I have used Cartridge World for the past several years for our printer toner service. Until recently the service has been impeccable. Unfortunately, the last two orders were not delivered when I requested them nor were we notified that Cartridge World did not have our toner in stock. I cancelled the order and will be getting toner elsewhere.

Seller would not replace non working HP 60 color cartridge. Cartridge World Prescott sells refilled ink cartridges through UPS Store in Prescott. About a month ago I bought both a black HP 60 cartridge and a color HP 60 cartridge. The color cartridge kept shutting down the printer with and error message but would restart if I unplugged and repluged the power cord, however this fix did not last. Eventually nothing would get the cartridge back online. I took the cartridge and my receipt back to the UPS Store yesterday I was told they couldn't help me. I would have to drive to the Cartridge World Store in Prescott. A friend suggested I look on Amazon. Boy was I surprised. I paid Cartridge World $34.76 for one black HP 60 and one color HP60. Amazon had several highly rated vendors selling HP XL cartridges for half what I've been paying Cartridge world. I bought 2 black HP XL plus One XP XL color for only $16.99 for all 3 and these are the much larger capacity XL cartridges. More cartridges, larger cartridges, with a 1 month guarantee for about half price. And if there is a problem Amazon won't leave me out in the cold. Bye Bye Cartridge World.

Asked them to remove a virus. They charged alot of money but I needed it done so I said ok. I didn't get the computer back until l a week later, and it still had viruses. Unbelievable. Any one can buy their way into the chamber of commerce apparently.

Laptop and printer would not communicate with each other. Greg squeezed me in so I would be able to have them working for us on a lengthy motor home trip. He not only got them working together, but he repaired a small glitch I had been having with the laptop. Very quick service and very fair price. Couldn't be happier!

The new owners are unethical and more than twice the price of Think for Ink. My experience with the new owners is so bad I can hardly put it into words. It was a wonderful place until they bought it. I dealt with the previous owner for over 10 years. He was upstanding, honest and fairly priced. I would highly recommend that you stay far, far away from their ink cartridges and their computer services!

My computer was suddenly not talking to my printer. After trying some things Al suggested that didn't work he personally came over and went through all of the settings and determined the computer was causing the problem not the printer. Based on his recommendations I was able to solve the problem on my own. That is customer service! Thanks Al.

Not long ago our computer had some serious issues. We choose to use Tekamba Computer, LLC as the computer company. We found them through resources at the Prescott Valley Chamber and knew they had an excellent reputation for integrity, service and affordability. We ended up needing a "Mother Board"! Efficient and Quick service and we were back in business ! Thank you Greg Hicks for your excellent work and reliability. I recommend them highly.
