ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! I can't BEGIN to speak HIGHLY enough about this place!! I was referred to them by a friend, and they will now be my go-to place, hands down!! I had them upgrade my RAM and install a new hard drive on my MacBook. Then I had them copy everything (OS, email, documents, music, photos, videos...) from my old hard drive onto my new one. Tyler (the manager) and Brandon (the computer specialist) did an excellent job making sure this was all done perfectly. They didn't rush me through, but instead kept me updated on how things were going in this long process. They were very knowledgeable, informative, friendly, and efficient in getting this job done well beyond my satisfaction. They were also very patient with me as I asked many questions, and they answered them by talking on my level, which was much appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your phone or computer needs! I know I will be going back there for all things electronic! LOVE...THIS...PLACE!!! =D

I recently broke my Samsung s9. (and i mean broke not a crack or 2 but shattered both front and back of the phone). I called around and these guys were the cheapest and they had the parts to fix it now. no waiting for a week or 2 to order stuff. I dropped it off around 4 pm and got a text around 6 that it was all finished. When i picked it up i could believe it! it was a brand new phone again. Was really disappointed with this place even though the staff were friendly. I booked my appointment online to get my Google Pixel 2 screen fixed. The website confirmed my issue and gave me a time to come in. After going all the way to Chelsea from Midtown East, I was informed that they did not have the screen in stock and there was a global shortage. So WHY was I not informed of this when I entered my details of my product and issue online?? I was told 5 other people had similar experiences THAT DAY. Come on! I got back to the office and called up the Corporate HQ number and said - "Hey, I had this problem where your system allowed me to book an appointment to fix a specific issue and sent me to the location only to find that the part wasn't available." Her response was, "Yeah, our inventory system isn't hooked up to our scheduling system. We know this is a problem." If you KNOW this is a problem, why not state it at the time you book that you MUST confirm with the location prior to going for your scheduled appointment??? This is infuriating.

I called the store and spoke with a lady who told me too make an appointment online, and that they'll be able to fix my phone that day. When I arrived to my appointment, I was told that I would have to leave my phone overnight. The miscommunication really messed my day up and prevented me from getting my phone fixed on that day.

I went here when it was still myphoneMD to fix my cracked screen & LCD. It was reasonably priced, but many weeks later my phone developed a random blue/gray stripe at the bottom of the screen (I haven't dropped it at all since I cracked it initially). It's out of warranty now so I doubt they will fix their own mistake.

I purchased a new Sony Xperia Z5 premium, and in my amature attempts to root my phone, I bricked it. After trying for hours to repair it, I called them up and brought my phone in. The technician Ryan stayed 2 hours after close working on my phone because he refused to quit on fixing it. He repaired it that night, and called me immediately after he fixed it, and I got it the next day. For a very cheap rate, they made my very expensive imported phone (without warrenty) functional again. I could not recommend them more to anyone with a phone issue. Professional, passionate, dedicated, and capable staff.

I went to the store about 20 minutes before close to get a new glass screen and LCD screen on my broken Samsung Galaxy 4. The staff took care of me same day and had me out of there with a working phone in 15 minutes at a better price than two other places I visited to get the phone fixed. I would not recomend this business in Henderson to anyone wasted my time and lied they told me it would two hours to change a camera lens and charge 60 dollars all said and done I changed the lens in 2 minuted and it only cost me 4 dollars you can buy phone parts at phone parts USA there is a store in town and you can go on line to show you how to do it yourself it is easier than you think

I had a battery swell in my daughter’s iPhone which caused the screen to separate. About 3-4 days after the repair my daughter started experiencing problems with nothing happening when striking the keys such as logging in and texting. I took it back and they promptly put a new screen on as a precaution and run a diagnostics on it to make sure the problem was corrected. This store is very unprofessional. Initially I came into the store for a simple iPhone screen replacement. They do the replacement but cause the touchscreen on my phone to not work, so I got back to the store and tell them about it. They tried to replicate the issue but could not do it because it occurs randomly. Since they could not replicate the issue, they just replaced the screen again with a new screen because its under their 90 day warranty. After the second screen replacement, the issue got worse. At this point, I'm really frustrated because this problem was not present before I came in to get my phone fixed. I talked to customer support at the corporate office and told him my issues with the store. The associate that helped me contacted the store where I got my screen fixed and negotiated a refund option. The agreement for the refund was that I would be able to get my money back and also be able to keep the part. I come back to the store and tell them about the refund agreement, and they have no recollection of the agreement. Then the worker at the store asked me what was wrong with my phone. This time I was able to show the worker what was wrong with my touchscreen. His response to the issue was that the problem was due to my inability to use the touchscreen properly. At this point, I just got my money back and got a cracked screen put back on my phone.

