The tech, Jonathan, was very knowledgeable, courteous and very customer oriented. He made the transition from one phone to the other very simple and quick. After my first visit when CPR replaced my shattered iPad mini screen in one day, I decided this would be my "go to" shop for all things electronic. A couple of days ago Jonathan helped me again. This time to remove all my data from an older model iPad mini so that I could give it to my grandson, with parental supervision I should add. He did it while we waited. Awesome! Even my 8 year-old grandson was impressed. He made the comment, "This store is really cool. It's so organized and that guy really knows what he's doing." In addition Jonathan talked about the same games my grandson plays. As for me, they might as well have been speaking in a foreign language! I also dropped off my iPad mini to have him look at the home key on my iPad mini. The next day it was fixed at no cost as it was determined it should have been taken care of when they replaced the shattered screen. What great customer service! It's not just for phones. Computers, tablets, gaming systems, etc. Check 'em out!

I used to work for one of the three major tech companies headquarters... so I am skeptical when it comes to third-party repair places, but let me say I am super impressed with CPR at this location. The knowledge and ability to repair complex issues (not just batteries and screens) is very high! The transparency in communication and lack of pride or attitude is refreshing! And the customer service, looking out for you and your needs, is above and beyond my expectations. I can’t recommend this place enough for any cell phone repair you may need.

Went and had my phone fixed last week and it took about 20 mins and my phone was back to normal! The guy who fixed my phone (sorry didn’t catch a name) was very polite and helpful.

I had no idea that phone batteries were different until I came here and got one installed on my iPhone 8+. The tech even showed me the difference in power on the batteries and I couldn't believe how much less I was getting. Now my phone will last the entire day and then some.
