I was a repeat customer, when we had my daughter’s iphone glass screen repaired approximately a month ago. About 10 days after their repair, which included having them place a tempered-glass protector on her newly-repaired screen, cracks started to form: Cracks, mind you, which were forming Under the tempered glass, on her phone which was inside a Lifeproof case. When I called and complained, I was told they would not warranty their own work, and was also told I was giving the same story told time and again by others trying to get a repair for new damage. Turns out, when I went to a local competitor, the LCD screen had to be replaced on my daughter’s phone, a repair which costs quite a bit more than just the glass replaced by A-1. I was informed that the tempered-glass protector placed by A-1 was indeed intact BUT there were “several screws left out AND ACTUALLY FLOATING AROUND INSIDE THE PHONE ITSELF FROM THE GLASS SCREEN.” Ah. Well. So that’s how you crack the glass and the LCD display under tempered-glass without breaking it, too. Unprofessional at best, no integrity, blamed the customer for their shoddy work, and caused us a more expensive repair.

Do not go here. Cheap parts. 1. They "repaired" my fully-functioning home button in my iPhone 6 by stealing mine and replacing it with an iPhone 5 home button. The fingerprint function no longer works. I didn't ask for this repair. 2. They replaced my screen with a cheap screen that you can't see through if you're wearing polarized lenses. It moves when I press on it.

I was told my wait would be an hour. Left and came back an hour later and was told that it would be another hour and now I was was next. I have noticed after they repaired my phone it now glitches and the screen has a mind of its own. Closes out on its own. Opens apps on its own. Deletes photos. Not impressed at all. Edited to respond to the owners incredibly rude and ignorant response. I signed a paper with my name (Hillary McKnight) in your store on Saturday March 16th. So no, actually I am not a fake account created by a competitor. I created an account so I was able to leave a review. I will bring my device by your store this weekend and hope to be treated better than I was my first visit and now on the internet.

If you don't want to be hustled out of your hard earned money, this is the place you wanna go. My phone is a XS and I, unfortunately, dropped it and cracked the screen. I'd called around Conway seeing the best price possible. First I called A1 and the quote was $185 **reasonable for a brand new iPhone** I then called UbreakIfix who quoted me $250 and tried to bullsquat me saying "Ours is more expensive because we use the correct equipment for iPhone XS, we use OLED" I call A1 back and ask them what they use.... It's OLED! UbreakIfix should be called UbrokeItake and A1 should remain exactly what they are... A1. They're the best of the best for a reason.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! recently got my iphone fixed there for 70$ and they made me sign becuase there was "water damage" in the phone. three days after i got it fixed the screen went black, i then took it to youbreak ifix in conway on amity road they told me there was in fact no water damage at all and that a1 cellular used cheap peices to fix my phone ans that there was no way i could get refund becuase i signed saying there was water damage. i would highlly not reccommned a1 cellular. i would refer any to youbreak ifix in conway fir there phone needs very friendly and honest!!!

Haven't had my phone officially fixed by them, but got a quote on cleaning out a charger port. $15 seems very reasonable. I believe this is their standard service fee. Most people don't realise that if a place didn't charge a standard service fee, that most businesses couldn't stay open. I was also very impressed with the customer service. If I ever need to use a place to repair my phone, I will start here!

Do NOT EVER use this company. Quoted me a price of $119 then charged me $199. He said I he quoted me for a iPhone 6Plus not iPhone 6S Plus. Then asked him why didn't he tell me he had misquoted when he saw my phone, he replied "I didn't think about it. Then he said he could put back on my old screen so I agreed. Then, a gentleman from the back came out took my phone then proceed to tell me there would be a $50 labor and would NOT give me back my phone. I then paid the $199 plus tax and the gentleman throws my phone in the glass counter!

No, my first review wasn’t because of the tempered glass. The last time I took my device I started having battery problems. Which made me buy a new device to later find out that you guys STOLE the metal-plate that holds the battery cables in place. I felt very disappointed and I lost my trust to use you guys to repair. The first two time I went there you guys did an ok job, except from the part when y’all scratched my phone to open it up. It literally hurt to see my phone being opened like that. I take good care of my things.

Buyer beware!!! I took my son's phone in to be repaired because the screen was broke. They quoted me one price when I got there but when I went to pick it up it was a totally different price. He had the phone for 2 days and the screen broke. I took it in to have it repaired and they refuse to fix it. That was $150 down the tube. Addendum: In reference to your comments below your sells person did not offer me anything! And the physical damage was not done by us. The screen was defective because soon as I got home I put the case on it.
