Crazy situation I was put in. Had to have screen on note 3 replaced. Was having all kinds of issues with the insurance claim taking forever. Had 14 days to return the phone I ordered while waiting on claim. James knew my situation and when the replacement screen came in with a crack in it, he went above and beyond to reorder and compensate me for the delay. Thumbs up!! I will recommend Cellular Exchange & Repair and won't even think about going anyplace else.

James worked on my iPhone for the course of 3 months and tried his best to fix it. Although, he never fixed it, he had an idea that it was something dealing with the logic board. I wanted a second opinion so he refunded my money and I took it for a second opinion and sure enough it wasn't anything they could fix and had to have it sent off to be repaired. James will work tirelessly to figure out what's wrong with your electronic device. I appreciated his efforts!

James did a great job! I looked all over the place for someone to fix my Droid Turbo. I learned in my looking that it's not an easy or cheep fix. Many either wanted to charge way too much, couldn't/wouldn't order the parts, or didn't call me back as I was told they would. James was the lowest price I could find, and the highest reviewed repairer in the area. He was courteous and fixed my phone like new as he said he would, and in the time frame he said he would. Hopefully I'll never need his services again, but if so, I'll definitely go back to him.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. First off when I dropped off my phone the guy told me it would be ready in three hours and it it would cost 80 dollars. I was surprised by the price but figured I would pay it just to have my phone back. I came back in four hours giving him an extra hour and he told me he still needed to work on it and to come back in the morning. At this point hes basically giving me the run around. I ended up going back in the afternoon which at that point he finally explains to me he could not fix the phone. I was ok with that and figured I would just take it somewhere else, but when I opened the back of my phone I noticed the sims card was missing. I asked where my sims card was at that point he tells me he doesnt have it and never did and I must have taken it with me. Then he starts to say well there's nothing on it everything is saved to your phone anyway. At that point I was upset because not only did you inconvience me with with holding my phone for more then 24 hours but you also lied and lost my sims card and tried to tell me I had nothing on it! When I argued back that I did not have the card and I have contacts and photos saved to the card he starts looking on the floor! Like really are you that disorganized that you misplace peoples property and then lie about it. I left again told him I would be back giving him a chance to find my card without the pressure of me standing there watching him. When I returned he had finally found the card. I will never go there ever again and won't recommend it to anybody.

Took my playstation 4 too these guys to have my HDMI port repaired. When I took them my ps4 it was working. They never called me too let me know that my ps4 was fixed. Went too pick up my ps4 paid for the repair and the ps4 will turn on and they refuse too give me my money back. They started how do they know it was working before I gave it too them to repair.
