I broke my note 9 back in July. They guy fixed it no issues reasonable price. I've recently broke it again due to the big open space on the otterbox for a note 9 on the camera and fingerprint. I walked In on my lunch break the dude recognized me fixed my phone on time with a smile you cant find better service! If it happens again i will be back

Miss Hayley is by far the kindest human being i have ever meet in my life! My pixel has been on the fritz and wouldnt let me do anything on it anymore thankfully att suggest i go to a-1 which i thought you'd be closed because it was memorial day. but they werent! hayley was able to reset my phone and get it back to working in literally 5 mins....i spent 3 days trying to get it working and she did it in FIVE MINUTES!! Not to mention when i went out to my car to leave it was dead and she happily jumped my car for me as well!! have never met an employee willing to go that far out of their way to help a customer! y'all have my business indefinetly! <3 <3

Came in with a LCD problem, first they had to ship the part in and then assemble it. Now, the problem was they did "sew" it back right because when I got home, the LCD was glitching and the screen actually became unglued from the rest of the phone. now it works if i hold the phone in certain positions. I'm giving it a star because their staff is actually nice

I BOUGHT AN IPHONE CONNECTOR, within 2 minutes of buying it, I realized that it don’t fit all the way!!!! And when I tried to return it they said “sorry we don’t do returns”, but it won’t fit 100%, and they just took the money and said our policy don’t have return. You can’t sell cheap and poor quality things and then don’t do returns. Worst customer service ever, they just try to be polite and take your money!!

The young lady in there was so kind and got my phone back up and working with a new battery in about 15 minutes. Unlike the exxon store in dardanelle that broke my screen while replacing my battery and made me pay for a new screen! and the battery exxon put in was bad! Thank goodness A1 was able to fix my phone and without any hassle!

So nobody will look if I put one star, but I wish I could put zero! All teenagers and the one that fixed my phone didn’t even put the screen all the way back in! And because of that anything will make the screen activate, for example it took me about 2 hours to type this message. So if you want it fixed for real go to the Phone Guys or buy a new phone for cheaper.
