My phone was faulty after repair, when I called they said there’s nothing they could do.. my phone started getting hot & my battery went bad. When I took my phone to get re-repaired at another place they showed me that there was a plastic sheet on the back of the LCD that should’ve been removed which would explain all the issues I had. Thankfully this didn’t totally destroy my phone.

Brought my phone in to get the screen replaced after completely shattering it and the guy helping us fixed it quickly and I walked away with my phone looking like new and working great. However, when I got home, I was putting the case back on it and without me even touching it, the new screen cracked clean across the front.

Worst phone repair place I’ve ever been to. Cracked my screen got it fixed here next day and after that my phone will not let me use the touch screen went to take it back to see what they could do treated me like I was a complete idiot saying all phones freeze. Funny thing I never had a problem before they replaced my screen. They put another screen on same problem and now my home button does not work from the second fix. DO NOT GO HERE

Hunter and his co worker were both attentive and handled fixing my screen quickly even though they were somewhat busy. They also suggested a new battery because the "Battery Health Capacity" said 81%. They recommend replacing at 85%, so I somewhat skeptically agreed. Hunter did give me a fair price for the battery install b/c the phone was already open to replace the screen. Not only does the new battery last much longer, but there are performance enhancements I didn't expect. I appreciate the good service.

I was asked to take down my review about my service ... All I came in the store for is my cracked phone to be repaired. They had my phone since 10/13/18 . They mess up my battery first than my sim card ... which they fixed so my phone can work... Now my phone want even changer now... I took them a new phone the only was wrong with it was the screen.. I was using my phone before I took my phone to them it worked perfectly fine now my having all these problems .. lawsuit is where I'm headed 247 for my phone... This is crazy they specialize in cracked phone that's what they say now I left without a phone ... Please y'all on thing I would buy from them is phone cases. Do not make the same mistake I did by taking your phone there.... I been back in forth about my phone ... I drop it off 10/13/18 got it back 11/6/2018 now it's won't charge that why they came me a new charger talking about the inconviences remind you my phone comes with a turbo charger.. now I want to see the inconviences on this my whole phone messed up.. I'll update y'all on it I get a new phone because yhey should pay for me another phone they messed up my phone... I just want my phone fixed if I can't put pictures I would what my phone look like after the repairs..

Went in 10/12/17 got a new battery and thought was great. Battery was not in original package when he brought it out. 12/20/17 battery is bad per apple, called them and was told had a 30 day warranty. Do not waste your time or money. Thought I was saving $20 and wound up losing an additional $50.00. Person on the phone was rude. Also found out this voids the warranty on the phone and Apple cannot put a battery in. Found out also that the battery installed by The Fix had a plastic wrapper around it that was not removed and he did not put the adhesive strips on that hold the battery in place. Called the corporate office and was told they would investigate it and get back with me. Again super nice , so we will see what the outcome is.

Customer Service is horrible in this store and their repairs are below standard, hence the comments about “cheapest in town”. You really get what you pay for in dealing with electronics. Was originally sold a defective screen for an iPad mini. No issue took back to the store and manager agreed to replace. We took back to the store on 12/26. This screen was supposed to be replaced on the same day. The manager gave my wife the run around for 2 days. I go to the store on today at 5p and sat in the store for 2.5 hours waiting on a screen repair. I filed an official complaint with Simon’s staff and will contact BBB and AG. While I was in the store for this extended period of time, no exaggeration or lie I witnessed 3 other customers come into the store with similar gripes and complaints. Surrounding businesses even commented “that store is notorious for messing up people’s stuff”. Guess you need a “No refund policy” in this case. Avoid at all costs and pay a little extra for better details to service!

If you want quality work with good customer service, this isn't the place! Had a phone screen replaced that was not installed properly and it fell out of the phone when attempting to put a protective case on it. Screen broke when it hit the ground. Manager called me a liar to my face and refused to refund my money. Worst phone repair shop i have ever been to! DON'T USE THEM!! I will be contacting the BBB and the Attorney Generals office as well as the mall management office!

I went to the McCain store in NLR,AR a few months ago to only get my screen replace. They then told me my phone stopped working while they were replacing my screen after giving me the run a round for hours. I contacted the Mall manager who at least got them to give me a replacement phone while the shipped my phone to Texas to get fixed. The agreement was for me to pay a $100 and they would refund me the difference of the screen cost. I waited 3 weeks and never heard anything from them even when I called. I will never use them again!!!

