This could be a place to talk about how much I love my Surface products, but Microsoft is Microsoft, and you can purchase their stuff anywhere, right? But this store is fantastic. Truly some solution-based sales people here who know their stuff and can help you through decision-making, or even just showcase the latest and greatest without any pressure. They have some long-time employees here, and that lack of crazy turnover in a mall environment alone is a great sign of the environment, in my opinion. If there is a negative aspect to the store, it’s that it’s in the mall, and thus has to adhere to hours, etc. But I suppose accessibility wouldn’t be much different even if it were a standalone location. I’ve purchased three different computers here at different times of the year, including at release date timeframes, and have never experienced a lack of inventory or options. One of the great aspects of their extended warranty is that you get free access to the workshops and face to face tutorials to help you learn to take full advantage of your new systems. If the store and employees were not helpful or as friendly as these guys and gals are, this would definitely not be that appealing!

I hate malls, I hate tons of people more. A guy named Matthew was very helpful in me deciding between a Surface Pro and Surface Book. Very low pressure, asked if I wanted a drink, and let me take my time without hunkering over me.

Idk if y'all know who Jake is but he's awesome! He was so helpful with fixing my surface pro and he took his time with me and gave me a tutorial with onenote. Whenever I need help, he's my go too. You Rock Jake! Jake is the reason why I love Microsoft. Great customer service.

Horrible recent experience. I purchase a Dell laptop online for pick up and when I went to pick it up they cancelled my order since my email name did not match my license (full legal name) exactly. They said a refund would be issued. After 4 days I called Microsoft support and they said to wait a few more days and it would go through- fair enough. I called today ( 10 days) and he said that I need to go to Microsoft store speak with them to get my refund. I keep getting the run around.

I went to the microsoft store after calling and talking to Nathan. They were able to switch out my 25 day old xbox one x that was having issues with a brand new one after walmart refused to take care of it. Nathan spoke to Bill the assistant manager and they took care of me. Big thanks to these 2 people and the agent that helped me check out. I would definitely recommend buying a console directly from Microsoft if you can. I will start dealing with this store directly on all of my needs. Thanks Microsoft store at Changle Fashion Mall.

Great store with helpful techies. I was looking at the new Surface Book as well as the Dell XPS 15. The staffer was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave some pointers on being a new Windows user. The MS Store also has signature edition models, where all bloatware and crappy software has been removed. The user is only buying the machine with Windows OS and nothing else- something that I like a lot. Prices were reasonable, some sales were to be had. Of course, you get to touch and play with everything on the floor. Yes, Apple made this sort of showroom popular but Microsoft has made it nice as well.

This was my second time going there to swap out an Xbox One in less than a week, so I wasn't real happy about that but the staff was very professional and quick to help me with the problem. They seemed genuinely concerned and I had good time talking with them while I waited.

Came in for a warranty repair on my surface 6 since the touch screen decided to take a dive. Diagnosing was easy and they replaced my surface that second. Overall the process took about 20 minutes. Much better compared to when I had my MacBook serviced. Took a couple weeks with over 30 mins wait time for your appt. Overall great experience. The people are friendly. Fingers crossed this device doesn't go out again. :)

Today the Chandler Microsoft Store hosted a media badge for our girl scout troop. This event was no charge to the troop and they had a great time. Thank you Microsoft for remembering how important it is to support local communities. The staff was patient, informative and kind. I will definitely be visiting this store again in the future.

Its horrible experience and will think twice before i buy anything from this store. Sales people have no idea how to check preorders or any products they might have. Received email that my preorder is ready. Waited in store for 30 mins, there were no customers in store and couldn't understand delay. Finally was told preorder delayed but dont know how long the delay is..,, This store represents True Microsoft way... no wonder there weren't any customers!

I received some very disappointing service at this store location today. I came to the store to get help because my Surface pen magically stopped working. The person who “helped” me spent a whole 5 minutes “troubleshooting” before telling me that I needed to spend $100 on a new pen! He was completely apathetic despite the fact I was visibly frustrated with his proposed “resolution”. I decided to call Microsoft Tech Support and got a very patient and helpful representative who spent an hour remotely troubleshooting my Surface 4 over the phone. He manually updated my drivers and fixed a listed error from one of the Windows 10 updates not installing correctly. My pen is working seamlessly now! I’m so glad I decided to call tech support who took the time to help me instead of listening to the Microsoft store associate and wasting $100. I won’t seek help here again.

