Have never given a high rating for a troubled tranaction, however I'm always fair, given the situation. Saturday at 9:30am I took my Daughters cell phone in for a very hard concrete crash on the screen, the one request I had was it was urgent & needed the phone back at the latest Tuesday, EOB. I was told a request for overnight screen replacment would be ordered for Motorolla z play, Monday afternoon I called for a progress check, told he had a problem getting the screen, I reiterated I would not have paid (myself) if it could not be available by EOB Tuesday. Called again Tuesday afternoon and was told it would be ready Wednesday, I stated I would deal with that, provided it was in the morning, the afternnon would not be of any use to me. So, it's another call (never got a call, hence a -star) and told it would be ready in two hours, putting the time past my useful period at around 5:30pm....ON Wednesday! Now I was ticked, as he appeared to have a cavilier attitude to the time element, disregarding the time element (which was crucial for me) the work was professionaly done and priced right for the market - No complaints on value, however there needs to be a denial to do work, if it comes with a caveate and that cant be met. I could have taken the phone elsewhere and had it back by Tuesday mid day. Question might be, as a customer, would I use them again? Yes, provided there was no need to depend on 'urgent'. Price & work was at a professional level.

The big box stores wanted $249 and to ship my laptop to a central facility to fix my laptop (the power socket had shifted and computer wasn't charging) and then they weren't sure if it was even fixable. This store was able to repair in a couple hours and it only cost me $50. So happy to have found them.

Went there to fix a simple crack in the screen. When I got it back, I couldn't use the bottom half of the screen at all. So I brought it back again under warranty, and they completely ruined the phone. Could not use the screen at all. There was glue sticking out of the sides as well. I highly regret going there, and they don't do refunds or exchanges either.

Coming from my experience in phone and computer repair, sometimes things just happen, whether it be a short from removing the battery or screen, whether a PC is giving a false error, whether you need a battery replaced and your screen or cameras no longer work. We try to the best of our abilities. We’re not perfect. I guarantee you that the good reviews outweigh the bad. REMEMBER: There is NO guarantee on a successful repair when opening a device.

I do not want to give Cell Phone and PC Repair not one star because they left me hanging and never fixed my computer. When I carried it in to the shop, I informed them that my hard drive was bad. I was told they would diagnose it which is understandable. When I picked it up and asked what did they find wrong with it, I was told it was not the hard drive, instead it was loose wires. Got it home, a few days later the Operating system crashed. Back to the shop I went with the computer. Several days later, when I picked it up, when I asked what was wrong all they could say was that my OS crashed (well I knew that), I was finally told, to have diagnostics done on it and I did. The hardware diagnostics results said that I had a bad hard drive..".recommended to replace the hard drive". I called the shop and informed them of the results and again I was told it was not the hard drive. At this point, after spending around $200 on this shop and for the diagnostics, I was still at ground 0. My computer had not been fixed. Maybe this shop understands repair on cell phones, but it is apparent they do not understand hard drive errors and failures. What a waste. I would not recommend them because I would hate for someone else to experience what I went through. Highly disappointed in the expertise level at this shop.

I do not want to give Cell Phone and PC Repair not one star because they left me hanging and never fixed my computer. When I carried it in to the shop, I informed them that my hard drive was bad. I was told they would diagnose it which is understandable. When I picked it up and asked what did they find wrong with it, I was told it was not the hard drive, instead it was loose wires. Got it home, a few days later the Operating system crashed. Back to the shop I went with the computer. Several days later, when I picked it up, when I asked what was wrong all they could say was that my OS crashed (well I knew that), I was finally told, to have diagnostics done on it and I did. The hardware diagnostics results said that I had a bad hard drive..".recommended to replace the hard drive". I called the shop and informed them of the results and again I was told it was not the hard drive. At this point, after spending around $200 on this shop and for the diagnostics, I was still at ground 0. My computer had not been fixed. Maybe this shop understands repair on cell phones, but it is apparent they do not understand hard drive errors and failures. What a waste. I would not recommend them because I would hate for someone else to experience what I went through. Highly disappointed in the expertise level at this shop.

He repaired it in 20 minutes AND at $30 dollars cheaper then anyone else said that they would. It only cost me $35 for the repair. I'm very happy. Great People
