Rude service. Years ago they used to have really good service but I’ve given up on this store. I don’t mind driving a few hours if I need to visit an apple store in the future. Multiple bad experiences with the helpers being completely disengaged or with lack of knowledge. I’m willing to pay a premium for good service and good product but this isn’t the place for good service.

Staff Member Evy was great, personal, and was very prompt and quick in fixing my defected iPhone X screen. He even was able to take the screensaver off my old phone and salvage and install on my new phone without any air bubbles!
Went to get my phone checked out. Recommendation is to get a new phone. Refurbished, used, or on line. Five year old phone not worth paying $300 for it
The first employee was quite helpful with an online customized order and she answered all our questions. We had a Genius bar appointment at 6:15. After waiting 30 minutes , we asked about the delay and were told they are right on schedule. We were seated at 6:50. Then the tech appeared briefly to inform us that he needed a fifteen minute break! He returned and was very helpful. When he didn't know an answer, he sought it out for us.

Worst customer service ever. I walked around looking to purchase a products but only to find them telling me that I had to check in and wait for someone to come and help me purchse what I needed. If anything, I would have purchased online and wouldn't have to deal with the workers there.
Took a working iphone into store to get the $29 battery replacement. It had no issues whatsoever. I only wanted it to work for many years to come. Whatever they did it would not start at all after battery replacement. Tried to tell me it had issues when it had absolutely none. Now the replacement phone they offered was suppose to be in in a week and now it looks more like 3 weeks. Wouldn't be so angry except they lied about it have issues. Shame on you.

Continual problems
Horrible service unhelpful and Unknowledgeable. I came in today because my phone is not charging. I figured they could help because the online support could not figure out what was wrong. I went in expecting to have walk-in service and if not at least make an appointment for the weekend. But instead I was asked if I had an appointment and then told repeatedly “walk ins are available tomorrow at 10”. I asked if I could schedual an appointment for the weekend and was told in a very stern voice “ like I said walk ins are available tomorrow at 10 “.I asked if I could make an appointment and was told only about walk ins over and over.He did not ask my name or my problem and was not busy helping other people in the store he was standing on the side when I asked him for help and all he would tell me is that walk ins were available the next day starting at 10 in the morning. Never have I ever gotten less out of an interaction with another person then just being told the same line over and over like he was stuck on repeat.
Apple needs a store in Fresno that isn’t in the mall. I use my computer for business and the mall is the last place in the world I want to be, plus it doesn’t open until 10 am.

The earliest appointment I have available is next week. That’s the response I got on a weds when my new iPhone X decided to stop charging. This is the second phone I have had because they had to replace my first one, “hardware issues” I’ve never had so many issues with an iPhone. Never!!! You know as well as I know that our phones play a very important roll in our lives especially when you need your phone to contact your spouse, kids, parents, etc or even applying for a job. I’m very very very upset with the way Apple cares for its customers!!! I am emailing my iPhone and service complaint to Apple. On top of my headache with service and iPhone issues there was some kind of kids camp activity going on inside the store. The children were loud. I’m not blaming the kids because I do have a child of my own, but maybe Apple can hold their kids camp somewhere else other then a place of business. Overall my experience has been extremely discouraging for any future Apple purchases.
Helpful, yet no follow up on how my computer is going as it updates. I have been here from before opening until as of now, 5:05 PM. Have not seen my genius for over an hour and no one can find him.

Best mail ever
Horrible service, extremely long wait times, and appointments are over 7 days out. I was hoping to do a walk in, not for a repair, but a replacement because of a defect on my iPad Pro. Walked in at 5:20pm, person ahead of me gets seated as a “walk-in.” My turn, I state that I am a walk-in as well. They tell me they aren’t taking anymore walk-ins for the day. What!!!? I come back next day at 12:30pm as a walk-in. The rep tells me, “ok, but there is a 4 hour wait.” Four Hour wait!!!? It’ll be 5pm by then. I’m not even there for a repair. I can’t even get a replacement order in.

