Plus. I thought I had properly backed up my iCloud, but I did not, so when I signed into the new phone, I was unable to restore anything from my previous phone. I was upset, so I called customer service and they were unable to help, but they told me if I gave my phone up to apple, they probably immediately reset my phone and the data was lost, but I should try to go in anyway and ask (it wouldn't hurt). I went in, and Kathy was able to retrieve my previous phone and let me properly back it up. However, they were about to close and she let me know she would ensure the back up would continue (it was taking a while). So I went home. Still didn't back up all night, so I went in the next morning. She told me it took all night to back up, but it completed that morning, so I can restore my new phone at that moment. I was so happy, I immedately did so, and it was successful. I'd like to thank ALL of the apple staff for being so patient and going out of their way to help me. Will definitely be an apple customer for life just because of this experience! :)

Trying to call this Apple store was an exercise in futility. A dozen calls dealing with their automated system was unbelievably frustrating! Full sentences, my ass! I just wanted to know if they could fix my mother's iPhone 6 Plus which was cracked. Also we were planning on purchasing a new Mac laptop. I sell cars for a living and if we answered our incoming calls like this The Apple Store, we would out of business! We've bought multiple iPhones and iPads from this store. No more! We will be taking our business elsewhere. Dear Tim Cook: Apple, you sell billions of phones every year! Maybe you should pass some out to your employees so that maybe, just maybe, you will be able to answer AN INCOMING CALL from one of your billions of customers in a TIMELY F@

I've had nothing but good experiences at this location until I had the unfortunate luck of meeting Riley. He was condescending, disrespectful, and dismissive. I don't bother to write a negative review very often because I know people have bad days, but he seemed to go out of his way to NOT help with anything that was asked of him. I'm sparing this review a 1 star review purely because of the generally great people I have worked with at this location in the past. Do yourselves a favor Apple, hire someone who actually wants to be there and help people. EDIT: FYI, our issue was resolved quite easily by the other people in the store, Apple actually profited more because of it, and I left happy. Seriously, Riley seems allergic to money and basic human decency.

I went in today with my 1 year old son, to buy a phone. I knew which phone I wanted, and was ready to pay. There were two employees standing at the front doors chatting, and three at the back door chatting as well. After looking at the phones for about five minutes without one person asking if I needed help, I walked to the three employees in the back and asked if I needed to be on a list. One employee condescendingly said, "I take it we weren't expecting you." He said they couldn't help me for about 40 minutes. When I said that I couldn't wait 40 minutes with my baby, he said he would check for me. After talking to another employee, he said that it would actually be 50 minutes before anyone would be able to help me. I didn't think that at 1:20 on a Thursday, the store would be too busy for customers. Unless you have all afternoon to wait, make an appointment.

Eckho91 .

Great customer service. Staff was super friendly and received help right away.

For being one of, if not, THE best tech companies in the world..they really haven't figured out their efficiency process. You've got a bunch of smiling faces with iPads checking people in to give the illusion that they are being taken care of (okay that's sort of genius). However, when you spend 30 minutes after check-in waiting to pick your equipment up from the Genius Bar... it kind of defeats the purpose. It's like driving through a fast food joint only to wait at the second window for 30 minutes for your food. This location gets 3 stars because their employees are extremely presentable and nice. They are doing their best, they just need some process efficiency help.

Michael Bigley

The store manager, Dustin, was very patient with us today. We had an extended time trying to back up our phone. He worked with us and even stayed longer than necessary to make sure our transaction was complete and to our satisfaction. A special thanks also to the rest of the store team members for their help.

Alex Parsons

My dad ordered a Macbook from this store, and when the website told us that he would personally have to pick it up, we called the store to see if they would let me pick it up instead. "Sure, just have him bring the order number and a valid ID," they told him. When I arrived to pick up the computer, I didn't have my father's ID, and they wouldn't let me pick it up without him. I could see this kind of thing happening... it's no big deal. The problem was that the manager was SO flippant and rude about it. She acted like my dad was stupid and couldn't follow directions, she'd say "I apologize, BUT..." then tell us why it was our fault, she claimed no one at her store would ever give us false information, and it really seemed like she couldn't care one iota less about why we were annoyed. This is what it boils down to: we had a complaint, and the manager was never on our side. It was us vs. them, and she almost seemed to have fun explaining why we were wrong and she was right.

Oriana Amerine

Terrible experience. I needed my iPhone replaced due to a defect on the phone, and they told me they wouldn’t be able to get me in because their technician has 6 appointments. They only have one technician?! And 8 salesmen?! How the heck are you going to sell a product if you can’t even fix a product that has already been sold!! Terrible customer service and the manager was very rude.

Eric Walden

Great service with the initial purchase of my AirPods. However, after being told I would be given a replacement pair if lost or stolen 3 times during the sale, the store would not honor what they sold me as a feature. Extremely poor customer service on behalf of the Manager.

Christina vanbibber

Chris is amazing very patient with the computer illiterate. Thank you.

Called Apple Customer service about a weird fine white powder coming from my new Apple TV. They had me set up an appointment with this store. Went to the store and an employee named Chip dismissed the problem as a non-issue in about 2 minutes. Big waste of time. Dude obviously was just protecting the store’s bottom line

Wowza, two times in a row. Went in to get my phone fixed from a no signal issue. They backed up from an old back up then saved over the current one loosing 2 years of contacts. How the hell do you even do that? Then we tried to buy some Ipads for business. Got our information from a business rep. Then went to pick the ipads up. Just to be informed that the business department doesn't work on the weekends. You would think they would mention that when you tell them you are going to pick them up over the weekend. Almost 10 years of Apple and just to many issues with products, service and now they want to consistently force us into inputs we do not want. Guess we see why their phones and products are not selling anymore. On to Google products!

