If you’re looking to fix your phone, then this is the place to go. I’ve had my IPhone for a little more than a year until I began to experience issues with the battery port. I took it to the store, and they immediately solved my problem. Stellar customer service. I can’t recommend enough.

Their products are trash!!! They do not use apple products for their screen replacements. I have gone to this location 4 times, not including the time I had the screen installed. Every screen I have received as a replacement has been faulty. EVERY SINGLE ONE!!! I am not happy with UBreakiFix services. Their products are obviously very cheap and not up to apple standards. STAY AWAY from this place if you can help it. The cost is not worth a faulty product. So now that I have explained to you why you should stay away. I must go back so they can fix the fourth screen I received from them not even a month ago. **AKA.. This place doesn't deserve a star.. more like a trash can emoji.

I was in Phoenix at a business conference and my iPhone stopped charging properly. I was stressed because I’m on the road the next week and have to have my phone. This place was the closest repair shop I could find so I drove over. When I explained what was wrong, they were quickly able to diagnose that I had gotten something lodged in the charging port. Within 2-3 minutes, they were able to remove the foreign object and get the phone to charge again. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. These guys are awesome! Highly recommend.

I stopped in today to see if they'd help me out with a phone that's got a non responsive screen and I needed to enter a passcode to back it up and Scott was amazingly helpful and lent me a broken screen to get the phone backed up! If and when I get a cracked phone that's still usable, I'm taking it to him! Great customer service!

The screen on my daughter's tablet went out (she later told me she got mad at a game and squeezed it...). Took it here and they had it fixed in 2 minutes and didn't charge me anything! Went to get my iPhone 6 fixed, took about an hour, but when I got my phone back , the front camera wasn’t clear at all And my battery drains super quick went back since I had 90 day warranty but ended up getting told it’s gonna be an extra 50 bucks to fix . Ridiculous!

I bought a case and a screen protector and had the rep install the screen protector, i left the case in its unopened box on the counter as i paced around and without asking or being told he decided to install my case for me, and throw the box away. I thought this would be ok so I pay and walk out with it. I realized I didn't like the case and the next day I went back to return it, and they told me I couldn't return it because I DIDN'T HAVE THE BOX AND THAT IT WAS USED!!! EVEN AFTER EXPLAINING WHAT HAPPENED!!! So now I'm out 39 dollars and stuck with an ugly phone case. I will be calling one last time to speak to a manager before I escalate this to corporate. UPDATE: They called my mom to talk to me to "work things out" No thank you creeps

Conveniently located. Welcoming staff. Diagnosis was done within 24hrs. Although they were not able to repair my computer the diagnosis and attempted repair were free of charge. They even gave some advice of what next steps I could take to repair the equipment on my own that they could not cover.

This place wasted 2 weeks of my time. Lousy, vague communication and clumsy, sloppy work. Did not even fix what I came in for. I went in to get my broken screen replaced, was told 3-5 days to order the screen. Then got a call that they had one actually and supposedly worked but then was told my hard-drive was at 14% health and needed a new one. Got a new one and was told that my data was uncoverable from the old hard drive due to its "health" but that the computer with the new hard drive passed their tests and I was told was functioning. When I took it home the screen wasn't even screwed in all the way and it kept freezing and then went all staticy. I took it back in and told them the problems and they told me they would look in to it. They called me and said that they needed to order a new screen, they were getting static too. Might be a problem with the lcd cable they said. About 5 days later got a call that they were still not able to get the screen to function properly and that it must be a problem with the motherboard. They said they would refund me all my money or I could use part of my refund to pay them to get the data off my old, as told previously, unrecoverable hard drive. I got a full refund and got my laptop back as broken as when I brought it in. They didn't even put all the screws back on when they put my old broken screen back in.

Today I went to my local store UBREAKIFIX. I was greeted by Shawn who helped right away with the problem I was having with my iPhone. He was very polite & informative. He then took the phone for diagnostic check and I waited while he looked into the problem. After being at the store the time he advised me it would take he came back to me stating that it would take a bit longer but looks like the phone will work better. Shawn as well as Chelsea were able to diagnosis and fix the problem I had which was with the incoming calls being low, and have it working back to normal. Thank you again for not only fixing the problem but having great customer service. I highly recommend them and If I ever need assistant with any electronics again I will definitely use them!

