If more than 5 stars was an option, R3CONFIG would receive it!! Excellent Service! Excellent Communication! Excellent Price!! My son somehow downloaded a virus on my parents computer. It wouldn’t go past the “ASUS” screen @ start-up. I took it to 2 other places and they just said the computer was beyond repair and I should purchase a new one. I searched the internet and decided to give R3CONFIG a call due to all the 5 star ratings. I am so thankful I did. He got the computer running again within a very short time. Amazing!!!!! He has loads of computer knowledge and I will definitely use him again if needed. Also, I’m technically challenged. I have no idea of anything that makes a computer work. He did an outstanding job of explaining the problem in a non-technical way so I understood it. Bless you for your knowledge of computers!

I had an OEM gaming PC that was having all kinds of problems. Ryan at R3CONFIG helped me diagnose the issues and got the bad parts replaced. There were several different issues with the PC and Ryan was very helpful in discussing the issues with me and getting the PC up and running as quickly as possible.