Kristopher Gregg

Replaced a pair of Beats X in March due to them no longer working. Four months later and they have stopped working again. Genius Bar says I have to buy another pair. Apple is supposed to make the best stuff in the world, and I potentially have to buy 2, maybe 3 headphones a year? So disappointed. I own an IPad, two iPhones, beats x, AirPods and an Apple Watch. This is what brand loyalty gets you I guess.

Nicolle Lesuer

Went there just to look around and my 12 year old had a bunch of questions. Patrick took him to the phones and explained everything in a way he’d understand and made the entire thing interactive so he was hands on the whole time. This is what Apple is about and I wish I could say thank you a million more times to Patrick for creating a memorable experience for him

Rebekka Snyman

Terrible customer service. I came in to see about getting my MacBook worked on. I had my daughter in a stroller with me and an Apple employee watched me struggle as I tried to get through the door while pushing a stroller. When I asked about a wait, I was told two, maybe two and a half hours as most. I thought that was a little extreme considering it was a Tuesday afternoon. I put my name down and returned two hours later to ask about how much longer. I was then told I wouldn’t be seen for an additional two hours. I asked why and the employee shrugged his shoulders. There were also no appointments I could schedule for another four days. I understand I may have to wait to be seen, but four hours? I also would have liked to know that the wait time changed drastically. When I asked him to take my name off the list, he smirked and walked away. Don’t go to this location. As a long time Apple customer, I’ve never had this bad of an experience at an Apple store.

Aspen Grove has alot of interesting stores and restaurants. The apple and Verizon stores tend to be my most frequented.

After cracking my iPhone 7 screen I called my phone company to see if I was eligible for a upgrade to replace my phone. Since I have had awful experiences with refurbished phones and aftermarket screens I decided to see if Apple would replace my screen. I followed instruction to see if I was Eligible for screen replacement and it indicated I was for a low fee! After booking a apt and driving a hour to the location the employee informed me I had limited warranty, I didn't understand what that meant since I just bought my phone in June I asked to talk to a manager. He then again informed me I wasn't eligible I showed him the exact instructions the Apple website had given and he didn't seem to care how deceitful the website was, not to mention I tried to call twice and talk to a store employee! I am not sure why their are more then 20 employees working in a store...a phone store if non of them answe phones for costumers the call service is awful along with costumer service hate to say no matter how much I love all my apple devices the customer service is not up to standards! Hoping Apple will review and except my dissatisfaction with service!

Elizabeth Northart

I came in with my iPhone 8, complaining that it had frozen and had been spinning the “thinking” wheel for nine hours. I was told they had no available appointments (an hour and a half before closing). Fair enough. But when I was able to use a friend’s phone to google the problem, I learned of a hard reset option that involved the volume buttons. A trick I didn’t know. I found this out after I let the battery just die and got my phone to wake up on recharge. My complaint is that the greeter offered NO advice about either option. Just said, “we get 3000-4000 people per day and need to ensure we don’t overbook our technicians. If you are that overbooked, maybe time to hire more techs, OR give your greeters general problem solving abilities.

Leigh Pelc

I just don't get it! Why can't they be consistent? When buying something expensive, they bend over backwards but when returning something or just need a small item the employees can be so condescending and rude. I bought a product last Thursday night and the VERY nice salesman said just bring it back if it doesn't work for the project we are working on (he wasn't quite sure it was the right thing either). I bring it back today, as it isn't quite what we need. By golly, they are so perplexed by this! How could it NOT work! Let's call over an expert in that arena and oh so condescending that I (the customer) could not want that product! What a jerk! He works at Apple so he is smarter and cooler than the rest of us. Ho hum, wish there was another option. I will keep shopping there and make good reviews and bad reviews but man it would be nice if they could come down off of their high horse!

I was there to reinstall my MacBook Pro to its original settings and i took some time. The staff was very friendly and even offered me some chocolate.Although the computer took a little time over their closing hours they still helped me and were patient with me to getting my computer restored.

Aspen Grove Apple Store really stepped up and solved my frustration quickly, easily and thoughtfully. Kudos to Ian, Steve, Paul and Dan - and Michelle. (Leo too, even though we didn't meet him face to face) . That's what customer care is all about! Thank you!

Wasted my time going to the Apple Store. I was primary there to see if I wanted to buy the Apple Pencil. The tech. Picked up the pencil, made a few doodles across the iPad, scrolled to different apps., but never put the pencil in my hand to give me an idea of its practical use. He kept saying if you are an artist (which I’m not). He then asked if there was any other questions. I mentioned my email on my new iPad, he shuffled me off to another tech. Saying he could probably help me but that he didn’t have much time because He had a class to teach. This guy was just as bad. He told me to call Comcast and left me to go teach his class. The most help I got was from the greeter at the door, and the girl who checked my phone battery. She at least gave me hints on how to prolong my battery (or good battery habits) and put me on the list for battery replacement. I think I will no longer go to the Apple Store, and stick to utube tutorials. I spent a good 3 hours hanging out there and getting more help from other customers (thanks Maria and Brie) than I did from the Geeks who are employed to help customers.

