Took my son’s broken phone and they fixed it and installed tempered glass. The first week the tempered glass was cracked. Took it back in they charged me $10 to install the new tempered glass. Next week it barely fell in the floor and the whole screen breaks again as well as the tempered glass. Take it in and they then offer us a stronger OEM screen at a higher cost but couldn’t warranty the screen and asked if I could just get the tempered glass and I would install as to not be charged the $10 install fee and they said the $10 would be charged anyway to send the tempered glass in. In my experience they use really cheap parts and haven’t taken pride in their work. In my experience I’ve never had this much trouble with a replacement phone screen and do not waste your money on their tempered glass they offer. They take no pride in their work.

I was not impressed when I went in after I had called about a quote. They told me they would have to see which screen I would need and I was showing him my phone then he just starts taking my phone apart no explanation. I would say I didn't like they way the explain anything to you if they had explained anything in the first place. I'm not overly tech savvy but I'd rather have it explained why you're taking my phone apart (let alone not powering it off properly i.e. he just took it apart and pulled the battery whole my phone was still on) and looked online to get a brand new phone $80 they wanted $50 to replace the glass on my screen (what I was told over the phone)

My iPhone had a cracked screen and the head phone jack was not working correctly. I took it to CPR and literally within a few minutes they had replaced both. My iPhone is working great! I also purchased an iPhone charger. After that experience, I have recommended CPR to family and friends. I think it is the best cell phone repair business in NW Arkansas.

Taken phones and tablets in. Tends to take shot a week to get parts for older devices. We've had a couple devices on low battery that they fixed but wouldn't charge up. They charged for us when plugged into a show charger attached to a computer.

Terrible, my boyfriend and I went there to get his phone screen fixed and we had also asked for them to clean the phone. They said it would take about an hour, so we went off to go shop then came back and picked up his phone. He paid nearly $200 for this. Then later that night we went out with some friend and left our phones in the car. Came back to the car and smelt something burning. We quickly figured out that the “new” phone screen that CPR put on there wasn’t put on there correctly, actually it was barely on there. We could lift up the screen. And they didn’t clean his phone like what we had paid for and his phone actually cooked it’s self. My boyfriend never had any problems with his phone, just a cracked screen. But the one time we take it to CPR his phone cooks it’s self and caused him to have to buy a brand new phone. We called CPR to see if they could do anything about it and they were nothing but rude to us. Telling us that it was our problem and that they didn’t do anything to it. And then HUNG UP on us in our mid sentence. We were calm and respectful the entire time. Never coming here again. And I highly recommend that you don’t either. Still want our money back.

Worst experience I've ever had. My screen has been replaced twice. First time it was fine except they broke my front facing camera. Second time my screen is already falling off my phone. How does a screen fall off of one's phone when you all are suppose to "experienced" workers? The customer service isn't bad, except when it comes to calling your customers back. You all are lazy in that department. I'm really disappointed especially after paying about $200.00 for a screen.

Dropped my new Samsung Galaxy before I was able to put a case on it. The entire back-side of the phone was shattered. Looking around the internet, I read it was probably going to cost in the neighborhood of $200 or more to ship it back to Samsung for repairs. CPR did it for $50. I brought it in during lunch and it was fixed before the hour was over.

Paid way to much for the work done. Two days after i got my phone back the screen starts to come off. The left side of my screen barely works i have to push down for it to read my input, which makes typing this message a hassle btw. Since then my screen had cracked from i guess where it went to separate from poor installation and where it was actually sealed. Was told the only thing different would be the Samsung logo marked out but I cannot alter the screen brightness which can be annoying often which they didn't mention. I am not satisfied with the work and I am not happy with the amount that I paid to get the screen fixed. Samsung Galaxy J3 6V.

Just left this place and wanna say.....they are so knowledgeable and we're highly recommended. Now I know why, they are honest and didn't just try to get over on us not knowing much about the phone. Explained in a fee minutes why the phone was acting up...easy fix ....great service....will come back here for all my phone problems.

They don't match pricing. I went in to get my screen repaired for my iPhone 6. That was going to cost me $130. I told the person that was helping me that the price everywhere else $109 is. Even going to an Apple store is $109. I am not sure how you will stay in business if you cannot even match premium retailers. Very disappointing, also not friendly...

I had dropped my phone and the back button on the bottom of the phone (a Galaxy S5 Active) had come loose and actually got jammed underneath the screen a little bit. I took it here and within roughly 15 minutes the tech in the back was able to put the button back in place and the screen. Luckily no damage to the screen and when I asked how much it'll cost they told me nothing. At first I didn't believe him but he was not joking so at least from a customer service standpoint they are excellent. That was my first time in there and if I ever have another mishap I'll be sure to take it here first.

My iPhone wouldn't take a charge anymore. The battery was dead and I was scared that I would have to buy a new one. I called the Phone Guys, stopped by over lunch, and they were able to clean out all the gunk in the battery port and got it working again. It took 5 minutes and they didn't charge me a cent. Went in due to water damage and they had to replace LCD screen paid $205 for my phone not to work correctly and they pretty much wash their hands with you if you have any issues. The speaker doesn't work nor does the vibrate mode and the ear piece jack, the LCD screen flickers and they said they can't do anything about it but they can take your money and offer no refunds or anything. I will never refer anyone to this place and I would recommend that if you're considering using them check out another phone repair company! Horrible customer service!