After cracking the back glass of my Galaxy S9+, I figured I'd be in the hole for well over $100 and out of a phone for a period of time. These suspicions were confirmed after a brief search online of Samsung and GeekSquad pricing until I came across uBreakiFix. In the limited free time I had, I brought the phone to the Norwalk location without any appointment and they fixed the phone for $60 in about 45 mins while I waited despite warning me it could take up to 2 hours because of a series of diagnostic tests they run. The phone looks beautiful again and Leighton was very helpful in offering cases and screen protection so this wouldn't happen again. They won't try to up charge and there was no pressure to buy anything from them. Best part is they are a Samsung Authorized Repair center so your phone meets the same specs and warranty it had when it came from the factory. Would recommend to anyone looking for excellent service at a fair price.

Do not go there! I drove 40 minutes because my phone carrier would only allow them to fix my cracked screen. Despite the screen the phone was functioning completely normal. After having the screen replaced, the phone is now completely unusable. It will not hold a charge and shuts on and off by itself. Upon calling them many times during open hours their automated message states they are "unavailable." I am in a huge mess, with a very expensive (an now useless) IPhone on my hands. I should've just dealt with the cracked screen.

This company is beyond incredible!!! I brought in a cracked phone screen, a 10 year old MacBook and a 3yr old Asus laptop that completely stopped working. The old MacBook worked fine(I replaced the battery a year ago) but was Very slow. Was told by the company that it was too old to repair. Brought it in, they replaced the processor, and it's operates like it was brand new..for 1/6 the of what it would cost to purchase another..they even added more storage!! Phone took an hour to replace, and very reasonable..better than purchasing the warrantee from the phone store.. And finally my Asus, they found out there was liquid damage(don't work around your kids!!) So had to replace the keyboard and some internal parts, but again still worth doing as opposed to purchasing new. All work was done within 1 day(except the Asus becuz they needed to order the parts) Can't say enough good things about my experience and end result. Thank you Ubreakifix team

I had a USB memory stick on which the connector broke. Geek squad wanted over $400 to try and fix it and told me it could be as much as $1500. I went to ubreakifix on Conn. and they said it would be 19.95 IF they could fix it. If they could not fix it, no charge. They fixed it and transfered the data to another usb drive just to be certain. Total cost was $21.00 including tax. Any tech problems, these guys have my bussiness. Friendly fast and honest, great bussiness.

Came in with a cracked screen, they fixed it in less than an hour, the repair was $160. Less than 2 weeks later the screen is cracked again, I had it in my pocket, and never dropped or bumped it. I take it back in to have them stand by their work or their product and they said "If we guaranteed our work, we wouldn't make any money." Now I understand we live in a capitalist society, and planned obsolescence is the new norm, but this was just obscene. They offered me a ten percent discount on another repair... yeah, so I'll be back in there a week later with another cracked screen? Don't think so. I'll give my money to a guy in an alley going "Psst, hey mister, you need a screen?" before I go back to these con artists. Avoid this place.

John helped me when I brought my phone in because my battery was draining much faster than expected. My phone passed the battery test, but he looked at a couple other stats and could see that my phone was in fact losing battery quickly, so he made a phone call and was able to get a battery replacement approved under warranty even though the diagnostic said my phone was fine. While he was working with that, he did some research and discovered that there was a known issue with the camera for note9s manufactured in a certain time frame, and since mine fell in that time frame he went ahead and fixed that as well. The process was fast and painless and I would absolutely recommend bringing your device here for repair. The staff went above and beyond.