Misty Ewegen

The service here was good, given that Apple has changed it's protocol. My hard drive failed in my computer. I knew it. I knew I needed to drop my device off and have it replaced. Due to the need to see a genius for this, I waited four hours. There should be a "Fast Lane" feature for people who are well aware that they will need to drop off their systems for repair. I could have purchased a new mac for the amount of time I wasted sitting in the store. However, the store personnel did their best within their restrictions, and were helpful, apologetic, and knowledgable.

Nestor Bravo

I went there 4 times to receive support regarding my Iphone Xs not connecting to my watch. After the 4th time I went there, they told me they were going to file a work authorization to see if someone else from apple could provide support. Nobody reached out to me with a follow up. It was after I spent over 30minutes waiting over the phone, that someone talked to me saying that there was nothing else they could do. Very disappointed with this store.

Sofia Chambers

I waited for an hour and a half to get my screen fixed. Then, they said they’re closed (the tech guy doesn’t have time for any more repairs) and could get to it tomorrow.

Lamonique Robinson

This store allowed someone to come in with my husband’s card number & spend all his money. We live in California. We called the store to report fraud & everyone was rude!! No help whatsoever. Be careful in this store. I did a Google search & apparently a lot of scams happen at this store!! I will be contacting Apple about this. There is no way someone should be able to use his card # to make an instore purchase. Do you not check I.D.’s or even ask for the card??!! Like Wth!! This is unacceptable!!

ze yan

Poor service. Poor management. Wait inside half hours and still no one come approached me. And the support teach won't answer any of the questions. Really dis point with this store

3 1/2 hour wait to be told what I told them when I walked in. My phone had crapped out and needed to be replaced. However they didn’t have any so they sent me on to another store. Took 3 1/2 hours to see me, 5 minutes to tell me I needed a new phone, and 20 minutes to schedule me at the other store. I believe the guys name was Chris (at the genius line)... HE IS A JOKE. Took in my 1 1/2 year old watch because it wouldn’t charge and everyone told me it was having software issues. Chris told me that I broke the board and it would be $300.00 to fix it (keep in mind I can buy a brand new version of my watch for $270.00 on apples website). He also insisted that the average life span of any technology now is 2 years. I asked why he expected me to continue to buy Apple and he didn’t have an answer. I finally got some time today to call Apple support and they are taking it in a repairing it for me because it’s a software issue and not something I did. I will NEVER go back to this store again, I love Apple and every other store I’ve been to has always been extremely helpful but this was a pretty bad experience.

Came in with my wife for a watch, knew exactly what we wanted. We got put in queue for iwatches. We started looking around but stayed near the watches. We wait for some time before seeing the guy who added us to the queue helping a very beautiful young lady. Another apple guy came up to check on us, we told him we were in queue. He checked and told us we weren't in queue anymore! We were then helped by the second guy. He was nice helped explain some questions my wife had and then we bought the watch. We suspect we got booted from the queue so the first guy could hit on the beautiful young lady. I would have given 1 star for this but the second guy redeemed the store. Be ready to wait and double check your queue position if cute girls are in line.

Little Big Mom

Drove out there, but the wait was 2 hours. Came back on a day the web said was a slow time. Got in in about 15 minutes, but had to wait 2 more hours for a screen to be replaced. With another one of our phones they couldn’t help us and had no suggestions (the volume/ringer didn’t work). With my phone I lost maybe a dozen or so of my contacts, all my notes and passwords saved on my phone, and as of today I’m still waiting for my texts to “download” and it’s almost been a week. Went back a few days later and the second guy was rude and unhelpful. He just said he didn’t know why it wasn’t working and had no suggestions except for the same thing the other guy told me last time I went in. My phone has been “downloading” from the restart they did almost a week ago. I’m going to have to go back in for a 4th time for the same thing. I plan on trying another Apple Store, even though it is farther away.

Terrible service. All I needed was a phone replacement. I was told I needed an appointment, not sure why I purchased Apple care if I cannot use it.

Prior to my recent visit I bought a phone and it was reccomended that I enroll in the new upgrade program. I did. The idea was that if a new phone comes out you can upgrade with only the difference in payment. Wrong! I went back to upgrade to the new Iphone and found out that I need to have the phone more than 6 months and a years payment on the books before I'm allowed to upgrade. I had always previously bought my phones outright so I could do as I please but no cigar under the so called upgrade program. Seems as if I would have been better off to have purchased it outright on my last visit. Adding insult to injury, I decided to go ahead and purchase the new phone outright. I waited more than 2 hours in attempting to get the new phone set up. I finally walked out having spent more than $1200, leaving with two phones and neither phone working. It seems as if the store needs a change of face in the various areas of leadership. Technical abilities are fair but the management of the store is non existent with customer service experience all but lost.

Had to use a firm “NO Thank you” due to the employee trying to get me to buy a case and screen protector for over 30 mins while processing my online order. I’m confused on when Apple became top-heavy on commission based selling tactics? On the positive side there was maybe 3 other customers in the store with me and about 15 employees waiting to help. I was greeted in typical Apple fashion but it went downhill after the welcome in.

Michael Miles

Went in to learn about the watch. The person at the watch table literally blew me off when a co-worker arrived. They just wanted to chat to each other. The best part was the mis-information given. The feeling was the person knew less than me and made it up. So, I wander a bit with no one else approaching to help leaving me to ask. I see three employees at front of store chatting, I walk up...no one asks how they can help. I literally look at each person in the eye as they converse and they couldn’t pause to just acknowledge me. Ugh, I wander more and finally ask / get assistance. That was frustrating as well, but finally bought the watch...hope the person it is for likes it because I don’t want to deal with a return.

