Very poor customer service!! Do not give accurate wait times, waited 2 hours still no one come to help us.i think need to find another apple store.hope that store taking care our most expensive Mac.

It is super busy so I would suggest setting up an appointment in advance but they do make time for everyone that walks in, you just need to be patient! The workers were all very nice and helpful I was extremely impressed!

Common Sense

If you have an appointment, you'll stand or sit around pointlessly as there is NO way to check in. Employees look at you, don’t ask if you been helped. Poor management. Poor customer service. But not a shocker when hiring kids and millennials. Finally when you do get helped, their #1 solution is: “All we can do is offer a trade-in credit for a new phone” like sleezy salesman. The rep said “we can not service this phone” amazing you Apple who BUILT the phone can’t service it. They can’t service it because their sales are tanking, Apple is starting to decline and they find any excuse to push people to buy the same phone every year. Pathetic practices.

Useless to make an appointment as they are always running behind, but with that information in mind, if you are prepared to wait, then all is good. Once someone does help you, they are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s just that initial wait, even with an appointment, that is frustrating. Especially when the whole reason of making appointments is....nvm. You get the idea.

Apple is the worst, I am officially switching to a Pixel. Made an appointment for my Iphone 8 which could no longer provide audio for phone calls. An hour after waiting for my "scheduled" appointment, they told me the phone is (barely) out of warranty, my issue is a known issue but has been determined to be 'normal wear and tear' and I would have to buy a new one. The best they could offer is a trade in on my iphone. I told them I was going to trade in for a Pixel if that's the best they can do and they refused to do anything else. Google, here I come!

For some reason I go to the Apple store at least once a year for a repair lol. They thrive in that business for some reason...anyway, they’ve always been really helpful and polite but I was really taken aback by my most recent experience. The new phone they gave me less then a year ago is already having camera issues. I called this store and spoke to a Michael. I wanted to know if it was covered under warranty BUT he rushed me off the phone, spoke over me and hung up on me. I was frustrated but polite to him. Spoke to a supervisor about it and they didn’t seem to care. Too bad the customer service has gone down hill.

So I buy a new Apple Watch Series 4 from Verizon on 9/17, gets here on 10/15 and it is broken and no band works. It just slides in and doesn’t latch at all... take it to Apple store and they say it’s not “in their inventory” and Verizon should replace it... seems pretty lame that an Apple product can’t be fixed/replaced from Apple. Really poor service after the sale from Apple and poor quality product allowed to leave the factory. No clue why a company so big can’t quality check something before it leaves the factory. Really disappointed with Apple and their products charging a ton of money and delivering a poor product.

I was there yesterday with my daughter, and they were swamped. My daughter's phone needed to be fixed. First we were checked in with TY who was very helpful and then Forest, (I hope I spelled his name right) in the back made sure that everything was set and taken care of. I love it when people go above and beyond to help people. Excellent customer service, and I appreciate that. Thanks, TY, and Forest!!!!!!

Beautiful store! Excellent costumer service! I bought an XR a few months ago and had to have it replaced through my insurance. The phone never worked properly and to top it off my toddler broke the screen before I was able to get a screen protector on my phone. Yesterday, the phone quit working totally. I went to the Apple store and was referred to the Genius Bar. The gentleman (wish I would have gotten his name) that helped he was very knowledgeable and able to helped me resolve my issue in a timely and cost effective matter. Considering the circumstances, I couldn’t be happier!

I had an appointment to replace my laptop battery at 1:40, and I got there around 1:20 and the Genius people immediately started to help me. They were well informed and very friendly. I also went there once before during the busiest time and I was able to get help pretty fast.

Josh S. gave me a wonderful experience here. My Macbook had quite a few issues within the past week and after hours on the phone with the senior adviser from tech support, I decided to take my computer in the check the hardware, suggested to do so by the senior tech adviser. Josh was very prompt and very knowledgeable in fixing my computer and I couldn't be happier. Great guest service from all of the geniuses in the apple store as well.

