The store is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Went with the intent to purchase an Apple Watch. Stood by the watches for 20 minutes. I was not greeted nor approached by any apple customer service agent. I thought about raising my hand like I was in kindergarten.... but decided against that. I just left and that was it. Kind of bland experience. I read the other reviews of this store after leaving. Lack of customer service seems to be a consistent issue. It would be nice to see vast improvement in this area

This store does not value customer’s time. Check in is chaos. Anyone bold enough to walk to the front of the line waiting for check in was rewarded for their rudeness. We waited 45 minutes of our estimated wait time of 20-25 minutes. We noticed lots of people getting waited on more quickly that us. We noticed lots of Apple-shirted folks wandering around too. Not sure if they were helping others or not. When I tried to find out how much further we were down on the list. I was told to wait. We left. Probably will just use the website or a different retailer from now on. The stress, chaos and snobby attitudes aren’t worth my time.

Had a really wonderful experience here after a pretty awful day of phone trouble. The folks were phenomenal - patient, helpful, kind, funny, and friendly. I also showed up as a walk-in and was able to see a technician within fifteen minutes. Couldn't be more pleased.

Fine place to buy things like laptops. But go to ATT or Verizon store or whoever your cell carrier is if you’re looking for phones. Too much of a headache and confusion from Apple Store employees.

I love apple and it’s products but this store has some horrible customer service. All of the workers think they are better than you and they look at you weird like and think they know everything. It’s sad that they go around judging people in the store and have no incentive to sell you anything and don’t really care.

Great service but sometimes too strict with things such as replacement of charging cords which is free to apple and them and yet you have to provide proof of ownership and all sorts of other nonsense including an appointment.

Your time is not as important as theirs. First of all DONT be so entitled to think you can go in there and ACTUALLY be helped. Appointment or not, speaking of appointments, you’ll want to make one. BUT don’t be late because they will “punish you” by making you wait 2 hours until YOU speak to someone about it. Okay, here’s what happened. I had an appointment yesterday (Monday July 22) for 3:10. I was getting so stressed on the way there because I was LOST due to my phone NOT WORKING and I couldn’t use the GPS. I had to stop and ask for directions twice. When I got there I was only 5 maybe 10 minutes late. I explained to the guy what happened. He said it was okay and led me to a seat and told me he will come find me in a little bit. I sat there for an hour and a half give or take. In that hour and a half, I noticed employees going in the back room and come out in regular clothes and not their uniforms and leave, I guess for a break. I guess they changed so no customers would stop them on their way out the door, again because their time is more important. Anyway at about 4:45 (I arrived there at 3:20) I noticed the guy who was suppose to “come find me” DO THE SAME THING. Walk in the back, come out in regular clothes, and LEAVE. What. I was so confused. I waited a bit longer and eventually explained to an employee, who let me know pretty clearly that I was inconveniencing him, what happened. He did help (sort of). At the end of the day, they couldn’t fix my phone, couldn’t figure out why it was broken, and just charged me $400 to replace it. the guy knew that i wanted to try everything before having to lay down $400. But he didn’t offer me anything else. I asked him to take it apart and look inside of it. But I honestly think he was just trying to get it over with. Apple, pay your employees more, appreciate them a little bit...SOMETHING these guys need to have more motivation to treat their customers better. The service was unbelievably ridiculous. And I have a sneaky suspicion its because they aren’t getting the appreciation they deserve. But I know I was treated as a burden yesterday. And it was awful. I left feeling helpless, miserable, and so angry that I had to pray to Jesus to calm me down. In retrospect, My phone broke, not my arm. It’s not the end of the world. It was a minor bump in the road. But it would be nice to get some help quickly so the minor bumps in the road don’t become bigger.

I've called 6 times trying to reach a human. And everytime with every option I try their automated system transfers me to Apple tech support. I will not even waste my time coming to the store. Nor will I buy anymore Apple products.

