The team at Gadget Grave is outstanding. They will walk you thru the details of the repair, and complete the repair timely.(same day in our case) We had an iPhone 7plus that had a cracked screen. They disassembled the device and found that the battery had shorted as well due to the cracked screen. Repair was much cheaper than buying a new device and it works just like a new one. Highly recommend the team at Gadget Grave.

“Original parts” more like fake.. Went to get my screen fixed and liquid damage. When I was cleaning my screen so I could put on a glass protector the left corner of my screen cracked with me just cleaning it.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible experience with the company they gave me back a phone twice in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Owner Cole Thornton is a crook and offered a minimal amount to buy my phone they broke and assured me it was the best possible price, looked at their eBay site a week later and they were selling my phone in the same condition I sold it to them for literally three times what he gave me. DON'T SELL THEM YOUR PHONE OR GET ANY REPAIRS HERE!!!!

They are the absolute best! My husband's phone was constantly restarting due to the battery not being able to hold the charge. We realized all the phone needed was a new battery but the cost for a replacement was up to $45- $50. As we were searching for alternatives, we found Gadget Grave! The two gentleman that helped us were efficient and helpful. We paid $27 for the new battery. They also sell unlocked Ipads and other devices for very affordable prices. They sell Otterbox cases $30 and up to regular cases from $12 and up. They keep the store simple, clean, and organized. Best customer service we've had I a long time when it comes to phones!

I went in to trade a brand new phone i purchased elsewere that verizon said would not work on their network. With a family of 6 & everyone having a phone you can imagine how often they see us. They are always so helpful and nice. We've never had a problem and if the phone wasn't repairable then they always have nice/used phones at a very reasonable price. Wow a phone repair store with amazing service and prices? Yep. My iPhone battery was toast so I shopped around for a replacement. Not only did these guys have the best prices but they offered a full phone check as well. They were very courteous and explained what they were doing along the way. I came back the next day to a phone with a brand new battery and a generous coupon which I quickly cashed in on. They even took the slight bend out of my phone. Taylor was the manager on site that day and he and the other gentleman were great. Clearly a well run business with plans to stick around.

Took an iPhone to be fixed. They were upfront and honest about what it needed and let me decide of it would be worth the cost to repair because issue could arise again. Decided not to get it fixed. They were cool enough to recover all my data from the broken phone so it didn't lose it. Thought it was great customer service to help even though I didn't pay to have it fixed. Evan took the time to take care of it for us. Really appreciate that type of service especially when he / they didn't have to. Service 10 out of 10!

I am so thankful to GadgetGrave Bentonville. I took my phone in for a charging port replacement as none of the cables I used would stay in correctly. I expected to pay over $100. The quote was even less than that but better still, he plugged in a genuine Samsung charger cord and it worked fine. And that same charger cable that Verizon charges like $30 for, they only charged me $10. This is one business I believe has my best interest in mind rather than just making a buck. This is the way all businesses should be run. Nothing against this business whatsoever but in my experience, don't buy a used phone. I bought a Note 3 then Note 4 with the Note 8 being out, they became so slow as to be unusable. The explanation by the Verizon dude was that each OS upgrade requires more power and eventually the phone can't keep up. Just something to ponder.

I’ve had them fix a couple of devices for me. They usually do a pretty good job and are reasonably priced. They are not great about communicating the status of your repair. I have been told more than once that something I’ve left there would be fixed “by the end of the day” only to go pick it up the next morning and be told that it’s not done yet. That seems to happen frequently. The last phone I dropped off had to be repaired three different times. Once for the issue I brought it in for, once for a part that they broke during the repair, and once more to replace a defective part from the previous repair. To their credit, they warrantied the last two repairs. They had that phone for almost a month all told and it required at least eight trips to their shop from the first time it was dropped off to the last time it was picked up You guys need to understand that your customers time is valuable. I don’t have time to keep coming by because I’m told that a phone will be fixed by a certain time only to find that it’s not done yet whenever I get there. You do good work but you wasted tons of my time because you didn’t give me a realistic timeline for a repair or notify me when you couldn’t meet the timeline you’d given me. That’s why I’m giving you three stars.
