I went here after dropping my phone on concrete and completely smashing the screen. They were so helpful, they had my phone ready in around an hour and I didn’t have to pay until they gave me back my phone. I also appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They carry phone cases and such, and most places I’ve been to like this will try to make a bigger sale, which makes me very wary of using them, but that wasn’t a problem here!

Excellent service today! The staff are attentive and friendly and eager to help. They also pulled people from the back frequently to make sure no one was left waiting for more than a few minutes. I worked with Justin who was super friendly and helpful. I like to know the "under the hood" whys and he was fabulous about explaining what they were figuring out at each step. He price-matched and beat a quote I had received from a different cell repair shop. I took my iphone in thinking I knew what was wrong, but they figured out it was something completely different, but they honored the quoted price, even though it should have been more. When the phone had some unexpected hiccups in the repair they threw in a screen repair to apologize for it taking so long. After I left my phone started having issues, so I took it back in. Justin opened it up in front of me and explained to me that the battery I had replaced somewhere else was improperly installed. Because it wasn't installed right, opening the phone to do any work would make it overheat if you're not careful to baby it. He did his best to salvage what they'd installed to help save me replacing it entirely. Even though I had to wait longer than expected, it was due to issues that were out of their control. I felt like I was a top priority and they made a point of keeping me in the loop. I will definitely be back for all my repair needs, especially since they are so conveniently located!

The fixed my new Nexus 6p after I dropped it and the battery stopped working. They listened to my concerns that the battery was probably knocked loose, and didn't attempt to upsell me a new battery. The repair was covered under their free diagnostic and I got it back the next day at no cost! My phone is still going strong several weeks later. Thank you guys!

-EDIT- this is just a reply to the owner's response... uBreakiFix is a subsidiary of the insurance company Asurion. The same company my phone is insured through. You are connected to each other. And your reply doesn't change the fact that my phone worked fine before your guys touched it and didn't work after. Now I won't be getting my phone until Monday (9-23), at the earliest That means that I will have been without my phone for 7 days. That's a far cry from the "at most, 1-2 days" I was initially told and the deductible went up from $50 to $150 too. I'm sorry but, this place seems more and more like a scam than a legitimate business. If I want to use my insurance to replace the screen, I HAVE to use uBreakiFix for repairs. Evidently that's the arrangement they have. So, I took my working Iphone with a cracked screen in on Tuesday (9-17) morning at 10 am. I am told that they don't usually keep those screens in stock but they had 2 they were about to send back because they might be defective. The offered to try the screens on my phone and if one of them worked, great. If not, then they would overnight a new screen and we go from there. They say it will take about an hour. I come back and unfortunately neither replacement screen work. So I confirm with the person that a new one is being overnighted and he says yes and even recommends that I wait until noon to come by. About 30 min after I leave the store I go to use my phone and the screen won't come on at all , making the phone useless. It did come on while I was in the store. I checked it. No big deal because the new one will be here on the following morning. Next day, I arrive at the store at noon and find out they never ordered the screen. They said they needed me to call the insurance company to have them send it. When I asked why they didn't tell me that the day before, they said the person that helped me the day before didn't know. They said they tried to call me but since my phone hasn't working since I took it to them Tuesday they never reached me. Beyond frustrating!

They saw how upset and irritated I was getting with ATT about the run around treatment I was receiving with my Note that I just purchased last week. They were so patient, calm and professional about everything! They took my phone in for a FREE diagnostic and fixed the issue my phone was having. And did everything possible to make my crappy day much better, which they truly did. I highly recommend them for all your electronic repair needs! On the side note, if it was possible as far as ratings go, I would give them a 10/10. Because they have the most soothing voice over the phone. It truly calmed me after a crappy day. :)

Went to fix my new xiaomi mi mix 2 screen. It took over 6 months and 5 tries and 2 different screens too get the screen to stick in the phone. And even after all that, they just chucked the battery back in the phone without any adhesive and now I have to have it fixed again. The kids they had working there were polite and the customer service was not bad however the materials used and quality of the work were beyond subpar. They were cheaper by 20 bucks but absolutely not worth the price difference. Go somewhere else if you need your phone fixed right.

This place is amazing!!!! I dealt with Sprint and Samsung for over a week to get my S8 repaired under warranty. Sprint wanted me to pay a deductible, Samsung said it would take 3-4 weeks to get my phone back. The store is 2 hours away, but I dropped my phone off for them to look at because it was on my way while on vacation. They sent it to Their Springfield, Mo store to do the warranty repair, got it fixed and it was on its way back to me in a week! Way better than the Samsung promise of a month! Every employee seems very knowledgeable and after dealing with 2 companies that both seemed to want to dodge helping me, it was so great to just get excellent customer service! Even got an amazing recommendation on a great place to eat, as I was from out of town. Would give these guys 10 stars if they were available! So glad they are opening a store in my town soon! Extra thanks to Justin for turning this terrible experience around for me!

I specifically chose this location because of its 3 month warranty on phone repairs. I got it fixed and on the same day something glitched so I took it back just in case, the service was absolutely incredible and quick. They swapped out the screen again as a precautionary measure in under 30 minutes AND threw in a tempered glass screen protector and an otter box case. Everyone was so unbelievably kind and willing to help me with my concerns. There are cheaper options, however I do not regret my decisions in the slightest. I paid just $15 more for the security of a warranty and in the end got a repair worth double the price I paid. I highly recommend this repair shop.

I called UbreakIFix about an issue win my iPhone6 charging port, i was informed of the options and the costs, I was also informed of the free diagnostics service, which I decided to take advantage of. I went to they store over off of Joyce and took my phone in to see what this was going to cost me and in less than 10 minutes I was on my way with my phone in hand and fixed,, they could have charged me but we’re kind enough to do this repair for me at no cost. Great experience getting my OG Pixel battery replaced. Within a couple hours my phone went from barely able to function, unless connected to a charger, to being like new. They are the only ones who have original equipment Google replacements. They were really friendly and competent, didn't insist on having my PIN like other places, and I can't even tell my phone has been worked on. There's no uBreakiFix in my area yet, but it was well worth the 1-1/2 hour drive.

I specifically chose this location because of its 3 month warranty on phone repairs. I got it fixed and on the same day something glitched so I took it back just in case, the service was absolutely incredible and quick. They swapped out the screen again as a precautionary measure in under 30 minutes AND threw in a tempered glass screen protector and an otter box case. Everyone was so unbelievably kind and willing to help me with my concerns. There are cheaper options, however I do not regret my decisions in the slightest. I paid just $15 more for the security of a warranty and in the end got a repair worth double the price I paid. I highly recommend this repair shop.

UBreakIFix hires incompetent people, and their idea of customer service is laughable. My daughter had a cracked screen on her iPhone. We have damaged screen coverage through AT&T. i was required to take it to this place. The phone was fully functional, but the screen was just cracked. They replaced the screen, but now nothing was visible on the phone. They refused to fix it, and AT&T ended up replacing the phone because of this. My daughter lost everything on her phone including pictures, videos, and notes from school, just to name a few. Since the screen was completely blank, the pin number couldn't be entered to retrieve any information. The employees at UBreakIFix are quacks and shouldn't be handling anyone's mobile devices. This placed should be called WeBreakYouHaveToFix. Stay away unless you want to lose your information and be treated horribly.