I put an aux chord in my phone and it broke off and got stuck inside the headphone jack. I went first to my carriers store and they couldn't help me so I walked over to ubreakifix and they fixed it without even charging me. Took them 5 minutes max. I was surprised and delighted that they were able to replace the battery in my Droid Turbo II, which doesn't have a ”replaceable" battery. I was a little skeptical at first but I needed a battery and they were confident they could do it. And sure enough, they did it, and in less time than they promised. Good as new! The only negative I'll offer is that when dropping the phone off they seem to have a lot of entering of stuff on their computer. It seemed like I stood there for 15 minutes while the guy typed away. Maybe it wasn't that long but it felt like it because I became late for another appointment.

Chelsea and the UBREAKIFIX staff at Desert Ridge far exceeded my expectations. Data were retrieved from a destroyed iPhone after the Apple Store told me the data could not be retrieved. I waited longer at Apple to meet with a technician than it took Chelsea to do what the Apple technician told me could NOT be done. Don't waste time going to Apple for any service, go to UBREAKIFIX first. The staff at UBREAKIFIX have the knowledge and equipment necessary to fix your problem when Apple evidently does not.

Had a broken screen. My phone insurance had the option to bring it to uBreakiFix. They actually had a problem initially with my phone, as the speaker broke when they were removing the glass. However, they took care of that as well as soon as the part was in. Minimum fuss, although it did necessitate a second trip for the speaker repair.

I am so angry with this shop! I went in for just a screen repair for my iPhone. After getting the screen repaired my phone started spazaming. It would open things, close things, type etc without me touching it. I go back in as I am frustrated with my phone doing the spazaming. They say it must be a faulty screen and they would replace it. I go back in to pick up my phone and they said they tried many screens and the touch wasn't working that it must be the phone and not the screen. My touch worked fine before I took my phone into them. They gave me my phone back with a new cracked screen and refunded me my money. So I also lost the new screen protector I had from my otter box I put on my screen when I got it fixed. The broken screen they gave me won't let me do anything on my phone!!! I can't answer a call, I can't restart it, I can't open it or do anything. Their response was call your carrier and make a claim. I would have done that the first time but it said it didn't cover screen damage!!! They gave me my phone back way worse then when I took it there!!!! They said they tried other damaged screens but then you couldn't see anything! I am so angry they deserve 0 stars!! Do not take your phone there! I never will again and I will be calling and complaining how wore they made my phone!!!! U break it I break it more is more like their name!!!!

After contacting Samsung to have a warranty repair done I was refereed to UbreakIfix since they are a certified Samsung repair center. I dropped my Note8 off and a couple hours later was given a call that the repair could not be done and that I needed to ship the phone off to Samsung. Ok no problem... I get home and notice my s-pen is gone. Go back and sure enough they have it. Then, when I'm getting the phone ready to ship to Samsung I notice the back panel is slightly off. Tried to push it back on but it just kept popping up on one corner. Shipped it off to Samsung anyways so the repairs could be made. A week later I get a call from Samsung. They cannot fix my phone due to incorrect adhesive being used on my phone which also voided the warranty. So this place "forgot" to put my s-pen back in my phone and voided the warranty on my phone. If I had just sent the phone to Samsung in the first place without dealing with these people my phone would have been fixed. Avoid this place if your phone is under warranty.

