***ATTENTION GAMERS*** ATTENTION GAMERS*** For longevity get your systems cleaned out by a professional. I Have had my PlayStation 4 for years and I took it in to get cleaned out plus a free diagnosis in case there was anything else going on that I wasn't prevy to. I Was having problems with overheating after the cleaning it has been perfect. Not to mention it didn't cost a arm and a leg. Reasonably priced! Fantastic customer service. Very quick, knowledgeable and efficient does everything with a smile. I highly recommend going to the phone fix for all of your electronic fixing needs. Actually if your going anywhere else you've made a mistake!

I had a wonderful experience here. I went in for a shattered phone screen, but after reading the reviews, decided to also take a laptop that was having battery/charging issues. Stephen went out of his way to get my phone screen fixed right away and my laptop was ready the next day. His prices were incredibly fair for both the phone screen and the laptop repair. He was honest, helpful, and did not try to “upsell” me in any way. I will not be taking my electronic devices anywhere else! Highly recommend!

II took my iPhone 7 to a competitor and they were not friendly and the screen replacement only lasted about 6 weeks. I then took it to The Phone Fix and he got me right in, was very friendly and professsional, and has great rates. He also has a 90 day policy that if I break the screen from dropping it he will replace it for half price.

The Phone Fix replaced batteries in 2 iPod touch 5th generations for me recently. The work was done the same day as drop off and at a good price. The sound wasn't playing on the right side from my phone so I called three places to get an estimated cost and time to fix. Two places didn't have the part in stock and it would take anywhere between 3-5 days or 7-14 days. I called The Phone Fix and, not only were they less expensive, they happened to have the part in stock. Within an hour I was having my phone repaired and shortly after, I was on with the rest of my day. Definitely would call them again if I have another device needing repair.

I brought my Iphone 6s+ in to get my screen replaced. let me start by saying their customer service was EXCELLENT. instantly i was greeted, and taken care of. it was only about 30 minutes (just long enough to go over to mcdonald’s, eat, and come back.) and my phone was ready! they price matched a lower price i had found which is much appreciated being a broke college student. also, if you get your screen replaced there’s a FREE tempered glass that they put on for you!!! this was the best place i’ve ever gone for phone repair. the gentleman was knowledgeable, but spoke to me in terms i understood with a smile on his face the whole time! overall, LOVED the service. (6/5 stars!!!)