Amazing remodel. The store feels quite spacious compared to how it used to be. Store has a large selection of devices to try out, including two Apple Watches with two different bands each ready to try on. The Genius Bar is a lot more personal, with individual tables rather than a large bar. With Such a large selection and many different events, this place is enjoyable wether you are looking to buy a new product or if you are simply stopping by. Kind, helpful employees really helps, as well

Anthony, the store manager is a saint! I have never felt more validated and cared for than the nite I came in, in a panic, sure that I had LOST all of the voice recordings associated with a 2 week training I just completed out of town! In the time it took to call Apple Care and ask the phone rep to call the Aspen Grove store to see if they might still have a back up of my device from earlier that morning... I was walking in the door (still on the phone with Apple Care) saying, "I'm here at the store now... Who do I ask for?" That's when Anthony, standing at the front door, turned to me and asked "Are you Michelle?" He took the time to let me cry about my missing data, never once did I feel minimized, rushed, or like a burden. It was almost closing time and yet he took the time to work with me to figure it out. I told him, "You know... if this works... I'm gonna kiss you on the mouth!" Which I did and then I cried in relief that he was able to find my lost recordings! I will never go anywhere else for my Apple needs. Aspen Grove is THE BEST. Thank You Anthony! You have an amazing team that reflects YOUR authentic human care and commitment to supporting the customers who come thru your doors. I am honored and grateful there are still people like you (and Steve) in the world that make real genuine connections and serve from a place of heart.

Worst Apple Store I’ve ever been to ever. I drove an hour to pick up an item I ordered online and they wouldn’t even give it to me because the app selected my mother’s home address instead of mine for billing. I had ID and the physical card I had used to purchase the item online signed in my name along with the receipts linked to my email, and the employees were incredibly rude to me and acted like they were above me when I showed them I have physical proof I purchased the item. I had to purchase it again in store so I wouldn’t drive 2 hours round trip to get nothing and cancel my previous order, which is still charged on my card by the way. I have never received such terrible service from any other Apple Store and is very disappointing. I used to like their products but now am not so sure if this is how they treat their loyal customers.

Randall Taylor

8+ years Apple customer. I7 battery went out on otherwise good phone. During battery replacement they ruined that phone but did give a replacement. In their setting up new phone, contacts did migrate properly though I have iCloud. Six trips later may have resolved the issue.

Great store! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They do not try to sell you more than you really need or want. Highly recommended!

My 6S has been dying around 30%-40% battery. After checking the serial number it turns out this battery specifically needs to be replaced due to a software issue that's causing the phone to die with so much battery left. This phone has a slight bend in it from taking it out of an OtterBox and the tech said that although the replacement for the battery is free there's no guarantee he can get the phone back together because of the slight bend and if that's the case I have to pay $300 for a new phone. The structural integrity of this phone is seriously in question in the first place but for Apple to tell me I have to buy a new phone if their tech can't get it back together because it's slightly bent is complete garbage. I've never been unhappy with any Apple product I bought except for now, and this is unacceptable.

Apple Aspen Grove no longer stands behind its 90-day service warranties, or its customers with disabilities. I am legally blind and use a guide dog. Apple customer since the days of the Apple II. I depend on my iPhone camera for accessibility, to see what is projected on the screen, read signage, and magnify small print. December 24, 2018, I brought my iPhone 6+ to Aspen Grove, and purchased battery replacement service, which came with a 90-day warranty. Since the replacement, the camera intermittently loses control, the stabilizer goes crazy, and the image is very shaky, rendering it unusable each time the magnifier/camera app is opened, but temporarily correctable by shaking the phone each time it occurs. I have thus been unable to reliably use my iPhone as a magnifier since the battery replacement, especially viewing fast-paced projected presentations at a distance. They had to open the case to replace the battery. Since it was intermittent, and due to my transportation challenges, I was finally able to bring it in today, still within the 90 day battery replacement warranty period, explained the situation to the "genius", who agreed the camera needed to be replaced. He even instructed me to shake the phone to get the camera to stop shaking! They wanted $59 for a new camera, insisting it had nothing to do with the battery replacement, even though they opened the case. I asked and pleaded with the "genius" and the manager, and they would not budge. He said it would be unfair to their other customers to stand by their warranty and waive the charge to replace the camera that was likely damaged when they replaced the battery. I asked them, what about being unfair to this customer? The "genius" and the manager were both extremely unprofessional towards me, insisting their battery replacement work had nothing to do with the camera, and they even told me I should have come in sooner! So they would have replaced it in January, but not now, even though within the 90-day warranty period? I am saddened that Apple no longer stands behind the warranties it claims to provide, or its customers with disabilities.

Its got uper end stores and good food.

My experience over a few visits has been that this store is home to a bunch of clueless "hippies" that can't handle anything but the most basic (and I mean really, really basic) of tech and will default to "upgrade" and "buy new/buy again" and whatever else they can do to avoid technical conversation or work. Disappointing.

David Roos

I went there to look at an iMac and they literally only have 1 demo machine on the entire floor. A salesman and client were engrossed with it so I left without a demo. Seriously? 20 dudes in red shirts but only 1 computer to show? Should rename the store from "Apple" to "iPhone."

Denis Freiden

Waited 3 hours for a part to my EarPods. There were about 10 people standing around but was told only a genius could go into the secret room and place a replacement ear pod in my hand..WIERD. After that experience I went to another brand as Apple sucks in this department.

