We took a computer to repair. After two weeks we got a call that was not fixable, so we went to pick it up the Technician told us it was in pieces that He need it to put it back together. We left it there so they could put it back together. We went back today and the Tech/Owner was so rude and told us the computer was on the back and he didn't know where it was disassemble. We get the computer is not good but that is not the way to treat a Customer. Will never go back for sure...

I dropped my phone off with nwa cell phone repair for a motherboard fix. While they weren't able to fix it, they were courteous and helpful. This is one of the rare times where a company took a bad situation and actually worked hard to make it right! It was refreshing and well appreciated. I'm truly sorry to have to write this but beware. We are 2 for 2 on bad experiences with this company. The first time was to repair the power port on a Samsung laptop whose solder joints had become lose on the motherboard. The repair checked out before leaving their shop, paid $90, then took home. Started smoking within an hour of having home so took back same day. They wanted additional money to "fix it again" as this was "more complex" than they originally estimated. I complained but was already vested and had little choice but to continue forward. I paid up front which was mistake #2. The followup repair attempt began smoking at the shop before I even left and then would no longer work at all. An inside look revealed that the motherboard holding the power port was now cracked and would no longer hold the port. I was told at this point that they could no longer fix it and would not be able to refund my payments since it was all labor but that they could give me a discount on a used laptop. Unbelievable. The laptop was given back to me in pieces and never worked since. My second encounter with NWACPR was about a year later and was actually my daughter who took her phone there to have a cracked glass screen replaced. They did it instantly for $210 which was supposed to include a 6 month warranty. The phone was great for 5 days and then went purple and finally completely black, She took it back to them and was told it would be another $180 for a new LCD as the LCD they just put in 5 days earlier had a small crack barely visible near the Samsung logo. No refund or warranty coverage because their "investigation" revealed that the crack was not due to a leftover glass particle (a common installation mistake) or any mistake on their part (surprise) but was our fault. Upon pointing out that she had not dropped it in any way and that the outer glass was not cracked nor even scratched, they said there must have been pressure applied to it to cause the inner LCD to crack. Again, unbelievable. No refund. No warranty. $210 for nothing. I'm guessing when things go correctly, this company is seen as just fine by most. They seem like reasonable and skilled people. But beware, if things do not go well, it will not be their problem but yours and you will have wasted a lot of money and end up in a worse place than before you met them.

This place totally scammed me. I dropped off my MacBook Air and they quoted me about $60 to repair it. Later they called me to let me know that they fixed it AND upped the price out of nowhere without letting me know before they did the work on my Mac. They told me it was actually a $200 repair. And since they misquoted me, they’d give me a $50 discount. So now I am about to head over to pick up my MacBook and they suddenly decided it was a $260 repair. So, every time I talk to these people they up their price on my repairs. Will not be doing business with them again, don’t recommend going there either.

Came in yesterday looking for a Note 5, walked out with a S7 Active, at an amazing price. Jeff was fantastic, and patient with us as we asked our questions, and looked around. Ended up needing to bring the phone back because it wasn't unlocked and with in seconds we had one that was and were on our way again. Great customer service, and great price. Can you ask for more? I think not.

Awesome!! I love this place. My phone screen was cracked badly and (after calling multiple places) NWA Cell Phone Repair had the best price in the area! Totally worth the trip from Lowell. Within about 30 minutes, my screen was brand new. Jeff is the one who replaced my screen and he was so nice! He even gave me a tempered glass screen cover on the house. In the short time I was there, he gave back two other people's phones. He treated them with the same kindness and respect. Would definitely recommend them and plan to come back to them in need be.

