DO NOT TAKE YOUR LAPTOP HERE. Going nowhere is better than going here; you will find the same service. I brought my laptop to SpaCity iRepair to get a new power source cord installed. I was in email correspondence and was told they would get back to me when the part came in with an updated price. However, after 2 months they did not email me back or even try to call. When I went in to pick up my laptop, they returned my computer in the same condition as if they did not even attempt to do anything. I let them know I was upset that they did not reach out and Deborah, who is the one whom had last been in touch with me, simply said “our bad”. She also said that they were waiting to hear back from dell about getting me a Dell refurbished laptop. Which I find hard to imagine because I can look for a refurbished dell in a few hours and would hear back from them within a day. Also, shouldn’t I be informed before they just get me a different laptop?! I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend their services to anyone.

Brought in a Samsung tablet that best buy said they was not sure if they could fix. Best buy said it would be 40$ just to send it in and thereafter "if" they could fix it it would be an additional charge. They recommend buying a new tablet for 200$. Took it to these guys they had the part in store and was able to fix it within a few days had it back to Me. For 60$. Turn out to be awesome. Thank you so much for saving me from buying another tablet.

Had problems with a brand new computer ever since the day I brought it home from Best Buy. Still in warranty not even a year old did not did not want to mess with warranty because I'd have to send it off. I took my PC to Spa City iRepair to diagnose and replace a hard drive (it has three hard drives). Although I did have to return the PC once to tweak the repair, Debra handled it calmly and professionally. On top of that, they only charged me one hour's labor for transferring all my data to my old drive to my new drive. From what I understand, good techs are hard to find in Hot Springs, so I really lucked out by taking my PC to Spa City iRepair.

Excellent service. I unfortunately damaged my external hard drive. They evaluated and determined it would need to be sent to a clean room to be repaired. They communicated with the clean room to make sure which data was able to be recovered, so I could decide if it was worth it. It was. They then arranged delivery and helped me work out some kinks with the locking security feature. All is good now. I appreciate their help so much!

Took my Samsung Note in to have a broken stylus removed (thanks to my little grandson!). It just took a couple of minutes. Great price for the repair too! And he warned me about the battery getting into the danger zone and told me how to watch out for it in the future! Very helpful to a cell phone neophyte! My son and I had both our iPhone screens replaced. Both were defective. They replaced one of them and within a week my screen is messed up. When I went to them, they said they changed suppliers, but they wouldn’t replace my defective screen unless I pay them again. Wish they would have told me the first time that they just want my money and don’t care about me.

After having my device damaged when I took it to The Device Medics to have it repaired and spending 200 dollars and my phone coming out more broke then when I took it in I took my S5 here to spa city I repair where I got professional courteous service and a professional technician took my phone apart and fixed the damages that device Medics had caused also they were very reasonable in price my advice would be skip the rest and take your device to spa city I repair to be fixed

Thanks for nothing. My first contact with this business was not being able to catch anyone on the phone and leaving a voicemail that was never returned. After several weeks, I decided to overlook this and just walk in to the store anyway. I brought in my 2 Nexus 7 2012 edition tablets to have their cracked screens repaired. After not hearing from them for weeks, I went back to the store to find out what was going on for myself. I found out that they had ordered the wrong glass/LCD combos, the 2013 model instead of the 2012. A Hispanic looking man who I assume was the manager said that I was not getting updates on the progress of the job because I was not signed up for email alerts, even though I gave them all of my contact info when I dropped the tablets off the first time. So I left being assured that once they ordered the correct parts, they would get the job completed. Finally after literally MONTHS of not hearing anything, I went today to just pick up the tablets. Instead of fixing them, they had placed the cracked screens back on the tablets, but one was worse than before, having a huge chunk missing from the bottom. The girl who handed the tablets back appeared very unconcerned, not even feigning an attempt to apologize. Sufficed to say, I will never deal with this business again.