Sadly, a nightmare. Took nearly a week to complete a phone battery replacement on an otherwise pristine phone. Phone was initially given back to me inoperable, eventually determined to be because it was not reassembled properly. Poor communication and a general sense of disorganization from start to finish. Different explanations as to what was going on and what the plan was depending on the employee I spoke to. The new battery is great, but it should not have taken 6 days and 3 trips to the store. Phone is no longer snapped together properly and GPS cannot maintain connection, but going to look elsewhere for help.

i cracked my phone & went to go get it fixed, it was all fine until 2 weeks later after getting it fixed it was glitching lines were appearing & it would freeze as in it wouldn't let me swipe the screen or do anything in general. so i went to go take it to see what was going on they supposedly "fixed" it & said it was something from inside that wasn't connected all the way in & about 2 hours later it did the same thing were it was freezing up on me but it was worse so i took it again the next day & they said my phone was bent a little bit that they shouldn't have gave it to me like that & just put more glue because the screen was popping out & "fixed" the freezing problem but now i regret taking it with them to fixed it because after taking it 2 times to get it fixed its worst & now i cant use my phone. Never going there again.

They are amazing. We worked with Sam and she jumped in right away troubleshooting everything. She was great. She was able to diagnose the problem while we were there and then they were able to do the fix in a matter of hours. I saw them deal with many customers and different issues, and they were very professional, provided very good customer service and were very strong and capable techs. Not everything can be repaired in hours, but they tried to give each person a realistic timeframe. It seemed like they had strong technical people on staff. The are across from Costco so we were able to go do shopping and eat while things were repaired. I highly recommend them. Prices seemed fair too. I will always go here first. Thrilled with the service here! An automatic software update messed up my S8+ phone and the cell provider couldn't fix it. I either replaced the glass on iPhone 4S or have someone else do it. I opted for this store after deciding I needed one less hassle in life! Stole my wifi board. The free diagnostics was great. Found out my motherboard was a goner. I wanted my halo Xbox so I said I'd buy a new one to replace the motherboard. Ended up not and was moving out of town. I had to wait to pick it back up to give them time to put it back together. Not a problem. Didn't have to pay a cent. This was in September-November 2018. I'm finally replacing the motherboard myself August 2019 and notice my WIFI board is MISSING from my Xbox one. They will take your parts from you. My phone screen was so shattered that piece of it were just falling off The folks at apple said they had to wait for some calibration machine to get back started and I might have to wait as long as a week to get it fixed. As someone who uses their phone for work all day, this posed a huge challenge. I went to their location (admittedly a bit skeptical) and was greeted promptly and efficiently. It took them less than two hours on a sunday afternoon to fix my iphone 5s and it was 30 bucks cheaper than apple. Not only that, I left my ID in their store, and the supervisor ran after me to make sure I had that and an extra copy of the receipt. They're such first rate people and i cannot thank them enough for turning a stressful weekend into a blissful one.

More like ubreakibreakitmore. Took my tablet in to get my charge port replaced, they kept it for 4 days and gave it back in working order...for about a week. Same problem started up again. Took it in because of their guarantee and they guy tried to blame me for damage to the case from when THEY took it apart. 4 days later I get a call telling me they can't fix it and that they will refund my money. Great, no problem, at least I am getting my tablet back that I can still use even though the charging was temperamental and I am not out any money, right? WRONG! Now I get home and it won't work at all and the case has even more damage. When I brought it in I had a WORKING tablet that was temperamental about charging, but other than that worked great. Now I have nothing!!!! Don't trust these guys not to trash your stuff!

I tried this place out when my iPhone stopped charging. I called to see if I needed an appointment, and when I told them what's wrong, they said not only did I not need an appointment, but they had the parts to fix it and could have it done the same day. I was already pretty happy, but it only got better from there. When I got to the store, another customer was waiting in the entryway. This was apparently the second time his kids had broken his iPad, and he was so happy to have it fixed the same day, he started telling me how great my experience was about to be with a big smile on his face. A few minutes later the tech came out with his iPad and then took my phone. After five minutes, he came back out with my phone charging and told me he didn't even need to use any parts. The phone just needed to have some connection tightened. I called them ready to wait, and then I went there ready to pay, and they wound up taking less time and charging me less money than I thought, and the whole time I could see other customers having the same experience. And the staff is super friendly. Ridiculously good experience. I am still not sure how a phone repair place made me so happy, but there you have it.