Apples customer support sucks and the sad thing is they don't care. They are never on time with their appointments and then cancel you if you are 5 mins late. In addition, most appointments take longer than 15 mins but will only let you book 15mins at a time which means you have to book multiple appointments. I needed to upgrade memory and chatted online to see if it was feasible. The representative online said I could upgrade the memory. They couldn't provide me the price and told me to call the store. So then I tried to call the Scottsdale Quarter store - which goes to a call center. Then I was transferred to someone else who put me on hold and told me they had to call Scottsdale Quarter store. Then they transferred me to the store who said they couldn't upgrade my memory! This process took over 15 mins and it seems I was given the wrong information to begin with! Im so over their support!!!!

apple use to have classes frequently....well actually they use to have one on one classes...they just keep adjusting things. When a company makes changes you need to make them in the best interest of the customers...the changes they keep making inch further and further away from helping customers understand their products. If there going to take away classes they need to provide tutorials at their web site when they are looking in for help to understand a product

I been a loyal customer for ten years I had apple phone fall in the pool for 1 minutes and my phone stop working it’s under warranty I have the iPhone 10s on their website they advertise that iPhone 10s if it falls in the water it will be ok will wrong it’s not. Beware everyone false advertisement my phone did not. I went to Genius Bar and they explain that my phone was underwater for too long and that it’s not cover what’s that point of warranty and promoting a water resistant phone if that’s a lie. Just FYI who owns a a iPhone 10s they lie that upsets me because I had the phone for only 4 months piece of junk beware not water resistant switching phone never again don’t believe what apple says about the phone

Place is a joke! Went in to purchase a keyboard case for my brand new ipad and they don't have one. I asked if I can order one online with them and their response was no. As big as this place is you would figure they would have accessories for all items. Also, the 80 year old apple employee helping me was useless. I honestly don't even think he check anything. My phone has a mind of its own, and while I was at work today It decided to turn off, and then turn on, and then become permanently disabled. I went to the Apple Store for the first time in my entire life, and I had a fabulous experience. A guy named Jake was able to help me, and get my phone enabled. Not always happy the duration of my visits and because of the high volume plus lack of sufficient staffing, the customer service can get a little sloppy. I give them an A for effort but a C for execution. That's shouldn't happen at Apple.

Terrible customer service. If you go in there to buy something and want to check out, you get to wait while their staff wanders around ignoring you or just talking to another sales person. Seriously. I got one person to talk to me and she said I needed to wait for this other guy to check me out because he was express checkout...well he never did anything so I'll be buying all my products from amazon. I see lots of people complaining. So Apple...fix your store. Get rid of your lazy hipster staff and hire people who know how to give good customer service.

iPhone 7 manufacturers recall of No Connectivity - cannot make calls/text. Their reply - “sorry you will have to send in your phone for 14 days for servicing and we don’t have any loaners.” Not surprised their stock is falling. Service member also smelled of marijuana!! Verizon was great, having a new phone overnighted. Don’t waste your time at this apple location (Scottsdale Quarters)!!!!!

Went in and got an appointment for an hour and a half later. Came back and spent two hours in the store. Three people “helped” me but not one actually listened. The first person started and was late for her lunch break. She courteously passed me over to the second who also had a lunch break coming up, who passed me to a third. A known iPhone 7 issue that indicates “no service” on the phone allows them to give me a loaner with a significantly smaller memory. After deleting my email app to get rid of my email, photos, apps and more, the phone still did not have the capacity to allow me to use my work app for my calendar or email. It did it let me install the app to log onto my work laptop. I specifically said t ALL THREE associates that I needed my work app and enterprise network Password provider to work and that the rest of the phone didn’t matter. NOT ONE LISTENED. It also erased text messages out and in. Then I got an email to provide a review. In the review it asked if I would like a manager to call me and when. I gave them a 12 hour window and my cell number. No call! It would have been better if they didn’t ask if I wanted a call. If I expected nothing and got nothing I would not have been disappointed. Avoid this store if you want to maintain low blood pressure. They are courteous but don’t care to listen.