Melanie Buchanan

I am mixed on this review. We had superior customer service at this location...I felt our Apple rep went above and beyond the call of duty to work out our problem. However, he gave us an iPhone 7 series that, according to Apple problem blogs, has a known problem for finding/connecting service. I don't believe he didn't know about the issue and feel that is why we were able to get a free replacement phone.

The only reason why I am giving this apple store a 3 star instead of a 1, is because of Kodi. Kodi made our experience there so much better. We had made an online purchase for the iPhone X, to be picked up at the store. Upon our arrival we were told that the que to pick up was an hour wait. The store was not that busy I have been to busier apple stores and have gotten my online purchase within 15mins. We then asked another specialist if we could pick up the phone earlier then that because we had kids with us. You can imagine they would be restless if we stayed there for an hour. He rudely responded with “we would have to wait”. Then came kodi he immediately asked us if we have been helped. we told him that we were waiting to pick up the iPhone that we purchased online. He proceeded to help us then the same coworker that we asked prior to help came over and told Kodi that we had to wait. Kodi wasn’t fazed by this and kept helping us. In no more then 5 mins Kodi had the phone ready for us and we were out the door. Once again Kodi made our experience. That is the true essence of customer service. Thank you Kodi for exemplifying that. Out of three people we interacted with while being there you were the only one that wasn’t rude to us and understood what customer experience is about.

Charles .

I went here with my friend to have her phone fixed. They gave us a number and told us to wait an hour. After an hour they made us wait another hour while an employee became available at which point the store was closing. Her phone broke from dropping it from 3 feet away. Apple sells low quality phones that are build with planned obselence. Save yourself the hastle and just get a Samsung.

Apple store has friendly quick efficient customer driven service! Alright product I guess.

Wow! So impressed by the staff at this store - namely Shannon. She was incredibly friendly and generous from beginning to end. Everyone was super helpful and I received the best possible outcome for my broken iPhone. Can’t say how happy I was leaving the store.

david stewart

Friendly folks, got helped pretty quickly! Walked out with a new computer in about 20 minutes, which was way better than I expected.

Jamie Eglseder

I’m so sick of Apple and their inability to deliver a product that lasts more than a year and not having a system to get same-day assistance. They’ve designed a phone that we rely on, but don’t give a rip when the need arises for immediate assistance. Drive an hour at the promise of walk in appointments? Nope. Won’t help. I’m fed up with Apple and their lack of customer service.

Greg Donley

I got a defective iPhone 6s from Apple that has recurring battery problems. I have gone through three different batteries on the phone. Apple Store refused to replace the battery that is under a recall program because current battery started to swell. Told me there is nothing they can do with the phone and returned my phone to me falling apart. Worst customer service and warrantee I have ever known!

Jesse Mendoza

Great customer service I just showed up and they where ready to help me

Janice Rumsey

Battery failing on my 1 1/2 yr. old iPad mini 4. I took it to this store and was told I could exchange it for another, for $99. I made an appointment for the following week. Went in and was told by the guy who came by that I'd have to buy another one for $299. I told him about the previous appointment and could tell he was getting angry. However, he provided a refurbished iPad and when I asked if I could speak to the previous genius who had helped me, he snapped "NO"! I wanted to let him know I wasn't trying to get away with something. I paid my $106 (tax incl.). He started the download, said he'd be back to check on it. Never saw him again.

John Wiegman

Nice store that's not usually super crowded.

Kevin Russell

I've had good luck with this store. They've made us feel more like a customer than a number. I'll continue to pick this Apple Store over any other in the area.

Khaled Zaky

No can do answer lies pudding you out of the door or you can buy a new one even though it's under warranty i bought over $20000 In merchandise

Terrible store you walk in and the atmosphere yells I hate republicans secondly my Apple device I recently brought in was traded for a supposed less crappy iPhone and somewhere I ended up getting an even worse iPhone 8 that now freezes ever other minute. Looks like another 30 min drive to Apple to be put on a waiting list for 45 min then told well if this doesn’t fix it come back.

Clif Burt

This store gave me bad advice that wasted my time and money. I called before making the trip to see what my iPhone trade-in options were and they said store credit was an option, among others. I wanted store credit as I already have another iPhone. When I arrived, I was told by two employees that I could only trade the iPhone in for another iPhone model. The bad advice I received over the phone led to a completely wasted trip across town and one extremely frustrated customer.

Jessica Kos Birney

Oh my goodness! I had the best appointment with a tech named Jeremy! He was super amazing... multi-tasked like a bad @ss. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to ensure that all my challenges (even some I wasn’t aware of) we supported. He related well, listened, made us (me and another woman that he was helping at the same time) laugh and best of all walked us through some tedious tasks that I’m sure they do a million times a day, all with a smile on his face. So thank you Jeremy for making my appointment at the apple store worth my time & energy. You rock!

PETER COULTER

Ridiculous. I purchased an Apple product online and went to the store to pick it up. The guy who met me at the door told me I would have to wait 45 minutes to pick it up because he only had two salesmen. What does the number of salesmen have to do with it? Anyone could have grabbed the item from the back room and handed it to me. This guy needs to be retrained.

Randall Taylor

8+ years Apple customer. I7 battery went out on otherwise good phone. During battery replacement they ruined that phone but did give a replacement. In their setting up new phone, contacts did migrate properly though I have iCloud. Six trips later may have resolved the issue.

Steve Cohen

Great store! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They do not try to sell you more than you really need or want. Highly recommended!

