I hate not giving Fry's a better score, but the store is quite a let down. I don't know if it's due to the post holiday season, but the shelves were incredibly empty. I went looking for one specific computer component. I verified inventory on their website before going, but the spot on the shelf where the component was supposed to be was empty. I patiently waited and asked for help. The team member who helped me was nice, but he tried to give me the wrong item and I had to show him and confirm for him what the correct item was. He was kind enough to look it up, in hopes that it was in the stock room, but he said they only had 1 and it just sold. Maybe I'm skeptical, but I doubt that. Either way, it wasn't his fault but it just seemed all too possible considering the store's current inventory levels. I could have, and should have, just stayed home and ordered from Amazon.

Hasn't aged well since the golden technology days. Not very lively or exciting to shop there. Needs a complete 2019 refresh. Also extremely dark inside, as if they're trying to cut corners on lighting to save on costs.

This time to resolve this issue took quite a bit of time he told me the part that I purchase was wrong and the new part was the same cost I felt like he was lying and ripping me off the first guy was Pakistani or Indian the first trip that I purchased the wrong item the sales rep did not even want to come over to help me pick out what electronic cord fits my phone and when he finally did it was 25 minutes later and he had a bad attitude with very bad service point out about 25 items against all right here's what you want just look for the fast-charging one and that'll be fine I got one was not compatible with my phone because of his lack of service I had to come back and waste my time and I found out that point that I would need an additional cord because I had a feeling about that so I asked additional questions to get my situation resolved properly so I wouldn't have to waste another trip because fries didn't really tell me that I might need additional cord for the high-speed charger so I'm totally just as fine with the electronics department and the management went to lunch lunch was wonderful the sandwich was $8 and some change in about 2 oz of meat what a rip off I wasn't sure but cute girl I think I would have threw the sandwich up just to prove a point

Go to place for computers and associated supplies. Excellent prices. Fry's employees always available to answer questions regarding store products, this is crucial for people who want to purchase computers but are not necessarily tech savvy. Also there are many other products other than computers that are fairly priced.

They might carry a wide range of products and reasonable pricing but Most of the time those Advertised Products ARE NOT Available both Online and In-stores. They USUALLY LURE customers with those lower prices to come in to the store and MOST of the time customers find out those products are ALWAYS SOLD OUT or NOT IN STOCK Anymore. So MOST of the time customers ended buying OVERPRICED Products instead of the products they came in for. If customers were able to place an order online on those Promotional items, they will get called from the FULFILLMENT CENTER for OUT OF STOCKS or give out some other LAME EXCUSES to CANCEL the order. That's a Method of BAIT & SWITCH which it a SCAMMING METHOD. Very DISHONEST BUSINESS.

I love getting lost in this place. If you love tech, computers, or simply want to shop the latest video games this is the place. It is especially great for the whole family. It is huge so make it a family outing! I'm sure you will find something!

Great experience, fantastic service, and a unique location! I stopped by this location for help with a laptop that I purchased at a different location but was taken care of as if I had been here all along. The sales team was informative yet not pushy, the service dept was precise and handled the job in the time I was promised, and as the cherry on top the food was beyond my expectations! Very much enjoyed the City of Industry aspect to the design of this store. It felt like something designed to be in a Disney park. 5 stars!

Went during the week about 3 pm and found it pretty empty. The employee we found to help us was very helpful and friendly and knew his stuff. He even took us from one department to another without skipping a beat... equally helpful in both departments. Answered all of our questions and gave us choices instead of trying to sell the most profitable item.

This is a great place. Probably the last chain that sells stuff for real electricians things like resistors capacitors quality solder things that just can't find anywhere else other than online. Sometimes you want to get that part you need right away and frys is still there for us.

I used to love coming here and just browsing all the cool tech. For the past few years it's changed into a ghost town. Half the shelves are empty. There's a very limited selection of electronics. The last 4-5 times I've ended up just getting some snacks after not being able to find what I was actually looking for. At least they have a nice selection of snacks so that's good.