Love this store, it is easy to get to, it's light and your time there go's rather quickly. My dog managed to push my new tablet off of a low bed onto the floor... It landed on the main power switch ... Thankfully I got the insurance .. the staff supplied me with a new unit and assisted in my set-up ... I love the classes they offer ... All in all two thumbs up!! I'm hooked at 68 years young and a total repeat customer...

It really is a beautiful store. The only problem is theyre always so busy. Either walk in and plan to spend an entire afternoon there or make an appointment for a few days out and still end up waiting. Luckily, once you get help, everyone is friendly and they're very thorough. All in all very happy to be so close to this store.

I am very disappointed in Apple’s customer service at Scottsdale Quarter! What is the point of making an appointment? I had to leave after waiting for 20 minutes, after my scheduled appointment, for a phone repair. We make appointments because we are busy. When customers wait, you should keep them updated and tell them when someone can help. Not just leave them waiting forever. I will avoid this location when possible. Parking sucks as well.

Very disappointed with the customer was service here. My card was charged with an online purchase. And when I went to the store to pick it up there wasn't an order for me. But the lady who was helping me had a very rude attitude and said it's not her problem and there's nothing she can do to help and just walked away. I had to spend an hour on the phone with apple car support and my credit card company to sort the problem out. I was very shocked and appalled by her lack of customer service.

Visited the apple store because I needed a new cable to charge my apple watch. I was not happy to go since a lot of the reviews say they had to wait a long time before being helped. But my visit went great. The wait wasn't bad. Had the appointment at 4:30 and I had someone helping me by 4:50. Got my new cable and out the door by 5:15. The person that helped was helpful answered all my questions and was very polite. Wouldn't mind coming here again. 10/10

This is the worst apple store I have ever been into! I have made two appointment with them and both times I was forced to not only wait an hour each time before I had talk to anyone that could help me, I was talk to by 3 different people that told me the dame thing over and over again. It also does not help that there was anywhere between 7-10 people on the floor not dong anything! Just hanging out in the bathroom area in back talking about Friday night, an some other things that are really not appropriate for work. I had giving then the benefit of the doubt. When I had walked back there to use the restroom that’s when I had overheard the discussions about he weekend. There’s is a level of professionalism I have come to expect from an apple store, But this location DOES NOT HAVE IT! there need to be a serious discussion about customer service here. As I sit typing this there was suppose to be a “lead’ to come talk to me but still 45 minutes later NO ONE is here. I will not be returning to this store EVER again it is not a proper reflection of a True APPLE STORE.

I’ve been to the Scottsdale Quarter Apple Store about twenty times over several years. Usually I visit for the Genius Bar staff help with a question or issue and other times to purchase another cool device. It’s a busy place often so recommend having an appointment and most times my visit costs me nothing. I also have had good luck with the talented staff and leave thankful most every time. I love Apple, my entire ecosystem is Apple, what I don’t love is bad costumer support! This place is just a mess, I made an appointment arrived ahed with 5min in advanced checked in and 35min later I was still sitting waiting for some “genius” to help me with my issue. Well once the so called “genius” arrived he had ZERO Costumer service attitude, he took 5min to tell me yeah we can’t repair that you have to get a new phone... we’ll it just happens that it can be repaired and already was at a different Apple Store with a better qualified staff!! They made me waste my time and patience... It’s sad to see people like this working in such great company’s Hint: better train your staff!!

Extremely busy at times, had to wait 1.5 hours to be seen. Best to place an appointment in advanced. Overall, staff was very helpful though one seemed annoyed that I didn’t understand the appointment policy (I didn’t know how it worked when I first came in and another employee helped me within minutes because she saw I had no clue). 5 star because these guys actually helped me factory reset my phone when phone service store couldn’t.

Charged $807 to repair a computer that was worth $300 (nearly 3 years old). They claimed high costs were to use “brand new” 3 year old components to completely rebuild a computer that only needed a few components replaced. Took 2 hours to get a hold of anyone at the store to discuss and they are very smug about how they do things.

