This place is terrible with customer service! It was fine whenever you want your phone fixed, because of course they will gladly take your money. If you brake your phone again then, they can’t help you because they say that they will give you a 90 day warranty to fix your screen. Well, they never specified what they meant by that. They apparently mean they will fix your phone if it doesn’t work. The service I received was to fix my screen and I was within my 90 day “joke of a warranty “. I thought as well as others that it meant that, if your screen cracks again within the 90 days, then they will fix it for you no questions asked. That is not how it works! Apparently, it is if your phone just stops working only then they will cover it. My screen is just cracked so, now I have to pay the $80 again to get my screen fixed that I thought it would be covered with the warranty. What warranty?!!!???

Listen...there are alot of repair shops out there and couple in town, but there is NO COMPARISON to UBREAKIFIX on 20th and Rangeline!!!!! The staff is so courteous and knows just about everything about computers! I took my Dell laptop in because it was acting erratic and they diagnosed it for FREE! My hardrive was failing and suggested a replacement. I initially thought it was going to cost a fortune, but it was so reasonable! I'm bringing in my daughters Macbook to get looked at tomorrow. I never write reviews, but I was so impressed with this store and the service I had to give them their due! Great place!

So I took my Xbox one back for repairs last week this week still haven't played the damn thing so annoyed I've hooked it up to internet and done the updates and researched the hell out of the problems and nothing works they said it played fine why when I take it home nothing plays but Madden once in a blue moon after 20 times putting it in and out what a joke

I honestly came upon this place on accident. I had pulled into the first parking lot I found to spend a few minutes researching where to go in town to fix my phone. I look up while Google was loading and I see this store in front of me. I walk in and tell them what I need done. Everyone in the store was super polite, listened to and understood my situation, and made me aware of all of the deals they had going on. I had no problems leaving my phone there. When I got back to the store about 2-3 hours later (after running errands) they showed me my phone, discussed with me in detail what was going on in terms that I could understand (I’m not tech savvy at all), made sure I was okay with everything they needed to do/had done, and my phone was as good as new! I will definitely come here in the future! Super nice! Super helpful! Super professional! Super reasonable!

I had an issue with my Samsung Vell phone kicking me off my email. This place was recommended for assistance, by my cell store manager. The young man was very knowledgable with these type problems. It took about 30 minutes, but he got me back up and running. He said since it was just a technical issue, there would be no charge. I highly recommend "uBreakiFix" for any problems, relating to ANY electronic device. I plan on taking my off name tablet to them to have it fixed too!

I cannot recommend this cell phone repair shop highly enough. My phone is my business and when it just stopped working one evening I was in a panic. I had heard from a friend that they had had excellent, quality, speedy service and treatment at You BreakIFix so I gave them a try. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nathan who was working that morning and he had my phone up and working better than ever in literally less than 10 minutes.
