We are not happy for many reasons. Just the quality of the product, service I received, but you get what you pay for. Its definitely the dollar store of cellular repair. I got a crack screen fixed, was told it was warrantied. I called them bc when I got home it was not even on the phone squarely, the corner was lifted up.they say they will have to charge me to fix it. These guys dont have any communication, I am not going back . I decided to call and ask as tho I was checking on the price to fix another phone every price was different, I was even quoted a completely different price. Then 4 month's later, my boss comes in to tell me he broke his screen and he took it to this place . I said oh no!! Well it was not fixed, he tried to use it the screen ended up with lines thru it he took it back it was missing screws, so they have him credit for another phone. JUST a RIP!

This place screws over college students!! Don't send your kid here get something fixed. They may do many of them right, but when they do one wrong, they point their fingers at each other and won't make it right. My daughter had $700 iPhone that is now junk!! She had a cracked screen, everything worked fine. They all checked it before she left it. Then when she gets it back, screen isn't on right, there's a different 'home' button and it freezes and won't work. She went to MacStore and 2 different AT&T stores. All 3 said that they didn't replace with the correct screen or home button. After 4 visits to the store they finally refunded her money but not before they took their crappy wrong screen off and replaced with her old cracked screen. Nice folks huh? After they assured me on the phone that they would make it right. They made it worse. She has a cracked screen that now has loose sharp edges and her phone is worse than before.

Got my Note 3 glass ordered, and got the glass specialist to drive from Springdale to their Fayetteville location just for me the day after I came in. The fix is clean, professional and at a fair price.

Had a cracked screen on my phone, so I brought it there to fix it. I paid $160 for them to fix the screen. They said they'd call when they were finished. 3 weeks later I called and asked if they were done. They said, "oh yeah, we couldn't fix it." Then when I went to get the phone and refund, they couldn't find the phone initially. When they finally found it, they weren't going to give me a refund until I asked for it. When I asked for the refund, they acted confused and asked what I paid, and when I paid it. After a bit of poking around, I finally got the refund. They've completely lost my trust because I feel I would've been screwed over if I hadn't been proactive about the situation. I will find another company next.

I came in the other day after getting water in my Iphone 6 Plus screen. I had gone to the Simple Mac store in Rogers, Arkansas before this believing that they would be the perfect people to go to in this case. However, they sent me away without much consideration of how to fix my problem. I went to The Phone Guys on MLK after and the man who was working was so nice and helpful right off the bat. He explained everything that he could do and any problems that may arise. He put my phone through a water damage treatment that only took about 4-5 hours so I was also able to pick it up before they closed. He even gave me an amazing discount. My phone looks so much better and is thankfully still working! I wanted to take the time to right this review to show my appreciation for them! Hopefully I won't have a reason to look for a repair service again, but if I do, I am definitely coming here!

Don't get your MacBook battery replaced here. I called on the phone and asked if they could replace the battery in my Macbook Pro. They said they could and it would only take a day. I brought it in and the guy behind the counter told me it would actually take 3-5 days, and that they would call me when it was ready. 5 business days pass. I call them. I had to wait a bit, but they finally got back to me and told me it would be a couple more days because they hadn't even ordered the battery yet. 3-5 more days. They would call me when it was ready. 5 more days pass. No call. It had been two full weeks. My job requires near constant connection to a computer, and I'm freaking out. I call up there and they said they would have it tomorrow and they would call me when it was ready. Guess what? No call all day, so I call an hour before they close. They have it ready. $130, no discount or apology offered. I was furious but was just ready to be done. Immediately the new battery acts funny, only lasting about 45 minutes full-charge. Within a month I can't use my MacBook without having it plugged in. Now, 3 months later, my MacBook won't turn on or charge. I don't know who I can trust in the area with my computer. But I know who I can't.

