I used to enjoy shopping this store. Had great staff that was helpful and knowledgeable. I waited for 45min to finally ask someone to help the other day. They turned me over to an older gentleman that took 5 min to push me out the store and tell me to buy online. I go online and nothing was price matched and was told to go back into store. 2nd trip in they don't want to help me, the prices were higher and still nothing resolved. Manager was ignorant and couldn't care less that I was frustrated. Sad when businesses are going down and having to buy online. Can see why! Thanks best buy!

So far, we've bought our washer and dryer and refrigerator and vacuum and two televisions and a whole lot more! And if we have any problems, they're right there to help in any way they can! Okie, I understand that this place was doing this for safety but when I went here they asked me to put my bag at the front, so I did. continuing to looking around the staff kept on asking what I was looking for and I told that I was just looking around for fun, but they still continued to stare and follow me. Joe in the mobile department was very rude and short with me, he said he was too busy to help me and didn’t suggest anyone else nor did he say he would help me when he’s done. Leslie who is the Geek Squad manager was great she’s the reason I gave Best Buy 3 stars instead of zero. She was pleasant extremely helpful and had great customer service. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy and she treated me how a valued card member should be treated. I left with a smile on my face because of Leslie.

Just had a horrible experience at THIS Best Buy as usuap, NO real service, unless you count 'lip service'. I considered purchasing a protection plan for a very expensive mouse and wanted it in the event of accidental damage, and was told that if a dog 'accidentally' chewed into the mouse it would NOT be covered! Fine, I said that seems it should be as that would definitely be accidental, however show me in writing. I was told I could "look it up online", omg. If you are selling something as "accidental protection" coverage AND going to LIMIT IT, then by golly you had BETTER have a copy of the 'fine print' IN STORE! I asked to speak with a manager regarding the lack of 'service' or documentation for the offered protection and there was NONE readily available, as per usual. Not to mention, with only one checkout open, we had already waited a ridiculous amount of time to check out a single item!

Went in for a new headset for my gaming set up, eventually wandered over into car audio. Spoke with an employee regarding my current car audio set up and broken amplifiers, the lack of bass in car audio is a real problem! He set me up with what I would need to cover the details, suggested replacement amps and scheduled an appointment for me. In and out within a matter of 30 minutes to set up the appointment and purchase the headphones.

They have a large assortment of Turbo Tax options.

I bought an Apple Watch from Best Buy. I’m actually an elite member and have always been really happy with Best Buy service. The watch I bought, however, was defective. I took it to an Apple store and they confirmed that the sensor in it is faulty. They sent it out to Apple to be repaired and then Apple told me that I would have to pay $229 plus tax to repair it because there is a microscopic scuff on the screen. The scuff isn’t at all related to the faulty sensor (which is located at the back of the watch) but they said any scratches or scuffs voids my warranty. Now Best Buy won’t back their product either because they said Apple doesn’t allow them to honor one year warranties for Apple products. Outrageous. I gave Best Buy nearly $300 and they gave me a faulty watch which neither Apple nor they will repair or replace. I plan on cancelling my Best Buy card and buying my electronics elsewhere.

I was flat out lied to when it came to their return policy. I was told i had more days to return when i actually did.. Where do i start.... I felt like i was going to a used car lot. I gave them another chance. I was going to buy a very expensive 8k tv. The guy was an Arrogant jerk that treated me like I was below him because he sold TV's for 10 years. Any question i asked he and this random female worker would remark it wasn't a question but a statement. Really! I asked about a up converter.... if it had one. I got my 70 inch 8k tv from frys for $500 less for same tv....

The initial appliance purchase was a good experience. Good service and good prices. The installation and follow-through has been terrible. It’s been two months and we’re still waiting for them to return to re-install our washer and dryers correctly. Our freezer only had two feet pegs installed and was not leveled, and is not operating correctly. One washer pedestal was damaged on delivery and needed to be ordered and reinstalled. They planned to just drop it off, like I can lift a washing machine and bolt it on. The installation schedule is unreliable. They don’t arrive on time or at all (two times). I think the store experience has improved, but this business requires strong coordinated central services to really meet customer expectations. Bestbuy still hasn’t figured that out the logistics of that yet.