I got my iPhone 6s plus for a rear camera replacement. Right when I returned to get my phone. Cashier didn't want to show me the phone till I paid for it which gave me a bad feeling that something went wrong. After paying for it and got the phone back, I quickly turned it on and already noticed that it was not my original screen. For 1, it was already missing the screen film, and the lady told me that it chipped off (never knew that plastic flimsy film can chip). Then also looked at it by an angle and there was this haze of white noise on the screen when I tilt it to its side. Asked to see if they can re-calibrate the color of the LCD. Lady looked at me like deer looking at headlights, but then I was told that no one will look at their phone from an angle. Took it outside and yeah I saw a huge silver square and for sure that is not my screen at all! It seemed that it broke in the process of replacing the camera and didn't want to tell me? But now Im needing a replacement of a OEM screen that going to be another cost out of pocket. Lessen learned. And never again

After reading several reviews about NWA Cell Phone, I was torn about where to go for repair but decided to stop by and talk to them. I was greeted by a lady who immediately looked at my broken phone and showed me exactly what was going to need repair. She then referred me to Jason who explained what it would take to fix the phone and even showed the parts to me and explained the process and told me what the cost would be. It was going to be a little more than I had expected so, I called around to check prices with other local repair shops but their prices were approximately $40 more. This was an obvious decision to have Jason fix my phone. So, about 30 minutes later, my phone is like NEW!!! He even put a tempered screen on the front. Thank you Jason!! I will definitely refer my family and friends to your store and will be a repeat customer if the need ever arises!!

This is a scam business. they bought a Samsung note 8 phone from me on eBay. The phone is unlocked for sure as I personally tested it, but they claim it is not unlocked. I know they are running a cellphone repair shop and they should know this phone is unlocked. They insisted it is not unlocked and return the phone and pushed me for the return shipping fees. apparently they are finding an excuse but they know how to take advantage of eBay return. what makes me more nervous is the phone came back with more damages on the back, and i am highly suspect that they switch some parts in it. worse more, they left me a negative feedback for their fault. I have reported it to the BBB and eBay. Plz be AWARE these people are good at making up stories. I see they buy phones often from other sellers on eBay, so seller on eBay plz be careful as they will find lame excuse to return, and will switch parts. Buy good and return bad, these people are criminal and should be investigated

I went to get my screen fixed. They broke my mic. I went to get that fixed. Good thing it was under the warranty. Now my screen is fixing to pop out in one place and my mic doesn't work anymore. This place has only made me mad and frustrated. I would rather pay more than return here. I also took an iPhone 5s that was water damaged to see if it would ever work and they said no. Someone wanted to buy it even though they knew it wouldn't work, but they wanted parts, but this store stole parts of my phone.

Atrocious. I went to have my screen replaced. They told me they could do so. It was lightly cracked on the front upper left corner. I receive my phone back with some kinda yellow gunk on the chasis and a new crack on the back. I also get a screen protector that I was up sold and didn't ask for that made my home button inoperable. I had them take the screen off and then button still has limited functionality. I took it back they blamed me, citing that I'm the first to ever complain of such an issue and then proceeded to blame me while washing their hands clean of responsibility. Do not let cheap prices fool you, they do subpar work and then are not upfront with you about it. Avoid at all costs.

Device: HTC One M8 Issue: Phone wasn't taking a charge. Diagnostic: 'Bad battery'; needs to be replaced. Cost: $100 Customer Service: I wasn't given a call when the phone was finished. Result: Phone's battery was replaced. phone issue not repaired. I took it back and they said it is because the phone's charger port is bad as well. The phone is not repaired. -$100. Business Action: Denied a refund. Kindly offered a discounted price to repair the charger port for $60. They said I asked for a battery repair and couldn't refund me, despite that being THEIR repairman's initial diagnosis. (I work at a boat repair shop and this would never pass by our shop foreman...just saying...we'd fix it!) Overall: A run of the mill up-charge repair business. Good for general repairs. Recommendations: They most likely don't do a proper diagnostic in this repair shop, cause that takes time and money from their business (*just an assumption). They probably specialize in iPhone devices. If your phone is going to eventually be over a $160 for a repair, it's better to just buy an unlocked phone from Amazon. Extra-Thoughts: If a customer doesn't know what's wrong for sure, the business repair person most likely won't know for sure either. And if they find out, they won't tell you....b/c $$$ talks.They probably needed my $100, so no biggie on that refund being rejected. Why 5-Stars? I wish nothing but the best for the business. I bless their business and hope the best for them and their employees. I hope they get many more customers and will continue to grow as a business!