While, The Phole Guys, celluar repair shop was proficent at thier job, this should be your last restort. I went to them for a repair of my Samsung GS4 digitizer screen and glass screen. The work is superb, but way too pricey. A digitizer screen with a front glass plate will run you around $150 depending where you go. And they charge me $245 roughly to gather the materials and repair. Orginally, I thought nothing of this because I believe this to be a harder procedure than a simple front plate repair. Well today, my screen broke because of this typicall case, the life proof nuud case, donot recommend this case for this model by the way. But thankfully, the front glass plate was the only thing broken this time. Well satisfied with the Phone Guys work I gave them a call again to see how much to repair the glass plate on my screen. And I was stunned they quoted $125 plus tax, now I am done. Beforehand, I look up the instructions on how to replace the front glass plate, it was a simple procedure that takes a 30mins to 45mins top to complete. And the instructions told me how and what materials to buy and I spread my research through google and youtube. And I can procure all the materials for under $60 dollars. So, what was I am paying for? The convience of them doing and time it is done, while the Springdale store has all equipment the Fayetteville store seems to only carry the iphone materials and tools. And while convienant to have it done the same day, this is definitely not worth double the price from buying the whole replacement kit, and finding a certified person to hire off the books.

First of all, The Phone Guys helped my son when he cracked his phone screen at a concert. They had his phone fixed the same day. I was disappointed that after a full week, my screen was not in. I don't have that rare of a cell phone. Given free two day shipping, I am sure someone forgot to order my screen. I would have given 4 stars if the time had been as promised. The reason I would not have given five stars even if the repair had bee on time is this reason: The other problem for me is that no screen protectors were offered for sale. Could have made that sale had you had one. I don't think a repair serviced should balk at keeping stock. I bought this phone in 2018, so I feel the shop should have stocked a standard, hardened screen protector. Staff was polite and professional.

I brought my computer in one morning and told the worker my power supply went bad and I need a new one installed. They could have easily just slapped a new one in there and charged me for parts and labor, but they noticed that my power supply wasn't the issue. There was corrosion on the back of my motherboard. They informed me of the issue, saved me a good bit of money and now I know what the real problem is. Very quick and professional service.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. My Mac won’t turn on. Took it in for repair. Charged me $32 for diagnosis and 3 days later they called to tell me they couldn’t find what’s wrong. That’s just great. I never received the diagnosis money back either for their failure. Waste of time and money! *Update* Took it to the Megabyte store at rogers and they fixed my mac for $50.

This place is a joke, all I needed was a LCD screen replacement, but ever since they put in a new LCD in my phone, more and more problems have come up. They said all of my issues were because my phone was "bent". Later, I found my phone was being overheated and they said it was caused by the battery, when it's only at 10% battery wear level. After they changed my battery they still didn't resolve my overheating issue. Then they said it was because my LCD screen was not compatible. Later, they said it was a motherboard issue. My phone has been opened by them at least 6 7 times. They did give me a refund in the end. I went to Apple to get it checked out and found out that due to poor handling by the "Phone Guys," my volume control was damaged. Apple also told me that my motherboard was damaged because of ESD (electrostatic discharge) that the "Phone Guys" made my phone vulnerable to. I ended up having to get a new phone.

We took our PlayStation in to get it fixed and have had to return it 3 times now to fix it again! This time one of the workers told me that I just need to be more careful in an extremely rude way. When I dish out $120 on a tiny piece that needs to be fixed I expect it to stay fixed. Not have to take it back every two weeks to get it worked on again and be treated like an idiot.

So now the phone holds the charge longer. And he also explained what indicates the need for a new battery. Great service - and a free visit! My phone was having charging issues, and I was concerned about the status of my battery as well. Rather than sell me a battery I didn’t need, the technician told me my battery life was good and didn’t need to be replaced for a few more months. He then cleaned out the charging port while I waited...for free! So thankful for these guys, their honesty, and their great care for their customers.

By far the best repair center in NWA! I was having a major technical issue with my iPhone's camera, but when I contacted Apple, they said it was just a glitch in the system and to simply reboot it. Of course that did nothing. All the other local competitors said that it would take a week's time to either ship it out or order the correct parts. CPR was able to fix it on site in less than thirty minutes. Now my camera works perfectly and even has a lifetime warranty. Thank you for the excellent service, CPR!

Went in to get my screen replaced, everything went good but on the corner of the screen it felt the screen wasnt fully put it. The next day, i lightly dropped my phone at my home(which was in a fully protected case) and the whole screen popped out, i went into the store and the gentlemen there said he would glue it back in. He did that, but shortly after it started popping out again. Pretty poor quality for having to pay $167 to get my screen fixed.