Tommy is awesome, everyone else seemed more interested in talking to other employees than helping customers. Tommy was the only one to say anything to me in the hour i was there. he was able to help and check me out while helping another couple while several other employees just talked at the greeting area.
Store is crazy crowded but services is great
The experience was great! Got the airpods I went there for. The only disappointment was they didn't have any bags to carry them in while we continued to shop in the mall. Other than that everything was great and I'd recommend them to others.
Horrible experience. I had made a reservation for a phone at 4:30 and had went in at 7:00 and it was not ready. On top of that we had to check in about 4 times because we kept getting removed from the list for some reason. Keep in mind we would have been waiting till closing without a phone if it wasn't for us asking for our place on the list. Throughout the experience the "host" was giving us dirty looks and did not want to help us in any way, because all the sales reps were busy, but we saw more than a few reps not doing anything but standing. In which when we asked them had helped us. Needless to say we left at 8:49. Whomever the host was during that time period on 09/25/18, should be demoted are given training on proper customer service. Extremely rude.
I went to the Fashion Fair Mall Apple store and everyone is very friendly and very helpful. I had been having problems with my Touch ID on my iPhone 6. I had made an appointment before hand and only had to wait about 10-15 minutes for someone to help me which was understandable seeing as how Apple is always busy. The process of running a diagnostics on my iPhone went really quick and before i knew it, the guy that was helping me gave me a brand new iPhone 6. I thanked him and left very pleased. Couldn't have done it better myself. Thank you Fashion Fair Apple Store.
Waited a very long time for ok service
If I could give zero stars I would. I will spare the details of the ridiculuousness of my experience here and with apple. Every customer in this store is annoyed and frusturated to be there. This is the first time I have written a review because this was truly the worst customer service experience I have ever had (the system not the employees) and I will tell people to NOT buy apple watches every time they ask. DO NOT GO HERE.
Awesome, friendly customer service
The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. Unfortunately for me, this is the nearest location to where I live and it still takes me over an hour to get here. I have been directed by Apple Support Representatives (both over chat and the telephone) that I would be seen as a walk-in if I did not have an appointment and was there early enough in the day. Every time I have come in for tech support for my Apple products, the in-store representatives are unable or unwilling to assist me in getting me the help I came in for. WORST customer service I have dealt with in a long time.

First time here. If u don't remember ur apple ID take ur original purchase receipt with your Apple product information on it!!! This is the only way they can fix anything u bring in. All the staff seems very professional and ready to help you. It will look busy and hectic when u enter but it actually runs in an orderly fashion pretty smoothly.
1) Had an appointment, and I waited one hour to get helped. 2) I have touch ID, and I am the only one that has access to the phone. The phone also says my name on it, but Number 3 happens. 3) The phone rep screwed up, and put my wife's name (Since it was her's a few months ago) She still asked me my name, but DIDN'T UPDATE IT! Well my phone is restricted, and I have to get my wife to the store. 4) They were so hostile at the store. They do not give a **** about you. You have to FORCE someone in the middle of a conversation to get help, and they give you a RUDE remark saying "I am helping a customer right now", but the fact of the matter is EVERYONE is working, and there is no dedicated person to get you checked in. After you ask a person they tell you "Find the person with the blue tablet", but they are working to solve customer problems also, so back to square one. To solve this issue have ONE person at the front of the shop, and talk to each person that enters. Jesus Christ do I have to show you how to do business?

The best customer service. Was there to fix a problem that no one else has been able to solve with a product purchased from Best Buy. We were a walk in late in the day but they made room for us. Had a bad experience with Best Buy and they solved are problem right away with no questions asked. These guys were great.

I went to the Apple Store because I was experiencing some difficulty transferring my photos to my computer. As I went into the store I found it difficult to get an associates attention.he didn't want to assist me as I wasn't there to purchase anything. I then explained to him I was having software issues and then he wanted to get me a tech. I had to wait in line just to be triaged as to what my problem was. I was then informed that it would be about an hour wait. So I go to the rest of the mall to go shopping and look around. I received an automated text tell me that I will be helped next so I return to the store. Just to wait an hour there. Once an associate did decide they did not even want to put plug my phone in and see what the problem was. until asking me a series of redundant idiotic questions. As if I was born in the 18 century and did not know how to use a computer or have even been familiarized with software in the 21st-century. I have used Apple products for over 15 years now. As the fact and when we look to be 19 maybe 21 I have used a team Pet I have used Apple products for over 15 years now. As the fact and when we look to be 19 maybe 21. I have used computers for longer then he's been self-aware. So I did not appreciate the manner in which I was treated. To top this off once he finally did offer a helpful suggestion. It had been well over an hour of him going back in for. This is the worst customer service I have her see you in a computer store ever in my lifetime.