Speedy service Jeff was very knowledgeable about the product that was the 1st vist. Would not return calls (Jason) Jeff just did a visual on my phone said it was not warranty. Jason I assume the owner, he shouldn't be, did not keep his word and return calls. He hawed around but wouldn't make a decision himself. .I quote.. if my supplier will warranty it I will. Nice call Me Business owner. Could not trust then at their word took my phone to a authorized Samsung shop and they replaced it. No damage to phone no damage to LCD they said without a doubt original repairer should have warrantied my ohine. New shop charged $189 rip off NWA Sunset Ave charged me $304. So they would not honor there warranty would not return calls as they said they would and overcharged me by $115. BEWARE they are not trust worthy. Definitely do not recommend do not go there

First off, I want to start this review out by saying that the staff are rude and unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE!! When we took my phone in they said it would take an hour and a half to two hours to tell what was wrong and how much it was going to be to fix it. Well, four hours roll by and I call for an update they said they were looking at it and still didn't know what was wrong. Well, a couple more hours passed and I had my boyfriend call because I was tired of being railroaded by them and they were so disrespectful and rude. They told him it had to do with the mother board and they needed to run more tests on it and that if we were in such a hurry for it we could come pick it up and that it wasn't a big deal! First off they said a couple hours at most then they tried to argue with him and say they never said that. So I got on the phone and said look I just want to know if I will get my phone tonight and how much it is going to cost and he said they would need to continue to work on it tomorrow so I wouldn't be getting it back and that it was the mother board so it would cost about 140. On top of that they told me next time I want an update on my phone that I need to talk to them personally. How rude is that, they disrespected my boyfriend and acted like it wasn't a big deal about my phone. The next day I call about 2 because I still hadn't heard anything from them and they tell me that it is actually the LCD screen and that it would cost 240 to 260 to fix. Excuse me, like one minute I am getting qouted this price next thing I know they try to add a 100 to it and I said screw it just put my phone back together and I will be there to pick it up. When I got there the lady was rude again to me. So I am writing this review so everyone knows that they do not care about their job or their customer service so DON'T go here!!!!

I shattered my iPhone screen to oblivion and experienced the sadness that is tiny trauma. But, now - after coming to NWA Cell Phone Repair - it looks like it never even happened! From my phone call (where I got pricing information and time-frame of about 30 minutes) to the shop experience itself (I swear it was less than 20 minutes) - it was all very professional and pleasant. I even had a small issue with the thumbprint recognition after the repair, so I returned to the shop and Jeff fixed it promptly. Great customer service, great experience. Highly recommended.

This was a 1-star review, now it's 3. I brought them an S7 Edge with a crached screen. They fixed the cracked screen by putting the motherboard in a whole "new" phone. To their credit, it didn't even take them an hour to do it. The phone I gave them didn't have a scratch on it, other than the crack. What they gave me was covered in fingerprints and a large sticker, so I didn't see how bad it was in their office. Cleaning it up, you can definitely tell it was second-hand. Took it back. They offered to order a NEW screen and put it back in it's old body/frame. That satisfies me so far, and I get to hold on to the working phone until the new screen comes in. I also suggested they bag customer phones from now on, and put the stickers on the bag instead of on the phone. What a pain it was getting that messy residue off. Will edit and update when the new screen comes in and is installed (around the 20th). Apparently my screen has to be special ordered because it's Coral Blue. Either way, I still have a working phone, so I'm good.

My phone had been broken for YEARS until I decided to go see NWA Cell Phone Repair. The guy at the front counter was VERY professional. He spoke clearly and was able to get my phone fixed for a better price than everybody else. My phone was ready to go in 25 minutes. Then I noticed a small defect on my camera lens and that to was fixed without a problem. These guys are great. I just suggest you actually READ the terms and agreements before just signing away.