They got it so that I can retrieve my data,pictures and contacts from it but declared it unrepairable. They did all of this for no charge. This service saved me so much time, money, and headaches. A piece of metal from my charger had somehow broken off and was stuck inside of my iPhoneX. Later that morning I took my phone into UbreakiFix, Goodyear. The metal piece was removed, and I was happily on my way quicker than the time it took google to load these search results. Guilty as charged. Despite that flawed reflection that tells me I’m close to perfection in my personal beliefs, I’m guilty of stereotyping. For some unknown reason I had it in my head that these companies that fixed our abused cell phones were the underbelly of society-seriously, I have no idea where I came up with that but boy was I wrong. I have dueling, let’s call them “vintage” IPhone 5s’s. One personal, one work issued. Because they fit together in my back pocket, I’m loathed to replace one without the other. I dropped the personal one (yellow case) two years ago and put a nice crack in it. It wasn’t horrible so I’ve been using it. Well earlier this week I tried to sentence it to death. Made the mistake of texting while going down stairs, tripped, tossed the phone since I needed to grab the hand rail and the phone, and while I’m prone to exaggeration, flew 20 feet in the air and landed with a crash on the landing below. No amount of praying was going to soften the blow of when I picked it up and saw my handiwork. It was a masterpiece (but amazingly still worked). Decision time, replace both phones or fix this screen? UbreakIfix is conveniently located close to work in Desert Ridge. I stopped in to see what my options were and had my stereotyping shattered. This was not the underbelly of retail after all. It was an incredibly beautiful retail space much like you would experience at Verizon. Ok, there must be a little creatine behind the desk, some starved-for-sun techie who would disdain my very existence for having such an old phone and for interrupting his meaningful, life changing gaming session. See? I told you I was guilty. Nope. What I got was Chelsea. A ray of sunshine, the kind of retail clerk with a servants heart songs should be written about and statues erected. She was terrific. So helpful, so kind, clearly experienced in what she was doing. She was confident without being egotistical. I’m sure she’s had some great training, she said she can pretty much fix anything with an on-off button on it-and I believe her! The repair took less than an hour-she fixed my phone before I finished my lunch at Majerles across the parking lot. I know this because she was kind enough to personally text me that they phone was ready. Workman ship was perfect, its so great to have my vintage 5s perfect again :). For what its work, Chelsea also works at the Happy Valley location-she rocks, as does this company. Easiest five star decision today!

I had problems with my phone and called Verizon and talked to 3 different people before I got to someone who supposedly could help,after about 30 minutes of getting no where. I then went to the Verizon store where I purchased it, they told me the only thing they could could do was wipe my phone clean and I would lose everything on the phone. I was in the middle of a contract when I had the problem and could not afford to lose all of my information, as well as other documents on my phone. Paid about $76 for a new battery for my iPhone6s. Apple store should have replaced it for $29, but the “genius” aka idiot prior said with 100% certainty that the phone was broken and couldn’t be fixed. Ubreakifix assessed it very quickly, knew it was a bad battery and fixed it within a few hours. Works great now.

They were not able to fix it to a functional state but again they got my pictures off which is what mattered and then I went and bought a water proof phone.

I went in a week ago because my phone screen on my iPhone 6 came undone. I work at Desert Ridge and needed my phone for work. So I ran over there on my 30 minute break and asked if they could fix it in 15 mins or less. I got checked in and John I believe his name was, took my phone and replaced the screen in 5 minutes. The fastest he's ever or I've ever seen a phone be fixed. Not only did he fix the screen, but it somehow fixed my charger port as my phone has had trouble charging. That was because of the screen. I love this place! Super convenient and fast! Competent and friendly staff as well! Will keep them in mind for any future fixes!

10 stars would not be enough!! I can’t speak highly enough of UBROKE IT I FIX IT and NOREEN at Desert Ridge. Service, courtesy and efficiency BEYOND BELIEF!!...on a Sunday!! I’m a Viet Nam vet and my experience in getting anything diagnosed, repaired or replaced has been mediocre at best, and a rip-off at worst. I WILL NEVER go anywhere but this place for any similar problems. A FREE diagnostic of my non-working tower computer and when the problem was found (extreme dirt, dust & debris clogging up the works of the PC), there was NO CHARGE for cleaning out the gunk…...UNBELIEVABLE. I'm not sure how they do titles over there but RJ's should be "The Magician"! I brought my phone in 3 weeks after taking it snorkeling with me in the Bahamas. Oops...it wasn't waterproof. The saltwater did a number to the insides of the phone but with some excellent technical work from RJ, he was able to remove the SIM card and repair the SIM card tray (both stuck due to the corrosion) so that they would be usable in my new phone! Clearly very knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend that you bring your broken phone here if you want it repaired.

Update 2, 11/23: I'm going to make this one as short as possible. I cracked the glass on my Pixel 3 screen and was referred to this store by Google for a repair. I expect that because they're partnered with Google, it'd be an excellent experience. After my first visit, they let me know they'd special order the parts for my phone and it'd be a short wait. That short wait turned into two weeks, at which point I decided to cancel the repair and leave a review. The owner responded and asked me to contact customer service, which I did. They offered a small discount and priority service, which was nice. I went back to get it repaired, and a 2-3 hour repair turned into a 3-4 hour repair, which, in the end, turned out to be around 6 hours. That's because the first time they said they finished, I inspected it and found huge panel gaps on the back glass and that needed another couple hours to fix. They admitted to not having the proper tools needed to fix the device. After going to pick it up the second time, the gap was not completely gone. I can still see adhesive. The SIM card tray sticks out a little bit. Several other things are off center. This device, although I did crack the front glass, was still in like new condition otherwise. Now it appears more used than it should, or at least poorly made. I've given this place several chances now and it's sad to say I can't give any more. I'm totally dissatisfied and am in contact with Google to see if they can help resolve the issues.