Steve B

I am saddened that Apple no longer stands behind the warranties it claims to provide, or its customers with disabilities.

daft slack

Miguel Valenzuela

The store is fine but the jaybird headphones sold by Apple are horrible headphones. Two hour battery life span, the clip to hold the cable down broke off, and the bluetooth connection keeps disconnecting from my phone in-between songs (big pain). I called the apple store and they said they had a 14 return policy (after only a month of testing the thing out). 200 buck down the drain.

Patricia Humphries

Great service

Charles

I went here with my friend to have her phone fixed. They gave us a number and told us to wait an hour. After an hour they made us wait another hour while an employee became available at which point the store was closing. Her phone broke from dropping it from 3 feet away. Apple sells low quality phones that are build with planned obselence. Save yourself the hastle and just get a Samsung.

Mel Mor

Apple store has friendly quick efficient customer driven service! Alright product I guess.

Mike McGuire

The store experience itself is fine, but why do you even pretend to have a phone number?!

Horrible customer service. Checkin at the door was complete chaos. Came back another day and store was quite empty. 45 minutes wait to buy a phone! Supposedly on 4 sales associates. Helping people is not Apple's strong suite. Apple lost a new customer! Will NEVER return.

I went in without an appointment because my iPhone 5's touch screen had completely stopped working. I've had the phone for over 2 years, so it was no longer under warranty -- however (!!!) Erica at the Genius bar noted that my problem was due to a swollen battery. They gave me a new phone for much cheaper than it would otherwise cost ($79 vs $260ish) and helped me through getting my iCloud stuff established on the new phone. I'm so happy with the service I received.

I was Only going to put 4 stars because it took two hours from my appointment to when I walked out for a cracked screen. HOWEVER I left happy because when One of the employees informed us that the screen was not repairable, another employee by the name of DW got us a replacement phone for the same price they gave us for the cracked screen. They went above and beyond for a pleasant customer experience! I'm content with my service! A+

I recently had two 'Today At Apple' sessions today and I'm giving much thanks to two amazing guys, John and Jesse, who were going through the tutorials and stuff for those incredible sessions. Such a great experience there and definitely I'll be coming back here one more time!

Ryan Lee

This store staff is a joke, they act like its a privilege to be their customer. So, backwards the amount of professionalism ran at this place. I had to make 3 appointments, no one ever did their job and put me in their system. On top of the store, Apple company in its self never once mentioned that the battery replacement (because of Apple, system updates slowing it down) would cost me 45.00 for them to install it. So, I got the pleasure to not only waste my time (not having scheduled me right) I got to pay for it and was treated like a child; talked down to. I was even told this was my issue, not Apples. Awesome way to represent your customers who keep you in business and a job. I would recommend not coming to this store for any help or service. In fact, I would recommend dumping Apple.

Steven Thompson

I schedule a battery repacement two weeks ago and when I get here they tell me they are 4-6 weeks out. First off all a phone call to notify me the battery is not available would be nice before I drive all the way down there. Next I get to the store and check in. After waiting twenty minutes a lady notifies me they don’t have any batteries. Apparently Apple doesn’t think I have anything better to do with my time.

David Brown

They didn't answer the phone and couldn't get an appt. there using apple online. After a hour wait they did help my wife's I10

Landon Gray

I went into Apple today because I realized they sold me the wrong size computer sleeve to go with my MacBookPro when I purchased the computer 6 months ago. Dominque helped me and was able to make the exchange with a manager’s approval within a couple minutes. They said it was their oversight for selling me the wrong sleeve, and I really appreciate them making it right. I was prepared to purchase the new sleeve at full price, but they were nice enough to accept the exchange and resolve the issue at no additional charge to me. It’s the little things like this that will keep me coming back as a customer. Thank you Apple Aspen Grove, and thank you Dominque for taking the time to investigate what happened when you didn’t have to.

abhicks23 .

One of worst experiences I have had in a retail store. There are other Apple stores out there; choose one of those. We arrived at around 2:30 to get help loading "pages" and were told we were second in line. After waiting 20 minutes, I inquired about our position in line to discover that we were put in the incorrect queue. We were then placed on another queue and waited another 1/2 hour prior to inquiring as to where we were on this queue. The individual that had put me on the second queue replied that I would really be better off calling Apple Care. If the "geniuses" at an Apple Store can't help with that, I don't know what they could possibly be good for. Pages is supposed to be free for any MacBook purchased after October, 2013. But no help there. I just going to get Office for Mac and not waste anymore of my time.

Kevin Shaughnessy

I’ve been a huge Apple product fan and have shopped here since the store opened and was a great store. Sadly that’s no longer the case. This is the 2nd time I’ve come here to buy something only to be told that it would be a 30 minute wait before someone could help me. I knew want I wanted and simply wanted to get it and pay but that can’t be done anymore. I waited 5 minutes and watched herds of Apple employees visiting with each other, chatting and laughing. Nothing wrong with that, but while I and others wait 30 minutes? I felt I was being Punk’d and left. I’ll find someplace that at least pretends to want my business.

Cowboy Bob

nice people & very helpful

Eric D

Associate checking in customers at the door was not friendly, had a very cavalier attitude about my phone not working at all. A response such as “sorry” would be enough for me to at least believe he cared about Apple customer’s. Instead it was “ get in line for an hour wait” or set an appointment.

