Went in to get a quote. he started asking me about my ancestry -. When you are mixed you have family with all shades of colors. Very disrespectful to read a book by its cover. I guess he was trying to teach me about black people Truth is I am black and white proud of my family. And yes I did READ Him this doesn't make me feel proud - I am just human When I read the reviews I can't believe others have seen the same bad - disrespectful - dirty in and out the business You would have never guessed it from driving by the building on Baseline Road several times a day But let's get back to the business. I made the stop at his business for a quote. And I never received a quote. I come from family black owned business in Helena. I am 55. I see why people don't go to black business. They forget how to give respect to their customer First thing I noticed was a dirty parking lot with two old van with the company logo One with the window out. Walking in I noticed him is eating. Never made me fill safe or welcome or said Welcome to my business. If he had just answered my questions - this low rate and review would not be here Another thing I have a BA from philander Smith and a MA from Webster university. Why do my black business owner have to be so unprofessional. Next time if you do nothing else please make your customer fill welcome as well as safe when they take their time to walk into your business You let your money walk right back out your door. His business Looks nothing like the pictures, it is very un organized..A friend took my computer to Maxwell, and when we were never called to pick up my computer, we went to check on it, and he couldn't locate the computer, and he allowed me to look through the clutter for my computer. He looked at his cameras and realized that he had given my computer to the wrong person, and I am still without a computer because doesn't know who he gave it to, and he refuses to replace it. DO NOT USE HIM!!

Hung up on me. Asked if they repaired power ports. Walked in the store 10 min later and its not busy and looks organize. Obviously dude takes money from low income fams with no tech knowledge. I usually wait till after service but dude obviously can pick and choose who to be stuck up to. Good luck

Budi was super friendly and helpful in getting a network chip replaced on my laptop motherboard. He was able to successfully diagnose my problem, and amazingly had the parts on hand to correct the issue. Will be going back here for future PC problems. Highly recommend.

I've lived in little rock all my life and have been seeing this store since I was a little boy. I wanted to believe in this guy but he ended up letting me down after all that talk. Worst 400 dollars I ever spent. Claimed he had been doing grillz for years but i purchased one that I haven't even worn but once and already its fading and has a greenish color to it. I TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF IT. Not to mention i took it to be inspected after he claimed it was 14k but its completely FAKE and he claims he gets them from Texas so no refunds...No more "support your local business" for me and you can thank MAXWELL for that.

He is ok. Not the best. Took the wifi off my laptop when I brought it for him to take care of the virus. I had to bring it back and wait for him to put it back on. Believe he goes through pictures and what not. Wish he could do a lot better.

I will be reporting him to BBB also. And please go check out his reviews on YouTube. I have my whole experience with him in the comments below. Run!! He will damage your technology and lie like he didn't do it!!

So I went here to get my phone screen fixed, because he told me he would fix it in the same day. He told me from the jump it would only take an hour and a half to fix my phone screen. I come back and he says it won’t be ready till tomorrow ( keep in mind this was on Tuesday). Everyday until today he promised it would be ready later that day or “tomorrow”. It ended up taking 3 days instead of the hour and a half he promised and gave my some bs lie about the screens not making it. What kind of repair shop doesn’t stay stocked up on materials? No wonder this place is hanging by a thread.

Great guy. Reasonable prices. 40 bucks to fix most anything. If there's a problem he'll take care of it. Last time I was in, I had 2 computers striped and screen put on another. The screen I got from ebay wouldn't work. I had to buy another from Dell and even though he had to do the work twice there was no extra charge