I received above and beyond service from uBreakifix. I called everywhere within 20 miles for a quote on a new LCD for my Galaxy note 8 and they not only had the best price, but were one of few who had the parts in stock. Samsung oem parts too where other, higher quotes were for off brand parts. The guy that I dropped my phone off with was thorough, knowledgeable and professional and the girl whom I believe did the repair and was at the desk when I returned was the same and more. Plus my phone was done early, plus she cleaned out my charging port and made it work again (I was wireless charge only) and she didn't make it my problem that somehow the glass on the back of my phone broke when being cleaned, she replaced it no charge. I'll go back every time and recommend to everyone.

OMG I cannot express enough what a life saver Ryan was. I came in on Wednesday because my Samsung Galaxy S8+ had a small little baby crack on the top right of the screen and just this alone created my whole screen to malfunction (I was so mad). However, when I walked in the store everyone was so nice, the guy at the time told me they could fix it, but the needed a part because my phone was a special edition. Due, to this they were unsure what time the part would come in the next day. I explained to them that I have a work trip I'll be attending and will be traveling early morning Friday. I let them know I needed my phone for the trip. He told me they would do what they could and with that statement he was just being modest. They went above and beyond for me, especially Ryan. He called me the next day and told me they were a little backed up but they got the part and he would do the best he could to fix it. Not only did he fix it without any issues. He finished 40 minutes before close! I was on the other side of town and I let him know I would be a little past 7:00pm and that I was so sorry. He said not a problem and waited past closing time for me. I was well over 10mins and he wasnt upset he kept saying to me "no problem, you're fine". He was so kind, friendly, and even but a new screen protector on my phone for me :) If this is not an example of SUPERB, FANTASTIC, and EXCELLENT customer service, I dont know what is! This was well worth the $250. I was thinking of going to another place who was going to charge me double and I gaurentee their customer service wouldn't of even been close to this. I had a wonderful experience. When you need your phone fixed and you want to make sure you are getting what you pay for I HIGHLY reccommend you come here because they get the job done right and go the extra mile for their customers. “Device Breaker” Be aware. I went in and was instantly helped. They have an amazing customer support. They took it in and I went out in less that an hour. Their products are what I'm very disappointed with. I went through three batteries because my phone was dying fast, but they were under warranty. But after those batteries I got a full refund. Because U Break I Fix is not Apple Certified, (I was assuming they were) they are considered as "third party repair", The Apple Store nor Best Buy cannot replace my battery or even service anything. So if you want your Apple device fixed here, just know the warranty will be voided and the Apple stores will not repair it.

I completely destroyed my S8 screen at an offer road race. It was even leaking the black LCD puddles of death into the screen. I dropped it off about 6 o'clock p.m. on Monday, and the phone was ready at 1:00 p.m. The next day, just as they said it would be. I was apprehensive at 1st due to the price of $240, but then quickly felt it was more than fair once I was informed I got a new screen, metal surround, battery, and all the labor for that price. I felt that was more than fair and was well worth it. They were all very helpful, polite, and on time as quoted. I would highly recommend them, and will take my ipod touch to them to have fixed now.