I would never recommend going here! First, we payed and picked up the phone and they didn't even fix the problem! Then told us it was the motherboard, after they were suppose to of already fixed it. Then they had the phone for another 3 weeks! We went in multiple times to get our phone and our refund, and they would not give it to us. Finally, when they decided they couldn't fix it after a month. They told us we could come in and pick it up and so when we get there they said it wasn't put back together yet, and to come back again. So we went back another day and they said the guy had a family emergency, and to come back the tomorrow. So we went back the next day and they said it still wasn't put back together, and to come back in an hour. (Calling does no good! And we live out of the city about 45 minutes away, so it's a real inconvenience to keep driving back when they tell us it'll be ready and it's not because they guy is taking a "smoke break") So when we go back over and hour later it's still not together, so we wait. Then when they give us the phone back the SIM card tray is missing from the phone. When we asked for it back they replied, "uhhhh, yeah we should have that" and then of course the SIM card that was in the tray was missing to! Plus, The guy working on our phone for the last month, walks around the place with a cigarette in his mouth. They were unprofessional, nasty, and rude. WOULD NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANY OF MY DEVICES!

I took my wife's iPhone 4 to them and was told the next day that it was beyond repair. I took it 1/2 mile down the road to The Phone Guys and they fixed it for $40. It turns out that it just needed a new battery. On a positive note, the owner called later and apologized for what happened. It seems the tech who called me made a mistake. I was quite encouraged by the owners' response. Upgrading this now to 3 stars.

I made a google account just to review this place that's how awful of service I have received. I got water damage on an iPhone 6s and took it in to see what they could do. First, the man at the counter tells me they could replace the screen (which I told repeatedly wasn't broken) for 89.99 but there was no promise it would work again. So I decided to get a used iPhone c From them which was over priced amazingly at 185. With the new iPhone c in hand I start to realize all the problems with it. The back is scratched to hell, the lock button was almost broken, and the LCD screen was so old it was like using the first touch screen iPod. I went to Dr Ifix in bentonville with my water damaged iPhone 6s, And they literally cleaned it out for me for $10. $10!!!! And so I go back to NWA repair in Springdale to return the iPhone c (Because they claim they buy and iPhones right? That's why they have used cell phones)

First of all I want to say that I'm not mad just very disappointed at the way they do business here. I took my phone to the Nwa Cell phone Repair because my screen was shattered, and replacement of home button. Two weeks later my phone button stopped working, and then I started to hear static with all my phone calls. I took it in, and the store Manager (don't remember his name), said that it wasn't their fault that something they originally fixed was messing up, and that I probably wet my phone and that is why I couldn't hear any calls (he spoke to me in a rude tone). I told him, "you are being very rude, can I speak to your manager please. He said "I am the Manager and you just want to get your phone fixed for free", I was so embarrassed because there were many people behind me in line. I said can I speak to your owner, and he said, "grab a card, he will tell you the same thing. The owner did apologize but he tried fixing it and the screen was still acting up, I had to go back for the third time. The third time they took the phone and I waited, until 7 when I was rudely asked to wait outside and when asked for a time that my phone will be ready I was told a, "soon". Then I waited outside until 7:35 the employee brought my phone out, I was given no explanation what so ever, and now my phone screen is fixed, but I can't make calls anymore because it is more static then before, and apparently this is not their fault. I feel like this company doesn't care about their customers, and I won't be going back there, because of the way I was treated by the staff, manger and the owner! I will look somewhere else to get my phone fixed.

Truly awful! I took my iMac in on 3/13/18 for over heating issues. 5 days later, no call from them, I called, ‘ordered part, waiting..’ . 4 days later, no call from them, I called, ‘having problems getting part to work, should have it working soon. ‘ 5 days later, no call from them. After 2 more weeks of this I finally asked to come get it, they admitted they couldn’t fix it. Came & got it, drove immediately to another place, 2 days later I was called, the hard drive wasn’t signaling the cooling fans. AND there were at least 13 screws missing!! The screen had literally fallen out when the new place had taken it out of box!!! This place is a joke!!!

