Person answered the call and said "hello", and before I could even say "hello" back, he says "goodbye" and hangs up the phone. Very unprofessional way to answer the phone. Bad first impression.

Thought I found a reasonable price to repair my broken ALIENWARE laptop screen. Instead what happend, he is hard to get in touch with, his business is run from the worst part of town. I met him to give him the replacement lcd screen and my laptop, off the bat he seems like a knowledgeable guy, he told me he would try to work on it that night and if not the following day no problem which was a friday, weekend passes, dont hear back from him until tuesday, when he texts me with the grammar of middle schooler, and told me that the video cable broke on instillation, and that i should order a new plastic screen cover in his words "it had seen better days" which i had a scuff on the screen and took it as that(which was a lie, he had broken the screen during the "attempted replacement". I send him both parts delivered two days later directly to his business. he gets the parts and texts me the next day to tell me that it wasnt the video cable(so i had ordered it for nothing) he told me EVEN WORSE NEWS he told me the mother board must have a crack in it, I was confused because if that had happened before i gave it to him the whole 80% of the screen that still worked wouldnt have. He told me that it was probably the taking off of the adhesive that cracked the motherboard(I thought he could handle a simple lcd repair) but he insisted that it wasnt his fault, that in fact it must have incurded this damage earlier. so he told me a motherboard was probably the issue, no assurance, no other information besides the fact that i probably shouldnt repair it.... Im in my early 20s and have more professionalism than this guy, I was suprised I got my laptop after 3 WEEKS of texting tag... I would have rather paid someone twice what i should have paid him if it went right just to know for sure was wrong with my laptop, instead i have a 1700 dollar paper weight thanks to this guy

Mike was on time and very professional. He was able to fix my computer problem in a couple hours and cleaned it up so it ran so much better! Definitely call him for anything else I need done

I have used Mr. Oyler for a number of years going back to the early 2000s. In that time I have expanded my business to three different locations. Mike and his guys have assisted me with all of my IT needs. Including my new building erected in 2014. All the while he has been fixing our laptops, wiring our homes for Wi-Fi, helping with countless viruses we keep falling victim to and teaching my kids about the IT business along the way. We consider this gentleman a family member, we've never had a single complaint with his service, he's very reliable. I think everyone out there, after looking at his references and shaking hands with him, will come to the understanding that we have that until he decides not to do this anymore he is our IT professional.