Cancelled from first store and bought from Best Buy. Was able to add extra parts, same color for all appliance (was having to get 2 different colors) and a 5 year warranty for less then first store!!

Terrible customer service! I went in because of there deal of the day (65" Hisense 4K TV for 399.99). The website would not let me order it and when I called the store they has advised they can order it from the production facility and have it shipped. When arriving at the store I was told they no longer carry this TV and they tried to upsell me to a TV costing twice as much! BAIT AND SWITCH MARKETING at its finest! The representative was very rude and told me there is nothing they can do in that price range unless I want to buy a 50". I have always had a pleasant experience with Best Buy up until this day, there warranty is simply unbeatable. The SKU number was 6221354. Since my complaint the TV price has now gone up. I will be taking my complaint to the BBB and the attorney general in hope that these false marketing techniques do not ruin another customer's service.

CAUTION...WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE EVER!!!! NEVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM THIS PLACE! I purchased a set of washer & dryer from Best Buy on March 4, 2019. I was promised delivery on March 16, 2019 @8a-10a. When I got the delivery on that afternoon, 12pm” it was only my dryer. The delivery person said “we are sorry we don’t have your washer it’s delayed in the warehouse order.” I was left with a dryer. I got an email following that day, stating it’ll be delay for my washer & will arrive on March 21, 2019. On that day, I never received my washer. I got an email stated “we do not have your washer order please call corporate to reschedule again.” I called corporate & they said they couldn’t help me. I have to call the original store where I bought the item. WHAT KIND OF TEAM WORK BS IS THIS? I have never had such horrible customer service before. They can not explain to me why I was charged for an item & never have it when promised. Somehow no one knows what is going on or where is the existence of this dryer. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY. ALL IN ALL IS JUST A NIGHTMARE! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

The closest Best Buy now unfortunately since the Signal Butte location closed. But this is just as fantastic as the old one. They revamped their home theater section, and the service there is still as reliable. Site to store pick up is a little slow but note that this was during the busy holiday season. Also, tried to sell me a 250 gb solid state hard drive to replace the 1 terabyte hard drive in my sons laptop by claiming it would run faster (not true) and be done quicker even though the laptop is still under warranty. 6 weeks to fix a defective item thats less then a year old. Had to return a TV because an associate told me it did something it didn't when I got home and set it up. So long as you know what you are coming for and don't need to ask any technical questions, it's best buy. One of the last bastions of the brick and mortar retail industry. It is still delaying its inevitable demise for now.

Best Buy has lots of electronics and home entertainment products. I don't buy a lot from them, but when I do, I get real good bargains. Sometimes there seems to be lots of staff standing around talking, but they snap to attention when asked about any of the merchandise. Most seem to be very knowledgeable about everything in the store and willing to help. I watch for sales and shop them when I see a good deal. They are a big enough store they can offer good pricing and competitive deals if asked for.

I love this Best Buy I come here quite frequently and anything I get I always get warranty where it protects the device from any internal damage and with the extended warranty even physical damage. I recommend anything you get make sure to have the warranty they offer through Geek Squad. :)

All I can say is; be careful. Best buy employees know how to sell and oftentimes they're selling you on tech that isn't necessarily worth the price. Two separate times I've went in with the intent to buy adjusted price items that were either floor samples or open box and the "specialist" hands me the wrong item and proceeds to ring me up at the price for the originally requested one. If you're not paying attention, they will bait and switch you. Especially if the product you're buying has specifications. I'm not saying all best buy employees do this but twice is more than enough to recognize it was not simple error on the staffs part. Do your due diligence, check prices online prior, make sure the product matches exactly up with the tag or expected product

