Pretty sure the otter boxes I asked for were knockoffs. Quality was way off. Phone screen protection really is not done well, installed with lint and hair as well as off center.

Well worth the trip! Repair of my daughters i-Pad was less than half of what others wanted to charge. Fixed it same day. They didn't have the the same color, so he put a black one on and said she could bring it back next day when he had the white and he would switch it out for free. He didn't want her to be without it for a day. This guy just earned our business when we need any repairs to phones/tablets.

They do not know how to fix an iPhone 7. Tore it apart left it in pieces and sent away! Said they could not get some of the screws out! If they can’t repair an iPhone 7 what else can they mess up? Not recommended!

If you got an iPhone and looking for iPhone stuff or Samsung, you're good, if you're looking for anything else you might as well go somewhere else. Sorry about this reaction but they do have a lot of brand-name stuff, they just don't have knock-off branded accessories.

April 11, 2017 me and my son's phone died on the same day. I spent 2 hours on the phone with At&t. Then went to the att store and spent another 3 to 3 and a half hours with two of the people that worked there while one of them was on the phone with a tech from Att. "what a mess!!" This morning April 12th, went to A-1 Cellular, what Alex didn't know his boss did. They were so helpful, a great positive attitude along with soothing music to relieve my massive stress level. A GIGANTIC THANK YOU to Alex for being so kind and helpful.

I have never been to a phone repair store where they fixed the phone while you’re there. The wait time was extremely great considering I was on lunch. To top it off Austin was very courteous and fixed my daughter’s phone without no issues to report. I would definitely recommend to everyone!
