I completely shattered the back glass of my iphone 8 and I called around to a couple places and no one said they could fix it except for Cell Phone Repair. I took my phone in and every single person working was extremely nice! It took longer than expected to fix but that’s because it was the back glass. When I picked up my phone it worked great and then I realized that one of the volume buttons was stuck. I took the phone back in and they quickly fixed the button! Overall, they did a great job and had outstanding customer service. Would recommend to anyone with a broken phone.

My daughter shattered the screen on her iPhone so badly it wouldn't work at all. She took it to CPR for a free diagnostic appointment, fearing the phone was completely ruined or that she would get ripped off on the repair cost. Trevor was her technician and he was outstanding. He replaced the screen and got everything working again very quickly, and at a price that was lower than expected. I highly recommend him and this store.

Today was my 2nd time going there I loved everything about them as soon as you walk through the door it’s an immediate how may I help you ?..I had something minor wrong with my phone but they took the time to fix the problem & let me know every step of the way what they were doing I love it ! In the past I have always been treated very nice but I made the mistake of walking in to the store a couple of minutes before it opened at 10.00am! I didn’t know that they were not open since their doors were unlocked I was told they were not open yet so I went back to my car to set til I was allowed in after I was sent back outside. A older couple also walked up to go in as I was going back outside to wait and they took care of them and turned on their open sign. I had already spoke to the lady that has always took care of me in the past. I was told $ 88.00 to replace the glass on my I phone 8 front glass but when I went there today I was told it would cost 99.99 and was treated very rude. I will say Iam glad they didn’t make the older couple wait in the heat and went on and took care of them cause iam disabled senior and waiting in the heat is hard.

I went to one of those ubreak phone guy places and was told my iPhone was unrepairable so I thought I’d give this place a try and within 15 minutes my phone was brought back to life, all data intact! These guys are amazing! I also recommend that liquid glass with the screen repair guarantee as I’ve already used it once and got my iPhone 8+ repaired for free!

I had no idea that phone batteries were different until I came here and got one installed on my iPhone 8+. The tech even showed me the difference in power on the batteries and I couldn't believe how much less I was getting. Now my phone will last the entire day and then some. My phone randomly shut down and was showing it was restarting for about 2 hours but it never did restart, just spinning. A friend told me that CPR Cell Phone Repair in Jacksonville AR had fixed her phone so I headed there. In about 10 minutes they had my phone going and I was back on the road. Very satisfied with their service. I will go back there for my repairs and recommend my friends to do the same.