My fiance recently took her Samsung Galaxy 6 to this place because I referred her there. I've been here on one other occasion and the service was phenomenal. Couple of hours to reboot and restore my phone. I thought the price was a little higher than other places but they were quick. She took her phone there on a Saturday morning and dropped it off. The Jeff guy said he would call us to give an update. Lets just say he never did, still. Not even to tell us what the diagnosis was. As of today, they have had the phone 6 days and not any closer to fixing it then they were when we dropped it off 6 days prior. It wasnt until Tuesday that they told us what was wrong and I had to call and make them tell me. So Tuesday, he (JEFF) told me 3 times that "the phone will be fixed and ready by the end of business Saturday", because we are leaving for Las Vegas and getting married. We are going to make memories and they have the one thing that assists more than anything at capturing those memories. He said it needs a motherboard..ok.. get the motherboard... "but will it be done by Sunday when we leaving?" He said yes everytime. Well..... Friday night (20 min ago), since we still have never received a call or an update, I had to call AGAIN just for the status or progress. This time a guy name Cameron answers and tell us that they still havent "located" a motherboard, but we will let you know.... I'm going to get my phone tomorrow and I better not have to pay one red cent... They showed no compassion. Acted like they could really care less. Bad customer service and poor communications. Never get my business again.

Buyer beware! Owner will not honor his warranty on a screen replacement that began cracking almost immediately! I had a glass screen replaced on a 2 year old Samsung S5 that I had always carried in my pocket without incident until I dropped it face first on a tile floor and shattered the glass. I took it to NWA Cell Phone Repair where I was told it would be ready in about an hour. About 4 hours later, the plastic replacement screen they used could be felt protruding from the top edge of the phone, rather than sitting flush or within the frame as it should. I didn't think it was a big deal, so I let that go. What was a big deal though was that the plastic screen lasted only about 5 days before it started cracking. First along the bottom starting from the home button; a day or two later, along the right edge running across the center of the screen where it spider-webbed across the other side; next from the bottom left corner across to where a piece of the plastic just fell off when I sat it on my nightstand;... and so on until within a couple of weeks the screen looked about as bad as the original glass screen I paid them $108 to repair, supposedly with a 6 month warranty. I dreaded taking it by to have the warranty work done because of the time it took them originally to replace it, but more so because suspected I was about to get the run-around given the lack of professionalism I sensed when I had it repaired. Sure enough, the employee there, Mitchell, said he didn't think they'd warranty their product and that I should talk to owner, Jason, who wasn't there. I asked if he could have him give me a call, but he didn't believe he would likely call me back, so I agreed that I would make the effort to track him down later. I called later that day and the owner answered and said he would be there for the next half-hour, so I drove to go visit with him. When I arrived, I was only able to visit with the manager, Jeff. I explained to Jeff, as I had to Mitchell, that I had not dropped the phone or done anything out of the ordinary. I had only carried the phone in my pocket as I had done without incident for years before with the original screen on this phone (and with other phones). Jeff said the cracks looked like "pressure cracks" to him and that while he believed I hadn't done anything wrong or abusive to the phone, they would not warranty the repair unless the owner found some dirt or something under the screen from when they installed it but that that rarely happens because the owner is the one who installs the screens. Needless to say that gave me absolutely no hope they were going to stand behind the product, so I asked what they would do if they did not "discover" whatever they were looking for after they had my phone apart. After a conversation with someone on the other side of the doorway (whom I can only assume was the owner), he told me they only take $10 off of the repair rate ($89 instead of $99, plus tax). In the alternative, he offered to give me one of those clear stickers to put over the screen if I wanted it to keep it from breaking further. I just wanted them to stand by their product. They didn't. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary with my phone after they repaired it. That I know. I also know that a screen should last longer than 2 weeks (or even 6 months), and that they have $108 for a repair that lasted days. I also know they aren't willing to spend the time to stand by their warranty and made every effort possible to find an excuse to explain why they shouldn't have to honor their promise rather than figuring out how they could. I hope you find this detailed review helpful and choose to take your phone to where ever you believe will make a quality repair that they will stand behind.

I was skeptical when getting my cellphone repaired. I had read negative reviews about other repair places, but then came across NWA and really liked the personal review by someone. I liked that, so I tried them out. I have not been disappointed. They treat you with incredible respect and are very friendly. I have never had to wait for more than an hour and a half for a phone repair, and it only took that long because they had multiple customers in front of me. The price for repair is very reasonable. I have had multiple iPhones (5s & 6) repaired with them: battery problems, faulty charging port, a faulty speaker connection, and screen death as well. Thank you Jeff.
