Their payment system is so weird, once you make an online purchase they will send the payment back and try to retake it. so If any fee's go through before they take the payment back you get screwed with a nice nsf fee to pay... I never should have gave dell a shot over best buy

Great location and a great company. This is the executive briefing center and has a great setup showing off all the latest technology. One of the more interesting buildings in the area as well.

It took 3month to order a monitor. Still it didnt arrive yet. Instead of saying monitor i ordered is out of stock, they intentionally delayed my shipment or putting wrong shipping address in order to make my shipment to return. I just canceled that order and ordered another one. Let see what happens

Horrible support EVER. PC was not working properly at all from the beginning so exchanged it. However, the new one is the complete useless as well. They also double charged once in order to exchange it, even though THAT WAS THEIR PROBLEM. Then found out many other function also doesn't work, so contacted to the support but NEVER got the proper answer, they just kept saying same things (that everyone already knows) over and over again without any reasonable explanation. So I kept asking the manager (of course, because they are not able to answer my question whatsoever), however, they kept saying there is NO MANAGER?!??? What does it even mean? I do not care where the manager is, I just need a proper explanation from the person in charge. I've been a long time dell user, but NEVER EVER BUY DELL PRODUCT EVER AGAIN!!!

I'll be honest with you, Dell has the worst solutions to problems that NEVER get fixed!!! I was on the phone for 2 and 1/2 hours TRYING to get help on a BRAND NEW computer and all I asked to do was exchange the darn laptop and they want me to send it back to them, wait for them to "fix" it, and then send it back to me! I'm a student and I don't have time for any of this!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience. I spent $1,000 on something I can't even use. I'm returning it and getting a HP

THIS IS NOT OFFICIAL DELL SUPPORT. I was a little careless with the search and ended up calling their number and was immediately greeted by the technical support. No interactive machine prompts..first cue.. This lady was a little too forceful to get connected to my laptop.She even suggested to connect to all the devices even though problem was not on that device.Got disconnected and was immediately called back even though I never shared any information with them nor I asked them to give me a call. They are just a bunch of scammers.Avoid them to avoid Virus on your device and protect your information.

Bought a Dell laptop last june, with a windows 2016 office. The laptop was junk! after countless tries to rectify the problems, I returned it, but kept the office to use on another computer, well after a year the automatically renewed, I never signed up for this, after countless calls to dell speaking to people i have trouble understanding i was finally told it was cancelled, now the credit card company is reinstating the charge. I am being charged for something I don't have, TOTAL RIPOFF. THEFT BY DECEPTION.

It's the worst service that I have experienced. It's taking me more than one hour trying to update credit card information. I have been transfering more than 5 times, and no one can help updating credit card information. How on earth Dell is going to make money when they don't know how to update billing information ON PHONE!! What happened to ONE STOP SHOP......

Dell has the worst customer service in the world plus they sold me a lemon. Brand new computer wouldn't even boot to windows and when i called to get it replaced, they refused. and tech support stated they have to try to fix it first. Ok so i sent the computer to Dell repair depo. and i got the computer back in a week and it still had the same problem, can't boot to windows. so i have to take them to small claims court to have this replaced. so i call the 800 number to find out the adress that lawsuit should go to. they hung up the phone, this is Dell

Owned the computer a little over a year. It won't turn on. Called dell 15 times for support and can not get a clear English speaking representative to answer the phone. I can not get support if I can not understand anything they are saying. It's becoming obvious that they are hiring cheap help from other countries to deal with the problems of their junk computers.

Worst service ever. My computer was a lemon and Dell simply didn't care. It took 8 repairs (3 by phone, 3 at my house, 2 in Houston, TX) to get the computer working. They used a defective refurbished part in one of the repairs and then tried to tell me AFTER that the refurbished parts they use are fine. They tried to not accept responsibility by blaming the software, even though it turned out to be a hardware problem. I repeatedly asked for a refund or a new replacement computer and they refused. They refused to extend the warranty. So, now I'm left with a refurbished computer (even though I paid for a new computer) that just had a few months of warranty coverage left by the time it finally worked properly. The Dell SupportAssist program doesn't work either. It has no problem reminding me that my warranty is about to expire, but it won't update my software or firmware when needed. DO NOT BUY FROM DELL if you're looking for a reliable product or a company that stands behind its products. Be prepared for terrible service and refurbished parts if anything happens to go wrong with your computer.

If there was a black star I would of click on it. I had 2 hard drive crashes in one year, batteries died and I can't even replace my batteries since dell don't have them anymore. Yet they refuse to replace my laptop. I do have premium coverage on my laptop. I send an email to the CEO and explained about the poor customer service yet the same rep called me back asking me why did I write to CEO and complain about this. Outrages.

Reneged on warranty @ my E6400 laptop and sent me a loaner while fixing the old one that was worse and at last my original laptop was not fixed properly; mind you I had a FULL warranty on it!
