I went to Neha for laptop computer repair. They fixed the screen, but told me windows was not on the computer anymore although it was before I took it. After expressing my concerns, i was hung up on twice by Mike. He was rude and very unprofessional. I will never take anything to Neha again and I will make sure when referring someone it won’t be there.

always repaired my iphones with them but this experience wasnt so great do not believe it was them but the phones bought a iphone and it started to freeze up on me told me to come back to the store to get a replacement decided to go with a s6 Plus and got home phone worked great intil it went dead and now it will not power on say PHR lock like seriously. will be back in the morining

I had shattered my screen, my phone was still working 100%. I take it to neha to replace the screen and once I left, my phone would go on and off every 20 seconds. I go back the next morning and they tell me that it had nothing to do with them replacing he screen, that it’s just the phone that I have that it must be a software issue and that everyone’s phone is doing that and blaming it on them. Also I had 7 fraud charges on my bank account that same morning over $400. May be a coincident but it seems awfully suspicious to me. Not to mention as soon as I got there all of the employees were eating their breakfast instead of fixing my phone after I told them I need to hurry to get to work. If they can unlock an iPhone they can also steal your password and information off of it. I will not return to this store.

Dropped my phone off to be fixed, was told it qould be done in 2 -3 hours. Went back 3 hours later and he hadn't even started on it. Then theu couldn't find my phone. After searching for awhile they finally found it. Had to stand around waiting for another half hour for it to be fixed. Then he lost my case and had to look for it after I had to ask for them to give me my case back. There was no option for no stars unfortunately.

Terrible!!! Neha Wireless is selling phones that has either been stolen/lost. They want help me out. I bought a iPhone 8+ from them that has been reported stolen/lost. So be careful buying phones from that business. The owner and girlfriend are terrible. Bad business. I’m going to report them also. Terrible business!!!!!

I would have given them five stars but I was lied to. I financed an IPhone 8 Plus. The reason I financed it and didn’t buy it outright was to help build my credit; which I was told twice by two different employees that it would. I contacted Progressive which is the financing company and they told me that they are a lease to own company not a credit, so therefore they do not report to the credit Bureau. So needless to say I’m pretty upset because now I’m overpaying for a phone that won’t build my credit. So fair warning to anybody thinking it will build your credit, it won’t. But it’s pretty easy to get approved to finance a phone.

Before visiting Neha Wireless I was looking for a Reliable HTC Service Center where I can get my water damaged HTC Phone repaired. I was searching for HTC Store from last 5 days. I tried each and every cellphone repair store Near me. But no one was able to fix water damaged phones. Generally, all cellphone store will never pick up your call and they will never call you back. But Neha has an excellent customer care team who answers the call, reply quickly to all messages or chat and gives you call back after fixing the phone. I am highly impressed with the friendly nature of the staff and the high level of customer service. very professional behavior, very friendly, cheapest in the town, all products under one roof like cellphone, computer, game console, nice owner. I will recommend to all my friends please contact Neha Wireless first before going anywhere else.

They were great! replaced the battery in my pixel phone and they are almost impossible to do because the screen is glued down . Very friendly people and the man that owns it is super nice too. While I was waiting for my pixel to get fixed I watched them replace several iPhone screens. If you have an iPhone with a cracked screen they can replace it in about 15 minutes. Give them a try, they're good . If you're ever up in Rector try Farrens BBQ, it's good too.. lol

Just 2 weeks ago, I moved to Jonesboro Arkansas. While I was moving, my iPhone 7 Plus screen got damaged. I thought it would never turn on and I would have to buy a new phone that I can not afford right now. I was looking for apple repair center in jonesboro, but I did not find apple store near me. Then one of my friends recommended me to go to Neha Wireless. Today I am here and I got my screen fixed in just 30 minutes and at a really cheap price. Cinthya is really really nice and sociable. When I am talking to her, it's like talking to a friend. She is very understanding. she checked my iPhone and came to the conclusion that my iPhone can still be repaired. She was very nice and patient with me during the whole repair process. I would say Neha Wireless is the Best Cellphone Store of Jonesboro. :-)

Definitely will not shop here again. Went there today to have them fix a crack in my laptop screen. Older guy with a beard took it and said he'd call in 15 - 30 minutes when he had a pricing on the part. 3 and a half hours go by without a call, so I decide to go back up to the store. Walk in, the store is completely empty. Dude is sitting in a chair, gets up when he sees me, and goes, "Uh, hey, yeah he was just about to call you" and points to the guy sitting in a chair near his, and this guy has piles of paperwork in front of him and is on the phone. Price was $180 - $200 to fix the hairline crack in the screen. I walked out. Lowest possible rating for price and customer service. Oh, and by the way, when I got my laptop back, the crack was even worse. **Update for the Smartass Reply** -- We were a lot more disappointed in your customer service than in the price, although we weren't happy about that either. Waiting 3.5 hours for a call with an empty store? Come on man.

But a friend told me about Neha Wireless so I decided to see what they had to say. Everyone there was so friendly and up beat. I felt like I walked into a friends house. Got an iPhone XS max for $43.80 down last month!!!!! I didn't have a very good CREDIT but still got approved for it. They also have case and screen protector and they will add everything on lease program. I asked the leasing company to postpone the payment date and they were happy to do that with out any late fees. 5 STARS

Best result of nehawireless. If you are getting any problem in your mobile in Jonesboro then Only nehawireless is the shop that can make you agree with 100% Grantee. Tragically, there's not a great deal you can do to about online issues without a more grounded WiFi association or better area. There is an application or two that guarantees to make online speeds speedier, however, let's be realistic, who knows whether that'll work.

Wish I could review their service but I cannot. My trips here from NEA Baptist hospital were a total waste of time. I googled their hours last night and said they opened at 12:30-5... ... Today I stopped in after church around 1pm door locked... I googled their hours (and got different results said 2-5pm)... I wish they would have had their hours posted on the door so I didn't waste second trip... They have no hours posted on website either. (Note: Google maps said one time, Google search said the other. )

Came to fix my wife's Sony phone. Paid $80 for broken screen. Gave me the phone with a crack on the sides said put it in the phone cover and it will be attached to the phone. Guess what... No refunds no guarantee on the job. I will never visit this place again.