Matthew White

Previously dealt with the Park Meadows store who bumbled and fumbled my tech support issues. But the Aspen Grove store went above and beyond to resolve my issues and to make things right. Friendly staff that stay in top of issues and keep you informed. A+

Scott Thornock

Traded in a Series 4 watch towards purchase of new Series 5, and received a $110 credit from the Aspen Grove Store. I was told I would be sent an email with the credit confirmation, but never received it. Tried to the resolve the issue over the phone, was on and off hold for 60 minutes, and was disconnected with no resolution. No call back...….Absolutely pathetic customer service!! Terrible way to treat a long time customer...…..

Kyler Ward

Absolutely terrible customer service. Have bought phones and they wouldn’t let me leave with the phone I purchased because “they couldn’t activate it. I’ve never wrote a review before but I thought I would help others from shopping at this joke of a store.

John Oglesby

So far, thoroughly unimpressed. Trying to get in to get my phone with recurring battery problems fixed. Tried to make an on-line appointment and got into a crazy confusing loop when I tried to reschedule. Thought I'd call to make sure I came at the right time. Called the store number but got transferred to someone at a central call center. Unable to iron it out with her, she transferred me back to the store. 10 minutes after the start of the call, I got hung up on without ever talking to someone in the store. Hopefully they do a better job of finally fixing my phone once I get in there. Not holding my breath.

Gemini Fernandez

In June 2017 I would have rated this store a 5 star with fast paced service and outstanding service, but today I received the worst customer service. Like I mentioned I was recently there in June to fix my phones display but unfortunately it re-cracked NOT by being dropped. I called before I drove down there and they said they would be able to help as long as I did not drop it. So, I drove down there. I was there at 1pm and did not leave until 5pm! They had no sympathy for my situation and when I talked to the manager he said because there was physical damage to the outside of my phone there was nothing he could do. OK well I have dropped my phone before and I've had it for a couple of years now of course there would be damage! and he didn't even ask me what I wanted to do. (either get it fixed or just leave it). So they walked away, I called my parents to get there opinion. I decided to just re-fix my phone I had to go back and re wait for someone to be available! Then, right before they were going to take my phone and fix it, they asked if I was 18+. I was like no, I will be in a week though. So apparently you have to be over 18 to get your phone screen fixed. I didn't know that. I was at the same store a month ago and they fixed my phone with no problem! So they went back and got the manager again and they come out and tell me that I have to have someone over 18 to sign for me. So I'm like okay but I was here a month ago for the same reason and there was no issue there! I had to drive all the way home pick up my father and drive all the back! And finally they fixed my phone.. took 2 1/2 hours but they did. Paid the full price and everything didn't offer anything to me. However, the worst part was no one (i.e. the technician or the manager) did not apologize for nothing, acted like my situation was nothing. That was the worst customer service I have every received! Never going back there again, I recommend going to the apple store in Cherry Creek where you can have a MUCH BETTER experience!

Carlos Frutos

Awesome job by Quentin. Very professional and kind. So helpful.

John Lucas

I really like Apple products but unfortunately, my new Apple watch won't force restart. I scheduled an appointment to have someone look at my them. I wish the staff was more attentive and ready to help.

R Halter

I have been here for 20 minutes waiting to puck up my Mac which was fixed four days ago. I arrived 5 minutes prior to opening and was the second person checked in prior to their opening. Multiple people have now been helped after me. I was told “their system crashed. I think they need better management in this store.

Charlie Burns

Absolutely the worst staff ever, totally sold me.on never buying an apple product ever again.

Scott Dassler

Sarah was really helpful and helped me learn garageband. She is very kind and helpful.

Jimmy Hick

These folks were knowledgeable and efficient. Keep up the good work, kids.

Roblox Dad

The workers here are very rude but air playing stuff to the tv is really fun. Just go on a random phone and start playing big shaq on full volume. You will always have a fun time.

Moses Molin

Great customer service (shoutout to Raven!). Speedy and conscientious.

Sarah Kennon

What a nightmare. I went in on Friday night for a battery replacement on my phone, (which took 3 hours, even with an appointment!) and when I got home it turned out the screen wasn't fully attached. So I went back and because I had my screen replaced elsewhere, they said it would be another $130 to fix it. If I had known that they would break my phone for $80 to demand $130 more to fix what they broke I would have gone somewhere else. Beware to anyone who has ever gotten their screen fixed somewhere else because they couldn't afford Apple's insane pricing.

Ethan Perry

Always lots of employees, and they are generally very helpful in finding things and fixing problems.

Devyn Nagao

Ty and Desiree helped my boyfriend and I with our Apple watches. They were both very helpful and informative. Thank you!

Riley Thomas

Bad quality products and even worse customer service. Been in this store on a few occasions. With that, they let me down on all these occasions. Instead of having quality customer service, they proceeded to charge me $550 on every occasion. Always pointing the finger to, guess who, the consumer. I'm done with apple

Jesse Caca

Walked in and stood there, no employees greeted or said anything to me they just stared until i awkwardly had to greet THEM that way there was some sort if initiation. The associate that was helping my scheadule an appointment was extremely rude, i mean if i looked like him id be mad at the world too

David Varyu

I was on hold for 25 minutes trying to set up an appointment. Tell me one other company/industry where it's acceptable to be on hold for 25 minutes.

Brittany Rihn

Always schedule an appointment! No wait times :) shay helped me out and she was fan-freaking-tastic! There might have been a manufacturing issue with my iPhone, within 12 mins I walked out of there with a loner phone! Amazing!

Dan Snow

Friendly knowledgeable staff

Chloe Stachowiak

AJ came at me for not checking in for my battery replacement appointment. I had been there waiting at the Genius Bar for about 25 minutes because I wasn’t sure what to do (and no one had spoken to or approached me in that time). I told him that, but he still gave me a lecture about why it’s polite to check in for various types of appointments. It seemed a little aggressive for a simple misunderstanding.

