I was scared and needed a second opinion, I walked in to a wonderfully managed shop and was meet with a pleasant conversation on my options, buying a new computer was simply out of the question and I had no alternatives, I was given different options as to how to get my computer up and running again and at the end of the day my computer was back from the dead, I just want to thank the man who runs this place, he takes pride in his work and cares for the customer, not the money (unlike some other big box stores known for the higher rates they charge, If you want great customer service and someone who knows what they are doing. I was very impressed with Brandon, he went over with me my options of the different hard drives that could be installed and how each one would be beneficial to me and the possible cost of each one. My computer is nearly 4-5 years old now, and his work has both made the lifespan longer and made the computer itself a thousand times better. Other reviews have said his prices are high, but I disagree-- not only does he charge fairly, but he's willing to work with you when your computer is looking at a costly repair like mine has both times I've stopped in. He's a person who cares about both the product and the customer, and he lets you know what's happening with your computer every step of the way. I never feel nervous leaving my computer for him to fix up. I'm writing this on my newly fixed computer right now, and it works just like new, if not better! Definitely check out Cash's if you're looking for a solid and reasonable repair.

I've taken my laptop to Brandon twice now, both in situations where the computer was at risk of internal damage or worse, and he's done beautiful work both times I was there. My computer is nearly 4-5 years old now, and his work has both made the lifespan longer and made the computer itself a thousand times better. Other reviews have said his prices are high, but I disagree-- not only does he charge fairly, but he's willing to work with you when your computer is looking at a costly repair like mine has both times I've stopped in. He's a person who cares about both the product and the customer, and he lets you know what's happening with your computer every step of the way. I never feel nervous leaving my computer for him to fix up. I'm writing this on my newly fixed computer right now, and it works just like new, if not better! Definitely check out Cash's if you're looking for a solid and reasonable repair.