Went there to pickup external DVD rom drive. Based on website info looks like the item was in stock, took forever to find. Store was nearly empty and a few staff they had were busy looking at their phones or socializing. There was noone at the register had to wait until someone showed up. Went to buy 4 hp omen desktop PCs for my business..I had to chase around employees to get help as they were ignoring me I can only assume Its because I'm pretty young (25) and probably didnt look like some one ready to spend around 6-8k on gear. Once I finally found some one who didnt just nod their heads and said "uh huh" after asking if they could answer some questions I got 1 employee nick or what ever who 3 times during my questions and consults repeated "yeah.. the omens are pretty expensive though" I got fed up and just took my business to frys, They helped me and even threw in a 10% on peripherals which tempted me enough to get some steelseries headsets for the PCs. Experience was good and bad. First off I went in and got a major steal on a Sony television (open box) they wrapped it for me and put it in my car when I arrived home I plugged it in only to see that it was broken it wasn't messed up in any way shape or form at the store. I proceed to let the manager know that the way the TV was handled was what seemed to be muscled as in it was a 55" TV I know from my experience it would take two people or more to move this kind of TV especially being as it wasn't in a box. The manager denied my return the first day I didn't catch here name as I was in complete disbelief and honestly Angry. I called Sony they could do nothing so I called back hoping to give it another chance luckily the manager that day Sal sad bring it in and let's see what we could do. I did take it in and he was more than willing to help me with the whole situation. I proceeded to select another television sadly not the same tier as the original Sony I had chose. It was comparable though. I just would like to say that with the right people and the right attitude this store is absolutely amazing. The two sales men did and amazing job helping me narrow it down to the television sets I did end up selecting. Very knowledgeable men. That lady manager had no remorse towards the situation. Seemed to think that I the customer was looking to rip the store off. Manager Sal, was absolutely amazing walked in and no questions asked. I almost lost 1000 dollars on a TV that had no use talk about customer satisfaction! Thank you BestBuy!

Me and my wife came in to see the deals on phones last week, some guy help us at first and them hand us to the “verizon” guy anthony since we mentioned we we’re with Verizon, after looking at the phones we saw a $150 discount deal on the Samsung phone, Anthony seem to struggle with the process, after several minutes (about 35) a young guy came in and started to help us, everything seem to be working, then we hit another bump, Anthony again asked for help to the young guy who seem to be in charge since everyone was asking him questions at the same time, he directed everyone and finally came back to us, he instructed Anthony to do something different that worked and we finally got our phone, both apologized for the delay, after almost an hour my wife left to eat and I stayed since I wanted to transfer my things to my new phone, again Anthony struggle with the transfer on their machine, the other guy again helped him and told us of an app to transfer my stuff while he helped 2 other people. After 10mins nothing was being transferred, highly frustrated and hungry I asked what was the issue, the young guy noticed and told Anthony to switch, so he could help me, he transfer my contacts in less than a minute and told me my pictures would take a little more since I had over 1,000, I told him I was hungry already and I haven’t even got a case, he help me pick a case quickly and a protector and gave me a discount for buying 3 things, then explained me how to transfer my pictures very clearly but also offer to do it for me, I told him I would do it at home. Which I did thanks to his instructions. I was happy with the phone and my accessories and the prices (great discounts) but I feel like the “verizon” guy hardly knew anything and made a 20min purchased lasted over an hour. Props to the Young guy who’s name I can’t remember, but he was very knowledgeable and help me get out the store with everything I needed.

I've noticed an improvement the last few years. The staff has been friendly & helpful, they will go out of their way to give good service. And I'm never disappointed by their return policy or replacement policy having purchased the extended warranties. I would have given Best Buy 5 stars, but it's my feeling the cost for technical help or installations are too expensive. Their basic installation fee is $129 per installation. For an annual fee of $200, one may purchase a service contract, which reduces charges of services per repair, etc. This is fine for those who have money to spare, but personally, I think help from the Geek Squad is too expensive.

