Couldn't be happier! Very friendly, knowledgeable crew turned my old, slow PC into a screaming fast machine in less than two days! New solid state drive (more than twice the size of my old drive, cloned my old drive onto it so everything is there); new, faster video card; installed new WiFi card (I didn't have one before); swapped my old, slow RAM chips for brand-new, faster chips for NO CHARGE! Also found and deleted malware I didn't know was there. All this for 500 bucks! (including labor). Thanks Fast Rhino, you will be my go-to computer place from now on :)

(Lack of knowledge on my part.) She offered to send Zack to fix the problem. I asked when he could come and she said "right now". These are the guys! After literally years of dealing with different computer consultants and repair techs, I have finally found the people I will stay with forever. As a novelist, when my hard drive crashed I panicked, but they rearranged their schedule and were at my house in less than an hour. You won't find this with other services that can never seem to make it to your house in less than a week. Fast Rhino not only saved my data, but they set up a backup system for me in case this ever happened again. I really appreciated their individual concern and quick response. Disappointing. I brought my laptop in only to be told it was a not worth fixing hardware issue. When I noticed it was acting different after being at Fast Rhino for a week, indicating it was not a hardware issue, I called Merlin. Merlin was not interested in hearing about the new specific symptoms that I noticed, instead he just kept saying it was a hardware issue.