Very happy after all. Repaired my Xperia Z3 screen and a few hours after getting it back screen started going totally blank. While this is apparently common with Z3s and I can't prove the two are connected, I had to call 3 times to get someone to look into it and tell me "we have no idea". Was hoping they would at least offer to take a look for free, perhaps even on the first call or the first reminder call.

This business was recommended to me by the BestBuy in store Samsung representative. I used this Henderson location as it was closest to my residence. Issue: Apps were using a lot of my total GB and the Rep couldn't find the problem to fix. Two male staff inside this repair store worked as a team to help figure out what was causing the excessive use of storage (GB used) by my Apps. One App alone was using 11 GB out of 32 total phone GB! The status of my S7 phone, current phone models and future models were discussed as I am not an average teakie. Very nice experience. . . Very great full for their time and help!

I went in two days ago to repair a black screen on my Samsung galaxy S7. My phone was still receiving text messages and phone calls when I went in. I spoke with Josh who was polite and told me the screen repair would cost $189. He asked for half down and said my phone could be repaired as early as the next day. I left my phone with them. I asked for an email notifying me that my phone was repaired. He said they could do that. The next day I had not received an email but getting anxiety without my phone I went in around 4pm. Apparently my phone had been repaired since 11am. Okay, no big deal. I get my phone and turn it on. It had been reset, a hard reset. I had lost all my photos and data saved to my phone. The phone also only had 5%. Not only had my phone been reset but they didn't even bother to give it back to me with a decent charge. $200 to replace a screen, the least they could do is charge it. I spoke with an old white guy in the stores and he said sometimes when the screen is replaced the phone resets. Josh never told me there was a chance of that. The old man was ready to give me a discount for losing all my valuable photos but then the contacts in my phone started to load. He said the phone might take a while and my pictures might load. He said to come back in the next day if they don't. I came back and the guy started giving me attitude right away. Telling me since the screen was black that there was no way to determine the state of the phone when they got it. Every time I tried to speak he would constantly interrupt me, he avoided answering any questions. I snapped on him and told him to stop interrupting me. He kept saying it wasn't their fault and they can't do anything about it. He told me two days ago that sometimes when they replace the screen the phone resets!! So I started interrupting him and avoiding answering his questions. He got so mad at me. Of course! It sucks to be treated the way he treated me. Of course he didn't like it! He went from offering to take responsibility right in the beginning the first day I went to pickup to denying anything was their fault when he told me to come back in if I didn't get my photos back! What a scam. Avoid this place! They got new management 6 months ago and obviously they still suck! Listen to everyone's reviews and find somewhere else!

I had a shattered macbook screen and brought it in. I had already ordered the replacement glass online so they only charged me for labor, whereas other stores had refused to fix it with my screen and were charging $200+. The staff was polite, prompt, and very communicative about time frames and prices. Plus, if they are unable to fix a device or are only able to get it working partway there is absolutely no charge. Highly recommend this place.

I went in to have my none responsive broken screen in to ubreakifix that I've had supposedly fixed three times before from a different phone store and each time my phone came out worse. These guys have knowledge and skill. There 10$ more for the the complete assembly but for the time and hassle for returns to other store worth it. Phone works great and I'm more than happy. i went here based on the Asurion insurance company's approved repair vendor list for a cracked phone screen claim. After a couple of hours my phone was ready for pickup. The front desk staffer was friendly and asked me to check the screen to make sure it looked good. it checked out and i walked out the door, then i turned my phone over to see that the techician melted the back glass during the installation. i marched back in to show the guy at the front desk, and he agreed that the repair tech must have messed it up. he tried playing it off as though the techician didn't realize, and said i can call the insurance company to file a claim. i insisted that he call Ausurion in front of me instead to explain that You Break I Fix botched the job. he did this and after a round of questioning by the insurance agent (prodding to make sure I wasn't the culprit), the insurance company agreed to send me a replacement phone that i would have to transfer my settings and contacts onto, which is always inconvenient. had i not realised before heading home, I'm sure it would have been another major issue filing a new claim and proving that the shop messed up. the tech marked the job as complete and done perfectly, likely to bill the insurance company their full rate. i was very irritated with the staff at You Break I Fix, told the front desk employee that the techician clearly messed up and tried to pass it off as a job well done, and told them that their customer service is lacking. if you have to go to this shop for your insurance claim/repair job, do so with caution and check everything. i would not go back, and certainly would never trust them.

