I am from Maine, visiting my grandparents here in Mena and I bought a computer here. Mitchell was very helpful and caring to my needs in a laptop to help me find the right one. He even bubble wrapped it and found a nice case to go with it for extra protection on my flight back home. He helped with changing the operating system from Windows 10 to Windows 7 because I prefer Windows 7 and did not want a laptop that came with Windows 10. Unfortunately, the computer ended up having a motherboard problem, which led to me returning it... but, before I returned it, he kept it for a few hours and tried to see if it was an easy fix. He had offered me a refund or exchange immediately when I came back in, but I had requested that he'd hold onto it and take a look before I return it. He was very apologetic about the situation and wished he could have helped more and I'm sure he would have been able to help more... if I wasn't going back to Maine tomorrow morning. He refunded me quickly and the customer service was absolutely amazing. Can't find a place like this back home in Maine, and I would most definitely recommend him to anyone, even though I left with no computer at the end of the day.