My screen was broken and they replaced it. I bought the tempered glass screen and a really cool case from there. Think I spent a total of 136$ on it all. He handed me my repaired phone and I couldn't get the screen to come on . Employee took the phone and did a reset on it and poof the screen was on. I went home and next day screen went out. I did a reboot and poof it was back on . This went on throughout about 3 weeks and I had also taken the phone back to them to get it permanently fixed before my 30 days was up. Last time I took it back up there , he permanently fixed it and I have had no problem since then. They honored me as a customer and did the right thing. I think they do good work and their prices are very reasonable. Also they have awesome cases. The atmosphere is really cool and they play some good music in there. Yes you will be tapping your foot while shopping for phone accessories. I say 2 thumbs up

When I brought in my phone to this place, I thought it was completely screwed. The volume button had been stabbed and was jammed completely into the phone. I tried for a good hour to get it unstuck without success. I brought the phone in on a Tuesday night at about 7:30pm. I thought they were going to have to keep it and order parts and all that. Luckily I got a fantastic tech named Omar. He told me it would be about 10 minutes. I was a little unsure about that, but when I looked over 10 minutes later he gave me a thumbs up. I walked over and he handed me my now working phone. He told me the button is damaged and will need replacement, as well as anything that was damaged on the inside, but it is working for now. I have been using it for 2 days with no issues. I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally he worked, even while handling other customers because he was the only one there that night. I will definitely be going back to get the phone parts that are broken fixed, and I would recommend them to anybody looking to get their phone serviced.

This place just wants your money! I brought my iPhone 6 plus into their store hoping they could help me. My phone had randomly became unresponsive and was getting worse. I called them and they said they could fix it and it would be fine. First thing they make you do is sign a waver stating that they are not responsible for any damages or if your phone doesn't get fixed. That should have been my first warning. I drop my phone off and an hour later it's "ready". As soon as I get my phone it's STILL unresponsive. I tell the guy and he says basically I signed the waver so theres nothing I can do. So I played $120 for absolutely nothing. Feeling helpless I start researching the symptoms my phone is having (which I should have done in the first place) and I realize I probably have touch ic disease which is very common especially with iPhone 6 and 6 plus. If your phone is doing this you should research more about it. So I call up a legit place called ubreakifix and they tell there heard of this problem many times and reccomened me to Gadget Pros. I call them turns out they're the only place in Arkansas that can fix this. They also give you a 6 month warranty (which to me after getting screwed over by the fix it store in Mccain mall sounded promising). So I drove to little rock dropped my phone off, and the next day picked it up (payed $160) and now my phone is working better than ever. If your phone is having these symptoms don't get screwed over by the fix it store in Mccain mall or any store for that matter. The only ones who can actually fix the issue is gadget pros. I'm only writing this because I wish I saw this before I took my phone to them , it would have saved me a lot of money and time. Gadget pros are great check them out!

Do not got there these people where very unprofessional today on Feb.26 ,2017 . I withnessed a male African American be profiled as a criminal because of his tattoos and how he was dressed . The man was upset and had the right to and started crushing at the shop employee only after the employee was telling him to get the f ck out of his store multiple times to where people out side the store stopped as there were walking by to see what was going on and people around the corner walked around , walked out of stores and the restaurant across from it to see what was wrong. The man left the mall after he said he would not becoming back clearly upset When the mall cops did arrive on the scene . The employee then began to lie about the incident . Went to make the man out to be the instigator and bad guy who started even saying that the guy said he had been in jail that he was a criminal .None of the information about how he acted towards customer ever came out . The employee also failed to even say he was cursing at the man either so loud in fact people had stopped some with children I might add but wanted the man to be arrested for being a so called criminal .I will not be going here now nor in the future until this wrong has been set right. I will also be taking the video I have to the police as well .

Do not go here! They do not stand behind their product. We brought our iPhone in to repair a cracked screen. The result was a screen that had multiple issues. We took the phone back to get it either repaired or refunded, but they refused. The owner even refused to talk with us when he was called. Wish we had never gone here. Now we have to get the phone repaired again and we are out $110.

OMAR is probably the best technician in the area when it comes to fixing iPads, installing screen protectors, etc. I have a Note 8. On 2 occasions, I paid Verizon stores to install screen protectors at a cost over $40+ each time. Within 48 hours of the purchase of my phone and installation of screen protector #1, it was cracked HORRIBLY and would no longer stay affixed to the phone screen. Again, I paid $40+ for the second Verizon installed screen protector with essentially the same results. Verizon required that I register the screen protectors and make an online claim. Obviously, that screen protector is a waste of my time. So, I stopped by Fix-It and Omar installed a screen protector for $25. So far: no cracks, no bubbles, no problems, and the protector remains affixed to my screen. I won't be wasting anymore money on screen protectors at Verizon. Thanks OMAR!

Took IPhone 7plus to get screen replaced on 12/20. The entire screen was not cracked just the bottom left corner. I paid cash and they did not give me a receipt. On 12/28 the screen stopped working (anything you touched would not respond) This phone was given as a Christmas gift so didn't get used until 12/26. We contacted the store and they would not look at the phone because I didn't have a receipt, even tho you fill out a piece of paper with your name and whats wrong with the phone. The owner/manager was beyond rude and called the police before we even showed up so we wouldn't enter the store. We ended up taking the phone to another cell phone repair shop where he found they used super glue, did not removed the plastic paper, screws was missing and even there was places melted on the phone because it wasn't repaired correctly.

If I could give them a negative 10 I would. They tried to give us someone else's iPad that was a downgrade from our's, stating it was our iPad. We gave them the serial number and then they proceeded to tell us they have no idea where our iPad is and told us we have to come back when a manager is in. They have had our iPad for over 2 months now and now we know why because they have lost it and tried to give us someone else's. Your electronics are not safe at this store!