Gps will put you in area of shopping center, but if your looking for numbers 17711 you want find place that way, but you will find place if your looking for an apple. So place was kind of hard. Parking sucks! Cause of busy street and limited parking spaces. Once inside it's a very, nice, friendly atmosphere. I help within a minute of after walking thru doors and help with my iphone problems within 5 minutes. It was a very nice place to hang out n chill.

I arrived before the store opened, and had to wait about 30mins before someone tried to help me. I drove 25miles and they erased everything on my phone just to be told there was nothing they could do to help. One of the guys was very helpful, but the female technician wasn’t ... horrible attitude, basically ignored everyone around and seemed as if she was “bothered” by the customers presence. I said all that to say, I left in a worst scenario than I arrived. Go somewhere else if possible!

Buy an android!!! After buying a new iPhone on Sunday, we STILL do not have the phone set up. And this is after waiting at this store for two hours only to find out that the rep that was at the door didn't have us on the list. Unbelievable. While trying to do a password reset, which takes 24 hours for any other company, Apple security locked the account and sent a message stating that we'd hear from someone in the next 24 hours. Then we got a message stating DECEMBER 9TH?? We're not supposed to use the phone for 2 WEEKS???

I have always been happy with apple products and service but the X phone has consistently been faulty and the store and the company did not stand behind their faulty product. I’m very disappointed. Even scared replacing the phone it did not work one month later and they did not honor the one year. Shame on you Apple!!! It is all over google how the X is full of flaws. Own your mistakes.

I will NOT go back to an Apple store if I can help it. I had an appointment but that was ONLY to speak with someone and turn in my phone! You should set aside an entire day for a repair. NOT customer friendly AT ALL! LOVE my phone, but DO NOT love Apple store.

Had appointment but still took a short time to be seen but the Apple people were extremely nice and helpful. Went in for a screen repair and they were able to get it taken care of in house. Overall a painless if slightly long process. Highly recommend making appointment

bought a phone from a phone company but as far as im concerned apple has a warranty on all of their phones and well the people at this store were rude and refused to help me because they said i didnt get my phone from them. they belittled me and talked to me really bad. i was there earlier than my appointment time and they told me they couldnt talk to me until my appointment time. my name is Desiree and their customer service sucks.

I was lucky enough to get the lovely “Cellular Update Failed”. I wasn’t able to use my phone starting at 10am today. Verizon couldn’t fix it. I dreaded going to Apple. Amanda was so pleasant and kind. She made the experience better than I expected. Very helpful and went above and beyond for me! I truly appreciate her!

Brought my computer for keyboard problems, waited 45 minutes after my appointment start time, was told within 5 minutes of talking to the technician that they’d have to keep it for 24-48 hours. It’s now been over 48 hours and I have called the store to check on the status of my repair, currently been on hold for 5 minutes and counting....

Save your time and money, go to Best Buy. The repair technicians do a sloppy job and you will eventually find yourself in a worse situation because of it down the line. I will never come back to this location.

Horrible customer service. They are lucky the products are so popular and needed. Trying to buy either a MacBook Pro or Air tonight and had some questions. Spent 30 minutes looking at the two and was never approached. Off to Best Buy. Hate that I am still supporting the Apple Brand

If you don't have a job and want to sit around watching people be frustrated, squeezed for every dime, and waste a lot of time then this is a great store for you. How you treat people matters and Apple treats people terribly. Save yourself so much time and money by shopping at AT&T or Amazon. Apple will chain you to their store and then charge you out of the wazoo for accessories. They lock up your licenses and are completely out of touch. I am appalled by the direction a once great company took. Ethics matters and Apple no doubt lacks that. I chose Samsung and the new Porsche Notebook that is so much more affordable and offers more too. I hope apple changes one day but till then I'll practice the right to choose and choose to help good companies make great products. That is what has and always will be most important to me. Business Ethics Matters. Apple's current regime Forgot that.
