This is by far the most EXPENSIVE! Store I ever been in. Compared with Wal-Mart, Target and best buy I still perfer Best Buy. I made a purchase last year at best buy a 55 Inch t.v. 4k 2018 for $400.00 at best buy with warrant for 3 year's. If your looking for good quality in tv's best buy is your best choose.

The staff are friendly but could also be rude, service is okay just wish they could provide better explanation on their products. I would not recommend anyone here due to their pricing. Everything is over the roof compared to ordering online. Amazon or eBay is my recommendation you could find many similar or exact same product for way cheaper than here.

Customer service sucks! We went in ther to purchase either a futon or bed with frame and a recliner and had to track people down to ask questions. Then, 2 of employees just walked away from us as we were asking questions. We ended up walking out and going to another store.

This Store is Racist. The people in the credit department and the stores manager Miguel. I was denied credit after getting approved online. I went into the store and go to the credit department to activate my account. As soon as I give the lady my Id she tells me that my application was denied. I said how and why is that. She said I have something on my credit report. I'm like what I have nothing on my credit which is why i'm even applying for credit with you in the first place. She tells me to call experian and transunion to find out. I leave and realize I gave her the wrong ID. I have my Maiden Name on my out of state ID. SO not only didn't my last name not match but my ID number didn't so I called and ask how they looked me up and if they can tell me my address. The lady on the phone ask me for the ID # i gave them. I gave her it and she told me there was nothing under it. I said exactly. How am I denied if they don't have any of my information to see??? I never gave them my social or anything. I'm the last person to yell discrimination but it was so blatant and when I call to speak I the manager I got a guy named Geremo then i called again and there isnt a manager there by that name. i called back spoke to Miguel he told me there was nothing he could do and he had customer and hung up in my face.... If I could give less than once start I would. If you black you will get denied just a FYI. Don't let these jerks put a inquire on your credit for nothing.

I applied and was approved for a curacao credit card. I am a 63 year old mother of 3 and grandparent of 12 kids.I am a retired City Of San Diego employee of 27 years. Recently I have been bed ridden with a rare form of breast cancer. My oldest grandson just graduated high school so I wanted to purchase a new computer for him to have when he starts college. I sent my son with my card and they would not allow my son to use the card even though I am authorizing him to use.my son felt so embarrassed and confused. According to my son the customer service who was assisting him was not helpful and rude once he saw that my son is not and authorized user by curacao, which the only way to do that is to come in to the store and do it yourself which you will need the person id,birth certificate, copy of their high school diploma and a pint of blood. Well they don't mention this in the opening of my account,so doing this would be very painful for me and disrespectful of curacao to expect this of me.my son is a medal of honor recipient and gulf war veteran who is very upset at the treatment of this situation. I ordered online to have my kids pick it up from the store because it would be a lot faster than waiting for delivery and now they only I can pick it up. What good does a confirmation number and email do when it's not used properly. I am totally disgusted and will be cancelling my account with curacao and will be giving nothing but bad reviews of curacao based on the treatment of my son and I. Distraught ex-customer

Store is ok, nothing great about it. O wasnt impressed. The furniture is mediocre and I'm not positive of how good of quality it is. The beds.... Every thing was dirty and stained so definitely wasn't trying them. I took my son to the bathroom and the staff acted like i couldn't use itbut they had a hard time telling me why bc they didn't speak English ans they were rude bc i didn't understand Spanish. It took 4 employees and a manger/supervisor to tell me i had to wait to let my son use the restroom bc their was a man in the womans restroom. Most likely wont return or entertain a idea of shopping here again.

About 6 months ago I visited the curacao to buy a TV. My experience was horrible took about 10 minutes just to get someone to assist me. Decided not to write a review then because I figured every store has their bad days. I myself am a supervisor at a warehouse and look over 15 employees and know there’s times when drivers show up and my employees are nowhere to be found. My point for this review is I ended up giving curacao a second chance and sure enough there was a sales representative that made me have a change of heart. She was able to help me with everything I needed and helped me find the right mattress for my back. Her name is Yvonne Aguirre and I can say I will definitely revisit the store again and find her to assist me with anything I’m looking for. She had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Walked in today to possibly buy some furniture but employees prefer to stand around and discuss their vacation. My husband and I stood at the same piece of furniture for about 5-7 minutes and none of the 4 employees came over to ask if we needed help. We had to walk to the appliance department to ask someone else to help us. Obviously customer service is not your priority.

Not one of the helpers there speak English and are not very helpful at all. Me and my wife went there to look for a laptop for our daughter when we called we were told that it is in stock when we get there we were told that it’s not in stock. We stood there after we were told that it’s not in stock the 4 girls went about doing whatever on their phones and speaking Spanish back and forth to each other. I asked some gentleman as we were about leave if it’s possible to purchase the laptop online and he told us no that we would have to have it ordered through him and they would have it in 2 weeks. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy and I will be emailing the powers that be on how horrible our visit was. And I have all four of the ladies and the one gentleman‘s name that I will be letting corporate know they need to look into them