Had to come back today because the new battery wasn’t working great, they apologized and put another one in. Definitely recommend coming here, they aren’t trying to scam you like most places and have great prices! Only cost me $99, anywhere else it was going to be over $200.

I have a iPhone XR and I smashed my screen. The first business I went to did not have the screen so I decided to go to UBREAKIFIX to get it - fixed. Must say that my experience was outstanding. I came in midday on Tuesday and inquired. Greeted by Chris who let me know that they could have in tomorrow. Great start. Next day I got a call from Ben who let me know that it would take 90 minutes or so to repair. Brought it in and lo and behold it was ready as promised. MY checkout was handled by Claude who had such a wonderful attitude. When I have a future issue I know exactly where to go.

DO not bring your phone here. Unless you want more problems and tons of hassle. I was leaving for college in 2 days and needed my screen fixed. So I was kind of on a deadline but I go in and I’m told it will only take and hour. Hour later I get a call saying something went wrong in the repair process and they have to over night a part that broke while undergoing repair. My camera and speaker didn’t work. I was aggravated bc I needed to pack but i dealt with it bc they were gonna give me a discount and overnight the part and it would be there at 1 o’clock at the latest. They didn’t get the part until 3. Then once they finally fixed what they broke the first time I pick it up again and realize the speaker still doesn’t work. I’m told by Melissa (who dealt with customer service with me) that the techs failed to test the device before giving it back. Finally fixed that, Now I’m at the airport and realize my finger print doesn’t work at all. Tons of running back and forth about 4 times. Out of my way bc they kept making mistakes. Melissa was great the rest of the employees customer and Tech skills service was awful and emotionalless.

What a wonderful experience!! My son broke his new IPhone 6 screen, and we walked into this store expecting to spend $180 on just the screen. I was pleasantly surprised when the cost was only $150. I very strongly recommend avoiding the W 23rd street location of uBreakiFix. Upshot: Poor workmanship on screen repair and rude staff. Detail: I dropped my iPhone and on Thursday went to repair the screen, it cost ~$174 after tax. The repair took ~20 mins, however, it was immediately noticeable the that screen was inferior in terms of both resolution and touch responsiveness, I felt like I had downgraded my phone but agreed to take it home and try it out since it was "under warranty anyway". Over the next couple of days I also noticed that the battery life was notably reduced compared to prior to the repair, I don't know why this happened but it is significant. Then, on Saturday morning while holding the phone, I literally watched a small crack spontaneously appear in the screen - over the course of the day the crack spread across the whole screen, just to reiterate, there was no phone drop since repairing the screen, most likely the install was not done correctly and was putting unusual pressure on the screen. So I took the phone back in to the store on Monday (today) and they accused me of dropping the phone and refused to remedy the situation. So congrats to you uBreakiFix on W 23rd, you successfully scammed me out of ~$174, this amount is not worth my time and energy so I will just buy a new phone but I sincerely want others to beware of this store based on my experience. My advice is to avoid this store and go elsewhere for your repairs.

They were wonderful in helping with my unique PC issue. I have a full tower custom built gaming unit that showed visable case damage to the support of the power supply, along with displaced ram from my UAB shipment upon returning back to the states. Seeing how much of a hit it took in transit I was worried about what was not so obvious. I spoke with the staff about my concerns and if there was actual operational damage. They listened, were courteous and very professional. They notified me the next day that the damage was merely cosmetic. They ran a full diagnostic on it and there were no error/ trouble codes and the PC was up and running. Larry even was able to adjust the metal case to support the power supply in its proper position. I could not have wished for a better result.

I can't recommend uBreakiFix enough! Drew and the team at the Keystone location did such a fantastic job repairing both my iPhone and Macbook Air computer which I had brought in due to water damage. Not only were they willing to fix water-damaged electronics (something many stores won't do), their prices are extremely fair. On top of that, they were very transparent with me on the breakdown of costs for different parts and the fact that attempting to repair water-damaged electronics can often make things worse. Their policy, however, is that if their attempt to repair your water-damaged goods doesn't work, you're not charged. That was a big selling point for me. I would highly recommend uBreakiFix to anyone and will definitely be coming back for future repairs!