I had an appointment so I did not wait long at all and the technician was fantastic. He knew exactly what I needed which was a new battery and he explained all my options. It was ready a day earlier than he stated and my Mac has been working fabulously. I've been here many times before as this is my closest location. Worst Apple store!! Had a appointment and as others have mentioned—waiting well over an hour. When I received the email that my 3 iphones where ready, I waited another 10-15 minutes to finish the purchase. However, I could not find any staff available. Around 5k on 3 phones, but was unable to finish the transaction because of horrible service. Will not be coming back and welcome the new store opening at Scottsdale Fashion.

Hands down, one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in my two years living in Scottsdale. The young representative that helped me spent more time talking and proving how smart he was, and was not listening to the issue with my phone. I would tell him about some of the persistent issues and was trying to explain to him some of the troubleshooting methods I would personally use to fix the issue, and he would immediately cut me off with a "sure" or "totally." He was not very professional, nor was he good at listening to the issue of the customer. He insisted that the troubleshooting he did on the phone would be the solution to fixing the issue, and the issue persisted as soon as I got into my car. I am not writing a bad review based off of the issue not being fixed, it is mainly because of the poor customer service and lack of professional skills by the representative.

I went in to get accessories for small iPhone X (case, screen protector, etc), and they showed no stock on display, just the floor samples. I had to speak with 4 employees before finding out they had stock in the back. I waited for the guy to bring it out, and he rang me up and sent me on my way. I got home to find out he had instead given me all accessories for iPhone XL, so now have to go back. The process was long, staff poorly trained, and a massive waste of my time. Not to mention being charged $35 for an iPhone case which cost $1.30 to make. Apple has poor service as a company, and price of Apple products does not match value.

Ok, let’s be honest here, Apple Products are second to none but the retail experience is severely lacking. Do we check-in? Do we only come in if we set up an appointment? Mostly how do I get help? What’s the deal? Everyone seems extremely stressed out and confused, staff and customers included. In response, what do I do? I walk out, order online (or not because I have other places I can buy my gifts) and then write a review on my Apple iPhone (which I love.) Come on Apple you have had a long time to figure out the retail game. It is time to make the stores fun again.

Embarrassingly bad customer service, guy helping us hit on my gf, insulted us, broke the phone when they were trying to fix it and then made us drive to fashion square to pick up a replacement and then charged us more for it. Just go to the fashion square location and save yourself the aggravation.

The worst customer service ever. The guy who was taking care of our billing process was purportedly shunning us and running off to help others. It was obvious he wanted to throw some attitude our way. The most amusing thing of all, this was the second time we encountered this - same store, same guy. Wish I’d caught his name. You don’t want such negativity in your life. Go elsewhere. Please.

This store is horrible. Well maybe not the store, but the employee that I was being “helped” by sure was. His name is Dominick. Dominick was too busy talking to some girl to actually help. The girl was his friend. I know this because they were hugging. Unless you just hug customers, but that would be even more creepy. So Dominick told me that he would get an iPhone specialist to help us. Dominick aslo disappeared after his friend left and nobody helped us. Dominick was slightly argumentative toward my girlfriend and came off extremely snobby. Made sense since he was in the Scottsdale location, but the least he could have done was actually helped rather than tell us he’s gotta watch the front, only to turn around to the north side of the store, not the front; and keep talking to his friend. Absoluley horrible customer service. Apple is usually about their customer service, but not Dominick. He’s just about trying to collect a paycheck while talking to his friends. Never going to that store again.

I have a iPhone 6 with a bad battery. I called the store to seek repair. Called the local number but was transferred to apple care phone bank. After a 20 minute wait the representive told me the store was booked up with appts for the next 3days but I could go in for a “walk up appt.” I asked to speak to a store employee. After a 10 minute wait the employee on location told they could get me in if I walked in, which I agreed to do. I am leaving on an extended trip in 2 days so I needed the phone. Upon arriving at the store I was told they was no way they could get me in that day. The in store rep told there was no way the apple care rep could have know that. What ??? Worse example of what customer service I have experienced in recent memory. My next phone, Samsung!

