I've used them twice. I will use them again. I do urge that you get a timeframe for expected repair turnaround time. Once they start, work is swiftly completed, but it may sit a week.

I've been dealing with Allied for several years off and on and never had anything to complain about. They've always been friendly, stay in touch and pretty prompt. I will continue to use them until I have a reason not to and will post if that happens. Convenient location for my needs as well. I would recommend them for sure!

Our experience was very positive. Everybody was very friendly and helpful and their rates were quite reasonable. This is our first computer and we are far from being pros but they all treated us like equals and that was a good experience for us. The other day we were the last customers to come in and they were as patient as if we were the first while we fumbled our way through explaining our problem. We will definitely recommend them to others!

I'd discovered Allied Technologies one morning after my work laptop crashed. Panicking, I called every electronic repair shop within a 30 mile radius, hoping to get the problem resolved quickly. Allied was the only repair shop to actually return my call, and they did so immediately. They replaced the hard drive and restored my data. And since the world has yet to manufacture the perfect computer, I've had to occasionally bring my laptop in over the years for various ailments and resurrections. I have always gone to Allied Technologies and they have never disappointed me. I will continue to use them until that un-crashable computer is finally invented. I highly recommend Allied.

Absolutely superb! We used Allied for our small business computer system when we were experiencing problems with our network, printer, and virus'. Allied took care of us, cleared the computers, fixed the network, and put our industrial printer/fax machine online. In our line of business we can't operate with our system down for even a day. We called Allied, they were prompt with the response and were thorough in getting our problems solved with minimal cost to boot. They swapped work stations in our building for us, and did all of the hookups too. We would absolutely recommend Allied Technologies to other small businesses in the area.

I had taken in my MacBook Pro to get repaired after I had accidentally spilt orange juice on it. After a few weeks, I stopped by to pick it up and noticed my laptop was full of deep scratches. I told the guy that when I had dropped off the laptop, it had no scratches. He replied, “we have to turn them over in order to work on them”. I understand that you have to turn them over to work on them, but at least place it on a soft surface. They are not professional. He said he could knock off the taxes for the damage, as if not paying the taxes would make up for damaging a $1,500 laptop. The laptop continues to run extremely slow like the day I brought it. I’m a college student who now has to save up money to purchase a new laptop. I do not recommend their services.

I would highly recommend this place. I haven't had any issues with this computer in over 2 years until today. It started running extremely slow and I needed it fixed today. Chris not only fixed everything, but completed it within a few hours and added additional security. I had to pay a little extra to get a rush job, but he was still very reasonable and accommodating. If your computer is as important to your work as mine is then save yourself the worry and time and bring it here.

I was amazed with the awesome service and Allied's willingness to go above and beyond. My smart hard drive was failing and I had brought my laptop in on a Thursday afternoon so they could get what they needed to order a replacement (I needed to finish a work project the next day and didn't want to be without it). Chris offered to keep the machine overnight so he could copy everything and I could pick it up in the morning to finish my project. That way we would have all of the data and not need to re-install my programs if it completely failed before the new hard drive came in. So guess what?? They actually had the drive in stock and my laptop was ready to pick up, completely repaired, the next morning! I had absolutely no expectations for such amazing service and they really made an impression. Additionally, I felt their pricing was completely fair and considering they so far exceeded my expectations, a real bargain. I highly recommend them. Fair, honest, easy to understand with the technical details, and back again to wonderful, wonderful service and commitment.

I had Kirk upgrade my year-old 27" HP All-in-one to a 1 terabyte SSD drive and clone the stock drive over to the new drive, dramatically speeding up performance. It turned out to be same day service! Am very happy and would certainly return for any future computer upgrade or repair needs!

These guys were recommended to me by a few friends and I'm so glad I found them. Chris is honest and knowledgeable. I ended up buying an off-lease Microsoft laptop from them, which came with a one year warranty, and they have honored the warranty. They repaired the charging port on my old laptop. It's so nice to have a local place that fixes your computer here locally instead of sending it off for repair. Highly recommend.

500 dollars later, a new video card later, and a new fan later I ended up fixing the problem myself. Took my computer to them twice, because they didn't fix it the first time. Figured they'd be a little more amiable since I paid for them to fix a problem that was never fixed the first time. I was wrong. I generally don't review businesses, and I originally gave them the benefit of the doubt, but even after reaching out to let them know what the problem actually ended up being they never even replied. That speaks volumes to me.

Not sure about some of the posts on the site, but I'm an IT Professional and I wouldn't take my hardware problems anywhere else. I also know of other IT Professionals who say the same thing. Very fair on price. I had one time that they scanned my user's computer for hardware issues and didn't charge me a dime because they couldn't find anything...but they actually solved my issue by doing some tinkering on the software side. Very quick resolution. If I know I have a hardware issue, I'm taking my computer here. They have parts and the tools to diagnose it quickly. Great communication as well. They call me to update me on status of repairs in a timely fashion.