This was the first time I had ever gone to a Apple Store and it was a bit confusing at first. There were a lot of people in there and it was not easy to tell who the employees were versus the customers. However when we eventually got up to the front area the young man who helped us was quite polite and our problem was fixed right away so I would recommend Apple to someone who needs something

I had the worst experiences at Apple fashion fair today I walked in into the store and one of Apple advisors stopped me and asked me if I need help which I said yes and she goes where you think you are going!!! there is nobody back there like if I was walking to her own store she got a very bad attitude so I end up talking to her manager hopefully he will do something about it. And I will absolutely follow up with the manager to see if he did something about it.
By far the worst store they have. Wife had to make 3 trips and waist 6-7 hours there when she had an appointment to get her screen fixed. Constantly told 1-2 hrs then told after that interval it would be “at least 2-3” additional hours and that they hadn’t even touched it. Michael the manager is 0 help, guaranteed me yesterday if my wife can in early they’d get right to it. I guess that equates to a 4 hour wait. #thanksapple
I always buy my products at the local store, but I always end up with the worst customer service!! The manager Sophia don't give a hoot of your situation she will just say "don't know what to tell you, pay up". All I can say is Poor, poor customer service. I'm better off going to another Apple Store before going back to this one. They are happy to sell you something, but so rude when you have a problem!!!
Very poor service management is very poor at best. Products are fine but service is very slow and manager is poor at helping I would recommend making a appointment 2 weeks in advance call them to make sure they are able to keep it. I ordered apple iphone x. Its was told 30,000. It was agreed in a way that when i recieve the product i has to pay. Later he told that there was a mistake done by packing agent, he sent additional 3 iphone max to my address and it was about to reach today(29-07-2019). Later he told that i has to pay 12700 rs as tax then only product will be delivered. And i payed without any fail. And again after 1 hour he called and said again i has to pay 17500 then only my product will be delivered. So i told i dont have that much money with me and it resulted in loosing my order and also amount i payed as tax. Person named abdullah has blocked me. I request you to kindly send back money.

Store sucks long waits and if you expect to make an appointment there booked for a week or weeks at a time walk in time for AppleCare is about 2 hours and they take forever to attend you. Customer service is okay depending on who you get some people are cool some people don’t know what customer service is.
Too close to closing time
Day #1: "our system is down but we can put you on reservation for a iPhone 6. We'll let you know when the system is back up." Heard nothing from them. Day #2: "we are out of the iPhone 6 you want." But we had a reservation and you didn't contact us. "We don't contact anyone. We don't know when the iPhone 6 is coming it. Do you want it or not?" Can we get any worse service than that?

Came in because my AirPods won’t charge. Told me the wait was 1hr, I waited 2. It wasn’t even busy either. I watched the specialists sit and talk to each other while I was sitting there waiting to be helped. You only matter here if you are buying something.

I got there before it opened and they hooked me up with an appointment right on the spot. As soon as it opened I was helped. The person helping me was very patient. Great Service. It was really easy to have my device fixed, in & out in 10-15 minutes.

I want to commend the guys (Josh & Scott) at the Fashion Fair Mall Apple Store for resolving an issue I had in switching carriers under the iUP program. While it took longer than I would have liked, I left a satisfied customer with the resolution they processed. I joined the Apple bandwagon in 2005 with the 12” PowerBook G4–it’s weird to see the store listed as a “cell phone retailer” in Google search. Expect wait times correlating to that description vs “computer retailer”.

The Apple Store in the Fashion Fair Mall in Fresno is up to par with what I would expect from Apple. The Products are always up to date and the store participates in all the apple related programs and events. The employees are very nice and helpful but some appear under educated/experienced with Mac Hardware and the "Genius" bar does not have much "technical expertise".
Over priced stuff that android does way better. Dont let them scam you for the name take your money else where.

The service at the Apple Store in Fresno is great. It is a very busy store. I would recommend knowing what you need prior to arriving to the store. I recently bought a MacBook Air and love it. Apple"s customer support is excellent.
Apple is absolute trash!! First off you pay an extra $200 each time a new phone is released that is the same product just slightly larger, and perhaps a better camera than other phones on the market. They also slow down your phones performance if you neglected to update your software or but the newest phone and then force you to buy more storage from them. I urge everyone to BOYCOTT ALL IPHONES

4 1/2 hour wait to have technician help to service phone that was resolved in 6 minutes... Over abundance of young crew that were knowledgeable just not professional... only 5 techs available out of a crew of 40 persons or more.
Most inefficient place Ive ever been to. Waited an hour and a half to pick up a product that I reserved for. Three staff just standing in the entrance on their phone.
Was on a call with a representative somehow the phone call got disconnected but the representative never called me back. I waited for 1 to 2 minute and call back and another representative said that The other representative was trying to get back to me but somehow my phone was busy. And that when it's up to 5 to 10 minute they go onto the next person, that's what the customer care name "KATHY" say. Like I told her it wasn't even close to 5min I called back right after 1-2 minutes. They have poor service and she was raising her voice over the phone. All my life never experience anything like this!!! I don't not find this helpful at all!