I've been trying to reach someone at the store level, and I keep getting someone in a call center. Then they offered to transfer me to the store, and promptly dropped the call! I've now been on hold, with what I believe to be the store for 10 minutes & counting........This might be the best reason to NOT use Apple products, if they're going to charge a premium then please provide premium service. Perhaps someone at the store level needs to be answering the phones, and routing.

Megan and Adam were incredible! I thought my laptop was destined for death when it randomly would not turn on even after trying all the tricks Apple support suggested. They were so patient and actually seemed to care. As a broke college student and professional photographer my laptop is basically my life vessel. I cried when it turned on (dramatic, I know, but it is what it is.) so I’m sure they realized the impact they made but I hope they get some kind of recognition for being amazing at what they do. Had a recent genuis bar appointment to help fix my mac which had stopped turning on after attempting to uninstall the catalina beta. My genius advisor was Lorenzo and he was more than kind, knowledgable, and helpful throughout my entire appointment. The issue I was having wasn't something common, especially since it had to deal with the new beta OS, but Lorenzo and another genius technician, Tony, were able to figure out exactly how to override the problem and restor the Mojave OS back onto my device which is what I was initially attempting to do. I had a later appointment so with all the restarting procedures the store was getting closer to closing but I was assured that if the restoration process hadnt finished by the time they closed that I would be able to stay in the store with a technician to ensure my mac was completely fixed before I left. This was one of, if not the, best and most pleasant experience I have had at an Apple store and during a genius bar appointment. Can't thank Lorenzo and Tony enough for all they did.

Never buy an Apple product. Period. This store has terrible customer service. My IPhone 7 has the know issue everyone else is having where it won’t make calls and Siri is dead too, but mine, just mine in particular doesn’t qualify for a warranty exchange. Jakob, my “genius” only knows how to say we can help you for $300. So I left with my broken phone and will never get an Apple device ever again because of this experience. Worst customer service ever!!

This is One of the apple store with poor customer relationship we have ever seen. My wife went to this store to inquire about support for watch but the store people hardly listened to her concerns and the guy started talking to someone else while she was explaining the problem. I spent 3 days trying to activate a new I Phone XS Max with my Apple Watch 3 and they told me after an 8 hrs last Fri between them and Verizon, they would not help me....HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT TAKE THEIR TORTORE, GO ELSEWHERE...T MOBILE AND SAMSUNG ARE FOLKS WHO CARE!

This place is terrible. Lots of nice words but actions are weak. They swapped a phone for me. Turns out the new phone had a bad SIM card slot. I came back with 15 minutes. They said They can’t replace it again because but they could send it out to get fixed. The phone was literally less than 30 minutes old. Spoke to a “Leader”. He told me how sorry he was but the system would not allow another swap that day. So 3 hours and I basically left with my old phone because although it was “glitchy” it functioned compared to a brand new phone that did not function at all. This place is big on happy talk but when it comes to doing what is best for the customer (replace the dud phone with a working phone)...they chose doing what is best for Apple (ship it somewhere and “try” to fix it).

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are a bunch of liars. This is my story, I came to the store in order to fix my phone while on vacation with two kids. Please keep in mind that I am in a hotel without a working phone. They made an appointment for me for 7 PM. I came to the appointment upon which they decided to tell me that they now cannot fix my phone because it is too late. They told me they will keep it overnight and I can pick it up tomorrow. They told me to be without a phone overnight with two kids at a hotel. He also gave me a chance to purchase a brand new phone for $1200 and then return it the next day. The manager Ashton however promised me that if they cannot fix the phone today she would issue me in your phone. Bunch of liars and horrible experience. Disappointed in Apple and their warranty practices!!!!!!!