A HUGE ELECTRONICS STORE!!! I LOVE IT!!! I used to frequent Fry's back in its hayday, before online shopping exploded. However, today, Fry's is simply less. It has a much smaller selection (most likely due to reduced stock), less customers, less salespeople, and less income/revenue. It is sad to see such a once-large brand slowly decline, just like Sears... :(

Went during a weekday. Sad and dated place it has become. Still on the pricier side. The good thing is they will look stuff up to price match which saved me almost 50%. Got me some hard to find The Original Gummy candy in a big bag $2. All in all good experience. The cashier was very friendly and help, others were nice. So come on a weekday and you will be in and out.

But thanks play no interest in helping the very customers they make it possible for them to have employment. I went over to a service counter asking if somebody can help me... And rather than help me, he referred me to another service counter or he assumed... Or presumed that somebody would be able to help me over there. Didn't ask me what it was regarding, didn't ask me what I was looking for... Pass the buck. That's the general working protocol at Fry's Electronics. Passed the buck. Go talk to somebody else.

I bought a damaged TV and they refused to give a refund. I bought a brand new Sony TV for $500. When I got home and opened the box, the screen was already cracked. The TV had not been dropped and was handled perfectly transporting it home. I took it back to Fry's and they refused to give me a refund or exchange. Instead, they accused me of breaking the TV and lying. They kept asking me to go into detail about how I opened the box, trying to catch me saying something wrong. They just said it's not their fault and not their responsibility. So now I have a broken TV and a lost $500. I will never shop here again. How will I know if anything I buy is good? If it's pre-damaged, I wont know until after I buy it, and then it just sucks for me.

Wow! When they say "retail apocalypse" it really is devastating to the well stocked store concept. I need some supplies ASAP so I didn't want to order it online. I'm glad Fry's was there to meet my needs. If you ever need anything in an emergency, a retail store will definitely fulfill your needs faster. Came here on rainy memorial day Sunday to get the specials. To my surprise they were still on the shelf. It's a Fry's, you know they pretty much got everything. I came to pick up a Raspberry Pi but the were unfortunately out of stock, five stars because the employee I asked knew instantly that they were out of stock without having to look it up or ask what I was talking about, and pointed me directly to the aisle I needed for the other things I came to get. Knowledgeable staff and huge selection, I mean you can usually get the stuff cheaper online but if you look for the flash sales they have you're in for a good time.

Frys is just not keeping up with Amazon but its one of the best places to come to if you need replacement hardware ASAP at decent prices, however its a good idea to not pay for anything extra like extended warranty, its simply a scam as they will absolutely fight you on everything if you try and return an item I suggest using frys as a place to look at things before you Buy online, since Fry's history of selling returns as new items leads to a lot of added frustration.

Frye's is the best computer oriented store in the USA. I used to go there for anything computer but they sell so much more, for example TV and earphones, washers and dryers. Unfortunately business volume is eerily down due to online sales and it worries me. Frye's is one of the best stores ever.

It was alright, nothing special, though looking for pc parts is annoying since their layout sucks in comparison to microcenter or even bestbuy at that. Though their pc cases section was nice, I got to see the inside of many cases and get hands on. (Which is really something before buying a case.)

Wow, possibly one of the more depressing retail experiences I’ve ever had. I walked up to four separate kiosks to ask a question (including the front greeter) — and I’m not kidding you — three of the four employees didn’t even bother looking up. I had to say “ahem, hello” to get their attention, and they proceeded to act as if they were doing me a favor by looking away from their phones for two seconds. Fry’s has been running 20% off in-store only coupons if you sign up for their email spam list. But what’s the point of giving out in-store only coupons if you don’t carry any inventory? I went in for a motherboard and other PC components and they literally had one (!) AMD board and two or three Intel HEDT boards in stock. Other aisles were in a similar sad state — either the items they actually have tremendously overpriced, or they’re garage sale off-brand junk made in China. It was so barren that I thought that they might be going out of business. But one employee told me quietly that they basically never carry inventory, so it would be better to shop online. This was actually the most helpful advice that I got while in the store.