I love that they didnt give me false expectations. I have a Moto Z2 Play. Nobody wanted to fix my screen, until CPR. It had a slight bend to it as well and I was advised that they would do their absolute best but it may pop back off. They told me to put it into a case that snaps in and approved the otterbox found. Basically, they were polite, fast, and efficient.

I reached out to them Sunday through their website over the weekend to inquire about getting a repair done on my 2DS XL. (Their website says that they do consoles as well as phone and computer repairs) Expected a response Monday or Tuesday, as they closed on Sundays. No response this morning, so I try to call. I have now called three different times and still have had no one answer. If anyone from the company sees this, please respond. I’d love to try to work this out. UPDATE: So, I did get a call from this location 3 days after sending my inquiry in. The gentleman on the phone was incredibly pleasant. Only issue is, I had called again Tuesday and finally got an answer to my question. They were very professional and forth coming in both interactions, but it would have just been better if the response was more timely and I wouldn't have had to call so much to get an answer.

Went here to get my shattered screen replaced in September which cost me $125. It worked fine for a little over a month. It then start being delayed briefly and seemingly randomly I just figured it was due to my battery being low wasn't really a big deal. Around the end of Nov. the begins of Dec it started to become completely non responsive for short periods of time and slowly it became pretty much a dead screen. Took the phone back to them and it turns out the screen is bad. Now they're telling me there's nothing they can do because my Warranty is up. I've never dropped this phone there's not a single scratch on my screen. But since it's barely over 90 days when I got it fixed I'm screwed. Thanks Phone Guys for this piece of crap of a screen.

I have a Microsoft Surface laptop that I dropped and cracked the screen. Best Buy told me they don’t work on these bc of proprietary system in Microsoft. I couldn’t turn it on to get my data off. These guys were able to turn my laptop on and extract my files to transfer to my new laptop. They charged me half of what another company quoted. I’m so grateful bc I had my photos from my children and family, plus tons of professional photos that I use for work.

Overall great customer service and good prices, but they broke my phone. After they replaced the glass on my screen, the touchscreen wouldn't work anymore. According to professionals it was caused by them putting the glass on incorrectly and causing dirt to build up under the screen. So, good with people, but not the highest quality phone repairs.

Got my Iphone 6 plus screen replaced here for $201 dollars. A few weeks after my Touch ID on my phone stopped working. Went back a little while after that, and spent an hour and a half in the store for them to tell me they cant do anything to fix it. Myphones Unlimited has better service. Go there.

I got my iPhone 8 screen fixed on a Friday, but by Sunday morning I sat down on my couch, my phone hit a tv remote in my own pocket and cracked. This store uses low quality screens that crack easily so you have to come back for another repair. NEVER come here.

My dad gave me an iPhone 5 and said I could have it if I got the screen fixed. He took it to some guy in LR and $250 later it had a new screen but wouldn't respond to touch. I took it to the Phone Guys and they told me I needed a new digitizer and had it replaced within 20 minutes or so. It was pretty affordable, for $120. I went several places like the AT&T store and Verizon, among others and they had the cheapest tempered glass screens, and have student discounts. Today, my boyfriend took his phone in because it was having a hard time charging for over a week. They cleaned it up, got it charging and didn't charge him at all. The staff is friendly, polite, and prompt. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just recently got my screen fixed after cracking it a few weeks ago. Went in last week and was told it would be $100, then went in today and he said $115. When I explained I was priced differently last time he said I can pay less for a screen without scratch protection. No biggie, just glad I talked to the other guy first! My phone looks great and it only took 30 minutes! Also their cases are over priced and non-returnable-- get them on amazon and save $15-30.

Just an overall bad experience here. My iPhone 8 Plus was fixed for double what I should have paid. When I got the phone back, the coloring on the screen was off, and I was charged AGAIN for a part to my phone that I was originally told would add no additional cost. In addition to all of this, the screens they use to repair phones with are very poor quality, and mine cracked in my pocket a month later. I took it to a different repair service, and he's taking care of me for half the price and fixing the discoloration on my screen that CPR told me could not be fixed. There are much better options around Fayetteville.
