made my laptop worse taking it here. didnt know how fix it and cracked the case by the screen, then couldnt even admit their mistake. why they opened the screen when it was an issue with the hard drive I have no idea. guess they didnt know that stuff is on the bottom? go somewhere professional, a computer is too expensive/important to leave in the hands of these amateurs.

HALF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FROM THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES! Ben, Parker, Logan, and Spencer are all employees pretending to be customers. THEY HAD OPENED MY LITTLE SISTER'S PICTURES, SHE'S 14 YEARS OLD. WHY WERE THOSE OPENED AND IN QUICK ACCESS??? PERVS!! The owner was yelling and cussing at somebody on the phone. When I came in one of the employees, Morgan I believe, was mocking a mentally disabled child of a customer who had broken a laptop or something. Vulgar language and abuse of a mentally disabled child is BAD customer service. They didn't have any kind of modern hardware that any PC buyer would want. They offer "free evaluations" which involves them telling you they need to charge you for troubleshooting, then they tell you they can't fix it and you have to pay them to get your computer back..... Kind of takes away the "free" part when you just look at it for 2 minutes then push it to another department to charge us for never actually doing any work. Hate to say it but even the Best Buy Geek Squad has these guys beat.

Horrible! I went to their store to ask a few questions about upgrading my home’s network with the intent on buying equipment. Their network guys were “too busy” to answer a few questions. Five minutes worth their time for an easy buck. SMH.

Dishonest reviews and dishonest employees, do you trust them with your expensive electronics? Only people "coming back time and time again" are employees like Logan who get paid to. They ripped off my son's girlfriend and the owner was hateful to her when confronted. PC Doc fixed her laptop for half the price in less than half the time it took M3 to charge her to sit her laptop on the shelf for 2 days. Reported for false reviews/conflict of interest. Having employees pretend to be happy customers just shows how few happy customers you have.

took my pc for their "free evaulation" and they just said they needed me to pay money to figure out what was wrong. the workers seemed to be high/intoxicated, they couldn't remember things i just told them and were slurring their words. i know college kids and dope fiends work cheap but if youre handling expensive items you should drug test and not hire burnouts with no experience. should have listened to the reviews, will go to pcdoc next since they have more reviews and better ratings. 21 years of experience and you need fake reviews to still be one of the worst pc repair shops in town. 'grats