It wasn't until today that I heard of this business. Long story short Apple wanted to charge me $342 for a new phone because my charging port was broken. I went here and they informed me that the port wasn't broken just needed cleaning. They charged me $0 to clean the port and it began to work as new. I then decided to purchase a screen protector which they put on after cleaning my entire phone. All of this took less than 15 minutes. Great business and employees.

I don't usually do this but my wife convinced me. I am not active in social media. I am busy running a company so I FEDEX my Sony Xperia Z2 tablet to them because it was stuck and not getting past the startup and locked in a continuous loop. Then looked at and called and send we cant do anything so I FEDEX it back to me. I then spent my time, which is valuable, but I wanted it fixed. So I went on the Sony site and within an hour hooked it up to my computer and an hour later had it fixed. They couldn't be bothered to take the time do this apparently. I'll never go to them, even with an easy repair which I guess that is all they do, fix cracked screens I guess.

They were super quick and knowledable. Took them maybe 30 min to fix my IPhone 7 and they charged me $130 with tax. The only odd thing is the phone now has a different hue, it now has a blueish tint. Hopefully they just switched a setting and i figure it out later because it’s giving me a bit of a headache.

When I came in to UBreakIfix, I was visiting family in Derby. My phone had broken and when we went in right at 10am, and met with the store owner, David. I told him that I lived 3 hours away, in Oklahoma, and had to go home that night. He said that they had to replace the screen and LCD, so it should be done close to 4pm. It ended up being done closer to 5. When I went to pick it up, it was not totally fixed. The touch screen was messed up, and David said that they didn’t have the part that we neeed to fix the touch screen but I have 90 days to come back in and get that part for free. Two weeks later, I drove the 3 hours back to Derby so that they could finish replacing my screen phone. I had called once the week before and once the day before to make sure they really had the part so that I did not drive there for nothing. I was told over the phone that I had an appointment for 10am and it should only take a couple of hours. When I got there the next morning, I talked to one of the cashier guys and he didn’t know what appointment I was talking about and he even looked at me and said “are you sure we have the part??” I told him that the day before when I talked to David, I was told the part was here and waiting for me. The guy ended up taking me phone and said it would be done about 2pm. I told him that I lived 3 hours away and had to be back that evening in order to go to work the next day. I did not receive a text that they were starting to work on my phone until 2pm and so it was not finished until almost 3. Originally I was told a coulple of hours and it ended up taking almost 5 hours. It all worked out fine and my phone is fixed, but it was just a lot of frustration for me to drive 3 hours there and 3 hours back home, twice. So to sum it up- I would recommend UBreakIFix to anyone, but I would tell them to specifically ask for David and not anyone else.

Took my IPhone 5Se in for a screen repair, everything worked fine before the repair also decided to up graded the battery while they were in there. Everything seemed fine until I went to charge my phone that night, it wouldn’t charge at all. I took it back and they got it to work. Then I noticed I was missing calls, the vibration was not working, took in for repair they said my motor was bad that worked fine in the past this phone is only a year old mind that. The power/wake button was a little soft, but worked fine after they put it together trying to figure out the vibrate issues, it no longer works. Staff was friendly, but I can’t recommend this place, it’s been multiple problems having to drive 45 min each time.

I replaced my screen and battery at this place. At first it was great, but a short while later the battery performance started dropping off noticeably, much faster than the original battery. Anyhow, few months later I drop the phone and the screen just stops working. I take it to the local guy in the mall, he opens it in front of me and what do we see? The internal screws that hold things in place are barely hanging on, not tightened at all and the screen connector was loose. Guy just plugs it in, tightens all the screws and on we go. Why were the screws loose?? At best, this is sloppy work, at worst, it forces me to go back to them. Never going back.

I scheduled a appointment to have my phone battery replaced a week in advanced. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told they didn't have the battery in stock and that I should come back another day. At no point during the seven prior days did they notify me that they didn't actually have the battery required to do the replacement. If they had told me that in advance, I would have happily rescheduled for a day when they did have the battery in stock. Instead, they decided to not mention this at all to me and allowed me to drive one and a half hours to their location from where I live. This was a huge waste of my time. I wasted 3 hours out of my day driving to their location and back with nothing to show for it. I will never return to them for any work.