Went on 09/25/18 at 7:00 PM. The host at the time was completely rude and disrespectful. I will never shopping at this location again. That employee should be fired, I saw that I wasn't the only one that he had been rude to. Didn't catch his name , but he was a tall and feminine.

Replaced my battery on my phone, phone had an issue and Apple replaced my phone free. There was about a two hour wait for the completed repairs. Luckily they told me to back my phone up so I didn’t lose any of my pics or info. I had a great experience but I seen many people leave extremely unhappy.

This Apple Store is always busy. If you have a problem with your Apple products the wait time is ridiculous long and they’re booked weeks in advance. It seems like they lie about taking walk ins because they told me I had to wait 4 hours and that they usually stop taking walk ins at 5pm. I was thinking to myself that’s the time I’ll be seen, are they even going to see me? There was a lot of people but not that many to wait that long as a walk in. The worker didn’t even look at me when talking to me. I also saw a lot of workers talking and not doing anything, I’m not sure why they couldn’t help me. I advise you to make an appointment if you have issues with your Apple products. If you purchase their products it can be quite the wait too but not as bad as getting help.

Came in early on the weekend because I was told that there weren't any appointments. Waited in line with about 15 other people. Instead of letting people in by their spot in line, everyone just rushed into the store. They made an appt for 10:45 and when I came back they said that it was pushed back until 11:15. They made we wait at a table for about 10 minutes until someone showed up to help. Very slow service and unorganized.

The best service ever
Didn't have an appointment for my Power Beats that no longer take a charge. Got the 10 minutes before they opened at 950am. 2 reps were already signing people in. I waited 15 minutes, the rep confirmed they wouldn't charge, wrote up an order to have they shipped out to Sac or Cupertino and I should expect them back in about 5days! We were out of there by 1024am. Great customer service. I might actually consider buying an Apple phone in the future just for the customer service.
Even when you make an appointment they take their sweet time. If you want to do a walk-in they make you wait at least 3 hours.

Quick and easy
I would give zero starts if I could. I don't know how any business can stay open with such HORRIBLE service and such grumpy employees. It seriously can't get any worse than they are here! Waited over 5 1/2 hours and still waiting. Got a text an hour ago that I needed to come back because they were ready to see me but still waiting. I would make an appointment but have done that in the past and they aren't much better with an appointment and the next available appt is a week away. We all know that Apple has the money to provide good service so I don't understand it!
Very welcoming service met a guy to buy Apple Watch told the employee what I was doing he gladly checked the imei and serial to clear it from any blacklist or stolen device list. Very pleasing guy. Didn’t catch the employees name though.

Incredible store with many items that are on my wish list. The only problem is that Apple products are increasing in cost. iPhone Xs Max is $1,099. and the latest iPad with the highest specs is about $1,900. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful employees. You will need a high paying job to fully enjoy what this store has to offer, leaving many groups of people without high paying jobs behind. Which is not good. Everyone should be able to get an Apple product. Apple tried to reach more comsumers with the iPhone XR but it is still $749. and out of reach.
The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. No since of service at this store. Went in for reset of iPhone due to problems created by apple’s own iOS 11 update, after reset my phone was working worse than before I went in. I notified the apple check in person that the problem was not fixed and in fact worse, she had me sit to wait for a Genius Bar worker to assist. Thanks for the great service received Apple, oh wait what service!

Face plate to my iwatch shattered. Was told to talk to Hayley. This girl could genuinely care less. She told me I had to wait for a 2 hour appointment in a very monotonous DMV voice, with “I don’t give a shitz” faceless expression to match. I asked if they had the watch in stock. She said “no.” They mail it to you. I said, “then why would I go through you.” Her disinterested eyes glazed over. She wanted to yawn, go limp, and play dead, but instead, she said, “yeah, I guess you could do that.” Her voice had slightly more fluctuation than Napoleon Dynomite. Needless to say, I ain’t going back!!!

