I have NEVER taken my computer to someone else to fix. I've been able to figure out my computer problems (and those of Mother-in-Law, Grandma, and rest of the family) ever since I was a kid. But this problem defeated me and I brought my beloved machine to PJ at Ozark Computer Works. He had me up in running in just over 24 hours and for well under a hundred bucks. I took my HP in a couple of weeks ago not really knowing what was wrong with it besides the fact that it was running slow. All of my pictures and school documents are on it and I was very relieved that they were able to fix it and get it running faster. The customer service was awesome and they had it done quicker than the time they told me. They were straight to the point and didn't cheat me. The cost was considerably less than going somewhere else. I'll definitely be coming back to fix my laptop from now on.

Funny all I see is 5 star reviews all over the net yet my experience was not impressive at all. They replaced my hard drive and re installed windows but could not retrieve my files. I took the old hard drive to another shop to see if they could get my files back and they did get the files back in 1 day. It s hard to believe all those 5 star reviews on all those web sites yet nothing negative posted but my review. I don t trust these 5 star reviews at all

Friendly, knowledagble staff. Free diagnostic. They didn't tell me anything I didn't already know about my computer when I brought it in, but they looked at it for free. They started working on it quickly, but it took them a while to get it back to me.

Took my MacBook with broken trackpad to the store and took a couple of days to “diagnose”. They said they couldn’t do anything about the problem (and also left a screw not fully screwed in), so then I took it to an Apple Store and the Apple technicians fixed it in 5 minutes. Only thing wrong was an over tightened screw. Overall waste of time and money

Staff is very competent and welcoming. They were able to diagnose and repair the computer immediately. The shopping center itself might not be in great shape, but do not let that fool you whatsoever. The business itself is well kept and maintained. My laptop had a broken hinge and the staff were able to fix the Dell laptop, as I said, immediately. I will always return here for any other computer repair needs.

I took in a computer that wouldn't boot up regularly. They called me a few days later to pick it up. Charged me $90 for a "tune up". I got home and the same problem occurred. I took it back. They said the mother board was bad. Then they said they couldn't fix it. No discussion of a refund. They have a sign on their window that says No fix. No Charge. After reading my review, the owner called me and offered to make everything right. The problem was the employee. I should have asked for the owner but then I shouldn't have had to. I upgrade my rating to average after the call.

I've had a laptop screen replacement completed and a tower diagnosed/internal power supply replaced here. No issues after that with either and both repairs were completed the day following drop off.

I was in town for the holidays and spilled water on my macbook pro and they took it in and dried it out. They didn't have enough time to do much else with it because I was leaving town the next day, but they didn't even charge me anything for their time. They were very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone with computer issues. I have no doubt they would have finished the job quick and fast had I had a few more days in town.