Purchased an IPhone7 a couple of weeks ago. Phone calls were garbled, after multiple trips to the Apple Store and multiple call to Apple support we were told to back to the Apple Store and exchange phones. Three hours later we finally met with someone. Not a good experience and not impressed with Apple products or services. Searching the internet, this problem has existed for several years. Why has it not been fixed?

My experience today aa walk-in customer today: Arrived 12:45 PM and explained that my iPhone was barely charging- even with a new charger. I was told that my phone would be examined by a rep at the Genius Bar at 4:45 PM. At 4:30 PM, one of the reps at the Genius ran a diagnostic check on my phone. Everything checked out okay- but a new battery was recommended. I submitted my phone for repair, and was told to pickup the phone at 8:30 PM. I checked back in at 8:15 PM, and one of the reps directed me to take a seat. Finally, at 9:00 PM, I received my phone and paid the $37 bill. When I returned home, I discovered that The phone is still barely charging. The entire day wasted: Poor Customer Service- ridiculously long wait times, and mediocre service! All while a multiple number of reps are walking around the store doing little to facilitate the repairs of customer’s devices. I will not be returning to this store ever again, and don’t recommend the location to folks who are having problems with their devices!

Great experience. They call you to remind you of appointment. They are on time in all they do. I got the $29 battery replacement good until November I think which was Apple fixing a goof up.. Entire staff makes sure all are taken care of. Everyone upbeat, knowledgable and friendly. Special thanks to Maria M., another Maria__, Sami and Josh in the Genius Bar.. I cant think of a single thing they could have done better, unless they wanted to pay ME for getting work done (L0L). They are da best!!

Apple really needs to update a “lost mode feature” feature with AirPods, so owners can find when lost! ( same way we find lost iPhones) I purchased my 8th new pair a few weeks ago ... only took just over one week to loose. I’m no longer a huge fan of Apple. Yes, I am 100% responsible for loosing these. I am also 100% responsible for never throwing away $200on a easily lost product again!

More difficult than it needs to be to make an appointment. Automated voice that didn't work, answer a bunch of questions unrelated to your problem, followed by more time spent listening to many options of music one can listen to while I wait- then I wait. Nothing happened, so spent 10 minutes trying to make an apppintment online only to learn I can't see anyone until next Saturday. Nice service, Apple.

I definitely like much better than the Glendale Store. Every visit has been great. Staff is fairly knowledgeable, could be better on the technical side but they are patient, helpful, manage a busy store pretty well. The area is full of stores and very busy, so they're pretty busy as well. If you have "issues" I'd recommend that you make an appt beforehand as those get priority over walk-ins.

I had the wonderful experience with a staff member, named Jordan. Honestly a great guy, a fantastic employee. He made me feel welcomed and was easy to talk to, funny too. I had problems with my Mac and he helped me out to his fullest. When I was having troubles with my warranty that didn’t stop him in helping me, he just kept working with me the best he could. The way Jordan went out of his way to assist me was unbelievable, genuine kindness. SERIOUSLY, THIS MAN DESERVES HIGH APPRECIATION. He made bad news and a day I thought was heading bad to a great day with hope and happiness right back in so quickly. I hope he knows what he did meant a lot to me, this man deserves a raise or something BIG & GREAT. I hope when I go pick up my MacBook he is working that day because customer service can be a hard job and I want to show him his helpfulness and kindness went a long way and have him know he is highly appreciated. 2/2/17: Terrible experience and service. The staff seems scripted. Tried to check in 35 min early and planned to stay in the store. The staff person refused to check me in, sent me away & said to come back @ 4:50pm. That just happened right now too. Now an update to add... I check in 4:50pm.... and sit for a good 30+ minutes. I ask if someone will be helping me and she can no longer find my name. 2-3 people have already gone ahead of me. And here I wait... writing this review to keep me occupied. This store is not run very well.

Asked the check-in employee if my battery was replaceable for free and she said absolutely. I waited 90 min for a genius tech who said it wasn't, but promised to heavily discount a new one for wasting my time. His manager came and offered only 10% off. I walked out.

