This shop is terrific. They are knowledgeable and very customer oriented...particularly Phillip. He swapped out a battery for me and the price was very competitive. He beat his own time estimate to do the repair on a busy Saturday. Then I needed an iPhone screen replacement on a 7Plus but had to be out and to a meeting in 45 minutes. Phillip made it happen and the end product looks better than the original Apple screen!

This was my first time using uBreakiFix and I was blown away! I had spilled cough syrup on my phone and was having difficulty with my speaker. My phone company, At&t, couldn't do anything but suggest I buy a new phone for $500. Some one at the store gave me a card for this place and I immediately called. The women on the phone was very nice and had me come in same day to see if they could fix it. I was greeted promptly and my phone was fixed with in minutes for less than $50. I am ecstatic leaving the store. I'll use uBreakiFix for all my phone problems in the future!

Thanks to Brett and Justin at uBreakiFix, I can take pictures again! I called to make sure they could fix my Samsung S7 camera and was told I could walk in the same day. After dropping my phone off, they said it would be fixed in 20-30 minutes. Even listening to other interactions waiting to pick up my phone, they really seem to do their best to figure out a solution. Repairing my camera lens was cheaper than buying a new phone! I would recommend checking these guys out for your next smartphone repair.

I really want to give these guys a higher rating but after having to come into the store 3 different times within the 90 period is insane! The first screen I got (first time my phone was ever fixed) would randomly go out and would not light up, the second time my touch screen is suuuper touch sensitive (iphone having the hard and soft press feature) I barely touch my screen and it gets read as a 'HARD' press and can rarely get a 'SOFT' press. Now today, I am having to go in because my screen again is having the back-lights go out and my screen wont come up. I am not careless with my phone, I have a case, and external glass protector on always. I really do not want to have to keep coming in and continue to get cheap Chinese screens! I will see you guys again, today! =)

Apple's Genius Bar proposed spending $475 (minimum) on a new logic board, and they said the turnaround would be about a week. I took it to UBreakiFix Scottsdale instead and it cost $80!!! Took 2 days! No question I would go back. Huge savings!!

Replaced a battery in my 2.5+ year old Nexus 6P. Despite the age of the phone, it was working great except for the battery. Reasonable price.. especially considering the delicate and detailed nature of this type of repair. Had to order the battery as it's not a common, popular phone... but battery arrived quickly and repair was completed quickly. Staff is nice, professional, and seems knowledgeable. The price of a new battery and installarion sure beats the price of a new phone!

This place is awesome got a brand new phone from Samsung 1 month old and had the battery overheating. Samsung paid this company to do a repair. Since they wanted me to mail it in I had no other alternative. It only took them 2 hrs to run the diag and replace the battery. Very satisfied will return. Cost me not a dime, didn't have to mail it in and It was convenient easy and fast no appointment needed although recommend to make an appointment because after I came in they were busy I think I was just lucky. Antonio M helped me and he was super informative welcoming and professional if you have a choice I highly recommend to request him.

Turned out they just needed to do a hard reset to the battery (remove and put back in) and it all worked great again. When I asked how much I owed them, they said nothing - they had to open to diagnose the problem anyway. I would definitely come back to this shop.

My phone bricked itself Sunday afternoon. Wouldn't turn on or charge. I got online and tried all the suggestions to fix it myself. When none of it worked, I brought it to Verizon. When they couldn't help, they referred me to uBreakiFix. I was expecting the phone to be a loss, and preparing myself for another 2 years of payments on a replacement. I was shocked when I received a call less than an hour after I dropped it off that they were able to open the phone, and get it powered on again. I am incredibly grateful for the repair, they have save me hundreds of dollars. I absolutely left a tip, and if you are saved hundreds like me, I suggest you do, too!

Ubreakifix in Scottsdale is such a quick and pleasant store front to visit. My phone was shattered, pieces of glass missing...a nightmare. I walked in without an appointment and asked if they would be able to help and the very kind associate said that they could! He ran a few diagnostic tests to check my LCD and speakers to make sure nothing else was wrong and from there he let me know it would only take about 30-40 minutes. Also got a tempered glass protective screen installed for 50% off! Not only was the price great but the customer service was awesome. I felt very comfortable and no one tried to tell me more was wrong with my phone then there was just to make an extra buck. Honesty company and good work! If you ever have bad luck like I did go see them.

We had to exchange a broken screen before we could trade in our iPhone and not only was uBreakiFix Scottsdale the best price we found w/o doing it ourselves, but when we found out a water detection sticker wasn't on the new screen, Alyssa offered to either put our old screen on and refund the transaction or to try and take the sticker off the old screen and apply it to the replacement screen. We took the second option and it worked perfectly!!! Alyssa was super attentive to our needs and never tried to make us feel like we were going to be stuck in a bad position! We will DEFINITELY use uBreakiFix Scottsdale again and refer our friends too, all because of Alyssa!!! I'd definitely give more stars if I could!

My Japanese exchange student dropped her phone and her iPhone 6 screen cracked Well she is leaving to go home in a couple of days and so she needs her phone to work We dropped off the phone at UBREAKIFIX to get the screen repaired and within 20 min received a call that the phone was ready. We picked it up and were so pleased with the service. My Japenese student says, " Way better!" Justin answered all our questions and is very knowledgeable! Super patient too!