This store has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. There was a small issue with a discount not being applied to my purchase and after mentioning it in the store experience survey the management contacted me and went above and beyond expectations in rectifying the situation (offering to give me an even larger discount than the one that failed to be applied). I wish more places had this level of customer care. On top of that, the store is laid out very well making it extremely easy to find any product you are looking for, and if you have any difficulties there are always employees looking to help you. There are also demos for most of the products which allow the customer to experience the prospective device before purchase.

Been having a couple of small issues with the surface book 2 and had the remote microsoft team look at it and couldn't seem to get it solved, so I set an appointment to have the service team look at in the chandler mall. Not only were they super cool, nice and offered a beverage. They fixed both problems super quickly and showed me exactly what the issue was so in case it happens again I know where the fix. Karyn my Microsoft advisor was quick, and knew exactly what she was doing. Awesome Job Karyn!!! Being a business owner, Karyn is the type of employee we are looking for. Thank you again!

I made an appointment here online with the service desk for my Xbox controller and then called to reschedule it. When I called them they could have told me they were out of controllers for service but instead they made me waste an hour of my time driving here and telling me that in person. They were nice on the phone and in the store so it wasn't an all bad experience.

Had a Microsoft Surface problem, so I signed up online for an Answer Desk appointment. Due to the drive here I ended up early and was met at the door by some nice gentlemen who greeted me, sent me to the right person and I was on my way to getting things fixed. The whole experience was pleasant, polite and fantastic. My husband, who I would call an Apple fanboy, was so impressed with the in house service he asked to see some of the laptops to consider for his next upgrade. The Microsoft store was a way better experience than I was expecting with a broken device!

Get to store 10 minutes before it opens to have a tech look at my surface 4 and get turned away because I don't have an appt but could sit there for a hour in hopes of an opening. My surface crapped out while on a business trip, brought it in, and they quickly took care of me. Make sure you buy the Microsoft Complete (or whatever they call it now)...I had a rare hardware failure, and they simply gave me a new system (preloaded with all recent updates as well). I'll admit as well...I'm a bit biased...I used to work at the Scottsdale location, so there's a special place for Microsoft in my heart.

Terrible customer service! My husband saw an article on their website saying that if you bring in your physical game disc, you can exchange it for a digital code for the same game. Since our disc drive has stopped working, we were hoping the money spent on games wasn't wasted. He even called and spoke to an employee to verify that this location was currently participating in the exchange program. Then when we went in to the store, a different employee was very rude and told us they don't do that and that there is nothing he can do for us. We explained that we were surprised because we had just called and spoken to an employee yesterday and we were told that they were doing this. He said they never do this and that no ooe would have said otherwise. he essentially implied we were lying and seemed in a rush to get us to leave the store. He didn't even ask if we wanted anything else. This is ridiculous because we spend so much money on Microsoft products and to be so blatantly disrespected is absurd.

I understand this store's sole purpose isn't to be a retail store, but there's no need for 20 questions in order to purchase an XBOX controller. Seriously, you couldn't make it any more time consuming to give a store money. Also, like everything Microsoft now, the stores are pandering towards the iOS types. If I wanted the "Apple experience" i'd shell out the money for the over priced products, grab a fedora, and line up.

Great group at the MS Store in Chandler. Had a broken Xbox One controller and they replaced it in 5 minutes. Online support from MS said it would be 3-4 weeks! If I need any help again I will be back.

The first experience with the store is over the phone. When scheduling an appointment, the Microsoft Rep for the store was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating about the problem and appointment. The staff in the store was nice and helpful; however, did very little to explain why the issue happened, prevention, & about repairs. It's fixed & we're Microsoft we're stock answers. The problem, solution, & possible prevention were finally resolved with a amazing manager at the store who was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and took customer service and care to the next level. All I have to say is Thanks for your assistance and I don't a believe it would have been resolved without you. This reason alone gives Microsoft a 5-5 with me.