This place is amazing!!! I wish they had global stores!! My Mac was no longer working and I shattered my iPad4. I had a short amount of time to get this fixed because I had to catch a plane and return home. I was only in AZ for a quick visit. I was worried about the time of a repair. I googled the best places to get a repair and UBreakiFix popped up. I was extremely happy with the service and time it took for them to fix both of my issues!! When I say my screen was shattered, I mean I could put my finger inside the iPad. Pieces of glass were missing and I'm pretty sure I could have cut myself. I thought it was a goner! They fixed it the very next day (I dropped it off at closing and it was ready that morning). My Mac gave me this blue screen (of death) and then wouldn't let me log in to my admin account. I was also unable to reinstall the OS to fix the issue. I was sure it was doomed as well. They ran a FREE diagnostic and called me with the result. They couldn't find the issue with the blue screen so they asked me to come back in and we can take a look together. Each associate I worked with was polite and knowledgeable. I was so thankful they were willing to take the extra time and make sure my Mac was working properly before I boarded the plane to fly home. Talk about AMAZING customer service. I would recommend this place for sure. Some may say that it is expensive but to me it was fair pricing. Apple would not replace my product because my Apple Care expired. This place surely beats buying a brand new iPad or MAC. They have my computer working like new and the IPad looks brand new also! Plus you get a warranty on the product to law sure you are satisfied. And 2 the screen starts falling off and I can see inside my phone plus, you can push down in certain areas and feel it push down and it clicks. ***SCAM ALERT*** TAKE YOUR ELECTRONIC DEVICE TO ANY OTHER COMPANY!!! I called this location after I dropped my phone and told them the front had popped off a little bit and now the screen didn't work. There was no visible damage and the person I spoke with on the phone told me it was common with my phone model that the LCD could become detached. When my wife dropped off my phone the next day without any "diagnostic" (as they advertise) the person at the counter just told me the cost of a new screen without looking at it. I did not receive a call after the so-called "diagnostic (which I'm sure didn't happen). After I got home I was looking closely at my screen and there are small marks and spots in the screen protector where the adhesive wasn't working great on the PREVIOUS screen. While I can't prove it, I am very suspicious that my screen was not actually replaced and I was charged $180+ ! Regardless of whether or not the screen was broken, the fact that the cost of the replacement screen was given without so much as even looking at my phone or doing their so-called "diagnostic" (which I think to them means how can we financially sucker punch this person) and giving me a call with the results!!!!!! This is the second time I have taken my phone here and both times I felt lied to or possibly scammed. I will never go again and I recommend the same to anyone else!!!!!

My phone wasn't charging and the Apple store wanted to charge me 279 bucks to replace the charging port. I called uBreakiFix and they said they could do it for $69. When I took it in, Zack told me to hang tight, that it might just be dirty. I had tried to clean it out earlier, so I didn't think that was the problem. 5 minutes later, he brought it out working good as new, and didn't charge me a dime. These guys are honest and friendly, and the only place I'll take my Mac stuff for repair from now on.

Update 2 days after fixing my screen the phone started to overheat and randomly turn off, went back to the store and was told possible battery issue or the damage from opening the phone itself, I would have to contact my insurance provider and most likely replace the entire phone. I’m upset because I used my phone with a cracked screen for a week and never had any issues. The screen was only cracked on the edge. Once i replaced it was when it had issues. I will be contacting the bbb to file a complaint, as well. “Damage from opening the phone” sounds like a liability to me. And irresponsible. DONT GO HERE BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!!! I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of a doubt!!! Now I will have to pay 200 plus deductible to replace a phone that was properly working electronically due to their lack of intelligence and professionalism!!

So I took my phone to these guys yesterday because it wouldn't charge at all. Like, I had it on the charger overnight and it was dead that morning. So I bring it to them and the technician just ran a free diagnostic to see where to go from there. I come a little layer, expecting a repair job of over $200 (new charge port+screen replacement because of how the phone is designed). Turns out, it just needed to be cleaned. I didn't have to pay anything AND they charged my phone. 10/10 would recommend.

MUST GO if you break your phone! My new Samsung Galaxy S9+ was 2 days new to me when my kids accidentally knocked it out of my hands. There was a crack on the back glass center, and although I had insurance Verizon doesn't do screen repairs for this phone yet. Ubreakifix is contracted with Samsung so no third party parts. They got me in same day and replaced my back within 2 hours and under $65!!

I had so many problems trying to fix this small glass piece on my phone. I called uBreakiFix and Noreen was so helpful. Told me she had to order part and I would get a text and/or email when it came in. Noreen helped me so much in fixing my phone. The day I went in there, I was having such a horrible day and she made it so much better by being able to fix my phone. 100% would recommend to anyone who needs their phone fixed.

The employees are very easy to work with and were extremely nice. The service was very quick and I was able to get my phone fixed up nicely. My screen was badly cracked and my speaker wasn’t very good and they cleaned it up and now it feels brand new. Props to these legends