Worst experience ever! I've never been put in the position of having to ask the question "Are they not selling me this item because I'm a woman? Because I'm disabled and I wear dark glasses indoors?" but I guess there is a first time for everything. I've had my heart set on this particular modem/router and we went to Best Buy after taking my mother in law out for dinner to see if they had it because it was a GREAT price online... even cheaper than Amazon. I looked and looked all OVER the store and finally found it all by itself in an odd place by the calculators. But it was on a shelf, with a price under it, just like every other product there. But when I got to the register, they told me it wasn't "in the computer." Yet, the calculator that we made clear was for my husband, and was just two feet away from this product, was "in the computer" and available for sale. They said they would be happy to sell it to me if I would drive the 17 miles back first thing on Sunday morning at 10 am, but they would not put it on hold for me and they would not guarantee it would be the same low price it was currently ($336 if it matters.... it's a minimum of $399 everywhere else). So, they had the product, I had it in my hands... but they couldn't sell it to me until Sunday at 10 am for maybe not the same price but drive back and "we'll see"? Sunday morning I checked online and it was still showing no routers of that model within 250 miles of my home even though I know for a fact I could walk in and put my hand on it. Why in the world would I drive back and get told "no" again? I HATE Amazon... but I still bought this damn thing from them. And I'll never be back to this Best Buy again. I hope they will be happy keeping their stock on their shelves and not selling it to people randomly for no reason!

What a pain trying to find the entrance to the place. It's just a driveway big enough for one car. I missed it the first pass and then spent another 20 minutes making U-turns, timing traffic jams, and sitting in traffic at the lights, what a royal pain. Finally get into the store and I can't find the web-cam section. Eventually I get a employee to assist me, nice young man. Of course the web-cam I want is not available. I'm forced to settle for a lesser model. If I could of just waited to get the model of camera I had set out to get in the first place, this review would have been 5 Stars. It was disappointing after all it took to get to the place, only to find what you believed to be available for sale, was not. Still accomplished my original purpose in making my Skype interview on time.

I came here looking for a new Samsung laptop. I was greeted at the door and almost immediately was assisted by the shift manager. He directed me right to where I needed to go and then was assisted by a laptop specialist. I actually liked the fact that the specialist didn't hover over me and allowed me to look over the laptops to explore what works best for me. It allowed me to really decide which one to choose. There was no pressure to buy and I'll definitely come back to them when it's time.

Upon entering the store you're almost bombarded with polite greetings and inquiries as to Wether or not you would like assistance. The displays were very clean and organized. They had a couple of stickers for items on sale that they were out of. But overall a great visit. Best buy has always had a very welcoming feel to it.

After purchasing a smart television from Bedt Buy in July of this year, it is already not working , cannot get the TV to turn on. Was told by the manager of Best Buy on Southern Ave in Mesa AZ since I did not get the Geek Squad protection there was nothing he could do. Then told by. Geek Squad member I would have to call Vizeo for assistance. Vizeo support is in the Philippines, was told by tech support that I needed to unplug the TV from the power source, TV was installed by Geek Squad, the power source is behind a heavy dresser which I cannot move so was told she could not do anything until I can unplug the power source. I have never experienced such horrible customer service from both Best Buy or Vizeo. Will never recommend buying a Television from Best Buy or buying. Vizeo product.

This is one of the very few Best Buy stores in California where the staff is not just friendly but actually helpful. I lived 9 years in Silicon Valley and I think one employee ever willingly helped me, across multiple stores. The rest were useless, didn't know where items were, or ignored me and helped other people. At this SD location, only one person didn't know where something was and basically said the store didn't have it (not true). Unfortunately, this location is lacking in some variety (too long a list to write here). Hence the rating.

I could spend hours and hours here! It's easy to find help and staff is always around and ready. It does take a long time to get checked out sometimes and they do try to close at least 10 minutes before their actual close time and it's hard to find someone to check you out around then. But otherwise I do love Best Buy

The Mira Mesa, CA store has to be one of the best, Best Buy stores. It is nice to shop at a store where the staff is friendly and willing to help you. Thank you Best Buy! I will be back. .