Customer Service on the phone is very Horrible and Unprofessional. Doesn't help at all very useless. its better to go to the store directly instead of wasting time on the phone with Dumbbbbb People's.

It's crowded, so you have to go early before they open. Even so, you will be shocked to see a lot of people are already lining up.
I had a bad store experience (even the person that greeted me was rude). I went in the store and requested to speak to a tech about my phone. My phone would swap screens open and close emails and clearly had software issues. I was told I had to wait 3 hours, so I left the store and returned when I got the text to. I then waited an additional 20 min until the tech came along. While I was waiting 4 people walked in and were told that they would squeeze them in but it could take 30 min. I was very upset at this but just relieved I was seeing someone so I never said anything. Once the tech ran some tests on my phone he said I needed a new screen and have to wait another hour and half or two. I said why cant you replace my phone it appears to be a software issue my screen is works fine. After going back and forth with him he call over his manager "ROZ" I asked her to replace my phone and she said that she would not and the only option I have was to use my apple care. I said that wasn't fair and not right and I would be out of pocket 99$ for a software issue. Her attitude and response was rude and unsatisfactory. Her excuse when I brought up the other people being squeezed in is that we try to serve all people the same. I then asked to speak to another manager and she told me that she was the only one on site. This process took another 30 minutes and I was forced to use my apple care. Total of 5 hours at the apple store. I never expected to be treated in an apple store this way and expected the employees to have the upmost customer service that I was use to receive when I visit the apple store. I have spent thousands of dollars on apple products this year alone which is verifiable. This apple store needs to have their managers retrained in customer service skills.
Customer service goes down every visit... so sad for a Steve jobs legacy :(
Very busy store so you often have to wait for help. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Horrible. Arrived to purchase two new IPhones. Both phone numbers were incorrectly switched. Nothing was backed up. Handed off to three different apple service techs and learned they were equally incompetent. They made my wife cry out of frustration. End result ... we walked out and did not purchase anything. Wasted 2.5 hours.
Nice staff, great place to find those little things, you'll get assistance and support from the staff. Slightly long waiting time to meet the genius bar though.

I bought AirPods In freaking 10 seconds and representative that gave me AirPods. She was really rude never going back to that apple store. She was showing attitude (I just came here to buy AirPods chill out)
Johnny on the spot at door point rapid friendly greeting and ask if had an appointment I was sent to genius’s bar. I felt like a king in the square table as well felt treated with respect, my favorite part Apple the stuff it’s very diverse races, cultures, professionalism, pleasant environmental atmosphere experience which made me feel overall great feelings for Apple services especially that my Apple iwatch was genuinely completely fixed software without compromising anything, moreover I got a great deal of attention that I felt I deserve that was will worth Apple care. I recommend making an appointment in store for better service.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. They gave me good advice on choosing between different models and I'd come back when I have the $$$
This place has a rude customer service. Completely bad attitude towards all of their customers. Scattered all over the floor did not even greet me. Stood in a circle and spoke to themselves.
I would have awarded the service center of this location a minus one star if that option were available. During my extended warranty I began having issues with my desk top. I brought it in for repair and it never worked properly again. When I asked the store manager to rectify the issue they refused. I called corporate headquarters and they refused to get involve. I liked my Apple computer, but I will never buy one again and I will share my experience with any prospective purchasers, loudly.

Employees are nice and helpful. Store is always packed and visits take forever even with an appointment.
Worse store ever. I live an hour away from fresno. Visited the store because My daughters iphone screen needed to be replaced. First the make you wait in like to get you an appointment. My appointment was scheduled in three hours. After a three hour wait they took the phone to change the screen. They told me it would be ready in 2 hours. Three hours later im still waiting. It took 3 and a half hours to get it fixed. I will never visit this store again. I told my daughter next time her phone acts up she getting an android. Stay away from this store unless you want to stay here all day.
Wouldn't replace my headphones under insurance until they shipped it off somewhere. Needed an appointment just to hand them the headphones which was a week out and another week for them to send the broken headphones somewhere for a replacement. Their appointment system sucks. You practically new an appointment just to make an appointment. They literally had 5 people walking around just to tell everyone that they need appointments. Ridiculous
The queue can be long. If you need to get here, please be by the door an hour before the shop opens to get an appointment. Once you are being seen, the staff here are great and pleasant and will do everything to serve you. Great service always!
