My iPhone had a cracked screen and the head phone jack was not working correctly. I took it to CPR and literally within a few minutes they had replaced both. My iPhone is working great! I also purchased an iPhone charger. After that experience, I have recommended CPR to family and friends. I think it is the best cell phone repair business in NW Arkansas.

I actually brought in a broken Wii U gamepad which had a shattered screen. They gladly accepted it. They ordered the piece and replaced it, looked good as new. Price was about what I expected. When we got back home, we discovered one of the buttons wasn't working. I called them up and they said bring it on back. They ordered another part and fixed the button and didn't charge me for the part or the labor. He said it himself, "I stand by my work." Exceptional service and quality and happy to do the work. These are my new goto guys for any device issues.

I have never written a review before, but I am writing this one to say that this is the right place to take your phone for repair. Don't even question it. I looked up a few local places to get my phone's charging port fixed. I was worried about getting ripped off. However, Dylan was the best. CPR was the right choice. They did the best job for the the absolute best price. I'm very pleased. God bless Dylan and CPR!

Checked out my phone, diagnosed something was wrong with the mother board. Dylan (sp?) was awesome. He walked me through a couple options, and even recommended that I contact my provider before making a decision. Result is that a new phone (free of charge) is in the mail from my provider - CPR is a throw back to when businesses cared about their clients for sure!

After speaking on the phone to tech people and then going into the AT&T store for help, someone suggested I check out this place. I was told my phone was completely dead elsewhere. These guys spent less than 10 minutes with my phone & had it up and going like normal. They made suggestions for saving important data not saved & they showed me how to fix it should it happen again. They wouldn't let me pay them anything! They were beyond awesome, smiling & happy to have made a stranger's day. I'm so grateful for these guys. What a blessing!

Amazing experience! I bought a New Nintendo 3DS XL off of eBay and the screws were stripped beyond belief. After unsuccessful attempts to contact the seller, I brought my device here. Not only did he remove the stripped screws, but he replaced them, too. He did all of this for FREE! I was in and out in 10 minutes. They've earned a new customer!

My phone would literally not stop vibrating. I was told it was something they had never seen before, but they offered to take out the vibration motor for me. In less than 15 minutes they had my phone back to working condition and did not charge me a dime. Great customer service at this location! Extremely pleased with this place! I had a battery in my iphone that wouldn't hold it's charge and they had it replaced in like an hour and a half. Been about a month since getting the new battery and it's working like a brand new phone! I probably bought myself another 2 years with this phone, which is great because we all know how expensive it is to get a new smartphone! Best $50 I've spent in a while! In addition to that my husband's charge port wouldn't stay connected to the charger. I told him to take it to CPR! Turns out all it needed was a good cleaning, they cleaned the port out for him no charge! So happy with the place!

Absolutely fantastic I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Charger port for my iPhone wasn’t working. The guy took it in the back and cleaned and it fixed and it and said it was a simple fix and never charged me a dollar. Hell of a phone repair store. Honest fellas tried to give them money and wouldn’t take it. I wish I could put 10 stars instead of 5.

If they say they can work on your Nintendo DS or any variant, ignore them. I gave them my 3DS XL and not only did they not fix it, but made it worse. Also they didn't bother telling me about it until I called them 2 weeks later. I got it back and worked on it myself later and noticed that it was also missing a couple parts. They wanted to charge me over a hundred dollars to fix something that I fixed myself for under $20. Rip off. These guys just watch YouTube DIY videos. You can do the same at better quality at a fraction of the cost.

There guys are great. They fixed my S4 quickly and at a good price. Then, when it would not charge afterwards, they replaced the charge port at no cost while I waited. Great service. I hope to never need them again, but will go to them if I need repair work done.

So I walk in Saturday thinking my charging port was broken but the employee at CPR told me it was just dirty. He cleaned it and I was on my way. NO CHARGE and NO LIES. Monday I found my old 6s with a busted screen walked in after work and same guy says he can repair it in 30 to 40 minutes, he does it 20 minutes. Are you freaking kidding me. I just sat down and he’s done. They have my respect as a company and will have my business for life.

These guys are cool. My phone got real wet last night and I had to put it in rice and a rice piece got stuck in my auxiliary port. They took 10 minutes to clear the port of the rice piece that got stuck in the port and did not charge me anything for their labor. I would recommend them to anyone because they know the value of their labor and time

This was not a good experience, while at the onset they had good prices and it seemed they fixed the issue quite quickly. When we got the Ipads home (2 needed screens replaced), one of the Ipads screen is blinking on and off. We took the Ipad back (in perfect shape) he told us the next day it had been dropped and the screen was cracked again. They should not have taken the Ipad back for warranty repair if the screen was cracked (it was not). They refused to fix it under warranty claiming it was dropped, they offered to fix it for half price I opted to write this review instead. Poor service I would not recommend this service shop.

The prices on used androids are ridiculous. The customer service is terrible please avoid them if you value quality or service. Big waste of time. No matter what phone I asked about they tried to sell me an iPhone. I checked amazon for the phone I was looking for and it was 500 dollars cheaper. They are just scam artist.