I have only been to this Fry's a couple times (we just moved to town and used to frequent another location) but both times have been great. It is so clean, organized and filled with nice , helpful employees. There was a guy named Dereon (?) That was at the front today and he was on point. Not a guest walked past with out a super nice greeting and "have a great day". Very impressed.

The employees there well know their stuffs. The first one showed me what kind of memory card is ok for my motherboard and gave me the correct one. Because it works after installing. Have not visited this frys in a long time. Came here expecting long lines at the register no parking... surprise no people maybe 8 cars in parking lot no one in line. It was a pleasant experience as I was in to buy a laptop with a certain dollar amount to spend ...but I felt pressured into buying a higher ticket laptop and I had to repeatedly tell the salesperson I was not interested. It has most electronics you can think of. There are some parts in the building that feel rather empty but it still has a lot more electronics than any best buy/main chain stores out there with electronic sections. My guess is that the building is much bigger than they can inventory comfortably. The staff is very friendly and unobtrusive. There is also a cafe shop inside Incase you need a pep to your shopping step. Will be coming back to for my next electronic purchase.

A lady associate did not help us while we were checking out the bluetooth boom- boxes. Once we were able to connect music to one boombox...she comes to us asking if we need help...she acted as if she knew so much about them...but w/out listening to the sound how would I know if I like it...duh !

The toy store for electronic junkies. Fry's has the largest selection of electronics anyone can need. Not to mention they still price match online stores. The staff is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when it comes to their departments.

Good Was a item I ordered for store pickup. Short line at 4:30 p.m. Item was ready and I was in and out in 12 minutes.

Went to look for a computer gaming monitor but was disappointed in the inventory they had. I had to hunt down a sales guy too but once I found someone, he was very helpful. I know business is tough and the internet business doesn't help but come on, the display they had was pretty bad. Too much square footage to fill up. They may need to think about downsizing or think if a better way to display items.

The only electronic store that Prides itself on being anti static although it carries a lot Electronics it is really hard to get service here at Fry's Electronics . The customer service it's a really low quality I had to wait for almost 45 minutes to get somebody over to come help me get a wire harness With no help around I went down every eil and had to search for my self then we were basically kicked out of the store because it was closing. the checkout I think it's hilarious the process tend just waste too much time I'm going to continue to shop at Fry's Electronics for certain items but hopefully they can do a little bit better than just kicking you out or helping you better I'm going to write this place 3 stars and recommend it because there are things that you can only find at Fry's Electronics and again it's probably one of the cleanest anti-static stores I've seen in a long time the floors are Immaculate people. Fry's is just not what is use to be. Walking into the store is just sad. They really need a revamp. I remember the joy Inuse to feel walking in there, and now...its just...again...sad. :(

I have never been disappointed in coming here. I brought in a power cord for a laptop computer that I thought I needed to replace. When I went to the repair service desk to ask if they had a recommended replacement they asked to see it and repaired it free of charge. I have also always found what I needed to.

I love shopping Fry's BUT there stock is very, very LOW! Almost look as it was closing..that would be real sad.

Have not had a need to go to Frys for quite a long time. Used to go all the time and it was always crowded and busy. That and a long line to check out. They always had a great selection on inventory. Fast forward to when I was there recently, it was strange. There were no crowds, the shelves were orderly, there was no large amount of inventory all over the place, limited amount of personnel and no lines for check out. Seems like they just opened but it was was 1. Asked the cashier if this is normal and she said yes. How sad. It was like a twilight zone episode......

I needed a charger for my Sony speaker, I found something I thought would work. The package was open and torn. I had to put the box back together but couldn't. At the checkout I asked for a discount but the cashier said no. End result the charger didn't work. I returned the item back with no problem, that was the best part of my visit at Fry's.

Always love going to Fry's, all the gadgets and parts to make almost anything you can imagine! This is where I go to find my electronic components when I'm repairing something, or need to get parts when I'm doing an installation. Does look like you may have to shop ahead of your need, because they were running low on long USB cables last time I needed long USB extensions.

Very courteous staff, when I ask where something is I always get directed to the right location. The past few months I have seen a huge decrease of shoppers so that's concerning , I don't want this place to close their doors here in Industry.