The repair was completed more quickly than expected and I haven't had any problems with my phone in the last few hours. I only dealt with one staff member but he was very courteous. Cost wise I'd have to say, based on my research, you might save yourself $20 doing it on your own but that is only if you already happen to have the required tools. If you don't, well then you also probably don't have any experience either. Pay the extra money and get it done correctly. 90 day guarantee on their work. At this point I would recommend them.

I came in for repair of my PlayStation 4 last week and worked with Austin at ubreakifix in Hudson, MA. The experience was great and he was very knowledgeable as to what could be done for the system. The PlayStation was having the rare issue of spitting out discs during usage, as well as a jammed Ethernet cord. Not only was the work performed in the same day, but Austin went above and beyond by taking pictures of the system so I could understand what was malfunctioning. uBreakiFix was extremely accommodating! This shop was actually my second stop today and ended in a much more satisfyingly than the first. After dropping my phone this morning, I went to PhoneFIXation where I have been previously and at that time had a great experience; however today was different. I was welcomed (or lack there of) by a man who did not say a word upon my arrival putting me in the position to greet him and continue to explain my reason for being there. I explained that I was experiencing the same problem in which my screen turned black and was fixed last time by their shop by simply fastening an internal piece back into place. Today even though my screen was significantly cracked I was not interested in replacing the screen as my phone upgrade was approaching in 15 days. Today the man stated expressionlessly that the only option was to replace my screen and began to open the back of the phone to show me that there wasn't an internal problem that he could help me with. After I left disappointed, I decided to try another shop to get a second opinion. I was welcomed by Kevin and John, who diagnosed my problem without any hesitation and simply fixed an internal piece of my phone back into place. As someone who isn't tech savvy, I was grateful for being helped versus belittled.

When I took my phone in the Techs were able to check my concerns and verify which parts weren't working and why. They didn't have the exact part needed in shop, but were able to get it and fix my phone within 24 hours of bringing it in. They didn't try to over sell me anything and in fact cleaned the gunkiness of my speakers for free. Very grateful that they were able to fix my phone rather than other stores trying to just sell me the latest and greatest model. Thank you!

I will never go to this rip off place again. 1st I had them apply the clear liquid screen protector with a warranty for $50.00; 2nd a week or two later I accidentally drop my belt buckle on the screen IT CRACKS! So I take it in thank goodness I got the warranty, because it would of been $200 to fix. So I leave the phone with them for a week I get no phone call the phone is ready I stop in and it's ready, but the power button is messed up and the kid says that's what happened when they put it back together. So now I have to use my finger nail to press the power button and most of the time it doesn't work RIDICULOUS! The guy said they could look at it again and see why it's doing that. They had the dam phone a week and they could of fixed it in that time frame, but no TERRIBLE! 3rd I go out to the car and I wondered if they reapplied the liquid screen protector so I go in and ask the kid and he says no, but we can for $50 HAHA JUST RIDICULOUS! Total rip off of a place I will never go here again. I went to another cell phone repair place and they fixed it at no charge and the tech specified that who ever took it apart didn't know what they were doing. Avoid this place people!

Love this place. Had a problem with phone's microphone and speaker. Turned out it was just clogged. They cleaned it quickly and for free. Even offered me coffee and water. Crazy part is that they didn't charge me a penny. I'll go back there anytime I have a phone problem from now on and I've told all of my friends about this place. Highly recommended.

Great Experience with these guys! I had them put in a new battery in my Samsung Galaxy Note 5. They ran some diagnostic tests on my phone, replaced the battery and all in about an hour and a half. Friendly staff and very reasonable pricing. Will definitely use their services again when I need it! Thanks guys! My phone is running awesome battery life again!

Brought a phone in with a broken microphone. Part had to be ordered and I prepaid half the estimated repair charge. Once the part arrived, I left my phone for repair. I received a call the next day that the ordered part did not fix my problem. I figured I was out the complete cost of the repair because the part was special ordered and they had to disassemble and reassemble my phone, but I hoped they might not charge me the remaining portion of the bill. Much to my surprise they offered me a full refund since they were unable to fix my phone! Tim and Adam will certainly get my future business.