Highly recommend this place. My phone screen was shattered and broken off of the phone but the phone still worked, you could still here my text ring. Took it to a different phone repair place first and they told me they could put a screen on but the frame was bent so it would be $90 and possibly not work. Walked a couple doors down to CPR and they put a replacement screen on within 10mins and the phone worked like normal and only costed $20. Will definitly come back if i ever have any phone problems! I went in a few weeks ago to get tempered glass put on my iPhone 6 and Marshal was very quick to get it put on for me. Only to come find out I would be back because I broke the glass. Marshal again with no hesitation was quick to help me, as I was in there I mentioned that my computer needed to be updated and I had no idea how to do. He then offered to help me with that as well! I got my computer back today and couldn't be happier with the service that has been provided for me by Marshal all of the times I have gone in there. I came here to get my screen fixed on my iPhone, which was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. First off the men that work here are incredibly rude and awful communicators. After spending way too much on getting my screen fixed it ended up ruining my phone. The way the screen was placed on my phone was done poorly, you could touch the screen and feel that it was barely on. The biggest issue was that whenever I tried touching my phone to text or really anything it wouldn't work. It could take me 15 minutes to send one text just tying to get my phone to feel my touch. I came back to get a new screen and it was even worse than the first. I eventually came back to get a refund and ended up going to Iphixshop on Walton, which is amazing. They fixed my screen and all the issues for a CHEAPER price. I encourage anyone with cracked screens not to go to The Phone Guys because of the rude men that work here and there sad service. Go to Iphixshop you will not be disappointed there!!!!!!!!

Got my iPhone 6 fixed Friday for $90 and by Monday it messed up lines came up on my phone so I took it in the guy said “ oh you dropped it so it physical damage and we can’t fix it unless you pay” like what ?! My phone died 5 days ago. It wouldn't charge OR turn on. 5 DAYS!! I took it to The Phone Guys in Rogers on my lunch. Went back after work and they got it working! Turns out all it needed was a hard boot. Yay! Marshall was terrific! There was no charge and he gave me info on transferring data off my phone and other ways to keep a phone healthy! Absolutely horrible place. Beware! There's a "clause" that they can break your phone more and not be responsible for it. Brought my broken screen to be replaced. Even though the screen was broken the home button worked fine. When we picked it up the phone the home button no longer worked. They ordered a new screen because they said that was the issue?? They replaced the screen again and the home button still did not work. They then told me that it needed to be completely refreshed due to the screen being replaced as it could be a software glitch. I went home and did the full refresh which did nothing. The rep told me at this point that it happens sometimes and either they can order me a new home button which means I will no longer have the fingerprint ability (apparently an issue with the new iPhones) as it will no longer work with a new home button or basically I could just live with not having a home button. Interesting enough the fingerprint scanner still works but the home button does not. I said this was unacceptable and that they would need to replace my phone to which they stated there was a "clause" in what we signed (which is a digital signature reader with no screen!) that they are not responsible if they break it more. I explained that all he told us the signature was for was to allow them to open our phone. To which he responded we have the rules laminated on a piece of paper on the counter which they never showed us but was apparently what we were signing. I asked to speak to the manager who doesn't work weekends and left my name and number to be called as I was going out of town. They never called. I returned the following weekend to call again asking why I was never contacted to which he said he remembers me and he would take another message?? Really?? I understand you are very needing when your screen breaks and may be willing to take this risk but the lack of upfront communication, the bs reasons the phone was acting up, the lack of customer service and overall fact they can break your phone at no risk to them is ridiculous. Even if the "clause" is normal at all screen repair businesses I highly implore you to not use this establishment based on there horrible business etiquette.

Went to the phone guys to get my phone fixed took almost three hours to get a new screen put on my phone, when I received my phone the screen was flickering and one of the screens to hold the screen on wasn't even put back in all the way, I took it back o them hoping to resolve the problems but I found no resolution as they told me there was nothing they could do about the screening flickering. I thought that was the end of my problems little did I know that they didn't even put on the tempered glass I had paid for! After finally cracking my screen I took it to Digital Java across the road from them to have it repaired and when they were replacing the glass they told me there was three screws missing from my internals that they had to replace and said specifically that whoever had taken the phone apart last time clearly didn't know what they were doing. Very pleased with my visit to Digital Java only took them 30 minutes to replace the screen and pit my missing screws in for free.

CPR Cell Phone Repair Rogers, AR was an all around Great Experience. My iPhone had completely stopped accepting charge and thus stopped working. The representative that helped me quickly determined the problem and corrected the issue. Phone was back on in just a few quick minutes. He also tested to make sure the problem wouldn’t repeat after I left the store. Due to it being such a minor and easy fix(though still a fix I did not possess the know-how to execute) they notified me that they do not charge for that service. This was quite the surprise since moments before I was weighing my options of whether or not to pay for a costly repair or purchase an even more costly new phone. An all around great experience!

Called to get the charing port fix. They said ya we can do that we can have it done in 15 mins. So we take it down there and the guy said oh it'll be 2 hours the other guy don't come in till 11. So we left came back at 2. And they said were almost done it'll be a min. So we waited another hour and still not done by the 3rd hour. We had to leave for another appointment. We never got a call so we called back at 6 and he said that it was on the managers desk and he's gone for the day and he's out of the building tomorrow. Next Day- we went back down there and said the battery is no good and not the keeping a charge. So we walked over to the battery Store and got a battery. Come to find out they NEVER changed out the charging port to the new one. Went back to the phone guys and he's like um I don't know what the other guy was doing... so they change the port out. Go back to the battery Store to get the battery and the charging port still don't work. I went back to the phone guy and told them it don't charge. They took it back and did something to it. We got the new battery in and now it's finally working. They did give us a discount for the service. What makes me more mad about the whole thing is THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION.