Went in for a battery replacement and one of the first things the salesman did was try to convince me to buy a new phone. I told him I wasn’t ready yet so he proceeded to examine my phone for any visual problems and asked if he could open it. I agreed and he took my phone in the back and upon return said he found evidence of water or moisture inside the phone and could not replace the battery because it was possible that it would not work properly. I proceeded to my neighborhood Quick mobile repair and had my battery replaced with no problem whatsoever. I suspected foul play when they asked me to back-up my phone which I have never done previously for a battery replacement. Very Dishonest sales tactics at Apple. I would not recommend to anyone!!!

I’ve been an apple fan for about 10 years now (bought about 15 products over the years) and today will probably be the day I am no longer an apple buyer. I spent $1100 on an iPhone XS about 4 months ago. This phone is rated water resistant up to 6 feet. My phone has never been in the water more than a slight splash by the pool, NEVER physically underwater. The phone now has condensation under the lens and many functions no longer work. (Speaker, sounds switch,etc.) Apple says both water sensors are red underneath the case that’s what’s causing the problem. ONCE AGAIN IVE NEVER HAD IT UNDERWATER EVER!! They will not warranty it even though I’m the lucky one that got an unsealed phone from factory. Rated for 6 feet underwater for 30 minutes but cannot take a splash only. I would say that’s defective. It’s very unfortunate but I’m no longer an apple customer. Warranty it out and you probably would of had a customer that would buy almost every new product when it comes out. This is very unfortunate you lost another customer.

My daughter took her new phone in after the screen went blank. It was "flagged" to be sent in to be looked at (they think in Texas), most likely because they didn't have her phone in stock at their location to replace it.(even though it's a new phone & they are a retail store). They "loaned" her a phone with 16 gb, sent her phone off and told her it would be 10 days. Staff and manager not interested in taking care of customers just use "transparency" to tell us it's protocol and we are at their mercy. Also told us it's possible another store would have had her phone in stock and would have just replaced it for her. It doesn't matter that we own 5 apple phone, numerous other apple devices, all with apple care. Customer service is not a priority, at least with this store.

Probably the most understaffed Apple store I've ever been into. The girl at the front also gave us attitude when we asked if there was someone available to purchase our item with. She acted as if we were stupid and haven't spent thousands of dollars here already. Do not recommend this Apple store. The Biltmore on Camelback is worth the longer drive for better customer service. It should not take over 30 minutes to buy 1 item that we need no assistance with.

Excellent customer service! However the person was not able to transfer my data and activate my new phone just because I do not use the cloud! I feel Apple is trying to FORCE people to buy iCloud space. They used to be able to activate and transfer your stuff as long as you had a recent backup on iTunes.

We got transferred here from the Scottsdale Fashion branch because they had a loaner phone available and had a much better experience. My husband was really impressed that one associate balanced four rather disgruntled customers with patience and cheerfulness. We went at about 4 pm on Tuesday. The wait was probably 20 minutes, which was pretty decent given the general busy nature of the store. Kudos to the Scottsdale Quarter team!

I do not know if "terrible service" is an accurate statement. A Representative took me to a table with one person being helped and told me that someone would be with me in a minute. As the chairs around the table filled I felt relieved that I beat the rush, But this relief was unfounded as one customer after another were helped before myself. After an hour and a half of sitting at the now empty table I asked the representative assigned to the table if there was a reason I hadn't been helped yet. He said "I didn't know you needed anything" This response baffled me. In any place I've worked if someone comes in, you greet them and ask what you can do. This is why I said terrible service isn't accurate, because there was NO SERVICE. I ended up leaving before being helped because I was now running late for work. Oh, and all I needed was help backing up my phone. I do not think this store is worth your time or sanity

Poor technical support process. You are asked to make an appointment and once that is done you are to be notified when a technician is ready for you and that could take half or longer. However, after you wait and they send you a text letting you they are ready for you, it turns out you still have to wait for any of the technicians to be free, but no one can tell you how much longer you have to waste your time. Terrible system.