Julia Bourlakov

Oh my! What an experience! It’s like visiting the future! Great, helpfull staff!

Devon Knudson

Words cannot describe how thrilled I am with the service I received from Keith at the Aspen Grove Apple Genius bar. When it seemed like all hope was lost with my iMac he found the solution asap and took wonderful care of me. Anytime I need anything Apple related this is the store I'm going to. Keith has created a life long customer in me! Hands down the best customer service I have ever received, a rare thing these days! Thanks a million!!!!

Bob and Lorrie Cahn

Very knowledgeable, appts were running late and someone let us know, instead of just having us wait with no explanation.

Christy Biehl

Every time I go in here, I am met with a respectful and helpful employee. The customer service here is great compared to most places. I realize some people give this place negative reviews because they feel entitled to more. Some things can't be instant like we Americans have been trained to expect. They do the best they can will all the customers they receive in a day. I've never been there when it's not busy. They always have tons of customers so I'm glad you can sign up for appointments. Last time I was there they said it was a 30 minute wait but could text me when my time slot opened up. I simply walked over to the Starbucks for a coffee and some quiet time and then got a text. The most relaxing wait I've ever done. I am also happy that you can simply take in a devices that isn't properly working and they help fix it. They'll even order parts and service for you. Most places say too bad and turn you away and you're left to figure it out yourself. I am very grateful that I for once don't have to go searching the web for yet another thing and that I can just let them be the experts. I'm usually a penny pincher but I am actually willing to pay for this service because it's so nice and saves me the time and headache.

Benjamin Wisdom

Patrick was very helpful today with my Apple Watch. I wish they could do repairs onsite, but they have to send it out to a central facility. I had great service, only had to wait 15-20 min for my walk in Genius Bar appt, I’m satisfied with my experience.

Anita Diaz

The workers ate very helpful

Erik Straite

Let me start by saying that the tech guy who helped me was great. This review is for 1 star because I found out that Apple's customer service policies suck. I took my iPhone 7 in because of a faulty logic board - a common issue in this model - that wouldn't allow me to use cellular data - no phone calls at all, and no texts, emails, navigation, etc... while not connected to WiFi. I scheduled an appointment for 6pm, but I showed up on my way home from work a little before 5 to see if I could just drop it off and not have to wait. I was told that they could put me down as a walk-in and it would take 15-20 minutes to be helped. I didn't get helped until 6:05, an hour and ten minutes after I showed up. I get that estimated wait times are just that - estimates. But, to be off by a factor of 4 is ridiculous, and it gets worse. Like I said, the error was caused by a faulty logic board - Apple's error. They have to mail my phone in to be fixed, which will take 5-10 days. They gave me a loaner phone, but the loaner phone is an iPhone 6... with 16GBs of storage. That's right. 16GBs. They stopped making phones with so little storage space after the iPhone 6 because they realized that no one has used less than 16GBs since the first iPhone. My phone had 256GBs. Needless to say, restoring the loaner phone from my last backup was pretty much pointless. When I powered on the loaner phone to make sure everything worked before leaving, it needed a software update, which took another 20 minutes in the store. I'm surprised a 16GB iPhone 6 is even has the power or storage to download and install iOS 12.2. To recap - wait times were grossly underestimated; the loaner phone they give you when they screw up is the model from 5 years ago with only enough storage for Apple's native apps, 2 pictures, and 7 emails (I'm exaggerating, but not by much); and the loaner phone isn't even up to date with the latest version of iOS.

The store employees are so rude and disrespectful! Received a pair of Wireless Beats headphones for Christmas. They failed and returned them to Best Buy. Best Buy advised that since they are under 1 year manufacturing warranty, I needed to take them to Apple. When I arrived at the Apple Store, not only was the greeter rude, the blonde lady with glasses that eventually helped me barked at me saying that Best Buy didn't know what they were talking about and I needed to go back there. She conferred with her colleagues and she told me they were not going to be able to help me. I walked away and asked another person and he offered to make an appointment for later in the week to see if they could help. I declined and asked why they wouldn't honor the warranty and they said they don't do it unless it was purchased at Apple Store. Hogwash! What an awful experience and I would caution people from interacting with these self-righteous, condescending disrespectful people. Apple should be embarrassed to have these clowns working their “genius” bar! Buyer Beware - Lost customer!!!!

Nick Pisciotta

Definitely my favorite of the Apple retail locations. Located in Aspen Grove, you don't have to bother with the hassle of a mall. A huge space that accommodates many customers.

Pricey

As others have commented the store employees are rude and disrespectful. I will not visit this store again as it is never a pleasant experience. This store damages the brand

John Lucas

I really like Apple products but unfortunately, my new Apple watch won't force restart. I scheduled an appointment to have someone look at my them. I wish the staff was more attentive and ready to help.

Anthony Hildoer

They sell Apple, so there is your quality, but the store is staffed and patroned by hipster, Apple fan-boys that sit around trying to one-up each other on who can best illustrate why Apple is so amazing. In the meantime it takes me 1 hour to pickup a laptop I already paid for online. I should have been in and out in ten minutes.

Taylor Grant

Awesome experience with the techs at the Apple store. Broken iPhone 6 and they took the time to make it right and got me a new phone without any hassle. I appreciate it and this is the reason I spend so much damn money with Apple!!!

Cathy Harms

Love to see the workers chatting with themselves versus helping customers.
