My laptop needed a button replaced and after they informed me that they whole keyboard would need changed I ordered they keyboard. A few days later I took my perfectly working laptop for the keyboard to be replaced which I told was a quick and easy fix. The older gentleman took the battery, the back, and the keyboard off and then took my laptop to the back where I witnessed him take an air compressor and blow my laptop out. When he reassembled my laptop it would no longer come back on. When I mentioned to him it was fine before he messed with it he raised his voice and was very ugly and told me “ I won’t allow you to blame me!” He said he would keep it over night and fix it so I agreed but the next day said their was nothing he could do! I’m now out a laptop a week before school starts! And yes he has been reported to the BBB! Just a fair warning they seem friendly but as a businessman he should have offered to compensate someway for my loss!

The guy who runs this is a complete joke. Brought my computer in to fix a power supply problem and he says all these other problems like my hhd and cpu processor and all this nonsense and that itd cost me well over 500 dollars. I said forget that i'd take it somewhere else. He then tried to charge me 75 dollars for a FREE diagnosis. I pointed it out to him and he said because he had to "take off the side cover" he's charging me. How else do you diagnose a computer problem? I took my computer down to the actual computer repair place Gadget Pros (btw they named their business Pro Gadget Fix to steal their customer base). Turns out my computer power supply fried. 50 dollar fix. If I could they'd be receiving -5 stars.

Spoke to him over the phone, he was very knowledgeable, listened to my problem and provided the solution. He can fix anything and knows what he is doing! I was weary of calling after reading a few bad reviews but he's a good guy trying to run a local bussiness. Don't let the bad reviews of 2 silence the outstanding reviews of many!

As someone who has limited tech savvy, I don't always know the terminology to explain what my computer is doing wrong. Although I use words like "haywire", "strange", and "out of whack", they keep working with me until they are satisfied that the problem is resolved. If the device is not worth fixing, they tell me and don't give me a hard sell spiel or try to capitalize on my lack of expertise. They've also looked up electronic replacement items for me on Amazon and recommended the most suitable product for me at the best price available.

Called and inquired about having a screen replaced on my Galaxy S4 Active as it was cracked. Took the device in to the store only to have John remove the screen protector revealing that it had take the abuse and left the phone screen intact. We were both surprised that the screen protector had done such a good job...far beyond the scratches and scuffs that I assumed they were good for. He totally could have gotten one over on me, but was honest and fair.

John W Bergin (search him up on Facebook. He's the creeper with glasses and the Duck Dynasty beard) is a scammer. First of all, his window says 24 hour turn around-- not true. It took about a week and a half. Second, the $70 just to replace a laptop battery, as quoted on the first encounter before bringing the laptop in became over $100. Oh, before I go on, let me explain something. The defunct battery was at 9% (miraculously) but was brought in because it wasn't charging. This guy took over a week to supposedly get a battery (he never had a tracking number to provide. Hmmm) while at one point claiming he had the new battery but then switched back to the battery supposedly not having arrived yet. So, the guy had a compatible charger on hand. Keep that in mind. I was made aware that on top of the battery (He was asked only to fix that and that charging port) that he had messed with the original charger to this laptop while claiming there would be no extra charge as he tried to "fix" A charger that wasn't broken (I know because I have the same laptop and tested it in mine before we took the troublesome one belonging to my disabled veteran friend to which it worked without issue). This guy destroyed a perfectly good charger, charged $35 for it on top of the $119 fee and when he claimed the "new" battery was in the laptop and that he charged it fully, somehow this "new" battery was "coincidentally" at 9% when we powered it on at my friend's house. My friend called the guy, was polite, and this guy ripped into my friend. When I called, he claimed all of my "accusations" were "gyrations of my imagination", that I was a "funny girl", that "no one cares" about the fact his ratings went from 5 stars to 1.7 (before this review), that I should "have fun with that" when I mentioned going to the better business bureau, and lastly, when I mentioned going to 7 On Your Side, he claimed "They know me well." He is a fraud. Do not go here. You will pay much more than he initially claims and you will have unexpected "repairs" done all to jack up the price to which he won't inform you they cost extra until the full "repairs" are complete and he is holding your merchandise hostage for payment of these new "repairs" and you have to pay them, otherwise he will not relinquish your property, which leads me to believe a lot of the technology (mainly TVs which he seems to not know a thing about) are stolen hostages, having been obtained from similar situations. So again I tell you-- do NOT go here. Go check out his business's Facebook page and his reviews on the Better Business Bureau. There are many more he's swindled. He is also horribly rude on the phone, going so far as to curse out customers who plainly state his business practices are unethical.

I will not recommend this company. It's not a 24 hour turn around at all. I brought inmy laptop to get unlock. Took him three days to figure out that he will not be able to unlock it. Never called me and communicated this. I came twice and my laptop was still laying out in the same spot. He said he has to reload my hardware in order to do it. Finally came two days later it was ready but charging me $139 instead of $49.95 like stated the first day I brought it in. As a costumer I don't trust his skills and ethics. Very shady!!

we took a disabled friend to get their desktop all in onefixed because she got that big fake microsoft page that took her monitor over and I didnt know anything about this company but she used them before. The girl, krissy I think, on the phone said it should be about $169 but she got a call saying it was very badly virused and it would be almost 300.00 when she said she couldnt afford that he told her to come get it. I took her to get it and he gave it too her missing screws nd we took it somewhere else. We are older, in our late 70;s and you would think some respect would be shown.

Dropped my Galaxy S6 off for replacement of the charging port at 5pm one day and it was fixed and fully charged by 8am the next day. Fantastic and quick service, and super happy that they didn't crack my phone when prying it open! Price was $69 which was way cheaper than getting a new phone!
